Scheme for Promotion of Affordable Rental Smart Housing (SPARSH 2.0): Rent Subsidy
The scheme aims to reduce the rental burden on workers and economically weaker section families residing in affordable rental housing complexes.
Benefit: Subsidising the stay of urban poor and labourers in housing complexes registered or constructed under the SPARSH 2.0 scheme, either by a private player under vertical 1 or 2 or by any PSUs, Autonomous bodies, etc., under vertical 3 All EWS families staying in the housing complexes registered or constructed under the SPARSH 2.0 scheme shall be entitled to a rent subsidy of Rs. 500 per month per person subject to a maximum of 5 persons in a family. For any housing complex registered under the SPARSH 2.0 scheme, such subsidy shall be allowed for a period of not more than 20 years from the date of Registration, or till 40 years from the date of construction, whichever is earlier. Subsidy shall be transferred to any lady member of the family in her account through Aadhar-linked bank transfer in case of families, or to each individual person in case of a dormitory. Subsidy shall be transferred to the Aadhar-linked bank account of the Karta or senior most earning male member of the family if no female member is either available or stays in the Housing Complex.

Associated utilities include captive power and effluent treatment plants; clean rooms; air curtains; temperature and air quality control systems; compressed air, water and power supply; and IT/ITES infrastructure related to manufacturing including servers, software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. • Expenditure on Research and Development (R&D) — including in-house and captive R&D, test and measuring instruments, design tools, software cost (directly for R&D), and expenditure on technology, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), patents and copyrights. • Expenditure on Transfer of Technology (ToT) — including cost of technology and initial technology purchase related to eligible goods. • Expenditure on refurbished/used/second-hand plant, machinery and equipment (including associated utilities and R&D) — whether imported or domestically procured — not exceeding 20% of total eligible plant, machinery and equipment. Such equipment must have a minimum residual life of at least 5 (five) years at the time of transfer of assets. The following are NOT covered as eligible capital expenditure • Expenditure on land and building (including factory building/construction). • Expenditure on consumables and raw materials used for manufacturing. These children are often at great risk from malnutrition, illness and neglect, and need a helping hand in healthcare, shelter etc.
Benefit: An amount of ₹ 25,00,000 shall be sanctioned as a time grant to the selected institutions/NGOs as per clause (A).1. The quantum of financial assistance to the eligible institutions under clauses (B) & (C) shall be as per the recommendation of the selection committee and the approval of the government. Enhanced grants as per clause (C) shall be considered on a case-to-case basis. However, the total grants in each case under the scheme shall not be more than ₹ 1,00,00,000.

Counselors discuss and assist trainees with various concerns, including Stress Management, adjusting to the Industrial Training Institute environment, life transitions and changes, difficulties in family relationships, depression, anxiety, anger, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, thoughts of suicide, trauma, and other feelings that cause discomfort. Monetary Remuneration (For Contract Staff) Remuneration for Counselors is ₹28,000/-. Remuneration for the Supervisor is ₹35,000/-. Remuneration for the Data Entry Operator is ₹20,000/-. Conditions The appointment of the Counselor, Supervisor, and Data Entry Operator is on a contract basis for a period of 12 months. The renewal of the contract shall be strictly based on the performance of the staff member, which will be assessed by the constituted Committee. The Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship will pay the remuneration from the funds provided by the State Government or by the Government of India through any Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
Scheme for Providing Employment Opportunities by Establishing Piggery, Sheep and Goat Units (General)
This scheme is a credit linked scheme with a primary objective of providing self-employment opportunities, the unemployed persons will be assisted by way of establishing Sheep or Goat Units (15 female+1 male) and Piggery Unit (10 female+1 male).
Benefit: Financial Assistance under the Scheme: Establishment of 10+1 Piggery units: - 25% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for the establishment of a 10+1 Piggery unit. - A maximum amount of ₹25,000/- could be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat units: - 25 % subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat unit. - A maximum amount of ₹24,500/- could be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Note 1: The financial assistance will be provided by the Government in the form of a subsidy after three months of establishment of the unit and tagging or loan disbursement by the bank whichever is later, subject to verification of the unit by the concerned Veterinary Surgeon. Note 2: The financial assistance may be delayed due to non-availability of the budget or any other unforeseen circumstances. Note 3: The subsidy will be provided in the Loan account of the beneficiary. Financial Assistance for Livestock Insurance under the Scheme: - If any Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational by the Department or Haryana Livestock Development Board then the insurance of animals purchased for the establishment of a unit is to be covered under that Scheme, wherever permissible. - However, if no Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational then the Beneficiary/Bank would have to arrange for the insurance of the animals at their own.
Under this scheme, an unemployed resident of Haryana who is between 18 and 60 years of age can avail a 25% subsidy on the cost of livestock, provided they have taken a loan for establishing a 10+1 Piggery unit or a 15+1 Sheep/Goat unit.

Benefit: Financial Assistance under the Scheme: Establishment of Dairy units of 2/3 milch animals: - 50% subsidy on the cost of milch animals which has been availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 2/3 milch animals; - Establishment of 10+1 Piggery units: - 50% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for the establishment of a 10+1 Piggery unit. - A maximum amount of ₹50,000/- will be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat units: - 90% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat unit. - A maximum amount of ₹88,200/- will be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Scheme for Relief and Rehabilitation of Women Acid Victims
Under the scheme, the acid attack victim is entitled to receive 100% free medical treatment from government or government-approved hospitals. Additionally, an ad-hoc relief of ₹1.00 lakh is provided to the acid attack victim, which is later reimbursed by the Women and Child Development Department.
