Mukhya Mantrir Eti koli duti paat also referred to as the Assam Tea Garden Workers' Financial Assistance Scheme 2025. This initiative marks the 200th-year celebration of Assam Tea and aims to provide one-time financial assistance to tea garden workers in recognition of their invaluable contribution.

Conditions for Availment/Continuation Regular class attendance required (75% attendance for existing beneficiaries). Adherence to institutional discipline and rules and regulations. No engagement in disruptive behavior, cheating, ragging, vandalism, or misconduct. Students must not drop out of courses during benefit period. No arrear amounts will be provided for missed periods. Violation of rules results in withdrawal of benefits under the scheme. Exclusions from Other Benefits Students receiving scooter under Banikanta Kakati Award (Pragyan Bharati Scheme) are not eligible unless they opt out of scooter benefit. Higher Education Department's Mobility grant scheme has been merged with this scheme.

Mukhyamantree Baal Aasheervaad Yojana

Madhya Pradesh State government started a scheme "Mukhyamantri Baal Aashirwad Yojana" for orphan youngsters.

Benefit: Assistance under the scheme will be of two types - 1. AfterCare Internship - Internships, employment will be provided according to the qualification of the person. Rs. 5,000/- per month will be given during the internship period, which will be payable till the end of the internship period or one year, whichever is less, but in any case it will not be for a period of more than 01 year. Vocational training - Vocational training in government institutions given under Polytechnic Diploma, ITI, Paramedical courses, Nursing, Hotel Management, Tourism, Pradhan Mantri/Chief Minister Skill Development etc. will be provided free of cost by the concerned department. Financial assistance of Rs. 5,000/- per month will be given during the vocational training period, which will be payable till the end of the vocational training period or two years, whichever is less, but in any case it will not be for a period of more than 02 years. Technical Education, Medical Education and Ayush Education and Legal Education Assistance - On the basis of entrance examinations in NEET, JEE or CLAT, care leavers who have taken admission to any government/non-government institutions will be given financial assistance of Rs.5,000 to Rs.8,000 per month during the study period and the fee fixed by the Fee Regulatory Commission will be borne by the state government till the course period. 1. Sponsorship Economic Assistance- Each child found eligible under the scheme will be given an amount of Rs.4000/- per month, which will be deposited in the joint account of the child and relative or guardian, which will be for a minimum period of 01 year. In the event of no improvement in the economic prosperity of the child or the family, the period can be increased, but in any case the amount will not be payable after the maximum age of 18 years. Medical Aid - Ayushman card of each child will be prepared by the health department for providing medical aid. District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Department will make necessary information including the list of children available to the Chief Medical and Health Officer for making Ayushman cards.

The "Mukhyamantri - Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana" is for the economic freedom of women in the state age group of 21 to 65, improving their health and nutrition and strengthening their decisive role in the family. The women will receive a financial benefit through direct benefit transfer.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹1,500/- per month.

Chhattisgarh State Government started a scheme "Mukhyamantri Aadharbhut Shiksha Prashikshan Sahayata Yojana" for Building and other construction worker on 29 March 2023.

The scheme “Mukhyamantri Aarthik Kalyan Yojana” was launched by the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Government of Madhya Pradesh on 1st August 2014.

Benefit: The maximum cost of the project under this scheme will be ₹50000/-. Under this scheme, the margin money assistance at 50% of the project cost (maximum ₹15,000/-) will be payable by the government to the beneficiary. The minimum period of the initial moratorium will be 6 months and after the initial moratorium, the loan repayment will be in 5 years.

For admission to national-level institutes through entrance examinations: Group A: Admission to IITs and IIMs – ₹60,000/- after clearing the entrance examination and securing admission. Group B: Admission to AIIMS, IISc Bangalore, IISER (Kolkata & Bangalore), national-level medical colleges recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), National Law Universities recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI), and through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) – ₹50,000/- after passing the entrance examination and securing admission.

This is a flagship scheme of the Bihar government aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment among the youth by providing financial assistance of up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up businesses.

Benefit: Substantial Financial Support: Receive up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up a business (50% of the total financial assistance (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is provided as a non-repayable grant. Loan Recovery: - Interest: A simple interest of 5% will be levied on the loan amount after a 3-month moratorium period. - EMI: The loan must be repaid in 20 equal quarterly installments. - Processing Charge: A 0.5% processing fee of the sanctioned amount will be deducted before the RTGS payment. - Rebate: A 0.5% rebate on the outstanding interest will be given if the full loan amount is repaid on time. - Penalty: Failure to pay EMIs on time will result in compounded interest being recovered at the end of the financial year. - Post-dated Cheques: The applicant is required to submit 10 to 20 post-dated cheques.
