A budgetary allocation of ₹2,00,00,00,000/- for the fiscal year 2026-27 to support the training initiatives.

"Divyangjan Scholarship Scheme" provides financial assistance for the education and training of differently-abled children, who are regular students in a school or college. The application needs to be submitted to the District Office, Panchayat and Social Welfare / Janpad Panchayat Office.

Benefit: ₹150/- per month for the Students of 1st to 5th Standard ₹170/- per month for the Students of 6th to 8th Standard ₹190/- per month for the Students of 9th to 12th Standard

Through the "Diwali Gift Benefit" scheme, the Board sanction sum of ₹ 2,000/- to each beneficiary enrolled in the Board every year to celebrate the Diwali festival. The amount is credited through DBT into the bank account of the registered construction worker. The applications are accepted offline.

Benefit: ₹ 2,000/- credited as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into the bank account.

The scheme aims to encourage documentation and digitisation of valuable Tiatr-related materials to prevent their loss to posterity. It provides assistance and incentives to holders of such materials and pays honorarium to documentation assistants.

Benefit: One-time Incentive: A reasonable amount as decided by Tiatr Academy of Goa will be paid to the holder for converting materials into electronic formats. Hourly Honorarium: Documentation assistants will be paid an honorarium on clock-hour basis as determined by Tiatr Academy of Goa. Reimbursement: Tiatr Academy of Goa will reimburse costs incurred towards conversion according to rates determined by it if services of other agencies become necessary. Assistance provided to organize and document materials in holdings. Copy of digitised material provided to the holder on Digital Versatile Disc or Pen-drive. Professional documentation and preservation services. Conditions _The work done must be certified by the holder of the material._ _Tiatr Academy of Goa will periodically review the work undertaken and accordingly extend or curtail the assistantship._ _Holders must indicate willingness to permit and facilitate documentation tasks._

The scheme aims to encourage research work in the field of Tiatr and facilitate writers to take up research work in different aspects of Tiatr, its Song & Music. Research work will be published in book form with remuneration provided to researchers.

Benefit: Publication Benefits TAG will publish the research work in book form after thorough research on the subject. The publication may be in English or Konkani (Roman Script). TAG will print a minimum of 500 copies of the book. 100 copies will be given to the writer. The remaining copies will be used by TAG for various purposes. Financial Benefits The author/researcher will be given remuneration as fixed by TAG as per his/her experience for the research work undertaken. Editorial Support The manuscript approved by the Recommendation Board shall be edited by a member of Editorial Board. Editing will include checking for spelling and orthography. Conditions _The manuscript received from the author/researcher will be considered for publication only after getting approval from the Recommendation Board appointed by TAG._ _The author/researcher will have to provide TAG, 3 (three) typed copies of the manuscript._ _If approved, the author/researcher will have to submit a soft copy of the manuscript on a Compact Disc/Digital Versatile Disc/pen drive._

The scheme "Domestic Funding of Foreign Training (DFFT)" is a scheme introduced by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India in the year 2001-02 with an objective to upgrade the knowledge & skills of Government officers.

Benefit: Under the scheme, different international training programmes will be offered to eligible government officers as mentioned below: Long-Term Foreign Training Programmes (6-12 months) Short Term Foreign Training Programmes (up to 6 months) Partial Funding of Foreign Study (of more than 6 months)

The scheme aims to provide fortified, flavored, double toned pasteurized milk to students, pregnant women and lactating women. The scheme is implemented by the Anganwadi Centers and also by the Child Development Project Officers.

Benefit: For the Students (Education Department) ◦ The scheme aims to provide nutritious food to the students. ◦ The students get 200 milliliters of flavoured milk per day. ◦ The milk provided is fortified with added 3% fat, 24 grams carbohydrate, 7 grams protein, Vitamin A 500 International Units, and Vitamin D 40 International Units. ◦ This provision is served five days in a week. For Women & their Child (Women & Child Development Department) ◦ Children in the age group of 6 months to 6 years registered at Anganwadi centers receive 100 milliliters of fortified, flavored, double toned pasteurized milk, five days a week. ◦ Pregnant and lactating mothers registered at Anganwadi centers receive 200 milliliters of fortified, flavored, double toned pasteurized milk, twice in a week.

The scheme aims to enhance the nutritional health of children aged 6 months to 6 years and pregnant and lactating mothers by providing fortified flavored milk in Anganwadi centers across 20 districts in the state.

Benefit: Nutritional Support for Children: 100 ml of fortified flavored milk is provided 5 days a week to children aged 6 months to 6 years. - Nutritional Support for Mothers: 200 ml of fortified flavored milk is provided 2 days a week to pregnant and lactating mothers.

DPIIT has introduced an internship scheme for students pursuing Under Graduate/Post Graduate degrees or Research Scholars enrolled in recognized universities/Institutions within India or abroad. The applicants can choose the period of their choice ranging from one/two/three months.

Benefit: Stipend: - Interns would be paid a stipend of ₹10,000/- per month. The processing of payment towards the stipend amount will be initiated after the completion of the internship period. Number of Interns: - Maximum Number of Interns selected at a time will not be more than 20. Period of Internship: - The period of Internship shall be minimum one month and maximum three months. - After completing internship, students will be awarded an Experience Certificate. - Those who will not satisfactorily complete the requisite period of internship will not be awarded any certificate or stipend.

The scheme provides interest subsidy to the students belonging to the OBCs and EBCs on the interest payable for the period of the moratorium for the Education Loans for overseas studies to pursue approved courses of studies abroad at Masters, M.Phil. and PhD level.

Benefit: Under the scheme, interest payable by the students availing the education loans of the IBA for the period of moratorium (i.e. course period, plus one year or six months after getting a job, whichever is earlier) as prescribed under the Education Loan Scheme of the IBA, shall be borne by the Government of India. For a student, the eligible loan component shall be the actual loan taken subject to a maximum of ₹ 20,00,000 for the purpose of an Interest subsidy claim. NOTE 1: After the period of moratorium is over, the interest on the outstanding loan amount shall be paid by the student, in accordance with the existing Educational Loan Scheme as may be amended from time to time. NOTE 2: The candidate will bear the Principal instalments and interest beyond the moratorium period. Release of Funds The funds will be released to the applicants on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to a maximum amount to be worked out every year based on the total budget made available that year, under the scheme.

The scheme aims to encourage meritorious students pursuing a B.Sc. Agriculture course in their final year of study, thereby recognizing their academic excellence and providing financial support to reduce their burden.

Benefit: Award Amount: ₹25,000/- per year per student.

The objective of the scheme is to motivate students from the lower economic backgrounds & support them economically. Under this scheme, cash award of ₹5,000/- is given to the students who have obtained the highest marks in the 12th class examination in government schools within their district.

Benefit: Under this scheme, students who achieve the highest marks in the 12th class examination in government schools within their district will receive ₹5,000/-. Note: The scholarship is sent directly to the student's bank account.

The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Economically Backward Class (EBC) students studying at the post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education. These scholarships shall be available for studies in India only.

Benefit: Maintenance Allowance Group A Degree and Post Graduate level courses including M.Phil., PhD and Post Doctoral research in Medicine (Allopathic, Indian and other recognized systems of medicines), Engineering, Technology, Planning, Architecture, Design, Fashion Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary and Allied Sciences, Management, Business Finance/Administration, Computer Science/Applications. Post Graduate Diploma courses in various branches of management & medicine. C.A./ I.C.W.A./ C.S./ I.C.F.A. etc. M. Phil., Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral Programmes (D.Litt., D.Sc. etc.). L.L.M Rate of Maintenance Allowance (₹ per month): Hostellers: 750; Day Scholars: 350. Group B Graduate/Post/Graduate courses leading to Degree, Diploma, Certificate in areas like Pharmacy (B. Pharma), Nursing (B Nursing), LLB, BFS, other para-medial branches like rehabilitation diagnostics etc., Mass Communication, Hotel Management & Catering, Travel/Tourism/Hospitality Management, Interior Decoration, Nutrition & Dietetics, Commercial Art, Financial Services (e.g. Banking, Insurance, Taxation etc.) for which entrance qualification is minimum Sr. Secondary (10+2), except aviation related courses. Post Graduate courses not covered under Group A e.g. MA/M.Sc./M.Com/ M.Ed./M.Pharma etc. Rate of Maintenance Allowance (₹ per month): Hostellers: 510; Day Scholars: 335. Group C All other courses leading to a graduate degree not covered under Group A & B e.g. BA/B.Sc./B.Com etc. Rate of Maintenance Allowance (₹ per month): Hostellers: 400; Day Scholars: 210. Group D All post-matriculation level non-degree courses for which entrance qualification is High School (Class X), e.g. senior secondary certificate (class XI and XII); both general and vocational stream, ITI courses, 3-year diploma courses in Polytechnics, etc. Rate of Maintenance Allowance (₹ per month): Hostellers: 260; Day Scholars: 160. NOTE: Scholars who are entitled to free boarding and/or lodging will be paid maintenance chargers at 1/3rd of the hostellers' rate. Reader Charges for Blind Students (Blind Scholars) The blind scholars will be given an additional amount as 'Readers Charges' as mentioned below: Group: A & B; Reader Allowance (₹ per month): 175 Group: C; Reader Allowance (₹ per month): 130 Group: D; Reader Allowance (₹ per month): 90 Fees Scholars will be paid enrolment/registration, tuition, games, union, library, magazine, medical examination and such other fees compulsorily payable by the scholar to the institution or University/Board. Refundable deposit-like caution money and security deposit will, however, be excluded. Study Tours Study tour charges upto a maximum of ₹ 900/- per annum limited to the actual expenditure incurred by the student on transportation charges etc., will be paid to the scholars studying professional and technical courses, provided that the head of the institution certifies that the study tour is essential for the scholar for completion of his/her course of study. Thesis Typing/ Printing Charges Thesis typing/printing charges upto a maximum of ₹ 1000/- will be paid to research scholars on the recommendation of the Head of the Institution. Mode of Disbursal In order to ensure timely payment of scholarship amount to the beneficiaries, the State Government/UT administrations are requested to avoid cash payment of scholarship amount and are required to issue instructions to all concerned that payment of scholarship should be made directly to beneficiaries through their accounts in post offices/banks with phased transition to Smart Cards. Duration of Awards The award once made will be tenable from the stage at which it is given to the completion of the course subject to good conduct and regularity in attendance. Renewal of Awards It will be renewed from year to year provided that within a course, which is continuous for a number of years, the scholar secures promotion to the next higher class irrespective of the fact whether such examinations are conducted by a University or the Institution.

Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹1,20,000/- is provided to Scheduled Caste individuals who do not own a residential home, have an old rough residential home, or own a plot for residence, and who belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category for the construction of a house.

Benefit: Under the scheme, individuals belonging to the scheduled caste category are provided with ₹1,20,000/- assistance for the construction of houses in both urban and rural areas. 1. The assistance will be paid in three instalments, first instalment is ₹40,000/- (with order of administrative sanction), the second instalment is ₹60,000/- (after reaching the lintel level), and the third instalment is ₹20,000/- (On completion of construction, including toilets).

This scheme is being implemented to encourage the merit amongst the students of Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, Nomadic, DNTs, Semi-Nomadic, Vimukt Jaati and Tapriwas Jaati and to produce a feeling of competition amongst them and motivate them to earn more and more marks from the middle to post.

Benefit: For Students of Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Nomadic, DNTs, Semi-Nomadic, Vimukt Jati, and Tapriwas Jaati, scholarship ranging from Rs. 8000/- to 12000/- is awarded for Metric/10th,10+ and Graduation. For Students of Backward Classes Block ‘A’, scholarship of amount Rs 8000 is awarded for metric qualified students. For Students of Backward Classes Block ‘B’, scholarship of amount Rs 8000 is awarded for metric qualified students. For Meritorious students of other social classes to be given scholarship at par with Students of Backward Classes Block ‘B’, scholarship of amount Rs 8000 is awarded for metric qualified students.

The scheme “Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhatravriti Yojna to Other Backward Classes Students” was started by Dept. of Education, H.P. Under the scheme, scholarship is given to top 1000 meritorious students of OBC declared as such in the result of Matric Examination conducted by H.P. Board.

Benefit: Under this scholarship scheme, an amount of ₹18,000/- will be given to each eligible student per year for two successive years after matric.

The scheme “Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhatravriti Yojna to Scheduled Caste Students” was started by the Dept. of Education, H.P. Under the scheme, scholarship is given to top 1250 meritorious students of SC category as such in the result of Matric Examination conducted by H.P. Board of School Education.

Benefit: Under this scholarship scheme, an amount of ₹18,000/- will be given to each eligible student per year for two successive years after matric.

The scheme “Dr. Ambedkar Medical Aid Scheme” has been revised and implemented by the Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Caste & Backward Classes, Government of Haryana in 2009. Under this scheme, the state government provides medical treatment facilities to patients of the SC/ST communities.

Benefit: Under this scheme medical treatment facilities provide to the patients suffering from serious ailments of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe persons whose annual family income is less than ₹ 1,00,000/- p.a. A patient having serious ailments requiring surgery of the Kidney, Heart, Liver, Cancer, Knee, Spinal and Brain, or any other life-threatening diseases may be given treatment.
