A dedicated skill development program aimed at providing high-quality vocational training with a focus on PwDs. The objective is to enhance the skills of PwDs by providing quality vocational skill training, enabling them to gain meaningful employment and become contributing members of society.

Benefit: Vocational/skill training (both short-term and long-term) is provided through a network of skill training partners. These partners include the government, the public sector, training institutions such as VRCs, private training institutions, and non-governmental organizations. 1. A cluster delivers partners' training nationwide, known for its successful track record in providing skill training with high employability rates. 1. A dedicated cross-cutting Sector Skill Council for PwDs (SCPwD) has been established under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) in collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the private sector. 1. Additionally, mentorship projects to promote self-employment among PwDs are developed by DEPwD in collaboration with industrial confederations, sector-wise associations, domain experts, and other relevant organizations. These mentorship opportunities are tailored to address disability-specific needs.

The National Agriculture Insurance Scheme (NAIS) was introduced by the Government of India to provide comprehensive insurance coverage and financial support to farmers against crop losses due to natural calamities, pests, and diseases.

Benefit: Comprehensive Crop Coverage: - Protection against crop loss due to natural calamities (floods, droughts, hailstorms), pests, diseases, and localized risks. - Includes coverage for sowing, standing crops, and post-harvest losses. Subsidized Premiums for Small Farmers: - Small and marginal farmers receive premium subsidies, making the scheme affordable for them. Affordable Premiums for All Farmers: - Low premium rates for both loanee and non-loanee farmers, with premiums deducted from agricultural loans. Quick Claim Settlement: - Fast processing and direct claim settlement to the farmer’s bank account. Encourages Better Farming Practices: - Promotes risk mitigation and adoption of modern agricultural practices, increasing productivity. Wide Crop Coverage: - Covers food crops, oilseeds, and horticultural crops, ensuring protection for most farmers. Nationwide Accessibility: - Available to farmers across the country, making it a national safety net. Premium Rates Food crops and oilseeds: - Kharif crops: 3.5% of the sum insured. - Rabi crops: 1.5% of the sum insured. Commercial and horticultural crops: Actuarial premium rates apply. The premium for Small & Marginal farmers is subsidised to the extent of 10% which is shared by the State Govt. and Govt. of India

Launched on 14th April 2016, e-NAM is a pan-India electronic trading platform that links existing mandis to create a unified online market for agricultural commodities, promoting “One Nation One Market” and enabling transparent, efficient, and nationwide agri-trade.

For Markets (APMCs/RMCs): One-time Grant of up to ₹30 lakh per market for hardware, internet, assaying labs, etc. Free e-NAM Software is provided with customization for each state. Support Staff (1 person per market) provided for 1 year at no cost. Provision to use Cold Storages & Warehouses as market sub-yards. Infrastructure Support for setting up: 1. e-auction halls. 1. assaying labs. 1. electronic weighbridges. 1. training facilities. For State Governments / UTs: Eligibility for Central Funding upon adopting key APMC Act reforms: 1. Single trading license for the state. 1. Single-point market fee. 1. Legal provision for e-trading. Support for Soil Testing Labs (STLs) under related schemes (NMSA/RKVY). Training, Dispute Resolution Mechanism, and linking more markets to e-NAM.

NACO initiated the Internship Programme for young students who wish to engage with the Government. The internship programme envisages an opportunity for young students to get familiar with and understand the various dimensions of policy-making & implementation of the National AIDS Control Programme.

Benefit: Stipend: ₹8,000/- per month provided after successful completion and report approval. - Certificate: Issued upon successful completion of the internship and acceptance of the report. - Logistic Support: Workspace, stationery, and photocopying facilities are provided during the internship. - Duration: The internship would be for a minimum duration of 6 weeks and max. duration of 3 months, as per the prerequisites of the study programme. There shall be no bar for candidates to apply for a second internship with NACO. NOTE 1: The internship programme is neither a job nor any such assurance for a job in the National AIDS Control Organisation or any other Ministry/ Department in the Government of India. NOTE 2: Students who discontinue the internship would not be awarded any certificate by NACO. NOTE 3: Interns will need to have their own laptop computers and internet connectivity. NOTE 4:Interns coming from outside Delhi / New Delhi have to make their own arrangements for stay/ accommodation at their own expense.

The programme aims to prevent and control the spread of HIV/AIDS through awareness, testing, and treatment, while providing care and support to affected individuals.

Benefit: Raising public awareness about HIV/AIDS and providing free HIV testing, treatment, and medication.

To promote apprenticeship training in the country, by providing partial stipend support to the apprentices engaged under the Apprentice Act, 1961, undertaking capacity building of the apprenticeship ecosystem, and providing advocacy assistance to the stakeholders.

Benefit: Under the scheme, training will be imparted in Designated Trades (DT) and Optional Trades (OT). A. Designated Trades (DT) - Designated Trade means any trade or occupation or any subject field in engineering or non-engineering or technology or any vocational course which the Central Government. - Duration of apprenticeship training in DT for Industrial Training Institutes‟ (ITIs) pass-out candidates will ordinarily be one (1) year. - Duration of apprenticeship training in DT for fresher / non-ITI pass-out candidates will ordinarily be two (2) years. - In case of DT, notified through the Gazette, the duration of basic training will be as per the approved course. B. Optional Trades (OT) - Optional Trade means any trade or occupation or any subject field in engineering or non-engineering or technology or any vocational course as may be determined by the employer. - Duration of apprenticeship training for OT will be six (6) months, nine (9) months, and twelve (12) months. - In case of OT, basic training will be embedded in the course duration of apprenticeship. It will be of minimum two (2) weeks duration before the OJT and will focus on orientation/ induction into the establishment. Other important facts:- Stipend Support Partial stipend support by GoI under NAPS-2 will be limited to 25% of stipend paid, up to a maximum of ₹ 1,500/- per month, per apprentice during the training period through DBT to the apprentices‟ bank account. Fund flow mechanism Establishments pay at least 75% of the stipend to apprentices and GoI pays 25% of the stipend, up to a maximum of ₹ 1,500/- per month per apprentice. Partial stipend support by GoI will be transferred directly in the bank account of apprentice through DBT via PFMS. Minimum Rate of Stipend Payable to Apprentices per Month The minimum rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month as per Rule 11 of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 and Amendments (up to 2019) is as follows: - School pass-outs (Class 5th – Class 9th) - ₹ 5,000/- - School pass-outs (class 10th) - ₹ 6,000/- - School pass-outs (class 12th) - ₹ 7,000/- - National or State Certificate holder - ₹ 7,000/- - Technician (vocational) apprentice or Vocational Certificate holder or Sandwich Course (Students from Diploma Institutions) - ₹ 7,000/- - Technician apprentices or Diploma holder in any stream or Sandwich Course (Students from Degree Institutions) - ₹ 8,000/- - Graduate apprentices or Degree apprentices or Degree in any stream - ₹ 9,000/-

The objective of this scheme is to recognize and encourage individuals working for the empowerment of persons with disabilities, including those covered under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

Benefit: Sarvashreshth Divyangjan (Most Outstanding Persons with Disabilities): Certificate, medal, and cash award of ₹2.00 lakh for each awardee.1. The objective of this scheme is to recognize and honor excellence in vocational training and entrepreneurship development by faculty and trainers.

The scheme aims to recognize excellence in e-governance. It provides awards and incentives up to ₹10,00,000 to outstanding initiatives.

The "Divyangjano Ke Liye Sarvshrestha Niyoktha" award is given by DoEPwD to the outstanding employers of the disabled under: Government organization. Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Local Government Body. Private or Non-Governmental Organization.

Benefit: Decoration The Awardee is given a Certificate and a Shield Award Categories One Award for providing holistic comprehensive Rehabilitation Services. One Award for promoting and imparting Inclusive Education or educational institutions that are preparing children with disabilities for inclusive education for higher studies. Presentation of Award (Ceremony Details) The ceremony of the National Awards is held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on 3rd December, every year which has been declared as the “International Day of Persons with Disabilities”. The "Divangjano ke Shashaktikaran Mein Karyrat Sarveshrestha Sansthan" award is given by DoEPwD to an organization working for the empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for a minimum period of 10 years after registration under Society Act/ Trust Act / Section 8 of Companies Act 2013.

Benefit: Decoration The Awardee is given a Certificate and a Shield Award Categories One Award for providing holistic comprehensive Rehabilitation Services. One Award for promoting and imparting Inclusive Education or educational institutions that are preparing children with disabilities for inclusive education for higher studies. Restructured National Bamboo Mission was launched during 2018-19 as a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) after the historical amendment of the Indian Forest Act during 2017 to exclude bamboo out from definition of tree.

Benefit: The scheme targets to provide following benefits: 1) It would assist farmers, government agencies, artisans, entrepreneurs, private agencies, Federated SHGs, FPOs, and other persons involved in bamboo industry 2) It will help in establishing bamboo nursery, bamboo cultivation, post-harvest processing, product manufacturing, capacity building, entrepreneurship, etc for the industry 3) It will help in creating self-dependency for fulfilling the demand of bamboo and bamboo products.

The scheme aims to promote the use of biogas as a clean and renewable energy source, help livestock farmers set up biogas plants, reduce the use of conventional fuels, and support eco-friendly rural development in the state.

Benefit: The gas produced from biogas plants can be used for cooking, and high-quality compost manure can also be obtained as a byproduct. The grant for establishing biogas plants is payable as follows: - 1 cubic meter – ₹17,000/- - 2–4 cubic meters – ₹22,000/- - 6 cubic meters – ₹29,250/- - 8–10 cubic meters – ₹34,500/- - 15 cubic meters – ₹63,250/- - 20–25 cubic meters – ₹70,400/- The estimated cost of a small biogas plant is approximately ₹40,000/-, and the department provides a grant of ₹22,000/-.

The scheme provides vocational guidance, confidence-building programmes, personality development sessions, practice in typing and shorthand, special coaching for competitive exams, and computer training courses. The applicant must be an educated, unemployed SC/ST jobseeker.

Benefit: The scheme offers Vocational Guidance and Career Counselling Services to educated SC/ST jobseekers. The scheme provides Practice in Typing and Shorthand to ensure registrants maintain their speed while waiting on the Live Register of Employment Exchanges. The scheme offers a Special Coaching Scheme to prepare candidates for competitive examinations and selection tests for Group “C” or equivalent posts (e.g., General English, General Awareness, Computer Training). The scheme provides Computer Training Courses through outsourcing, including ‘O’ Level Software/Hardware training, Office Automation, and Cyber Secured Web Development. The scheme provides a monthly stipend of ₹1,000/- per candidate. The scheme provides free books and stationery worth ₹1,000/- per candidate for the entire course. _The stipend is paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), subject to the candidate maintaining 80% attendance in a particular month._

The National Centre for Communication Security (NCCS) Internship Scheme allows young talent to be associated with the NCCS work for mutual benefit. It will enable NCCS to interact with young scholars and to get fresh ideas and study/ research support from the field of academics.

Benefit: Token Remuneration 1. Interns selected under Category I will be paid a token remuneration ₹ 7,500/- per month on pro-rata basis. 1. Interns selected under Category II will be paid a token remuneration ₹ 15,000/- per month on pro-rata basis. 1. The remuneration shall be paid after the completion of the month subject to satisfactory progress of work duly accepted by the concerned division from the "Professional Services" head of Accounts. Certificate of Internship On successful completion of the Internship and submission of the Report duly signed and accepted by the competent authority, a Certificate shall be issued by the concerned Division. Logistics & Support NCCS shall provide them with working space, workplace Internet facility and other necessities as deemed fit by the concerned Head of Division. NOTE: Interns will be required to have their own laptops.

NCCS engages young scholars as Research Associates to contribute in development of Telecom Security eco system with in India by providing an opportunity to them to work in areas like Telecom Security Standard development, Lab recognition and Security Certification of telecom products.

Benefit: Remuneration A consolidated amount of ₹ 75,000/- per month on pro rata basis, all-inclusive (including taxes), will be paid to every RA. There shall be an annual increase of ₹ 7,500/- subject to satisfactory performance. RA shall submit execute bond as prescribed in the Advertisement.
