The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to SC & ST candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination of Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by the BPSC, Patna, and the UPSC, New Delhi, to support their preparation for main examination/interview.

Benefit: Under this scheme, candidates who pass the preliminary examination of Civil Services Competitive Examinations are eligible for the following incentives: 1. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates who pass the Preliminary Examination of the Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, will receive a one-time financial assistance of ₹50,000/- for further preparation. 1. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates who pass the Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi, will receive a one-time financial assistance of ₹1,00,000/- for further preparation.

Provision for Pension Approval: If the destitute applicant qualifies for Old Age Pension, Widow Pension, or Disability Pension, then the pension will be sanctioned within one month of identification.

Chhattisgarh State Government started a scheme "Mukhyamantri Asangathit Karmakaar Saayakal Sahaayata Yojana" for unorganized worker on 28 April 2012.

Benefit: A free of cost cycle will be provided.

Benefit: Train pass for daily travel up to a maximum of 150 kilometers.

The scheme aims to provide social and financial welfare benefits to unorganized sector workers. It offers increased remuneration, seasonal bonuses, electricity subsidies, and assistance such as e-rickshaws to registered unorganized laborers in Madhya Pradesh.

Benefit: The old electricity bills of the laborers will be frozen. Electricity will be available to them at a flat rate of ₹200/- per month. E-rickshaws will be provided to cycle rickshaw drivers. The remuneration for laborers engaged in Tendu leaf plucking work will be increased from ₹1,200/- per standard sack to ₹2,000/- per standard sack. A seasonal bonus will be given to Tendu leaf pluckers.

This is a flagship scheme of the Bihar government aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment among the youth by providing financial assistance of up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up businesses.

Benefit: Substantial Financial Support: Up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up a business (50% of the total financial assistance (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is provided as a non-repayable grant. The remaining 50% (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is offered as an interest-free loan, with a nominal 1% interest under specific sub-schemes.) - Skill Development: Mandatory training sessions are provided to enhance entrepreneurial skills.

The scheme aims to provide ₹10,000/- as a one-time scholarship to extremely backward class students passing class 10th in the first division from the Bihar School Examination Board.

Benefit: A one-time scholarship of ₹10,000/- is provided per student. Note: Payment will be made via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into the beneficiary’s bank account.

Madhya Pradesh State Government started the "Mukhyamantri Avivahita Pension Yojana" for unmarried women of the state.

Benefit: Pension amount: ₹ 600/- per month.

The Mukhyamantri Awas Yojna, introduced by the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HPBOCWWB), provides financial assistance of ₹1,50,000/- to registered worker.

Benefit: Amount of ₹1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) will be provided

The Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana, launched on 1 May 2021, aims to reduce medical expenses by offering free treatment for 1,798 procedures in government and empanelled private hospitals. Eligible NFSA, SECC 2011 families, contract workers, small farmers, and others can avail benefits.

Benefit: Under the Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Yojana, along with the eligible families of NFSA and SECC currently benefiting from it, contractual workers, small and marginal farmer families and destitute and helpless families who received Covid-19 ex-gratia amount last year will get free insurance cover and apart from these categories, other remaining families of the state can join the scheme on payment of premium amount of Rs 850/- and the remaining 50 percent premium amount will be borne by the state government. Free range family: Farmers (Small and Marginal) of the State, eligible beneficiary families under the State Food Security Act (NFSA), eligible families as per Socio Economic Census (SECC) 2011 Contract workers - Contract workers working in all departments/boards/corporations/government companies of the state. Fixed premium family Those other families of the state who are not government employees/pensioners, i.e. are not taking benefits under the Medical Attendance Rules, can join the scheme by paying the prescribed premium. The scheme aims to promote strawberry cultivation across 20 districts in Bihar. It provides subsidies on seedlings, packaging materials, and equipment to support farmers in enhancing strawberry production.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Farmers receive a subsidy of ₹3,36,000/- per hectare to support strawberry farming. 1. Subsidized Packaging Materials: - 40% subsidy on wooden boxes for packaging (₹4.40/- per piece, unit cost ₹11/-). - 40% subsidy on small plastic boxes (₹1/-per piece, unit cost ₹2.50/-). 1. Provision of Quality Seedlings: High-quality strawberry seedlings are provided for cultivation.

The scheme provides financial assistance ranging from ₹25,000/- to ₹1,00,000/- for treatment, covering 07 identified heart diseases in children. Key features include covering costs for treatment at recognized government or private hospitals.

The beneficiary or hospital must submit a detailed expenditure report/utilization certificate for the funds spent on the patient's treatment. A duplicate or photocopy of the discharge ticket issued after the patient's recovery must be provided.
