The scheme was launched by School Education Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh to ensure continuity of education for girl students who are the only daughters of their parents. Under this scheme, eligible girl students who are only child of their parents receive a scholarship of ₹5,000/- per year.

Benefit: Maximum Loan Limit: Up to ₹30 lakhs (for studies in India) and upto ₹40 lakhs (for studies abroad) or 90% of course fee, whichever is less. 1. Rate of Interest: - For studies in India, upto ₹30 lakhs or 90% of course fee, whichever is less. The rate of interest for male candidates is 6% whereas for female candidates it is 5.5%. The repayment period must be within 10 years for loan upto Rs.10 lakh. - For studies abroad, upto ₹40 lakhs, or 90% of course fee, whichever is less. The rate of interest for male candidates is 7% whereas for female candidates it is 6.5%. The repayment period must be within 12 years for loan upto ₹10 lakhs. The Moratorium Period is 6 months after course completion or getting employment, whichever is earlier in both the cases.

"Education Loan Scheme" provides financial assistance to the SC/ST/OBC/PwD students for pursuing professional and technical education in India and abroad, with loan limits of ₹7,50,000/- and ₹15,00,000/- respectively. Delhi residents with an annual family income below ₹5,00,000/- are eligible.

Benefit: Need-based finance with a ceiling of ₹7,50,000/- for studies in India. The scheme implemented by the National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India. Under this Scheme, loan is provided for pursuing full-time Professional/Technical courses in recognized institutions as one time assistance.

Repayment Period: The maximum repayment period under the Educational Loan Scheme is as under:- - For Loan up to ₹10,00,000/-: Within 10 years - For Loan above ₹10,00,000/-: Within 12 years

The scheme aims to provide education loans to members of the Backwards Classes for pursuing professional and technical education. Through this scheme, financial assistance in the form of education loans is provided to eligible Backwards Class students.

Benefit: Education loan for pursuing professional and technical education at the graduate and higher levels. The maximum loan amount provided is ₹15,00,000/- for studies in India. Further, all Educational Loans shall be sanctioned & disbursed on a case-to-case basis.

This scheme provides educational assistance to the son or daughter of a registered construction worker who is studying in any class from Class I to Post Graduate Level/Professional Course.

The scheme “Educational Assistance for Children of Victims of Crime” was launched by the Department of Social Justice, Government of Kerala.
