The scheme aims to propagate and develop literature in the field of law in Hindi and other regional languages. It provides financial grants to voluntary organisations for publishing legal books, commentaries, and journals.

Benefit: Financial assistance in the form of a grant not exceeding 85% of the anticipated net expenditure involved in the implementation of the project or activity. The grants are paid in installments depending on the nature of activities to be undertaken and the progress of the work. Conditions _The organisation must bear the balance of the estimated expenditure on the scheme or project._ _All assets created out of the grant must not be transferred to any person or institution without the prior concurrence of the Government of India._ _If the organisation ceases to exist, the equipment purchased out of the central grant will revert to the Government of India._ _The accounts of the organisation must be properly maintained and submitted as required for checking by the Legislative Department or Indian Audit And Accounts Department._ _The organisation must exercise the utmost economy in its working._ _The grant must be utilized strictly for the purpose for which it was sanctioned._ _Progress reports about the project must be furnished at regular intervals._ _An audited statement of expenditure and a report on the work done must be furnished immediately after the completion of the project or before drawing a subsequent installment._ _The organisation must submit a Utilisation Certificate in respect of the grant received during the preceding year._ _Such number of copies, not exceeding five, of all publications brought out with central assistance must be supplied to the Legislative Department free of cost._ _The organisation must maintain an audited record of the assets acquired or created wholly or substantially with the help of the grant in the prescribed proforma._ _The author of a published book must use the Hindi legal terms occurring in the authoritative texts of the Central Acts, State Acts, or the Legal Glossary published by the Official Languages Wing._ _The organisation must give an undertaking to complete the project within a reasonable time fixed by the Government._

The "Assistance to Voluntary Organizations Working for Welfare of OBCs" scheme aims to involve the voluntary sector in improving the educational and socio-economic conditions of the target group i.e. OBCs to upgrade skills to enable them to start income-generating activities on their own.

Benefit: Financial support for skill development projects aimed at improving socio-economic conditions of OBCs. Simplified and transparent application and approval process. Regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective utilization of funds. Support for NGOs to enhance their capacity and expand their reach. Encouragement of self-employment and gainful employment for OBCs. Priority given to projects in backward districts and villages under SAGY. Extent of Assistance: Government may cover up to 90% of approved project expenditure. PSUs or other organizations limited to 30% of project cost for skill development programs. First installment up to 75% on submission of necessary documents. Second installment on receipt of audited accounts and utilization certificates.

The scheme “Assistance to Women for Trainer and Coaches Training Course” by the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat aims to encourage women's participation in sports by providing financial assistance for diploma courses in sports education.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Eligible female candidates receive financial support to enroll in recognized diploma courses in sports to become trainers or coaches.

The scheme aims to assist Sugarcane Growers to take up sugarcane cultivation in the State of Goa. It provides financial support to farmers cultivating sugarcane, paid based on actual tonnage supplied at the factory weighbridge as per the Fair & Remunerative Price.

Benefit: Financial assistance is provided based on the Fair & Remunerative Price (FRP) fixed by the National Federation of Co-operative Sugar Factories Limited, New Delhi, from time to time. Farmers will be paid based on the actual tonnage of canes weighed at the Sugar factory weighbridge. Conditions The farmers must harvest and supply the sugarcane on their own to Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana (SSSKL). The harvested cane must be loaded and brought to Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana, Dayanandnagar Dharbandora by the farmer on his own cost. The farmer must duly sign the GAR 32 form, which is used in the submission process by Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana to the Zonal Agricultural Office. The Government or Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana will not take any responsibility to harvest and transport the sugarcane.

The scheme “Assistance under SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act” was introduced by the Adi Dravidar Welfare Department, Government of Puducherry. The objective of the scheme is to provide immediate relief to the victims of atrocities who are from Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes.

Benefit: Payment of Relief, Compensation for Loss, and Rehabilitation.

The objective of the scheme is to motivate students from marginalized sections of society, whose parents are involved in unclean & hazardous occupations, to pursue their education. Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹1,850/- per annum is provided to students from Class 1 to Class 10.

Benefit: Under this scheme, regular students studying in Class 1st to Class 10th are given a scholarship of ₹1,850/- per annum.

Aswasakiranam Scheme envisages assisting the caregivers of physically and mentally disabled bedridden patients, who are their family members or relatives. All those who have been providing caregiving service to patients since 02/08/10 will be paid monthly assistance with retrospective effect.

Benefit: Benefits Through this scheme financial assistance of Rs 600 per month is provided to those caregivers who look after their physically and mentally bedridden patients. All those citizens who have been providing caregiving services to the patients since 2nd August 2010 will be provided monthly assistance. This financial assistance will be apart from the pension given to the patients. Now the caregivers will not be required to depend on anyone for financial support because the government is going to provide them with monthly assistance which will help them in fulfilling their day-to-day needs.

"Atal Asra Yojana" by the Department of Tribal Welfare, Government of Goa provides financial assistance of up to ₹ 3,00,000 to individuals from Scheduled Tribes communities for construction/ re-construction and repairs of the house.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹ 3,00,000 for the construction of a new house/re-construction of the existing house. Financial Assistance of ₹ 1,50,000 for the repair of the existing house.

Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹1,30,000/- is provided for constructing houses in hilly areas and ₹1,20,000/- for plain areas to homeless Scheduled Caste families who are below the poverty line (BPL) or fall within a defined income limit.

Benefit: Financial Assistance ₹1,30,000/- for hilly areas ₹1,20,000/- for plain areas Note: The amount is disbursed in 3 installments to construct a house.

The Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya Yojana is an initiative launched by the Uttar Pradesh government to provide free education to children of construction workers employed in the informal sector.

The scheme “Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana (ABVKY)” was introduced by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on a pilot basis for a period of 2 years w.e.f. 01.07.2018 for providing relief to the Insured Persons (IPs) who have become unemployed.

Benefit: The scheme provides relief to the extent of 50% of the average per day earnings of employees during their last employment. 1. The relief amount to be paid up to a maximum of 90 days of unemployment (once in a lifetime) subject to conditions that the employee should have completed two years of Insurable employment and has contributed not less than Seventy-Eight (78) days in each of the three consecutive contribution periods. 1. The IP will be eligible for Medical benefits as provided under the Act for the period he is availing this relief. Note 01: The Insured Person should have been in insurable employment for a minimum period of two years immediately before his/her unemployment and should have contributed for not less than 78 days in the contribution period immediately preceding the unemployment and a minimum of 78 days in one of the remaining three contribution periods in two years prior to unemployment. Note 02: Claim shall become due 30 days after the date of unemployment. Earlier this period was 90 days.

The scheme aims to improve the management of groundwater resources in water-stressed areas. It provides institutional strengthening and financial incentives to Gram Panchayats and local communities for sustainable groundwater management and water-efficient practices.

Benefit: The scheme provides an overall financial outlay of ₹60,00,00,00,000/- over five years, which includes ₹30,00,00,00,000/- as a loan from the World Bank and ₹30,00,00,00,000/- as a matching contribution from the Government of India. The Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building Component offers ₹14,00,00,00,000/- for training, community mobilization, and the procurement of equipment such as Digital Water Level Recorders, rain gauges, and water quality testing kits. The Incentive Component provides ₹46,00,00,00,000/- in financial rewards to states and Gram Panchayats for achieving predefined targets in groundwater management. The scheme funds demand-side interventions, including micro-irrigation practices like drip and sprinkler systems, the use of recycled or reused water for irrigation, underground pipelines, and crop diversification. The scheme supports supply-side interventions, including the construction of artificial recharge and water conservation structures such as check dams, percolation ponds, contour trenches, sub-surface dykes, and farm ponds. The scheme provides for the upgrading of state-level groundwater quality laboratories to receive accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories. Conditions The beneficiary must form or strengthen a Village Water and Sanitation Committee to function as the Participatory Groundwater Management Committee. The beneficiary must continuously engage in regular water budgeting exercises, preferably season-wise or at least once a year. The beneficiary must update the Water Security Plan on an annual basis to reflect changing water needs and interventions. The beneficiary must actively conduct social audits to gather community feedback regarding the activities undertaken during the implementation of the scheme. The beneficiary must maintain proper documentation and submit audited financial statements and utilization certificates to avoid the recall of scheme funds.

The scheme provides subsidized electricity bills to domestic consumers with monthly consumption up to 150 units, promoting energy conservation and reducing electricity costs for eligible beneficiaries.

Benefit: Reduced Electricity Bills: Consumers with a monthly consumption of up to 150 units receive a subsidized bill, minimizing their energy expenses. Note: The benefit is automatically applied through the billing system for eligible consumers.

The scheme aims to provide affordable electricity to farmers in Madhya Pradesh by offering power supply at concessional rates.

Benefit: Electricity Supply at Concessional Rate: Farmers having metered permanent agricultural pumps up to 10 horsepower are provided electricity at a flat rate of ₹750/- per horsepower per year.

Providing basic services (e.g. water supply, sewerage, urban transport) to households and building amenities in cities which will improve the quality of life for all, especially the poor and the disadvantaged is a national priority.

Benefit: The components of the AMRUT consist of capacity building, reform implementation, water supply, sewerage and septage management, storm water drainage, urban transport and development of green spaces and parks. During the process of planning, the Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) will strive to include some smart features in the physical infrastructure components. The details of the Mission components are given below. Water SupplyWater supply systems including augmentation of existing water supply, water treatment plants and universal metering. Rehabilitation of old water supply systems, including treatment plants. Rejuvenation of water bodies specifically for drinking water supply and recharging of ground water. Atal Pension Yojana (APY) is an old age income security scheme for a savings account holder in the age group of 18-40 years, who is not an income tax-payee. It helps to address longevity risks among workers in unorganized sector and encourages the workers to voluntarily save for retirement.

Benefit: Upon exit on attaining 60 years The subscriber shall receive the following three benefits on attaining the age of 60: (i) Guaranteed minimum pension amount: Each subscriber under APY shall receive a guaranteed minimum pension of Rs. 1000/- per month or Rs. 2000/- per month or Rs. 3000/- per month or Rs. 4000/- per month or Rs. 5000/- per month, after the age of 60 years until death. (ii) Guaranteed minimum pension amount to the spouse: After the subscriber’s demise, the spouse of the subscriber shall be entitled to receive the same pension amount as that of the subscriber,until death. (iii) Return of the pension wealth to the nominee of the subscriber: After the demise of both the subscriber and the spouse, the nominee of the subscriber shall be entitled to receive the pension wealth, as accumulated till the subscriber's age of 60 years. Contributions to the Atal Pension Yojana (APY) are eligible for tax benefits similar to the National Pension System (NPS) under section 80CCD(1). Voluntary exit (Exit before 60 Years of age): The subscriber shall be refunded only the contributions made by him to APY alongwith the net actual accrued income earned on his contributions (after deducting the account maintenance charges). However, in case of subscribers who joined the scheme before 31st March 2016 and have received the Government Co-Contribution, shall not receive the same including the accrued income earned thereon. For death before 60 years Option 1: In case of death of the subscriber before 60 years, option will be available to the spouse of the subscriber to continue contribution in the APY account of the subscriber, which can be maintained in the spouse’s name, for the remaining vesting period, till the original subscriber would have attained the age of 60 years. The spouse of the subscriber shall be entitled to receive the same pension amount as the subscriber until death of the spouse. Such APY account and pension amount would be in addition even if the spouse has his/her APY account and pension amount in own name. Option 2: The entire accumulated pension corpus till date under APY will be returned to the spouse / nominee.

The scheme aims to reward and incentivize the best performing Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in Himachal Pradesh (Municipal Council/Nagar Panchyat) on the indicators of sanitations/cleanliness, increase utilization, public infrastructure and official work.

The award money will not be spent on payment of salaries/wages etc. of the ULBs employee. 1. The winning ULB may formulate a scheme to reward its employee(s) for their outstanding contribution in the performance of ULB or for his/her contribution towards a particular category/indicator. The scheme may contain a prize of upto ₹5,000/-. One employee can be considered for a prize under one or more categories/indicators but the maximum prize money for an individual shall not exceed ₹5,000/- irrespective of the number of categories for which he/she is being rewarded.

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani here today announced the Atal ‘Screening of Newborn for Enhancement of Health’ (SNEH) Yojna to be started in the state from the former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee’s birthday on December 25, 2016.

Benefit: Benefit In this scenario, the newborn children will be referred to a doctor. If the case is not very serious, then they will be referred to a local facility for treatment. Children who are ill or born with some genetic diseases will receive proper treatment from experts. They will also receive follow-ups after their treatment from family health workers. The newborn babies will get a thorough health checkup from these health workers and the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK). This will be done at both private and government hospitals. If there are noninstitutionalized deliveries that have taken place, then the social health care activists and the RBSK members will arrange a proper screening for the child in their center. The Minister of State for Health in Gujarat has also announced that there will be a special cochlear implant surgery provided to kids that are being born with hearing and speech impairment.

The scheme aims to promote rural tourism and generate local employment by enabling residents to register their homes as certified home-stays that offer safe, affordable accommodation and meal facilities to tourists in Uttarakhand.

Benefit: Under this scheme, any house owner in the state who wishes to make the residential rooms of their house available to tourists can register their home with the Tourism Department as a home-stay. After registration, the owner can provide night stay and meals to guests and charge a fee for these services. The main objective of this scheme is to offer accommodation and food facilities to tourists and to provide employment opportunities to rural residents at their homes. After registration, the respective accommodation is listed on the department’s website under the Home Stay directory, allowing any tourist to obtain information from the website and avail night stay facilities.

The schemes are part of the Atma Nirbhar program announced during the Budget session held in February this year. A total amount of Rs 120 crores – Rs 60 crores for each scheme has been allocated to the two concerned departments of Agriculture and Horticulture.

Benefit: Atmanirbhar Bagwani Yojna is basically meant for the cultivation of fruits like apples, walnut, orange, kiwi, and persimmon. - The line of credit will be provided by the State Bank Of India, Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank, and Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex Bank. - 45 percent will be given by the government subsidy, 45 percent as bank loan and 10 percent will be contributed by the farmer. - There is no collateral for loans up to Rs 1.60 lakh. - For SHGs, no collateral is needed up to Rs 10 lakhs.
