Dairy Equipment Scheme

The scheme aims to help Goan dairy farmers purchase essential equipment by offering a 75% subsidy on approved dairy machinery, promoting efficiency and productivity in dairy farming.

Benefit: Subsidy provided for the purchase of new dairy equipment or implements. Subsidy at 75% of the permissible cost limited to ₹2,00,000/- on total equipment purchased. Subsidy amount is directly credited to the beneficiary’s bank account through Electronic Clearance System (ECS). _Subsidy is available only for new equipment that is not previously subsidised under any other Government scheme._ _Subsidy applicable for equipment purchased from authorised dealers registered with the Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Government of Goa._ Conditions for Availment Purchase approval from Directorate, submission of bills, photographs of installed equipment, and adherence to scheme guidelines. Beneficiary must maintain the equipment and not sell or transfer it for at least 42 months (3.5 years) from the date of subsidy release. _Breach of terms permits Government to recover subsidy through other incentives or revenue code._

Validity: The Margin Money Subsidy is available on a maximum loan of up to ₹1,00,000/- during a period of three years. Interest Subsidy An interest subsidy is available at the rate of 7%. Disbursement: The subsidy is credited to the beneficiary's account on a half-yearly basis. Conditions for Disbursement: The subsidy is credited after the receipt of the subsidy claim from the bank. Penal interest or other charges must not be included in the claim. Validity: The subsidy is available for a maximum period of three years. Conditions for Continuation: Further benefit under this scheme can be extended for a maximum of three times with the same conditions, upon the recommendation of the Bank, to beneficiaries who regularly pay the instalments as fixed by the Bank. Mode of Disbursement for all Subsidies All subsidy disbursements will be made through RTGS/e-Payment only. Beneficiaries must provide details such as their Account Number, IFSC Code, TAN No., and Aadhaar Number for this purpose. Conditions for Availment/Continuation of Loan and Benefits The beneficiary is bound to repay the loan, along with its interest, regularly within a period of a minimum of one year (12 monthly instalments) and a maximum of three years (36 monthly instalments), as fixed by the Bank. The artisan must regularly pay the instalments and interest to the bank and must not be a defaulter of the bank. The loan sanctioned must be used only for the purpose for which it was approved. If used for any other purpose, the beneficiary is bound to immediately repay the loan, interest, and government assistance, and agrees that it can be recovered as land revenue arrears. The implementing agency will ensure through on-site visits that the machinery, equipment, or raw materials are purchased for the intended purpose after the disbursement of the loan.

The scheme provides financial assistance to the nominees or dependents of workers engaged in Building or Other Construction Works in Andaman & Nicobar Islands in the event of their natural or accidental death.

Benefit: Natural Death: - ₹1,00,000/- shall be sanctioned to the nominee or dependent of a registered beneficiary. 1. Accidental Death (During Employment): - ₹2,00,000/- may be given to the nominee or dependent of the beneficiary. 1. Accidental Death (Non-registered Construction Workers): - ₹50,000/- may be provided, subject to a certificate from the concerned Tehsildar confirming the deceased was a construction worker.

Through the "Death Benefit" scheme, the nominee/dependant of the deceased worker is provided with financial assistance. The death should have either been natural or caused due to an accident, during the course of employment. The applications are accepted offline.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹30,000/-, if the death was natural. Financial Assistance of ₹1,00,000/-, if the death was due to an accident, during the course of employment.

Death Benefit (MBOCWWB)

Under the scheme, financial assistance shall be provided to the nominees or dependents of registered construction workers in the event of their natural or accidental death during the course of employment.

Benefit: Under the scheme, an amount of ₹2,00,000/- shall be given to the nominees or dependents of registered construction workers towards death benefit, in case of natural death. 1. If the death is due to an accident during the course of employment, the nominee or dependent of registered construction workers shall be given ₹3,00,000/- towards death benefit. 1. The amount of ₹2,00,000/- for Natural Death & ₹5,00,000/- for Accidental Death shall be given to the nominees or dependents of registered construction workers who are not covered under any insurance scheme. 1. There shall be no bar for the nominee to claim any other death or accidental death benefit under any insurance scheme covering the beneficiaries (i.e. PMJJBY/PMSBY/etc.).
