The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to pilgrims undertaking a pilgrimage to the Sindhu River in the Ladakh region of India. Under this scheme, selected beneficiaries receive reimbursement of their travel expenses, up to a maximum of ₹10,000/- per pilgrim.

Benefit: Reimbursement of 50% of actual travel expenses, up to a maximum of ₹10,000 per pilgrim. Note: Payment is made via online bank transfer or through account payee cheque or demand draft, depending on departmental conditions.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance of ₹15,000/- to pilgrims from Gujarat undertaking the Sindhu Darshan Yatra in Leh-Ladakh, fostering national unity. Intended beneficiaries include native Gujaratis who complete the yatra and apply within 60 days.

The scheme “Sindhu Dharshan Yatra Scheme 2016” was launched by Tourism Department, Government of Haryana on 12th July 2016. Under the scheme, the government of Haryana provides financial assistance to the pilgrims of the State of Haryana.

National Small Industries Corporation enlists Micro & Small Enterprises under Single Point Registration scheme for participation in Government Purchases. The units enlisted under this scheme of NSIC are eligible to get the benefits under Public Procurement Policy for Micro & Small Enterprises.

“Sishu Saathi”, a scheme of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal as part of the Rastriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) under National Health Mission is meant to treat Indian children of 0-18 years age group with zero out of pocket expenditure.

Benefit: Health Screening in Schools: Free health check-ups in government schools to detect heart ailments at an early stage among children. - Free Cardiac Surgeries: Completely free cardiac surgeries for children up to 12 years of age who are diagnosed with heart ailments, ensuring no financial burden on families.

SITARE-Appreciation Grant: Residential workshops called as Biotech Innovation Ignition School (BIIS) for undergraduate students are organized to provide hands-on technical training and mentorship for problem identification in 3-4 weeks duration.

Benefit: Under the scheme, the residential workshops called as Biotech Innovation Ignition School (BIIS) for undergraduate students are organized to provide hands-on technical training and mentorship for problem identification in 3-4 weeks duration. 1. Out of 30-40 students per workshop, 10 students are selected and provided grant support of up to INR 1 lakh each to encourage their inquisitiveness and sustained efforts. 1. The recipients are recognized as BIRAC’s SITARE-Appreciation beneficiaries. 1. In a year, 3 such workshops are conducted. Note: The grantees are expected to conduct further research on the topic either at home institution or at the SITARE Partner’s lab. SITARE Partner can extend mentoring and other support required for the same. Travel/Accommodation: The following expenses will be covered for student participants: • Class II Rail fare and local travel expenses • Hostel accommodation • Breakfast, lunch, dinner • Shuttle facility from hostel to project site Other activities: SITARE Partner is encouraged to provide mentoring to BIIS participants by organizing invited talks by experts from institutions such as but not limited to TiE, BREC, Management schools, etc., and may undertake tour(s) to nearby reputed colleges/institutions/incubation centres.

The scheme aims to promote skiing among the youth of the state by providing professional training, enabling participants to become proficient skiers, competitive athletes, or certified skiing instructors.

Benefit: The beneficiary will become a skiing trainer or competitor, upon completing the course.

The scheme "Skill Development" by the Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology, aims to impart practical training to postgraduate students in various Earth Science disciplines, including structural and evolutionary geology, geochemistry, geomorphology, glaciology, magnetostratigraphy, etc.

Benefit: Research Experience: Provides opportunities for self-sponsored research work, allowing students to gain practical experience in Earth Sciences. - Seasonal Training: Offers valuable summer and winter training programs, enhancing practical skills and knowledge in specialized geological disciplines. - Exposure to Diverse Fields: Exposes students to a wide array of sub-disciplines within Earth Sciences, such as structural geology, geochemistry, glaciology, engineering geology, palaeontology, and environmental geology.

The Department of Labour & Employment, Government of Himachal Pradesh introduced a scheme of granting Skill Development Allowance to the unemployed youth aims at providing allowance to educated unemployed persons for their Skill upgradation.

Benefit: Allowance shall be payable to each educated unemployed applicant for a maximum period of two years; subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria & timely submission of attested copies of 8th/matriculation marks sheet/certificate to ascertain age and educational qualification and Affidavit as per form ‘C’, at the following rates: For Physically Challenged person who have minimum 50% permanent disability recorded in her/his Employment Exchange record (X-I), @ ₹1,500/- per month. For all other categories of Persons :- ₹1000/- (Rs. One Thousand) per month. Note: - The Allowance shall be credited to the recipient by RTGS/NEFT/ECS through Banks as mentioned in Application Form, on monthly basis at the cost of the Government. - This would be on bank accounts which are verified by Aadhaar number by the bank.

The scheme "Skill Development and Economic Empowerment" aims to provide vocational training and skill enhancement for visually challenged individuals. Through this scheme, free education, food, accommodation, and training in various job-oriented fields are provided to eligible candidates.

Benefit: Free Vocational Training: - Provides training in various professional courses, including Computer Operator, Stenographer, Mushroom Producer, Radio Jockey, Data Entry Operator, Reflexology, and Gardener. Essential Skill Training: - Offers training in Braille orientation and mobility, computer typing, Hindi and English, and home management skills. Modern Learning Tools: - Senior students receive smartphones and laptops to facilitate modern and convenient studies. Comprehensive Support for Trainees: - Free food and accommodation are provided. - Commuting allowance is given for participation in the program. - Uniforms are provided. - Library facilities are accessible. - Medical facilities are available. - Accessible teaching materials are supplied. - Assistive devices are provided.

The scheme aims to train skilled professionals for the technical textiles industry, develop transferable skills, create a strong knowledge ecosystem, integrate trained individuals into various roles, and promote continuous learning and innovation.

Under this scheme, financial assistance shall be provided to registered construction workers or their two children for the purchase of tool kits upon submission of a successful course/trade completion certificate from a Government Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Training Centre.

Benefit: Under the scheme, the financial assistance of ₹10,000/- shall be provided by the Board to registered construction workers or their two children for the purchase of tool kits.

Through the “Skill Development Fee Reimbursement Scheme”, the SPC will reimburse 50% of the fees up to ₹ 50,000/- to the students who have successfully completed an SPC-approved technical skill training program in any of the approved domains from a Goan educational institute.

The SPC shall reserve the sole right to accept or reject applications.

The scheme aims to enhance the employability and entrepreneurial skills of students, researchers, and farmers in the field of biotechnology, thereby promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship in emerging areas of the biotechnology sector.

Benefit: Training programs are organized to promote self-employment under the Skill Development in Critical Areas of Biotechnology. These programs range in duration from 30/45 to 90 days for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and 180 days (Dissertation Program) for postgraduate students. During the training period, selected students conduct their research and practical training in the Council’s modern research laboratories. The trainees receive hands-on training in plant tissue culture, molecular biology and genetic engineering, environmental biotechnology, hydroponics, and soilless farming. After receiving the training, beneficiaries are better able to manage their business, self-employment, and agricultural activities.

Through the “Skill Development Promotion Scheme”, the retail educational institutes that impart programming and technical skills are encouraged to establish learning centres in Goa. Institutes listed by the startup promotion cell and providing courses at pre-fixed rates will be provided subsidies.

The benefits of this scheme can only be availed by up to 10 institutes per year offering courses under the technical areas/ sectors outlined in Annexure 2. Under no circumstance shall the benefits under this scheme be considered an entitlement. The SPC shall reserve the sole right to accept or reject applications. The eligibility and disbursement of incentives shall be reviewed at the end of each year based on the performance of the institute. The applicant can take the benefit of this scheme only one time in the whole of the policy period for a period of two consecutive years. The applicant can avail of the benefits of this scheme quarterly/bi-annually/ annually. Once the application is approved by the SPC, the approved amount shall be disbursed within 60 days from the date of approval. Definitions For the purpose of this scheme, ‘capital procurement’ shall mean money spent on the purchase of capital goods such as computer hardware, networking devices, and ICT for the institute. ‘retail educational institute’ shall mean a learning centre located in Goa listed by the SPC as such for the purpose of Goa Start-up Policy 2017.

The Board is implementing this scheme by entering an MoU with M/s Labour Net Services Private Limited and M/s G&G Skill Developers Private Limited, to provide training to the Construction Workers enrolled as beneficiaries in the Board. The applications are accepted offline.

Benefit: The Construction Workers are provided Skill Training free of cost.

The Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board offers offers a 15-day Recognition of Prior Learning training programme for registered construction workers. The programme aims to enhance the employability of workers, ensuring they meet industry standards for future opportunities.

Benefit: Stipend: ₹35/- per hour per trainee. Duration: 120 hours spread over 15 days.

The Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board offers a comprehensive 15-day residential skill up-gradation training program designed to enhance the skills of registered construction workers.

Benefit: Stipend: ₹300/- per day per trainee Duration: 15 working days (120 Hours total: 24 Hours of Theory, 96 Hours of Practical Training)
