The "Awareness Programme" component of the PEACE scheme is introduced to make the MSMEs understand that the energy audit and conserving energy is a critical issue that is of great importance to the financial performance and competitiveness of their enterprise.

Benefit: Objective The program will make the MSMEs understand that the energy audit and conserving energy is a critical issue that is of great importance to the financial performance and competitiveness of their enterprise. Schedule The program, designed for one day, will be based on the needs and requirements of MSMEs. The training content will be standardized by the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce in consultation with relevant agencies. Resource Persons The Resource Persons are preferably drawn from organizations such as the Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), India SME Tech Services Ltd (SIDBI), National Productivity Council (NPC), BEE, TERI, etc., which are promoted by Government Departments. Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) accredited Energy Auditors/Managers with rich experience in energy audits, energy management & conservation, and BEE empaneled Energy audit firms/companies, may also be engaged. Fund Allocation At least one awareness programme in each district at a cost not exceeding ₹ 1,00,000 per programme.

The "Detailed Energy Audit" component of this scheme is introduced to identify the major sources of energy in use, identify the lapses in energy usage, identify areas to improve energy usage, determine the level of consumption of the energy sources, and recommend policy measures.

Benefit: 75 % of the cost of the audit is subject to a maximum of ₹ 1,00,000 per energy audit. The subsidy will be released to the MSME after completion of the Energy Audit Report that is duly certified by the energy auditor. If the unit availed loan for the energy audit, the subsidy will be released to the bank to adjust in the loan account if the loan is in currency. The overall ceiling on subsidy should not be applied for the original energy audit and subsequent energy audit taken together but should be applied separately for the original energy audit and the subsequent energy audit.

The "Incentive for lmplementing Energy Audit Recommendations" component of this scheme is introduced to incentivise MSMEs to implement the recommendations of the Energy Audit Report and to optimize energy consumption leading to energy saving and money savings in electricity bills.

Benefit: 50% of the cost of eligible components, subject to a maximum limit of ₹ 10,00,000/ -. Investments made after the energy audit alone will be eligible for the subsidy. The overall ceiling on subsidy should not be applied for the original energy audit and subsequent energy audit taken together but should be applied separately for the original energy audit and the subsequent energy audit. Time of Disbursal The subsidy will be released to the MSME after the implementation of the recommendations in the Energy Audit Report that is duly certified by the energy auditor. If the unit has availed a loan for the implementation of the recommendations of the energy audit, the subsidy will be released to the bank to adjust in the loan account if the loan is in currency.

"Promotion of Energy Audit and Conservation of Energy (PEACE): Training Programme" is introduced to enable MSMEs to establish the systems and processes necessary to improve energy performance, and energy efficiency, and help reduce energy consumption and costs.

Benefit: Programme Content The participants will be exposed to how an effective Energy Management System (EnMS) can help their organization improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. A tailor-made training program conforming to the requirements of MSMEs/ clusters must be designed. Programs could especially be fashioned around utilities and systems that a particular industry is dealing with on a day-to-day basis. For example, energy audit and conservation in electrical systems like maximum demand control, power factor control servo motors, transformers, pumps, fans, air-conditioning units, chillers, DG sets, lighting systems, air compressors, etc. and thermal systems like boilers, furnaces, driers, thermic fluid systems, heat exchangers, steam systems, etc. Programme Duration The course will be for 3 - 4 days, based on the need and requirement. Wherever possible training may be organized sector-wise / cluster-wise / product-wise. Training Faculty The training faculty may preferably be drawn from organizations such as the Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), India SME Tech Services Ltd. (SIDBI), and the National Productivity Council (NPC), etc., which Government Departments promote. However, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) accredited Energy Auditors/ Managers with rich experience in energy audits, energy management & conservation, and BEE empanelled Energy audit firms/Cos., may also be engaged. To promote the cultivation of Lakadong turmeric for exports by providing 50% of the cost of planting material, subject to a maximum of ₹ 30,000 per Ha, to turmeric growers of the North East having land holding size of 0.10 Ha to 8 Ha.

The technology reduces the release of effluents into natural water bodies, mitigating the potential negative impacts on the environment.1. Skill Development and Capacity Building: The initiative may include training and capacity-building programs for farmers, providing them with knowledge and skills related to bio-floc technology and its application in aquaculture. This can empower farmers with the necessary expertise to adopt and adapt to modern aquaculture practices.

The scheme aims to promote Konkani songs by presenting them with choreography and dancing to attract youth towards Konkani cultural performances. It provides cash prizes, mementos, certificates and traveling allowances to participating groups in organized competitions.

The scheme "Goa State Best Library and Best Librarian Award" has been designed to encourage Goan writers to publish their literature on Art and Culture. The entire expenditure on printing and publishing the book is borne by Govt. by keeping the copyright of the publication.

Benefit: Nature and Quantum of Assistance The entire expenditure on printing and publishing the book is borne by the Government by keeping the copyright of the publication. Every year two year or more books are published depending upon the availability of funds. About 1,000 copies are printed and supplied to Educational institutions, libraries, Cultural Institutions etc. The authors are paid an honorarium.

The scheme "Promotion of Organic Farming under State Organic Policy" by the Agriculture and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to promote organic agriculture by providing financial assistance for certification, transportation, and organic inputs to farmers across the state.

Benefit: Organic Farming Registration and Certification Assistance (GOPCA): The scheme provides 75% at-source assistance in cost to the farmer for registration and certification when undertaken through the Gujarat Organic Products Certification Agency (GOPCA).- Organic Farming Registration, Certification, and Transportation Assistance (APEDA-approved agencies): When certification is done through APEDA-approved organic certification agencies, the scheme offers 50% assistance in registration, certification, and transportation fees. The maximum benefit for certification support is limited to ₹2,000/- per hectare.- Input Assistance for Organic Farming: Farmers are also eligible for input assistance amounting to ₹5,000/- per hectare to promote organic farming practices.

Benefit: Remuneration as fixed by Tiatr Academy of Goa will be provided to the applicant. Reimbursement of actual charges of the hall/auditorium or payment of lump sum amount as fixed by Tiatr Academy of Goa if performance is held in makeshift pandal. Video recording of the activity/programme will be done by Tiatr Academy of Goa. One copy of the Digital Video Disc will be provided to the applicant. Maximum of 4 shows of the programme will be staged by Tiatr Academy of Goa at various places. One banner will be provided by Tiatr Academy of Goa for compulsory display. Conditions All shows must be shown to public free of charge. Duration of the musical programme or tiatr should be not less than two hours. In all advertisements, oral, print or electronic media, banners, the following must be inserted/published/announced: 'This programme is promoted by Tiatr Academy of Goa'. A few seats should be reserved by the organizer(s) for the representatives of Tiatr Academy of Goa. The Tiatr Academy of Goa banner should be compulsorily displayed at one of the two front side wings of the stage and returned after all shows. The organizing institution/individual will have to discuss with Tiatr Academy of Goa and decide about the Chief Guest or Guest of Honour well in advance.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the following support is provided: - A grant of up to ₹10 lakh is available for setting up necessary machinery, equipment, distillation units, etc., for drying, storage, and processing of aromatic plants. A 50% subsidy (refund) on the cost of a blowing instrument (Saxophone, Trumpet, or Clarinet), based on the value of a medium-priced instrument. Appropriate financial support for students to register and get themselves certified by institutions such as Trinity College or Royal School of Music. To cover tuition costs incurred for learning blowing instruments vital for Tiatr music. To reduce the financial burden of purchasing an essential blowing instrument, making learning more accessible. To support the pursuit of advanced musical qualifications and professional certification. Conditions: _The student must complete the full course._ _The refund is subject to the availability of funds._ _The chosen tutor should maintain a record of attendance for the students and submit it to the Tiatr Academy of Goa._ _Students must undergo periodical tests to verify their performance, and those unable to cope with the syllabus or found not serious may be terminated after evaluation._

The scheme aims to support institutions and individuals to organize tiatr-related cultural activities in Goa. It provides financial assistance for Konkani musical shows, competitions, and programs celebrating tiatr artists.

Benefit: Financial Support Categories Category A1 - Konkani Musical Shows: Financial assistance for organizing shows with minimum 14 songs including duets, trios, quartets, choral songs, solos and at least 2 comedy skits.- Category A2 - Singing Competitions: Financial assistance for organizing competitions with minimum 15 participants singing newly composed kantaram.- Category B1 - Competitions: Financial assistance for acting competitions including monologue, dialogue, and one act play competitions.- Category B2 - Celebrating Tiatr Artists: Financial assistance for organizing programs to remember and felicitate prominent tiatr artists. Conditions Programs must be staged free of charge to the public. All promotional materials must acknowledge collaboration with Tiatr Academy of Goa. Backdrop of minimum size 6 feet x 10 feet displaying Tiatr Academy of Goa logo is mandatory. No adverse remarks against any governments, individuals, institutions, or content against caste, creed, and religion permitted. Chief Guest and Guest of Honour must be decided in consultation with Tiatr Academy of Goa. President or Vice President of Tiatr Academy of Goa will be the Chief Guest or Guest of Honour.

The scheme aims to foster interest in Tiatr among students and enthusiasts through academic activities like talks, symposia, seminars, and workshops. It covers activity expenditures, honorarium for resource persons, and provides materials, benefiting educational institutions and individuals.

Benefit: • Awareness Creation: Awareness about Tiatr, its song, and music will be created through academic activities such as talks, symposia, seminars, and workshops. • Resource Person Honorarium: Resource persons will be paid an honorarium, as fixed by the Tiatr Academy of Goa, for every session, with the amount dependent upon the distance from their residence to the venue. • Expenditure Coverage: The Tiatr Academy of Goa will cover the expenditure incurred on Resource Persons, refreshments, and food (lunch or dinner) served to participants. Additionally, any other miscellaneous expenditure made in organizing the activity by an institution or individual by way of collaboration will be taken care of by the Tiatr Academy of Goa. • Provision of Materials: The Tiatr Academy of Goa will provide essential materials, including a backdrop, certificates for the participants, and stationery. • Documentation Coverage: The Tiatr Academy of Goa will document the Symposia, Seminar, or Workshop, and the expenditure incurred on this documentation will be borne by the Tiatr Academy of Goa. Conditions _Prior approval will be required from the Tiatr Academy of Goa before finalizing the resource persons, if the activity is organized in collaboration with others._ _The cost of refreshments or food to be served must be verified and approved by the Tiatr Academy of Goa before finalization._ _The scheme will be implemented strictly on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis._ _Applications will be considered, and benefits disbursed as per the availability of funds._
