The Scheme will be implemented "Mukhyarrantri Bayan Jyoti Yojana" (MBJY) under Chief Minister's Special Package for Handloom weavers.

Benefit: Free Tube Lights: Distribution of 20-watt tube lights free of cost to beneficiaries. - Inverter Purchase Assistance: ₹17,500/- is given in two installments for purchasing inverters (1st installment of ₹10,000/- for purchase of equipment and 2nd installment of ₹7,500/ - after purchase of equipment). - Free Fans: 35-watt fans given to beneficiaries at no cost. - Interest-Free Loan: Up to ₹5,000 loan available with no interest rate charged.

The scheme has been implemented with the objective of "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" to prevent female foeticide and to meet the education and marriage expenses of the daughter of a construction worker.

Benefit: Under the scheme, a bond of ₹25,000/- or of the amount as resolved from time to time, with maturity at 18 year of the age of the girl child, upto one girl is given to the registered Building and other Construction workers. 1. The amount can be withdrawn by the daughter after completing 18 years of age.

The scheme aims to develop skills of youth through new age technology-based courses in manufacturing, service and other sectors to create skilled manpower in the state. It provides quality training and certification to Gujarat domicile students.

Benefit: Training Cost Coverage: Training cost will be directly paid to the Training Provider's bank account based on Common Skilling Norms for National Skill Qualification Framework courses. Assessment Fee Coverage: Assessment fee for National Skill Qualification Framework courses will be paid to the concerned Assessment Agency as per set standards. Industry-Demand Based Course Fees: For new courses based on industry demand, training cost will be paid to training centers as determined by the Steering Committee. Special Course Fees: For special types of courses conducted by Skill Institutes/Industrial Training Institutes/Kaushalya The Skill University, training cost and method will be as approved by the Steering Committee. Infrastructure Support: Raw material, guest faculty, Training of Trainers, tools equipment, office expenses etc. will be covered under training cost for Industrial Training Institutes. Certification: Certification will be provided through concerned Sector Skill Councils/Gujarat Council for Vocational Training/Kaushalya The Skill University. The scheme aims to uplift Scheduled Caste beneficiaries. Through this scheme, sheep and goat units are provided free of cost, along with veterinary assistance, to eligible unemployed Scheduled Caste families.

Benefit: Sheep Unit: 20 Ewes and one Ram with Green Fodder cum Salt Block Feeder free of cost. 1. Goat Unit: 20 Does and one Buck with Green Fodder cum Salt Block Feeder free of cost.1. Veterinary Assistance: All animals in the established unit will receive deworming, vaccination, and treatment free of cost by the concerned Veterinary Institution.1. Wool Purchase Assistance: Assistance for purchasing wool from the established unit will be provided by the department. Financial Assistance in form of subsidy for establishment of Sheep/Goat unit under the Scheme:- 100% subsidy for the establishment of a Sheep and Goat unit of 10 females and 1 male would be provided to the Scheduled Caste (SC). Initially beneficiary has to bear purchase cost of Sheep and Goat unit by there-own for 25% of the unit cost which will be of ₹17,500/- per unit as margin money (proof for the same should be given by beneficiary), which would be provided to beneficiary account later on as per scheme guidelines. In the case of SC Category, the Haryana Livestock Development Board (HLDB)/Government will provide financial assistance of 75% of the unit cost (₹52,500/- per unit) on the establishment of the livestock unit after the purchase of livestock to the seller within 15 days, upon submission of all requisite documents. The financial assistance of balance 25% of unit cost (₹17,500/- per unit) in case of SC beneficiaries would be provided by the HLDB/Government in form of subsidy to beneficiary after two months of establishment of unit subject to verification of unit after purchase of all cases preferably by Deputy Director concerned himself or its representative not below the rank of Sub Divisional Officer/Semen Bank Officer other than purchase committee. Beneficiaries shall have to purchase a complete/whole Sheep/Goat unit of 10+1 in one slot, and only one beneficiary per household could take the benefit of either Sheep or Goat unit under the scheme. The financial assistance would be provided to the account of the seller through Concerned Semen Bank officer by the Managing Director, HLDB, out of the head of overall receipt of Milk Cess funds after verification and recommendation of the unit established by the Deputy Director concerned or its representative not below the rank of SDO/ SBO. The financial assistance may be delayed due to the unavailability of the budget or any other unforeseen circumstances. The beneficiary would be provided veterinary assistance facilities (Treatment, vaccination and consultancy) by the concerned area veterinary institutions free of cost. Assistance for the purchase of wool from an established unit would be provided by the Department.

The scheme aims to provide relief in payment of outstanding electricity bills to the registered workers, construction workers, and BPL consumers under the "Mukhyamantri Mazdoor Kalyan (Sambal) Yojana".

Benefit: Waiver of Outstanding Dues: Complete waiver of surcharge amount and 50% waiver of the principal outstanding amount as of the date of implementation of the scheme. - Benefit to Consumers: The entire surcharge and 50% of the principal amount are borne by the concerned distribution companies. - State Government Support: The remaining 50% of the principal amount is borne by the State Government as a subsidy to the distribution companies.

The scheme aims to support eligible NCC cadets through financial incentives to encourage continued participation in education and NCC training. Under this scheme, scholarship amounts ranging from ₹600/- to ₹2,400/- are provided annually to eligible NCC cadets at group and unit levels.

Benefit: Group Level: - For Senior Division/Senior Wing cadets: ₹2,400/-. - For Junior Division/Junior Wing cadets: ₹1,200/-. Unit Level: - For Senior Division/Senior Wing cadets: ₹1,200/-. - For Junior Division/Junior Wing cadets: ₹600/-.

The state government has announced the implementation of 'Universal Health Coverage' in the state in the budget announcement 2021-22, in compliance of which Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme was started in the state from May 1, 2021.

Benefit: Cashless treatment facility up to Rs. 25,00,000/- will be provided to each family of Rajasthan. National Food Security Act, the insurance premium of families eligible for Socio-Economic Census, small and marginal farmers and contract workers will be borne by the state government. Other families will have to pay a premium of Rs. 850/- per year.

The Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Bal Seva Yojana scheme for children who have lost their parent(s) to the COVID pandemic, the government will provide these children funding for good education and health.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Each child beneficiary receives ₹5,000/- per month deposited in a joint account until they turn 18. Guardian and child receive free monthly ration under National Food Security Act. Education Assistance: School Education: 1. Free education in government schools. 1. Fees paid for RTE provision private schools. 1. RTE reimbursement limit for other private schools. Class 9 to 12: 1. Free education in government schools. 1. ₹10,000/- per year for private school students. 1. Additional to scholarships and other benefits. Higher Education: 1. General Courses. 1. Full fee assistance in government/aided universities. 1. Up to ₹15,000/- fee reimbursement in private universities. Technical Education: 1. Full fee assistance in government/aided colleges. 1. Up to ₹1,50,000/- per year or actual fee in private colleges (JEE Mains/separate entrance exam). 1. Up to ₹75,000/- per year or actual fee in private colleges (12th class exam). Medical Education and AYUSH: 1. Full fee assistance in government/private colleges based on NEET score. 1. Doctors serve in rural areas for 2-5 years (bond required).

The scheme aims to improve the livelihood and nutritional security of tribal communities by providing two dairy animals at a 90% subsidy to eligible tribal livestock farmers.

Benefit: Provision of 2 Dairy Animals (cow or Murrah buffalo) per beneficiary at 90% subsidy. Animals sourced from certified breeding tracts, progressive farmers, or NABARD-approved markets, ensuring quality and health. Minimum milk yield requirement: cows – 7 liters/day; buffaloes – 8 liters/day. Animal age limit: calves must be under 2 months. Disease-free, healthy animals with mandatory tagging. Training and guidance on dairy management provided before distribution. Milk route establishment and cluster development support provided.

The scheme aims to increase milk production and promote improved livestock breeding by providing two Murrah buffaloes to eligible farmers on a subsidy basis.

Benefit: Subsidy Process: General Category: 50% subsidy and 50% beneficiary contribution. Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Scheduled Caste farmers: 75% subsidy and 25% beneficiary contribution. Provision of 2 Murrah Buffaloes with high genetic quality, each yielding 8–10 liters of milk daily. Pregnant buffaloes (5 months or more) are provided to ensure immediate milk production.

"Mukhyamantri Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Chhatra Yojana" aims to provide comprehensive support to the disabled community in Bihar. A significant component of this scheme involves the distribution of battery-operated tricycles to beneficiaries to enhance their mobility and independence.

Benefit: Free distribution of battery-operated tricycles.

The objective of this scheme is to provide social security to the disabled women/men of the state by encouraging their marriage and providing them financial assistance. This scheme is fully funded by the Government of Bihar.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries will receive a grant of ₹1,00,000/-. Note 1: The financial grant is provided to disabled individuals in a couple, and if both spouses are disabled, both are eligible for the grant. Note 2: If a disabled person marries inter-caste, they are entitled to both the disabled marriage grant and the inter-caste marriage grant. For example, if both the husband and wife are disabled and belong to different castes, three units of the grant will be admissible. The wife will be eligible for both the inter-caste marriage grant and the disabled marriage grant, while the husband will be eligible for the disabled marriage grant.

The scheme aims to promote horticulture development in Uttarakhand by providing farmers with subsidized fruit plants, seeds, pesticides, & horticulture infrastructure such as Cool Houses & Refrigerator Vans, thereby increasing productivity, reducing post-harvest losses, & enhancing farmers’ income.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the following assistance is provided: - 50% subsidy on the cost of fruit plants, open-field vegetable seeds, spice seeds, and flower seeds. No direct monetary assistance is provided; the seeds and plants are supplied at a subsidized rate. - 60% subsidy on the cost of pesticides and other plant protection chemicals. No direct cash is given; the medicines are provided at a subsidized rate. - 50% subsidy on the total cost of ₹15.00 lakh for Cool Houses with a capacity of 30 MT. - 50% subsidy on the total cost of ₹26.00 lakh for Refrigerator Vans with a capacity of 9 MT.

The scheme "Mukhyamantri Gambhir Bimari Upchar Yojana" by the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, provides medical grants of up to ₹5,00,000/- for the treatment of critical illnesses and supports acid attack victims.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Up to ₹5,00,000/- per case for the treatment of critical illnesses such as cancer, kidney transplant, and severe liver diseases. Valid Hospitals: Treatment costs are covered only in Jharkhand's medical colleges, central medical institutions, or empaneled hospitals. (Link) Expense Reimbursement: Covers bed charges, medicines, surgeries, and other related costs. NOTE: Disbursal: Grants are disbursed directly to hospitals via electronic transfer or bank draft.

The scheme aims to provide affordable and nutritious packed silage and total mixed animal feed to livestock farmers, especially women, in the remote hilly areas of Uttarakhand. Under this scheme, silage is made available to livestock farmers at a subsidized rate of ₹2.75 per kg.

Benefit: Packed silage and complete mixed animal feed are prepared by blending nutrients with green maize and are made available to cattle rearers in the remote rural and hilly areas of Uttarakhand at the rate of ₹2.75 per kg. - Under the scheme, a 75% subsidy is provided on the selling price of silage, which is ₹9.00 per kg, and the State Government also provides financial assistance of ₹3.00 per kg towards expenses such as loading, transportation, and handling. As a result, silage is made available to beneficiaries at a subsidized rate of ₹2.75 per kg.

The Scheme provides financial assistance for purchasing vehicles to enhance transportation facilities in rural areas. It includes grants for regular vehicles, e-rickshaws, and ambulances under specified conditions.

Benefit: Standard vehicles: 50% of the purchase price or up to ₹1,00,000/-. - E-rickshaws: 50% of the purchase price or up to ₹70,000/-. - Ambulances: 50% of the purchase price or up to ₹2,00,000/-.
