The government issued 'Samajik Mukti' (Social Freedom) cards to unorganised sector workers of the State for Provident Fund & Other Social Benefit scheme.

Benefit: The benefits of this scheme include the following: Provident Fund is given to the unorganised worker to provide financial security and stability. Compensation in case of death or disability during work. The government provides financial assistance to the children of beneficiaries who pursue higher studies (for the applicants registered for at least one year). Besides, they give training in safety and skill development. The department also provides health treatment facilities to the unorganised workers who have registered under this scheme.

The scheme aims to support traditional faith healers by providing a monthly pension. Under this scheme, ₹1,500 is provided to each eligible traditional healer across the state.

Samarth (Respite Care) scheme, launched by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, aims at setting up Samarth Centres for providing respite and residential care for the specified categories of Persons with Disability (PwD).

Benefit: Group Home: Registered Orgaisations(RO) should provide group home facilities for all age groups with adequate and quality care service with acceptable living standards including provision of basic medical care from professional doctors.1. Vocational Activities: Samarth Centre should provide age specific vocational activities, pre-vocational activities and assistance for training or schooling as applicable on case to case basis.1. Staffing: There should be a provision of at least two Special Educators (+Vocational Trainers), one Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, three Caregivers, two Ayas and a Cook in the Samarth centre.1. Infrastructure facilities: Samarth Centre should provide therapeutic aids and appliances, hygienic lodging and other facilities for the PwDs.1. Assessment and Evaluation: PwD should be assessed and evaluated by experts in the related field on a regular basis to understand their individual needs and also to monitor the progress of the PwD. The Samarth centre should maintain a record in the growth and development charts of the PwD on a regular basis (with the help of experts).1. Linkage with Gharaunda Scheme: The Samarth Centre should facilitate shifting the PwD who is above 18 years of age and has spent more than 5 years in the Samarth Centre to Gharaunda centre.

This scheme provides an amount of ₹400/- per child per year for uniforms to all children aged 3 to 6 years receiving pre-school education at Anganwadi Centres. The scheme aims to create a distinct identity for Anganwadi Centre children & bring a sense of uniformity & social harmony among children.

Benefit: Under this scheme, all children aged 3 to 6 years who are enrolled at Anganwadi Centres and receiving pre-school education are provided ₹400/- per year per child for uniforms.

The scheme aims to provide lifelong financial assistance of ₹5,000/- per month to war widows and parents of unmarried martyrs who sacrificed their lives in various wars, counter-insurgency operations, and aid to civil authorities before 31st March 1999.

Benefit: Samman Bhatta is provided at ₹5000/- per month for a lifetime. Note: The amount of assistance is deposited in beneficiary’s bank account every month.

The scheme provides financial assistance of ₹4,800/- per month as pension to all first-generation living legal heirs of freedom fighters residing in the state of Uttarakhand.

The scheme aims to provide opportunities for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students to design, launch, and run their own business or startup after formal education is completed or during their final year of education. The scheme provides a limited one-time financial assistance of ₹20,00,000/-.

Benefit: Total funding provided is ₹20,00,000/-. Limited one-time financial assistance of ₹20,00,000/- is provided to the Institute. Seed money of ₹2,00,000/- per startup will be given, and this amount is non-refundable. Funding is allocated for nine startups of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students. ₹2,00,000/- will be given to the institute specifically for meeting the expenditure associated with the selection procedure. ₹1,00,000/- per year shall constitute a recurring grant portion of the total funding. Other Details The total duration of the Scheme shall be for a period of 2 years. 100% of non-recurring funds are released at the time of the award of the scheme. ₹1,00,000/- each is released as recurring funding for two consecutive years. The seed money is provided to passed out or present students for starting their own enterprise after completion of the formal education from the same institute. Conditions The Institute must set up a committee to select nine already registered startups of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students. It is essential that the center has dedicated faculty serving as the Principal Coordinator and dedicated support staff to ensure smooth functioning and effective meeting of its objectives. The Institute must devise a feedback mechanism to assess the importance of the program. Feedback shall be obtained after each program from each of the beneficiaries. If deemed necessary based on feedback, the Institute can update its curriculum for these programs. Exclusions from Benefit Startup beneficiaries who are already receiving benefits from other schemes of the All India Council for Technical Education or the Government of India will not be entitled to this scheme.

Benefit: ₹61,000/- will be provided as financial assistance to registered construction workers for the marriage of their daughters. - ₹10,000/- per couple will be paid to the organizer to cover expenses incurred in organizing the mass marriage. - ₹5,000/- will be provided to each bride and groom for purchasing their wedding attire.

The "Sanction of Adult Sticks to Senior Citizens" scheme aims to provide walking sticks to senior citizens. This initiative ensures that eligible senior citizens receive the necessary support to enhance their mobility and independence.

Benefit: Eligible beneficiaries of this scheme will be provided with a DAISY Player to facilitate accessible learning and information access.

The scheme "Sanction of Enhancement of Marriage Incentive Awards..." by the Dept. of Social Welfare, WCD Dept., Govt. of Andhra Pradesh aims to promote inter-abled marriages. It provides ₹1,50,000/- to eligible differently abled persons as a one-time incentive.

Benefit: A one-time cash incentive of ₹1,50,000/- is provided to eligible differently abled persons who marry either a normal person or another differently abled person under this scheme.

The "Sanction of Laptops" scheme aims to distribute laptops to visually challenged, hearing impairments, speech impairments, and orthopedic challenges students pursuing professional courses. The A.P. Differently Abled & Senior Citizens Assistance Corporation proposes to procure 200 laptops.

Benefit: Distribution of Laptops. Category I: Parent/guardian income up to ₹15,000/- per month - Full cost covered. Category II: Parent/guardian income from ₹15,000/- to ₹20,000/- per month - Half of the cost covered. Category III: Parent/guardian income above ₹20,000/- per month - Full cost to be paid by the beneficiary.

The "Sanction of Motorized Three Wheeler to Orthopedically Challenged" scheme aims to provide motorized three wheelers to orthopedically challenged persons. This initiative ensures that eligible individuals receive support to enhance their mobility and independence.

Benefit: Eligible persons with disabilities are provided with a motorized three-wheeler (customized/adapted for their use) to enhance their independence, mobility, and access to education or livelihood opportunities.

The "Sanctioning of Daisy Players to Visually Challenged" scheme aims to distribute daisy players to visually challenged students pursuing 9th Class to Degree as per the Action Plan 2017-18.

Benefit: Eligible beneficiaries of this scheme will be provided with a DAISY Player to facilitate accessible learning and information access.
