This scheme aims to provide employment opportunities to men and women aged 18 to 45 from the minority community by offering vocational skill training in various fields or by providing loans through the Bihar State Minority Financial Corporation, Patna, for self-employment.

Benefit: This scheme offers the following benefits: - Self-Employment and Employment Opportunities: Men and women from minority communities will receive training to enhance their chances of self-employment and job opportunities. - Easy Loans for Self-Employment: Candidates can avail loans at simple interest rates through the "Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Rozgar Rinn Yojana" after completing their training. - Training Locations: Training will be provided by selected institutions at district headquarters, in locations chosen by these institutions. - Free Study Materials and Tool Kits: Trainees will receive study materials and tool kits at no cost from the institutes. - Certificates: Upon successful completion of the training, certificates will be awarded by the training institutions. Note 1: Trainees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and food. However, if the training institution provides residential facilities, the fees for accommodation and food, as fixed by institutions recognized by the State or Central Government, will be paid directly to the institution by the Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation Limited from the scheme's funds. Note 2: If residential facilities are not available at the training site, a stipend of ₹1500/- per month will be provided to trainees through the training institute during their training period.

Launched on 9th February 2024 the "Mukhyamantri Sports Development Scheme-Retired Person" was launched by the Directorate of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of Tripura. The scheme aims to generate employment opportunities for retired persons by giving a monthly fixed remuneration of ₹30,000/-.

Benefit: Fixed remuneration of ₹30,000/- per month.

Launched on 9th February 2024, "Mukhyamantri Sports Development Scheme - Unemployed Young Professional Sportsperson" was launched by the Directorate of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of Tripura. The scheme aims to generate employment opportunities for young experienced professional sportspersons

Benefit: Fixed Remuneration of ₹20,000/- per month.

The scheme aims to help the farmers to get financial assistance for the purchase of cross bred cows, improved she buffaloes and cows of indigenous breeds namely Sahiwal, Gir, Red Sindhi, Rathi and Tharparkar for their Dairy Unit, to promote self employment in the Dairy Sector.

Benefit: Subsidy for Milch Animals For the purchase of 1 to 10 animals, the subsidy is 90% of the unit cost (up to ₹63,000/-) per animal, based on a unit cost of ₹70,000/-. For applicants who were issued orders previously under the Infrastructure Component of Kamdhenu Scheme (Sudharit) Amended 2021 or whose orders lapsed due to the Lumpy Skin Disease outbreak: Purchases of 1 to 10 animals receive 90% subsidy (up to ₹63,000/-). Purchases of 11 to 20 animals receive 75% subsidy (up to ₹52,500/-). Purchases of 21 to 100 animals receive 50% subsidy (up to ₹35,000/-). Transportation Incentive Incentives towards transportation of animals are reimbursed at the rate of ₹2,000/- per animal or the actual cost of transportation, whichever is less. Insurance Premium Reimbursement The Department will reimburse the Comprehensive Insurance Policy premium up to a maximum of ₹16,625/- per animal. Infrastructure Financial Assistance A subsidy of 80% of the construction cost is provided for a cattle shed unit of 10 milch animals. The construction cost is calculated at ₹6,000/- per square meter for a shed area of 5.4 square meters per animal, totaling ₹3,24,000/- for a 54 square meter shed. The maximum infrastructure subsidy provided is ₹2,59,200/-. Infrastructure subsidy release is linked to the number of milch animals purchased (minimum 50% of the unit strength @ ₹25,920/- per animal). Disbursal The eligible subsidy shall be credited to the Bank account of the beneficiary through the Electronic Clearance System (ECS) of the concerned financing institution. Incentives towards transportation shall be reimbursed to the beneficiary’s Bank account through ECS along with the subsidy amount. Infrastructure subsidy shall be released after the purchase of animals. The insurance premium amount (maximum of ₹16,625/- per animal) shall be reimbursed directly to the financing institution along with the subsidy amount. Post-Selection Obligations The animals purchased under the scheme must not be disposed off for a minimum period of 3½ years (42 months). The beneficiary must ensure the animals are compulsorily insured by the financial institution and the beneficiary within 7 days of their arrival in the farm. The beneficiary must properly maintain the animals in good health, ensuring proper arrangements for shelter, feed, and fodder, and maintaining proper records of milk, etc. The Mukhyamantri Sudharit Kamdhenu Scheme Infrastructure Unit must not be closed down for a period of 5 years from the date of subsidy release. In case of default in maintaining the animals for 3½ years, the Government shall recover the subsidy amount paid, Insurance premium, and transportation cost on a “pro-rata basis”. If the animal dies within one month of purchase, the beneficiary must report it in writing to the Area Officer within 24 hours. The farmer must produce a letter from the financing institution having an Electronic Clearance System (ECS), willing to finance him for the purchase of milch animals or for the Infrastructure Component of the scheme.

The scheme aims to provide comprehensive care, education, and support to orphans, abandoned children, specially-abled individuals, destitute women, and senior citizens, recognizing them as “children of the state” and ensuring their holistic development.

Benefit: Children Aged 0-14 Years: ₹1,000 per month for general maintenance. Children Aged 14-18 Years and Destitute Women: ₹2,500 per month. Young Adults Aged 18-27 Years: ₹4,000 per month pocket allowance; up to ₹1,00,000 annually for coaching and hostel fees; ₹3,000 per month for PG rent where hostels are unavailable. Housing Support: 3 bighas of land and ₹3,00,000 for house construction. Marriage Support: ₹2,00,000 as marriage assistance for eligible beneficiaries. Self-Employment Support: ₹2,00,000 one-time grant to start a business or profession. Educational Exposure Tour: 15-day annual educational tour including air travel and 3-star hotel accommodation.

The "Mukhyamantri Svadeshi Gau Samvardhan Yojana" under the "Nand Baba Milk Mission" aims to enhance milk productivity and per capita milk availability in Uttar Pradesh by encouraging the purchase of indigenous improved breed cows from outside the state and employment opportunities in rural areas.

Benefit: Grants covering up to 40% of the total cost per unit (maximum ₹80,000), which includes purchasing cows, transportation, insurance, fodder cutting machine, and shed construction. Note 1: One unit means 02 cows of indigenous improved breed per beneficiary and the unit cost is considered to be approximately 2 lakhs. Note 2: The grant will be released directly into the bank account of the concerned beneficiary through DBT within a month by the State Program Management Unit.

The scheme aims to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among the residents of Uttarakhand by providing financial assistance and subsidies for establishing new enterprises or upgrading existing small-scale units.

Benefit: The maximum project cost for manufacturing sector enterprises is ₹25 lakh, and for service and business sector enterprises, it is ₹10 lakh, which is financed through banks. - 25% subsidy for Category-A districts (manufacturing sector – maximum ₹6.25 lakh; service sector – maximum ₹2.50 lakh) - 20% subsidy for Category-B and B+ districts (manufacturing sector – maximum ₹5 lakh; service sector – maximum ₹2 lakh) - 15% subsidy for Category-C and D districts (manufacturing sector – maximum ₹3.75 lakh; service sector – maximum ₹1.50 lakh) Note: Classification of districts category wise is attached at [Annexure-1](https://uk.gov.in/department92/library_file/file-04-12-2023-06-02-23.pdf). The scheme aims to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among the residents of Uttarakhand by providing financial assistance through banks to facilitate the establishment of new micro (nano) enterprises as well as the expansion of existing businesses.

Benefit: To strengthen small entrepreneurs and businessmen in rural and urban areas, financing of up to ₹50,000/- is provided through banks for setting up micro enterprises or businesses. This financial assistance is also available for the expansion of existing businesses. The subsidy structure is as follows: - Subsidy for Category A districts: 35% for the general category (maximum ₹17,500/-) and 40% for the special category (maximum ₹20,000/-). - Subsidy for Category B and B+ districts: 30% for the general category (maximum ₹15,000/-) and 35% for the special category (maximum ₹17,500/-). - Subsidy for Category C and D districts: 25% for the general category (maximum ₹12,500/-) and 30% for the special category (maximum ₹15,000/-). The scheme "Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sahayata Yojana" by the Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, & Backward Classes Welfare Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, aims to provide medical financial aid to beneficiaries. It covers illnesses, surgeries, & nutritional support during & after treatment.

The scheme “Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana” was launched by the Department of Religious Trusts and Endowments, Government of Madhya Pradesh in June 2012.

Benefit: The State Government provides one-time assistance in a lifetime to senior citizens above 60 years of age (2 years relaxation in case of women) to visit a prescribed pilgrimage outside the state. 1. In this scheme, senior citizens of the state are made to travel to the identified pilgrimage sites of the country free of cost. 1. The pilgrims travel by special train, breakfast, food, and pure drinking water, arrangements for stay at pilgrimage places, travel by bus where necessary, and other facilities are made available by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) contracted with Religious Trusts and Endowments Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Under this scheme, members of families with an annual income of less than ₹1.80 lakhs who are over 60 years of age will be taken for pilgrimages to Ayodhya, Varanasi, and other sacred places. The state government will bear all the expenses for their travel.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the facility is provided to senior citizens who wish to visit religious destinations such as Ayodhya, Varanasi, Nanded Sahib, Patna Sahib, Ajmer Sharif, and other such destinations in India. 1. The Scheme also ensures that constraints of travel and local arrangements do not hinder senior citizens from undertaking the journey. 1. The Government shall bear the cost of Rail travel (to and fro) in 3rd tier AC to destinations such as Ayodhya, Varanasi, Nanded Sahib, Patna Sahib, Ajmer Sharif, and other such destinations in India. 1. The Government shall also bear the cost of transport from the place of residence to the Start of Train journey station at normative rates fixed by the Government. This cost shall be reimbursed to the applicant after the confirmation of completion of journey in the bank account of applicant linked with PPP ID. 1. Facility of an attendant to accompany the applicant may be availed by the applicant of age more than 80 years on payment of 50% of railway ticket fare charges either through online payment or by deposit of cash at nearby Antyodaya Saral Kendra.

The Delhi government’s Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Scheme, under which people over the age of 60 are taken for a pilgrimage free of cost, is expected to restart in a month’s time. The scheme, which started in 2018, has been suspended for a year and a half because of Covid. Between 2018 and 2020.

Benefit: Benefits Free travel for senior citizens who cannot bear to travel alone. Delhi Govt sent senior citizens living in Delhi’s old age homes on a trip. In case of travelling with a spouse, the facility of only one attendant will be available. The Delhi government bears all the expenses on the pilgrimage, including the travel, food and accommodation charges. Facilities like paramedical staff and attendants are also provided during the journey.

The scheme aims to promote high-quality, interdisciplinary research in higher education institutions across state. The broad subject areas for research include Science, Arts & Humanities, Home Science, & Commerce & Management, while proposals in interdisciplinary subject areas are also encouraged.

Benefit: The maximum research grant provided by the state government is ₹15 lakh, which may be increased up to ₹18 lakh in special circumstances.

The scheme aims to promote sports among talented children aged 8 to 14 years in Uttarakhand by providing a monthly scholarship of ₹1,500. Players in this age group are selected every year on the basis of Physical & Sports Aptitude Test (P-SAT), with 150 boys & 150 girls selected from each district.

Benefit: Under this scheme, players aged 8 to 14 years are selected every year on the basis of the Physical and Sports Aptitude Test (P-SAT). - From each district, 150 boys and 150 girls are selected (25 boys and 25 girls from each age group: 8–9 years, 9–10 years, 10–11 years, 11–12 years, 12–13 years, and 13–14 years). - Each selected player is awarded a scholarship of ₹1,500/- per month for one year.

This scheme provides financial assistance to landless beneficiaries for purchasing residential land, ensuring housing for the underprivileged in rural Bihar.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹60,000/- for purchasing residential land.

The "Mukhyamantri Vidwa Evam Ekal Naari Awas Yojana" was launched by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Himachal Pradesh. The scheme aims to provide financial grants for the construction of houses to economically weak widows and single women.

Benefit: An assistance amount of ₹1,50,000/- will be given for the construction of the house.

This scheme is to provide scholarships to the students studying in classes 9th to 12th for enabling them to bear the expenses required for their studies.

Benefit: Amount of Assistance: 1. IX to X Class : ₹ 5,000/- Per annum 1. XI to XII Class :₹ 10,000/- Per annum.

Under this scheme, an incentive amount is provided to minority students who pass the Intermediate/Matriculation/Fauquania/Maulvi examinations with first-class marks from the Bihar School Examination Board/Bihar Madrasa Education Board.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible students receive the following incentive amounts: - Minority students who pass the Matriculation/Fauquania exam with first division from the Bihar School Examination Board/Bihar Madrasa Education Board are awarded ₹10,000/-. - Minority (Muslim) girl students who pass the Intermediate/Maulvi exam with first-class marks from the Bihar School Examination Board/Bihar Madrasa Education Board are awarded ₹15,000/-. - Bengali-speaking students who pass the Matriculation exam with first division from the Bihar School Examination Board are awarded ₹10,000/-.

The "Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana" (MVSYS) stands as a testament to the commitment of the Government of Rajasthan towards the welfare of its citizens, particularly those with disabilities.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to specially-abled individuals for self-employment. Under this scheme, a loan of ₹5,00,000/- will be provided to specially-abled individuals in the state whose annual family income does not exceed ₹2,00,000/-, enabling them to start their own business.

Benefit: Financial Assistance Loan up to ₹5,00,000/- for starting self-employment. Subsidy of 50% of the loan amount or a maximum of ₹50,000, whichever is lower. NOTE: The loan is provided as one-time financial support.
