Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana (ANKY) is a scheme launched by the Arunachal Pradesh government to boost the agriculture sector. It provides financial assistance to farmers for various agricultural activities

Benefit: Financial assistance for agricultural activities: The scheme provides financial support to farmers for activities like scientific land terracing, doubling cropping, farm mechanization, and apiculture. Loan without collateral: Farmers can avail loans up to Rs. 1.60 lakhs without the need for collateral, facilitating access to financial resources. Empowerment of farmers: The scheme empowers farmers by providing them with financial resources and technical assistance to enhance their agricultural practices. Promotes self-reliance: ANKY aims to make farmers self-reliant by enabling them to invest in various agricultural activities and reduce dependence on external factors. Encourages diversified cropping: The scheme promotes the cultivation of different crops, including fruits like apple, kiwi, orange, areca nut, walnut, and persimmon, leading to diversification and increased income for farmers. Support for women in agriculture: ANKY provides a platform for women farmers and members of self-help groups to access financial resources and contribute to the agricultural sector.

The scheme aims to provide a 45% subsidy with credit linkage for fishery infrastructure to ST individuals, SHGs, and FPOs engaged in aquaculture.

The scheme aims to enhance rural livelihoods, promote sustainable animal husbandry practices, & contribute to self-reliance in livestock sector. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to unemployed individuals, SHGs, cooperative societies, etc. for livestock rearing & allied activities.

Benefit: Under this scheme, financial assistance in the form of credit-linked support is provided to eligible beneficiaries for livestock rearing and allied activities.

The scheme aims to promote self-reliance in the agriculture sector through sustainable plantation activities across the state. Under this scheme, support in the form of plantation assistance and allied resources is provided to individual farmers, Self-Help Groups & Farmer Producer Organizations.

Benefit: Access to plantation support including technical guidance, planting material, and financial assistance.

The objective of this scheme is to uplift the status of the girls with disabilities in the rural areas & also to make them reliant by paying incentives in the form of Attendance Scholarship to these girls.

Benefit: Rate of Scholarship: ₹2,500/- per annum to the girl students up to 10th standard. ₹3,000/- per annum to the girl students from 10+1 onwards upto higher education. Note: The Directorate shall credit the scholarship online in the bank account of the student.

The scheme aims to regulate auto rickshaw operations by enforcing standardized permits and compliance conditions statewide to ensure safety and uniformity.

The scheme aims to improve the quality of life of Senior Citizens, particularly those who are indigent, by providing basic amenities like shelter, food, medical care and entertainment opportunities. The scheme provides financial assistance for projects such as maintenance of Senior Citizen Homes.

Benefit: Grant-in-Aid (GIA) for Senior Citizen Homes (25 beneficiaries) Annual recurring expenditure grants are provided based on the classification of the city (X, Y, or Z), ranging from ₹25,04,355/- (X Category) to ₹24,38,355/- (Z Category). Grant-in-Aid (GIA) for Senior Citizen Homes (50 beneficiaries/50 elderly women only) Annual recurring expenditure grants range from ₹42,11,228/- (X Category) to ₹41,12,228/- (Z Category). Grant-in-Aid (GIA) for Continuous Care Homes (minimum 20 beneficiaries) Annual recurring expenditure grants range from ₹30,77,310/- (X Category) to ₹30,11,310/- (Z Category). Non-Recurring Grant for Senior Citizen Homes (25 indigent) A grant of ₹3,09,105/- is admissible every five years, which includes the cost of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras and website development charges. Non-Recurring Grant for Senior Citizen Homes (50 indigent) A grant of ₹4,12,140/- is admissible every five years. Non-Recurring Grant for Continuous Care Homes (20 indigent) A grant of ₹3,09,105/- is admissible every five years. Funeral Expenses Reimbursement of funeral expenses is provided at ₹10,000/- per person or the actual expenses incurred, whichever is less, in case of the demise of any inmate. State Action Plan for Senior Citizens (SAPSrC) Funding Financial support equivalent to 90% of the project cost is provided for admissible programmes proposed under State Action Plans. Disbursal Mode, Frequency, and Conditions Grant-in-aid is provided through the E-anudaan portal and the Public Financial Management System (PFMS)/Expenditure, Audit and Tender (EAT) module. The total annual grant is released in two equal half-yearly instalments. Conditions for Disbursement Recurring Grant-in-aid for Senior Citizen Homes is based on the number of days of attendance of beneficiaries as recorded through a contactless Information Technology (IT) system. The second half-yearly instalment is released only after the inspection report of the State Government, the officers of the Central Ministry, or the Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) is received. Conditions for Continuation Implementing Agencies must maintain the standards laid down in the scheme guidelines. Implementing Agencies must use the Expenditure, Audit and Tender (EAT) module of the Public Financial Management System (PFMS). Implementing Agencies must provide live streaming of the institution's functioning via Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras on their websites/E-anudaan website. The assistance provided is subject to the Implementing Agency maintaining the institution in the manner prescribed in the guidelines and standards.

The Directorate of Educational Research & Training Meghalaya, Shillong is implementing a scheme in providing a one-time award for meritorious tribal students of Meghalaya who passed the current HSSLC Examination (Science) every year.

Benefit: The award of ₹10,000/- per awardee along with a certificate.

The State Public Service Commission and Union Public Service Commission Examination Success Award Scheme, 2012 provides an incentive to sons and daughters of registered construction workers, up to 45 years of age, selected in State or Union Public Service Commission exams.

Benefit: Incentives Upon Selection in "Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission" Exam Preliminary Exam: ₹15,000/- Main Exam: ₹25,000/- Incentives Upon Selection in "Union Public Service Commission" Exam Preliminary Exam: ₹25,000/- Main Exam: ₹50,000/-

The scheme provides a cash award of ₹20,000/- to the top 10 writers from Adi Dravidar, Tribal, or Adi Dravidar communities converted to Christianity, with one additional spot for a writer from other communities.

Benefit: Cash Prize: ₹20,000/- to each of the selected writers (10 from Adi Dravidar/Tribal communities and one from other communities). - Recognition: Selected writers receive state recognition for their literary contributions.

The scheme is implemented as a sort of encouragement for the Scheduled Caste students who secure 65% or above marks in matriculation/SSLC Board of Examinations.

Benefit: Under this scheme, a one-time cash award of ₹1,000/- will be given to the Scheduled Caste students who secure 65% or above marks in matriculation/SSLC Board of Examinations.

"Award of Attendance Scholarship to Girl Students in the Middle Stage of Education" was launched by the Directorate of School Education, UT of Puducherry aims to raise the enrolment of girls in schools in the age group of 11-14 years in the middle stage of education, and to avoid dropout.

Benefit: Scholarship Amount: ₹200/- per annum per student.- Mode of Disbursement: Disbursed directly into Aadhaar-seeded bank account of the applicant through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and Public Financial Management System (PFMS).

The scheme aims to award cash incentives to encourage students in their education by recognizing top three regional rank holders and those scoring centum in theory subjects in Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Secondary School Certificate/Intermediate/Higher Secondary Exams in Govt. Schools.

Benefit: For students securing top three ranks at the regional level in Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Secondary School Certificate/Intermediate/Higher Secondary Public Examinations in Government Schools: 1st Rank: ₹20,000/-; 2nd Rank: ₹15,000/-; 3rd Rank: ₹10,000/-. For students scoring centum in the subjects involving theory in Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Higher Secondary Course Examinations: ₹5,000/- per subject. Mode of Disbursement: The award will be given through Direct Benefit Transfer or by Demand Draft.- Frequency: The award is disbursed to the eligible beneficiaries every year.- Tie-Breaker Condition: In the event of more than one student getting equal marks, the concerned full prize amount will be distributed to each of them in full. This distribution includes the marks secured by way of revaluation at a later date as prescribed by the concerned Board.

The scheme aims to honor senior eminent artists through the provision of financial assistance in the form of a monthly fellowship of ₹5,000/- for one year to support their continued contribution to the field of plastic arts.

Benefit: Monthly Fellowship: ₹5,000/-.

This scheme was introduced in 2018 by the Department of Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Odisha. The scheme's goal is to help people with disabilities live normal and dignified lives and to encourage others to marry people with disabilities.

Benefit: The amount of incentive is fixed at ₹ 2,50,000/- and shall be disbursed to the couple through IFMS. 1. The amount of incentive shall be locked in for 3 years. 1. Withdrawal is allowed in three phases with the withdrawal of 10% of the funds after 6 months, the next 10% after one year, and the balance of 80% of the funds after the successful completion of 3 years of the marriage. 1. The couple can withdraw under the joint signature.

The scheme aims to support meritorious students pursuing B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering in their 3rd and 4th years by providing scholarship of ₹2000/- per month for one year.

Benefit: Rate of Scholarship: ₹2,000/- per month.

The objective of the scheme is to financially assist the SC parents for sending school their daughters who otherwise earn livelihood for the family engaging themselves in menial labour.

Benefit: Under this scheme, ₹3,000/- per academic year is payable to the Scheduled Caste parent for each daughter studying in classes VI to XII standard. Note 01: The opportunity cost is payable to the parents of the Scheduled Caste girl in addition to the Pre-Matric Scholarship payable to the children. Note 02: The opportunity cost is not payable in respect of girls re-admitted in a class for a second academic year, owing to failure or discontinuance in the class previously.

The scheme “Award of Post-Matric Scholarship to Scheduled Caste Students” was introduced by the Adi Dravidar Welfare Dept, Government of Puducherry. The objective of the scheme is to benefit the students who are studying at the Post-matric level or Post-Secondary stage to complete their education.

Benefit: Admissable fee fixed by Fee Committee. Reimbursement charged by the institution and award of maintenance allowance for hostlers or day scholars.

The "Award of Pre-Matric Scholarship to Other Economically Backward Class (OEBC) Students" initiated by the Department of Information & Publicity, Union Territory of Puducherry, is designed to extend financial assistance to OEBC students, mitigating the risk of dropouts due to financial constraints.

Benefit: Rate of Scholarship For standards 6 to 8: ₹50 per month per student (₹500 per year per student). For standards 9 & 10: ₹75 per month per student (₹750 per year per student). _ For ten months in an academic year._ Mode of Disbursement The amount is disbursed directly into the Aadhaar-seeded bank account of the applicant through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
