Under this scheme, loans are provided to Safai Karamcharis & their dependents for any viable income-generating activities with a maximum cost of up to ₹15,00,000/- per beneficiary. The beneficiary should be between 18 & 55 years of age and should be either Safai Karamchari or his/her dependent.

Testing Equipment Scheme
The Government of Haryana launched the Testing Equipment Assistance Scheme to support Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in enhancing product quality through financial aid for procuring testing equipment.
Benefit: 50% Subsidy on Purchase of Testing Equipment : - Financial support of 50% of the cost, limited to a maximum of ₹5 lakh per year, for purchase of new testing equipment. Support for Quality Enhancement - Assists Micro and Small Enterprises in establishing testing facilities for raw materials and end products to ensure zero defect and global competitiveness. Encouragement to Upgrade Infrastructure - Aims to overcome resource constraints faced by MSEs in acquiring essential testing infrastructure.

Thakur Sen Negi Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana
The objective of this scheme is to provide scholarships of ₹11,000/-per annum to the top 100 Girls and top 100 Boys students belonging to the Tribal Community of Himachal Pradesh who have passed Class 10th and presently studying in a recognized institution within or outside the State.
Benefit: A total of 100 girls and 100 boys will receive ₹ 11,000 per annum for two years.

Note: Additional financial assistance can be met based on the decision of the Superintendent, Head of the concerned Department of Specialty, and Head of the Radiotherapy Department.
Thatched House Repair Grant for Re-thatching & Repairs (Sainik Welfare)
Through the "Thatched House Repair Grant for Re-thatching & Repairs" scheme, up to ₹40,000/- is provided to the registered ESM / Widows of ESM / Dependents of ESM every three years, for the re-thatching & repair of their house. The applicant should be receiving a Subsistence Allowance.
Benefit: The actual cost of damage or a maximum of ₹40,000/- is provided for the re-thatching and repair of the house. The amount, as decided by the Management Committee, is credited to the beneficiary’s Bank Account through RTGS/ NEFT.
