The Rajasthan government's Social Justice and Empowerment Department launched the "Mukhyamantri Vriddhjan Samman Pension Yojana" program, a social welfare initiative that aims to improve the lives of senior citizens residing in the state by providing them with monthly financial assistance.

The scheme “Mukhyamantri Vridhjan Pension Yojna” is an old-age pension scheme implemented by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar to provide financial assistance to elderly citizens. Under the scheme, a monthly pension is given to individuals who are aged 60 years or above.

Benefit: A monthly pension of ₹400/- will be provided to individuals who are in the age group of 60-79 years. 1. A monthly pension of ₹500/- will be provided to the individuals whose age is 80 years and above. Note: The pension amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary bank account using the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) method.

Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Vriksharopan Protsahan Yojana has been started by the Government of Chhattisgarh with the aim of conserving the environment and doubling the income of the farmers by promoting tree plantation in the state.

Benefit: Those farmers who have taken paddy crop in Kharif year 2020 and sold paddy to the government, if they plant trees in their fields instead of paddy crop, will get Rs. 10,000/- per year for the next 3 years in case of successful plantation. The incentive amount will be given at the rate of (ten thousand) per acre. The forest/revenue forest land on which the forest rights letter has been given, also on that land If the rights holders do tree plantation, then they will get it for the next 3 years. 10,000/- (ten thousand) per acre per year in case of successful plantation. If the commercial plantation is done with the amount available with the Gram Panchayats, then after one year, in case of the successful plantation, the concerned Gram Panchayats will be given an incentive amount at the rate of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) per acre. From the amount available with the Joint Forest Management Committees, if the plantation is done on revenue land on a commercial basis, then like the Panchayat, the concerned committee will get an incentive amount at the rate of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) per acre after one year.

This initiative offers free coaching to the students belonging to the backward class (BC) and extremely backward class (EBC) of Bihar, helping them prepare for competitive exams like NET, GATE, JRF, Ph.D., and M.Phil.

The main objective of the "Mukhyamantri Work from Home" Scheme is to provide an opportunity for the women of the state to get employment sitting at home and to empower women by providing them with financial help by giving them work.

Benefit: Financial and non-financial incentives - Advertisement of such private unit which provides work from home-job work to a maximum number of women will be displayed free of cost on the Work from Home-Job Work portal. If a private unit provides work from home - job work to women and the payment for the work given to the woman is more than ₹ 5,000, then ₹ 3,000 per trainee will be given as a training incentive, as a training fee. However, the payment of the training incentive amount will be given to the female trainee only after the offer letter is given by the private entity in the form of work from home- job work.

The scheme aims to digitally empower students and help them leverage the advantages of an interconnected world.

Benefit: Eligible students receive a grant of ₹5,000/- or the cost of the phone, whichever is lower, for the purchase of a smartphone. Mode of Disbursement: The grant is credited directly to the eligible applicant's registered bank account using the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode. Expected Time of Disbursement: The payment processing by the State Level Authority is expected to take place from the launch date of the scheme to 2 months after. Frequency of Disbursement: The benefit can be availed once in a lifetime.

The scheme aims to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth/women for 7 years by involving them in the transport of food grains from Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation centers to fair price shops. Benefits include an interest subsidy/grant.

Benefit: Interest Subsidy/Grant: A 3% interest subsidy/grant is provided for 7 years.- CGTMSE Fee Refund: A maximum refund of the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises fee of up to ₹1,25,000/- is provided.- Maximum Vehicle Cost Covered: The scheme supports the purchase of vehicles with an approximate cost of up to ₹25,00,000/-.- Payment for Transportation: Payment for the transportation of food grains and handling expenses is provided as per the fixed rate for the sector. Disbursement Mode of Payment: The payment for transportation of food grains and handling expenses for the sector will be paid directly into the bank account of the beneficiary monthly by the Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation.- Penalty Provision: If the food grain is not transported on time to the designated fair price shop, 33% of the total monthly transport rent/fare on the concerned fair price shop may be deducted from the beneficiary's transport rent/fare. This penalty deduction will only occur after a hearing has been granted by the designated Supply Officer/Collector. Conditions The beneficiary must ensure the purchase of a vehicle within the capacity range of 7.5 Metric Tons (+/- 10%). The beneficiary must utilize the vehicle for lifting and transporting allocated food grains from the Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation center to the fair price shops for 7 years. The beneficiary must obtain a bank loan, as the Central Bank of India is designated to provide the loan for vehicle purchase.

The Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana scheme was launched by the Department of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation to enhance candidates' employability through practical training with entrepreneurs with a budget of ₹5,500 crore.

Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme CG MMYSY Yojana 2023 This scheme has been started by the state government to make the youth of Chhattisgarh self-employed and make them economically independent and self-reliant.

This is a flagship scheme of the Bihar government aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment among the youth by providing financial assistance of up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up businesses.

Benefit: Substantial Financial Support: Receive up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up a business (50% of the total financial assistance (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is provided as a non-repayable grant. The remaining 50% (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is offered as an interest-free loan, with a nominal 1% interest under specific sub-schemes.) - Skill Development: Mandatory training sessions are provided to enhance entrepreneurial skills.

The Mukhyamantri Rojgaar Srijan Yojana aims to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Minorities, Backward Classes, and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by providing subsidized loans and financial assistance.

Benefit: Subsidized Loan for Self-Employment: 40% subsidy on loans or a maximum of ₹5,00,000/-, whichever is lower. EMI will be calculated on the remaining loan amount after deducting the subsidy. Loan Guarantee Facility: Loans up to ₹50,000/- do not require a guarantor. For loans above ₹50,000/-, a guarantor or collateral (movable/immovable property) is required. Low Interest Rate: Loans are provided at an interest rate of 6%. Entrepreneurship Development Training: Beneficiaries will receive training before starting their business ventures. NOTE: For loans above ₹50,001/-, the applicant must deposit 10% of the loan amount as margin money.

The "Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana" aims to provide industry-relevant skill development training for youth in Jharkhand, aligning with NSQF standards. Implemented by Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) across all 24 districts, it offers free training to enhance employability.

The Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Government of Tamil Nadu, launched the "Multimedia Training Program" for people with locomotor and hearing impairments.

"Mumkin - Livelihood Generation Scheme" is a initiative of Jammu & Kashmir State. This scheme is provide the financial help to the youth to empower them and promote the self employment.

Benefit: Up to ₹80,000 subsidy (or 10% of on-road price, whichever is lower) per beneficiary from Mission Youth. Matching subsidy from the vehicle manufacturer (equal to Mission Youth's contribution).

The scheme aims to promote and support mushroom cultivation in the state by providing financial assistance and subsidies for establishing mushroom, compost, and spawn production units, thereby enhancing both farmer income and overall mushroom production in Uttarakhand.

Benefit: Under the scheme: - To promote mushroom production, a 40% subsidy is provided to the individual sector (farmers or persons interested in mushroom cultivation). - For setting up a mushroom production unit, a 40% subsidy is provided, up to a maximum of ₹20,00,000/- per unit. - For setting up a compost production unit, a 40% subsidy is provided, up to a maximum of ₹20,00,000/- per unit. - For setting up a spawn production unit, a 40% subsidy is provided, up to a maximum of ₹15,00,000/- per unit. - For the public sector (government departments, institutions, agricultural/industrial universities, etc.), 100% subsidy is provided on the total cost.

The scheme aims to promote mushroom cultivation among farmers by providing subsidized inputs, training, and support for marketing, thereby increasing their income and encouraging entrepreneurship in the sector.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the following assistance is provided: - Pasteurized compost is provided at a 50% subsidy on the total cost, up to a maximum of 50 quintals per beneficiary. Similarly, mushroom spawn (seed) is provided at a 50% subsidy on the total cost, up to a maximum of 25 kg per beneficiary. No cash is given; the pasteurized compost and spawn are provided directly by the department. - Seven-day training for mushroom growers is provided (₹1,050/- per beneficiary), of which ₹700/- is transferred to the beneficiary’s account through DBT, and ₹350/- is used for training materials and related expenses. - Farmers/mushroom growers who produce mushrooms under the scheme can sell their produce in local markets or mandis.
