Under this scheme, a monthly financial assistance of ₹15,000/- is provided to full-time accredited journalists who are 60 years of age or older & have served continuously for at least 20 years in daily, weekly, fortnightly newspapers, independent publications, electronic media, or news agencies.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Monthly Honorarium: ₹15,000/- per month to the senior accredited journalists. In case of the journalist's death, 50% of the amount is provided to the widow. Duration: Paid for a maximum period of 5 years, subject to review. Mode of Disbursement: Direct Bank Transfer to the journalist’s savings account.

The scheme aims to encourage original and translated book writing in Hindi. Through this scheme, monetary awards, certificates, and mementos are provided to Indian authors.

The scheme “Rajiv Gandhi Family Insurance Scheme” was launched by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Haryana on 1st April 2006.

The state government has started the "Rajiv Gandhi Landless Agricultural Laborer Justice Scheme" with a view to providing strength to farmers.

Benefit: Under the scheme, an amount of Rs.7000/- per year will be provided as a grant-in-aid in installments to the head of the eligible identified beneficiary family. The grant-in-aid amount will be made by Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly into the bank account of the head of the identified empaneled household.

Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana is a scheme of the Government of Chhattisgarh for the farmers. This scheme was launched on 21 May 2020, on the death anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi.

Benefit: Maximum amount of 10000/- per acre will be paid to the farmers planting paddy and maize through debit in installments. The fixed FRP amount for sugarcane crop will be paid through DBT to farmers at the rate of Rs. 93.75 /- quintal i.e. maximum amount of 355 /- per quintal.

The Rajiv Gandhi Krishak Sathi Sahayta Yojana offers financial support to farmers, farmworkers, and market laborers who are accidentally injured or killed while working in agriculture or at agricultural markets.

The Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF) Scheme for Scheduled Caste is formulated and funded by the Ministry of Social Justice &Empowerment. The scheme is open to candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste and are pursuing higher studies such as regular and full-time M.Phil.and Ph.D.degrees.

HRA is not permissible for those candidates who are staying in Hostel accommodation. In case of non-availability of hostel accommodation, the fellow may be provided with single accommodation by the host institution. In such cases, the rent paid by the fellow on actual basis may be reimbursed subject to the ceiling of HRA as per Govt. of India norms. If the fellow makes her own arrangements of accommodation, he/she may be entitled to draw HRA as per the categorization of cities by the Govt. of India. Note: In all the above cases, the fellow will submit a relevant certificate (Annexure-VI) through the concerned University/College/Institute to the identified Agency for settling the claim. MEDICAL No separate /fixed medical assistance is provided. However, the fellow may avail of the medical facilities available in the University/Institution/College. LEAVE i. Leave for a maximum period of 30 days in a year in addition to the public holidays that may be taken by the candidate. However, they are not entitled to any other vacation, such as summer, winter, and pooja vacations. ii. Candidates are eligible for maternity/ paternity to leave at full rates of the fellowship as per Govt. of India rules once during the tenure of the award. iii. Academic Leave: The Fellow may be allowed academic leave (without fellowship and other emoluments) for a period not exceeding one year during the tenure of award for academic/teaching assignment /foreign visit in connection with research work. iv. The expenditure on travel cannot be claimed from UGC. The period of leave without fellowship will be counted towards the tenure. v. If the awardee wishes to apply for any other fellowship/paid assignment/examination conducted by a public body during the tenure of the fellowship, he/ she is not required to obtain NOC from UGC. In case of selection, the candidate would be required to tender their resignation from the Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship. Note: All kinds of leave shall be approved by the University/Institute/College.

In order to provide financial assistance to meritorious students of Rajasthan to study in top foreign universities of the world. The scheme commenced from 5th October 2021.

One-time advance of Rs 3 Lakh to candidates who will start their course after application on the portal (adjusted against living expenses). E2: Family gross annual income 8 – 25 Lakh (i). The scheme aims to encourage brilliant students and inculcate a spirit of competition among them. Under this scheme, scholarships/incentives are provided to meritorious students studying in Class VI to Class XII in government schools.

Benefit: Scholarship Amount: ₹ 750/- per annum for middle-class students (Class VI to VIII). ₹ 1,000/- per annum for High and Senior Secondary students (Class IX to XII).

The scheme “Rajiv Gandhi Social Security Scheme for Poor Families - 2012” was started by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Union Territory of Puducherry on 25.03.2011.

“Rajiv Gandhi Swavlamban Rozgar Yojna” has been designed, developed, and promoted by the Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board, with the help of the Government of NCT of Delhi, to provide employment opportunities.

Benefit: The quantum of loan granted under this scheme, to proposed and functioning units, shall be up to ₹3,00,000/-. 1. Govt. of Delhi would provide a subsidy @ 15% of the project cost subject to the ceiling of ₹7,500/- per entrepreneur. Note 01: The concerned entrepreneur shall make at least a 10% contribution of the amount demanded as a loan from the DKVIB. Note 02: In the case of weaker sections i.e. SC/ST/OBC/Ph. H./Women/Ex. Servicemen, only 5% contribution of an entrepreneur is required. Note 03: In case of more than one entrepreneur joining together and setting up a project under the partnership, the subsidy would be calculated for each partner separately, @15% of his share in the project cost, limited to ₹7,500/- for each partner. Note 04: The subsidy component would be adjusted to the borrower’s loan account after a period of two years from the date of disbursement of the loan. Note 05: The subsidy component would be recovered from the borrower along with 18 % penal interest in cases where the loan amount has been found not utilized for the purpose for which it was released.

The "Rajya Dairy Udhyamita Vikas Yojna", under the Animal Husbandry Department of Chhattisgarh, aims to promote dairy entrepreneurship among youth. With the increasing demand for milk and dairy products, the scheme supports high-breed cow/buffalo rearing as a profitable business.

Benefit: Dairy Unit Grant Details Financial Assistance for Dairy Units Eligible Animals: Indian dairy breeds (Sahiwal, Red Sindhi, Gir, Tharparkar, etc.), advanced crossbreed cows, and high-breed buffaloes.- Maximum Limit: Financial support for up to two milch animals.- Total Finance Cost: ₹1,40,000/- (₹70,000/- per animal, including three years of insurance). Subsidy Details For General Category Beneficiaries: 50% subsidy on the actual cost, up to ₹70,000/- per unit. For SC/ST Beneficiaries: 66.6% subsidy, up to ₹93,200/- per unit. Note: Unit cost per animal is based on the Government of India’s guidelines (Letter No. F 1-1/2009-DP, dated 02 May 2018).

Under this scheme, students are provided with scholarships or a one-time incentive for pursuing education up to the postgraduate level, after being selected through the State Talent Search Examination organized by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer.

The scheme aims to promote dairy entrepreneurship among women, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and general category members of cooperative societies by providing financial assistance through subsidies and loans for the purchase of milch cows and buffaloes.

Benefit: The following benefits are provided to members of milk-producing cooperative societies for purchasing cows or buffaloes:: For members of the general category: A grant of 50% and a loan of 40% is approved through the District Cooperative Bank for the establishment of a unit of 2, 3, and 5 dairy animals (including animal purchase, insurance, transportation expenses, cattle shed, milk van, etc.), and the remaining 10% is borne by the beneficiary. The dairy department will provide a grant of ₹80,000 for 2 animals, ₹1,23,250 for 3 animals, and ₹2,03,625 for 5 animals. For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and women members (of any caste): For the establishment of units for 2, 3 and 5 dairy animals (covering animal purchase, insurance, transportation, cattle shed including calf, milk van, etc.), a 75% grant and a 25% loan are approved through the District Cooperative Bank. The dairy department will provide funds of ₹1,20,000/- for 2 animals, ₹1,84,875/- for 3 animals, and ₹3,05,438/- for 5 animals. A minimum of 2 animals must be purchased, and taking a loan is mandatory to receive the subsidy.

This scheme awards cash incentives to NCC cadets who demonstrate outstanding performance in the current year's RDC, TSC, VSC, or NSC camps, recognizing six gold medal recipients with ₹3,000/- and six silver medal recipients with ₹2000/-.

Benefit: Gold Medal Winners: A cash award of ₹3,000/- each is given to 6 cadets who achieve gold medals during NCC training and camps.- Silver Medal Winners: A cash award of ₹2,000/- each is given to 6 cadets who achieve silver medals during NCC training and camps.

The scheme "Ramai Awas (Gharkul) Scheme for SC & Nav-Buddha (Urban and Rural)" is a housing scheme by the Department of Social Justice & Special Assistance of the Government of Maharashtra. The scheme aims to raise the standard of living of the Scheduled Caste and Nav-Buddha communities.

Benefit: The benefits vary with the area that the beneficiary resides in - Rural Area: ₹ 1,00,000/- (Beneficiary's share is Nil)- Municipal Area: ₹ 1,50,000/- (Beneficiary's share is 7.5%)- Municipal Corporation: ₹ 2,00,000/- (Beneficiary's share is 10%)

The Department of Biotechnology has instituted a scheme known as the “Ramalingaswami Re-Entry Fellowship”. The scheme is aimed at Indian Nationals who are working overseas in various fields of biotechnology and life sciences and are interested in taking up scientific research positions in India.

Benefit: Strong research funding support: ₹10 lakh annually for the first two years ₹7.5 lakh annually for the third and fourth years ₹5 lakh for the fifth year Attractive consolidated fellowship of ₹1 lakh per month. Additional ₹18,500 per month provided as HRA. Annual institutional support of ₹50,000 as overhead charges. Eligibility to seek additional research grants from Government of India science & technology agencies. Fellowship tenure of 5 years with the possibility of a 2-year extension in exceptional cases. During the extension period, fellows continue to receive fellowship and HRA benefits. Encourages independent research while allowing collaboration with a regular faculty member as Co-PI.

The “Raman-Charpak Fellowship Programme” is in honour of two Nobel Laureates in Physics, Prof C.V. Raman, Indian Nobel Laureate (1930) & Prof Georges Charpak, French Nobel Laureate (1992). The Fellowship was launched during the State visit of the President of France to India in February, 2013.

Benefit: To and fro air ticket in economy class between India and France. 1. Insurance coverage (travel & health) wherever is required & Carte de Sejour (if any). 1. Any administrative costs for Visa and Registration (if any). 1. Support for attending conferences/seminars/workshops during the stay. Value of Fellowship for Indian Fellow: 1. Fellowship Support of 1500 Euros per month for daily expenses, local travel, accommodation charges plus Social Security charges. Value of Fellowship for French Fellow: 1. Fellowship support ₹40,000/- per month for daily expenses, local travel, etc. plus accommodation charges not exceeding ₹45,000/- per month.

"Ramanujan Fellowship" was started by the Science and Engineering Research Board, Govt. of India for brilliant Indian scientists and engineers from outside India to take up scientific research positions in India, those Indian scientists/engineers who want to return to India from abroad.

Benefit: The amount of the Fellowship will be ₹1,35,000/- per month (consolidated including HRA). 1. Each Fellow will, in addition, receive a research grant of ₹7.00 lakh per annum (for consumables, travel, research personnel & contingencies, etc.) and ₹60,000/- per annum as overhead charges. 1. The Ramanujan Fellows will be eligible to receive regular research grants through the extramural funding schemes of various S&T agencies of the Government of India.

The objective of the scheme is to encourage cultivation of perennial and remunerative textile crop such as Ramie in suitable areas by providing necessary inputs and training.

Benefit: Pattern of Assistance: To provide planting materials, degumming, and decorticating machines to the farmers. Type of Assistance And Entitlement (If any): Quality planting materials, organic manure, bio-pesticides at subsidised rate and farmers' training.
