The scheme aims to provide proper shelter and care to unprofitable, abandoned, or roaming cattle by supporting eligible organizations in establishing and maintaining cow shelters with financial assistance from the state government.

Benefit: Under the scheme, to provide proper shelter to unprofitable livestock abandoned by cattle rearers and roaming freely, the applicant organization will be eligible for a government grant of up to 90% of the total expenditure on non-recurring items, such as the construction of the main cowshed building, storage rooms, compound walls, drinking water systems, establishment of a plant for producing cow urine extract, biogas plants, and veterinary dispensaries. The maximum limit of the government grant is ₹25.00 lakh.

Benefit: CAPITAL SUBSIDY STRUCTURE Maximum capital subsidy of Rs. 50 lakh offered, split into two equal instalments. Subsidy is specifically for capital expenditure, not operational costs. Instalments are released through SIDBI based on project milestones. DISBURSEMENT PROCESS FOR BANK-FINANCED PROJECTS First instalment released after bank provides initial loan and SIA confirmation. Second instalment provided after project completion and SIA certification. SIDBI manages fund transfer through scheduled banks/financial institutions. The scheme "Establishment of Integrated Educational Complexes" by the Directorate of Education, Government of Goa, aims to address the inadequate infrastructure and congested conditions faced by government-aided educational institutions in urban areas such as Panaji, Margao, and Mapusa within Goa.

Benefit: Allotment of (approx.) 3000 to 6000 square meters of land for every school/institution for separate building(s) depending on the strength of the students. The same is leased out for 33 years.

The scheme aims to promote sustainable and organized poultry farming among cooperative society members, especially women, by providing financial and technical support for poultry rearing, thereby enhancing income generation and livelihood opportunities in the state.

Benefit: Under the project, each farmer will rear 750 chicks annually in three phases. The Animal Husbandry Department will supply 500 one-day-old chicks from the state sector budget through M-PACS, while the farmer will bear the cost of the remaining 250 chicks. - The Cooperative Department will provide an interest-free loan for the construction of poultry sheds and for the care & rearing of the chicks.

Under the Establishment of Regional Semen Production Laboratory and Semen Bank for Sheep and Goat Scheme, the Central Government will provide assistance for the establishment of frozen semen production laboratories for goats and liquid semen production laboratories for sheep at the regional level.

Benefit: The funding pattern will be 60:40 for all the states except NER & Himalayan States where it will be 90:10 and 100% for UTs. One-time grants-in-aid up to Rs. 4,00,00,000 as Central Share will be provided to the concerned state eligible for the establishment of Regional Semen Station for construction of semen laboratory, maintaining of breeding bucks and rams, sourcing of locally available high genetic merit animals and processing of semen. Rs. 30,00,000 will also be provided as a one-time expenditure towards procurement of consumables, medicines, chemicals etc. required for first-time processing of semen. The regional semen bank shall have to generate its own resources for running of the semen station. No recurring expenditure will be provided for running expenses of the semen station.

The scheme aims to support the establishment of dairy units with 10 Gir cows. Through this scheme, capital subsidy and back-ended subsidy are provided to beneficiaries via bank finance and NABARD.

The scheme aims at the economic upliftment of the SC/ST, SMF, and BPL Families. Through this scheme, financial assistance in the form of a subsidy is provided to SC/ST, SMF, and BPL families.

Benefit: Financial Assistance In The Form Of Subsidy 1. Financial assistance in the form of a subsidy shall be provided to the individual beneficiary on the following items: - Construction of poultry shed. - Purchase cost of reared pullets up to the age of 18-21 weeks old. - Poultry equipments. - Purchase cost of feed for the period of 4 months (till the beneficiary starts earning from the sale price of egg produce). 1. Each beneficiary will be provided 50% subsidy to the total cost of the unit (i.e., total cost of purchase of Pullets, poultry feed, poultry equipments and construction of poultry shed, etc.), limited to ₹30,000/- per unit. 1. The beneficiary will be entitled to get the benefit of the scheme for a period of two years or till he becomes self-sufficient. 1. The financial assistance should be used only for the purpose for which it may be granted. Disbursement of Funds 1. Subsidy will be paid directly to the individual or to the suppliers or to the body supplying goods or to an approved agency or institution. 1. The Veterinary Officer, Daman & Diu, would disburse the assistance in the form of a subsidy after completion of the poultry unit in respect of the construction of a poultry shed, which should be of low-input technology. 1. Purchase of Pullets, feed, or equipment directly to the individual supplier, body, or an approved agency or institution. 1. The Extension Officer (Dairy) or Veterinary Officer (DP) will make a fortnightly payment to the beneficiary for the supply of eggs regularly. 1. Subsidy shall be disbursed after completion of the poultry unit. 1. The beneficiary will be entitled to get the benefit of the scheme for a period of two years or till he becomes self-sufficient.

The scheme aims to promote the development of the tea industry in Uttarakhand by establishing tea factories for processing locally produced green leaves, generating local employment, enhancing farmers’ income through fair procurement, and developing a sustainable tea value chain in the state.

Benefit: In the fiscal year 2023-24, the Uttarakhand Tea Development Board processed 5.92 lakh kilograms of green tea leaves and produced approximately 1.25 lakh cups of tea. The scheme aims to promote sustainable agriculture and organic farming by providing financial assistance for setting up vermicompost units to farmers and women self-help groups.

Benefit: Under this scheme, a subsidy of 75% of the cost, up to ₹33,300/- per unit, is provided for setting up vermicompost units (including pit construction and provision of earthworms).

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to disaster-affected families for clothes, utensils, or household items in cases where their house has been washed away, completely or substantially damaged due to a natural calamity, or affected by waterlogging for a period of more than two days.

Benefit: Under this scheme, an ex-gratia grant of ₹2,500/- per family is provided for damage to clothes, and an additional ex-gratia grant of ₹2,500/- per family is provided for damage to utensils or household items.

Under the scheme, ex-gratia grant will be given to those personnel of the CAPF hailing from Haryana who get disabled for life and are boarded out of service due to disability declared as in war/operation, in operational area, terrorist activities and natural calamities etc.

Benefit: Ex-gratia grant to disabled CAPF Personnel as per their percentage of disability: • Disability 75% and above: ₹35,00,000/- • Disability 50% to 74%: ₹25,00,000/- • Disability 25% to 49%: ₹15,00,000/-

Under the scheme, the ex-gratia grant will be given to those personnel of the Defence Forces hailing from Haryana who get disabled for life and are boarded out of service due to disability declared as in war/operation, in operational area, terrorist activities & natural calamities, etc.

Benefit: Ex-gratia grant to disabled defence force personnel as per their percentage of disability: - Disability 75% and above: ₹35,00,000/- - Disability 50% to 74%: ₹25,00,000/- - Disability 25% to 49%: ₹15,00,000/- Note 1: The enhanced ex-gratia amount applies to those disabled on or after 19th February 2014. Note 2: The ex-gratia grant is given to disabled Defence Forces personnel of all ranks.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to individuals who sustain life-threatening injuries due to disasters and require hospitalization for treatment.

Benefit: Under this scheme, an ex-gratia grant of ₹16,000/- per person is provided in case of a hospital stay for more than one week, and ₹5,400/- per person in case of a hospital stay for less than one week.

The scheme aims to provide financial relief to individuals who suffer physical disabilities such as loss of limbs or vision as a result of disasters or while participating in relief and preparedness activities. Under this scheme, financial assistance between ₹74,000/- to ₹2,50,000/-is provided.

Benefit: Under this scheme, an ex-gratia grant of ₹74,000/- is provided to each affected person. In cases where the disability exceeds 60%, a higher amount of ₹2,50,000/- per person is provided.

The "Ex-gratia Payment for the Construction Workers" by the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Delhi, is a welfare scheme for the registered workers of the board that provides an ex-gratia amount of ₹1,00,000/- in case of permanent disability.

Benefit: Ex-gratia payment of ₹1,00,000/- in case of permanent disability.

The "Ex-gratia Scheme: Disability Compensation'' by the BOCW Welfare Board, Department of Labour, Punjab, is a welfare scheme that provides financial assistance to the registered worker in the event of complete or partial disability.

Benefit: Compensation for Complete Disability: Ex-gratia amount of ₹4,00,000/-. - Compensation for Partial Disability: Proportionate amount of ₹4,00,000/- shall be given on the basis of percentage of disability i.e., ₹4,000/- for each 1% disability and maximum of ₹4,00,000/-.

The "Excellent Work Award Scheme for Social Workers of De-notified Communities" by the Government of Madhya Pradesh awards ₹1,00,000/- to a social worker from De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic communities for outstanding contributions to their social and economic upliftment.
