The scheme aims to encourage individuals and groups to construct fish ponds by providing financial assistance and to promote sustainable fish farming while enhancing livelihood opportunities in the hilly regions of the state.

Benefit: Under this scheme: - Pond clusters (a minimum of 10 ponds must be built at one location) are created to better utilize water resources in mountainous areas, individuals of all castes are eligible to receive a 50% grant for pond construction and the first year’s investment, including fish hatchery and feed. A single individual can construct up to 10 ponds, or a group of individuals may construct them collectively. - Free technical assistance is provided for rearing fish species with high growth rates. - Individual beneficiaries are eligible for a grant for pond construction up to 500 cubic meters, with a maximum grant amount of ₹2.5 lakh. - For a society, group, federation, or mangal dal, a maximum grant of ₹5 lakh is provided for pond construction up to 1000 cubic meters. - Beneficiaries are required to contribute the remaining 50% of the cost from their own resources or through a bank loan.

The scheme aims to assist Qualified Personnel in Medicine, Management, Accountancy, Engineering, Architecture, etc. and Good Borrowers of the Corporation (Industrial Units) for purchase of New Four Wheeler Vehicle (Air Conditioned or Non-air-conditioned) for own use. The applications are online.

The scheme aims to provide essential infrastructure by constructing Multipurpose Community Halls (Sanskruti Bhavan) in villages primarily inhabited by Scheduled Tribe Communities. Benefits include a facility that serves as a marriage hall, training center, and recreation room.

Benefit: Construction of a Multipurpose Community Hall, designated as Sanskruti Bhavan. The project provides funding for the entire cost of construction, subject to a maximum limit of ₹50,00,000/-, which includes the cost of land. Intended Use of the Benefits The hall must be used by the local population as a Multipurpose Community Hall. The facility must include a special Anganwadi. The hall must include a reading room. The hall must include a recreation room. The main hall must have a seating capacity of 200 to 300 people. The hall must serve as a marriage hall. The facility must function as a facilitation point for organizing awareness programmes, conducting trainings, seminars, holding meetings of Forest Right Committees and other socio cultural events. Disbursement The entire cost of the project will be deposited with the Executing Agency. The funds are released after the detailed estimate, drawing of the project is approved by the State Level Committee and the construction license is obtained for the project. Conditions A separate long term Maintenance Agreement will be entered into with the Executing Agency for the maintenance of the Sanskruti Bhavan/Multipurpose Community Hall. The Panchayat may grant use of the facility at the rate fixed by the Government from time to time. The amount collected from granting use of the facility will be credited into the maintenance fund of the hall.

The scheme aims to extend composite financial assistance (term loan and/or working capital loan) to Artisans, Village and Cottage Industries, and Micro Enterprises promoted by residents of Puducherry. Benefits include loans up to ₹25,00,000/- per unit.

A concessional rate of interest, 0.5% (zero point five per cent) less than the normal rate, is charged for units promoted by Women, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Differently Abled persons. Conditions _Collateral security in the form of immovable property shall be offered, apart from the mortgage/hypothecation of proposed fixed assets._ _The value of immovable property situated in the Union Territory of Puducherry offered as security must be not less than the amount of the term loan sanctioned._ _If the immovable property is situated outside the Union Territory of Puducherry, its value must be not less than 150% of the loan amount if it includes land with a building._ _If the immovable property offered outside the Union Territory of Puducherry is only land, its value must be not less than 200% of the loan amount._ _For units promoted by Women, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Differently Abled persons, the value of the property to be offered as collateral security is reduced and fixed at 50% (Fifty per cent) of the loan amount._ _The valuation of properties offered as security shall be assessed by engaging Chartered Engineers/valuers from the approved panel of the Corporation._

The objective of the scheme is to improve the socio-economic and nutritional status of the poor families, small farmers and landless agricultural labourers and other economically weaker section of the society.

Under this scheme, unemployed persons will be assisted by way of providing financial assistance in form of subsidy for establishing dairy units of 4, 10, 20 & 50 milch animals like buffaloes, indigenous cows (Hariana, Sahiwal, Belahi, Red Sindhi, Tharparkar and Gir breeds only) and crossbred cows.

Benefit: Financial Assistance for Interest Subvention under the Scheme: Dairy units of 4 and 10 milch animals: - 25% subsidy on the cost of milch animals can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 4 and 10 milch animals; - The subsidy will be provided three months after the purchase/tagging of Milch animals or disbursement of Loan by the bank, whichever is later, and subject to verification of unit by the concerned veterinary surgeon. Dairy units of 20 and 50 milch animals: - Interest subvention on 75% cost of milch animals (25% being the margin money) can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 20 and 50 milch animals; - The financial assistance will be provided in the form of interest subvention on loan amount financed by the bank (For Livestock Component only). - The maximum amount for which interest subvention will be provided is as follows:- Sl. Financial Assistance for Insurance of Livestock Unit: - If any Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational by the Department or Haryana Livestock Development Board then the insurance of animals purchased for the establishment of unit is to be covered under that Scheme, wherever permissible. - However, if no Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational then the Beneficiary/Bank would have to arrange for the insurance of the animals at their own. The department would assist the beneficiaries in establishing these units in the following ways: - Sponsoring of loan applications to banks / financial institutions. - Purchase of animals, tagging, and issuance of Health certificates. - Providing Veterinary health and other facilities like free vaccination and management guidance etc. - Imparting 11 days of Dairy husbandry training at the concerned Sub Division I District Level in the State to the desirous persons.

Under this scheme, a resident of Haryana who is between 18 and 60 years of age can avail a 25% subsidy on the cost of two milch animals. The subsidy can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units with two milch animals.

Benefit: Under the scheme, a total allowance of ₹6000/- per month will be given to an eligible beneficiary. 1. In case of the death of a beneficiary getting an artist pension, the financial assistance may be transferred, at the discretion of the Central Government, in the name of the spouse of the beneficiary till life. Note 01: The monthly allowance contributed by the State Government/UT Administration concerned shall be at least ₹500/- per month per beneficiary. Note 02: The monthly allowance contributed by the Central Government shall not exceed ₹5500/- per month per beneficiary. Note 03: Out of ₹6000/-, the monthly contribution of allowance of the Central Government will be less than the extent of the monthly contribution of allowance being provided to the applicant by the State Government/UT Administration. Note 04: If State Government is already providing ₹1000/- per month pension to an artiste recommended to get financial assistance from the Central Government under this Scheme, in that case, the contribution of the Central Government would be only ₹5000/- per month. Note 05: In respect of State Govt./UT Administration where there is no provision for an Artist's Pension, ₹6000/- per month will be paid as an Artist Pension by the Central Government. Note 06: In case of the death of a beneficiary, a request application should be received in the Ministry of Culture from the spouse along with the relevant documents within the period of one year from the date of death of the beneficiary artist. After the period of one year, the claim for the transfer of pension in the name of the spouse will stand forfeited and no request in this regard shall be entertained.
