The Vocational Education and Training Loan Scheme provides financial assistance to youth of the target group to enhance their skills & employability.

Benefit: Quantum of loan Need-based finance to meet up to 90% of expenses shall be considered subject to the following Ceilings: For courses of duration up to 2 years: up to Rs. 4,00,000/- Note: In case of cost over-run, it shall be borne by the beneficiary. Interest National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) shall charge interest @ 1% per annum from the Channelizing Agency, which, in turn, shall charge 4% per annum from the beneficiaries. In the case of women, an interest rebate of 0.5% shall be provided. Repayment: Up to 7 years.

The scheme aims to impart vocational education alongside academic learning to students of classes 9 to 12 in selected government secondary schools. Vocational education is offered in 08 sectors approved by the Government of India under the NSQF framework.

Benefit: Under the programme, 08 sectors approved by the Government of India are being implemented under NSQF to provide vocational education alongside academic education for students of classes 9 to 12 in selected schools, where they receive both vocational education and training.

The State Government of Maharashtra has introduced in 2003-04 the scheme to create self-employment for unemployed youths and students of VJNT and SBC who apply for a Vocational Training.

Benefit: The training fees ₹ 400/- to ₹ 2400/- (as per course) are paid to the concerned I.T.I. After completion of training, one Tool Kit of ₹ 1000/- is provided to the trainee through the concerned Govt. I.T.I.

The scheme will be implemented for the benefit of the Scheduled Tribes as well as PTGs and can be taken up anywhere in the country but priority will be given to remote tribal areas, areas inhabited by particularly vulnerable tribes, and areas affected by extremist activities.

Benefit: Under the scheme, grants will be available for organizing vocational training in recognized institutes or in Vocational Training Centres (VTCs) subject to terms and conditions revised from time to time of the scheme. 1. The training for trades including modern trades having employment potential in the tribal region will be provided. 1. Under this scheme, the fund will be provided in two ways: (i) By setting up and running VTCs mainly in remote areas/rural areas deficient in facilities, (ii) By supporting vocational training for ST as also PTG candidates in already existing institutions in townships/districts, etc. like ITIs, Polytechnics, computer training centers, and other private recognized institutions. 1. Each tribal boy/girl will be trained in one trade of his/her choice and given practical experience as per the syllabus prescribed by the institute. 1. After completion of the training, a certificate/diploma will be provided by the institute to the successful trainees. Admissible Financial Norms: The non-recurring and recurring grant-in-aid will be admissible in accordance with financial norms given as under: Recurring:- (a) ₹30,000/- per annum per trainee includes:- 1. Stipend to trainee @ ₹700/- per month. 1. ₹1600/- per trainee per annum for procurement of tools, raw materials, etc. 1. Monthly honorarium to faculty/supporting staff etc. 1. Boarding/lodging of trainees, electricity and water charges, etc. (b) In the case of a rented building, annual rent will be admissible in addition to (a) above as per actuals, and the maximum limit will be ₹10,000/- per month. This will be subject to submission of the Rent Assessment Certificate by the Public Works Department of the State Government. If the building is owned by the institution/organization, only 10% of the rental value (authenticated by State PWD), as admissible, will be provided as maintenance charges per annum. Non-recurring:- (a) ₹2.40 lakh for five trades once in five years @ ₹0.48 lakh per trade.

"Vocational Training of Destitute Women and Adolescent Girls" is a scheme by the Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Manipur. In this scheme, a 6-months training is provided in the Trades such as Tailoring & Cutting, Embroidery, and Computer. This is a State Sponsored Scheme.

The "Vocational Training to the Dependents" provides a residential skill training program for 15,000 dependents of registered construction workers. The program focuses on enhancing the employability of dependents through training in various trades.

Benefit: Cost of training to each trainee ₹15,000/-. Free boarding and lodging for trainees. Placement-linked training, ensuring better job prospects.

The "Vrutti Protsaha Loan Scheme" is an initiative by the Karnataka Minority Development Corporation (KMDC) to promote self-employment and economic activities among minority communities. The scheme provides financial assistance to eligible individuals from minority communities.

Benefit: Financial Assistance provided totals ₹1,00,000/- in two parts: 50% Loan Amount 50% Subsidy Amount

"Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship" is a Scholarship by the Higher Education Department, Govt. of Odisha. The objective of the scheme is the promotion of the Odia Language by way of encouraging meritorious students to take up higher studies in Odia Language at the U.G. and P.G. levels.

Benefit: This is a one-time scholarship of ₹ 20,000/- per student. There are 1500 scholarships awarded every year out of which 1200 are for the "Students studying UG with Odia Honours" Category, and 300 are for the "Students studying PG in Odia" Category. A student availing of other scholarships is also eligible for this Bhasabruti.

Under the Walk-In Tunnel, the Rajasthan government provides the benefit of a subsidy to the farmers with affordable and efficient structures that offer protection from adverse weather conditions, pests, and diseases.

Benefit: 50 percent grant is payable for the area. 800 square meters (maximum 5 units per beneficiary). 400 square meters (maximum 10 units per beneficiary).

“Grant to Individual Artisans” is a sub-scheme under "West Bengal Artisans Financial Benefit Scheme 2024”, by the MSME and Textiles Dept, Government of West Bengal, aims to create, support and sustain an enabling ecosystem for strengthening creativity and capacity of the artisans.

Benefit: One Time Grant up to ₹15,000/- for purchase & repair of tool kits/ equipment.
