Under this scheme, provide financial support to scheduled tribe (ST) students pursuing higher and technical education through stipends and book grants.

Mode of Disbursement: For students within Arunachal Pradesh: Disbursed by the Head of Institution. For students outside Arunachal Pradesh: Disbursed via Demand Draft by the Sanctioning Authority to Heads of Institutions. Frequency of Disbursement: Monthly, except for vacation periods. Begins from the month of admission (if before the 20th of the month), otherwise from the following month. Conditions for Benefit: Continued only on satisfactory academic progress and good conduct. Stipend will be withheld or canceled for misconduct, poor attendance (<75%), or unsatisfactory progress. Not valid for dual/subsidiary courses (e.g., LLB with MA), correspondence, or distance education.

The ARUNDHATI scheme started on January 1, 2020. It will offer 10 grams of gold as a gift to every bride. The bride and Bridegroom can apply for the scheme before the wedding. The scheme will cost about Rs 800 crore annually.

Benefit: Benefits The benefit of this scheme is the transfer of an incentive of rupees 40,000. But the only rule in this scheme is when the money will be transferred to the bride’s account to incur gold expenditure. This amount of money cannot be used for any other purpose.

Chhattisgarh State Government started a scheme "Asangathit Karmakar Gambhir Bimari Chikitsa Sahayata Yojana" for unorganized worker on 28 April 2012.

Benefit: Unorganized workers can receive up to ₹ 50,000 in medical assistance to help cover the cost of treating kidney, cancer, sickle cell anemia, heart disease, AIDS, and paralysis. If the actual cost of treatment is less than ₹ 50,000, they will only receive the actual cost of treatment.

The “ASEAN-India Research Training Fellowship (AI-RTF)” is a fellowship scheme initiated by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India under ASEAN-India Science & Technology Development Fund to support young talented researchers/scientists of ASEAN member countries.

Benefit: Full financial assistance will be provided to the selected Fellows which includes the following:- a) Round trip international airfare by lowest economy class and by the shortest route from the international airport in the home country of the applicant to the international airport nearest to the host institution in India; visa fees, overseas medical insurance, etc. b) A consolidated Fellowship amount of Indian Rupees (INR) 60,000/- per month. c) One-time grant of INR 40,000/- as research contingency expenses, airport transfers, domestic travel for attending scientific /events, and field trips within India. d) Institutional overhead charges @ INR 2,500/- per month. e) The allowance as in (a), (b) & (c) will be released to the host institution in India for disbursement to the Fellow. The host Institution will arrange appropriate accommodation for the Fellow on a payment basis. The selected Fellow is advised to take an appropriate policy for health insurance coverage for the period of stay in India. The cost of obtaining an overseas insurance policy is covered and reimbursable under AISTDF. Individual Fellow, or his/ her government/institution, is required to bear the following costs: a) All expenses in the home country incidental to travel abroad, including expenditure incurred to obtain passport and visa and for medical examinations and vaccinations as may be required as well as other miscellaneous expenses such as internal travel to/ from the international airport of departure in the home country. b) Salary and other related allowances in the home country, if applicable, during the Fellowship period. Neither the AISTDF nor the host institution in India will assume any responsibility whatsoever for the following expenditure of the Fellows during the tenure of the Fellowship: a) Compensation in the event of death, disability, or loss of personal belongings or compensation for damage caused by climatic or other conditions. b) Travel and other costs incurred by the dependents, who might accompany the Fellows.

The scheme was introduced by the Government of Karnataka in the 2017-18 budget to encourage private sector industries and companies to provide employment opportunities to persons belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories, ensuring social justice.

Benefit: Reimbursement of ESI and EPF contribution to the employers: The private sector employer, who newly employs SC and ST candidates, will be reimbursed the ESI and EPF contribution paid by them for a period of 2 years, subject to the maximum limit of ₹3,000/- per month per candidate. 1. Reimbursement of Stipend paid to the apprentice trainees: The stipend amount under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 paid to the Apprentice Trainees belonging to SC and ST categories, who are undergoing training for a period of One year Normal and Two years Comprehensive Training, will be reimbursed to the employer for a maximum limit of ₹5,000/- per month per candidate and subject to 2/3rd of the total amount paid by them. 1. Reimbursement of salary for appointment after completion of Apprentice Training: If the employer who has given apprentice training to the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories, employs the same candidates in permanent posts, 50% of the salary subject to a maximum limit of ₹7,000/- per month per candidate will be reimbursed to the employer for a period of two year. 1. Reimbursement of salary paid by the employers: The private sector employer, who newly employs SC and ST candidates after 12th June 2024, will be reimbursed the salary paid by them for a period of 2 years, subject to the maximum limit of ₹6,000/- per month per candidate. 1. Skill Development: To organize skill trainings for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes through the Department of Skill Development and encourage them to become self-reliant.

The scheme aims for in-situ rehabilitation & continuation of their life in similar family based non-institutional socio-cultural environment, where ever feasible & in the best interest of child & to ensure that care givers & other kith & kins are encouraged to provide best of care to these children.

Benefit: Categories of Beneficiaries: Category 2(A): Children who have lost both parents on or after 1 April 2020.- Category 2(B): Children who have lost a single parent (including cases where the death of the other parent occurred earlier).- Category 2(C): Children who have lost one parent who was the primary bread earner and continue to live with the remaining parent. Children under Kith and Kin Care (Category 2(A) & 2(B)): ₹2,500/- per month till the child attains 18 years of age or till adoption, whichever is earlier. The amount is electronically transferred to the bank account of the caregiver's family towards the maintenance, health, and education of the child.1. Children in Institutional Care (Category 2(A) & 2(B)): ₹1,000/- per month till the child attains 18 years of age or till adoption, whichever is earlier. The amount is deposited as a recurring deposit in the bank account of the child, in addition to free care and protection under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.1. Children Living with Remaining Parent (Category 2(C)): ₹1,500/- per month till the child attains 18 years of age. The amount is transferred electronically to the bank account of the remaining parent or child towards maintenance, health, and education. (The financial support discontinues if the child is surrendered and placed for adoption.) Additional Benefits: Coverage under Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (State Health Assurance Scheme). Entitlement under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or the State Food Security Scheme. The child will be facilitated to continue his/her study free of cost in the same school where he/she was going before the death of the second parent. In case the child is shifted to another place where the kith and kin are living. The child will be admitted to a similarly placed school as far as possible. If required, the child will be assisted for admission in OAV, KV or any other Govt school within their criteria. For higher education, linkage with the Green Passage Scheme of the Department of Higher Education. Eligibility for benefits under Biju Shishu Surakshya Yojana, Juvenile Justice Fund, and other Government schemes, if eligible. Caregiver families receive priority assistance under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Biju Pakka Ghara Yojana, or other relevant schemes if eligible. Protection of the child’s assets and properties is ensured by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) in coordination with DCPU, Tahasildar, and Police. Personalised attention and regular follow-up by DCPU to ensure proper care and protection.

The scheme "Ashram Schools" was launched on 1st January 1966 by the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste (SC) Department of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme provides free accommodation, mess, and education facilities to Scheduled Tribe students.

The scheme aims to provide schooling, boarding and lodging to Scheduled Tribe students at a single location, enabling better employment opportunities and competitive equality with other sections of society. The scheme offers residential education with complete support including free education.

Benefit: Financial Grant to Ashramshalas A grant of ₹1,500/- per month is provided to the Ashramshala for every enrolled child to cover all expenses related to education, boarding, and lodging. _The grant is provided on a monthly basis to the Ashramshalas for continuous support of enrolled students._ Benefits Provided to Students Free education without any tuition fees. Free hostel facilities and accommodation. Free books and educational materials. Free food and meals. Items of daily necessity free of cost. _All benefits (education, boarding, lodging, food, books, and daily necessities) are provided continuously throughout the academic year._ Conditions The Ashramshala must maintain the minimum enrollment requirements as specified in the eligibility criteria. The Ashramshala must continue to provide all stipulated facilities (education, boarding, lodging, food, books, and daily necessities) to the enrolled students. The Ashramshala must comply with all regulations and guidelines set by the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat.

"Ashraya Adhar Scheme" is introduced to provide financial assistance in the form of loans to the members of Scheduled Tribes for the purpose of repair, renovation/reconstruction of houses. The Goa State Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation has introduced this scheme.

Benefit: ₹ 5,00,000/- advanced as financial assistance in the form of a loan @ 2% per annum. Mode of Advance The loan amount shall be advanced in two instalments after the submission of the required documents is complete in all respect. ₹ 3,75,000/- immediately after sanctioning the loan. ₹ 1,25,000/- on utilization of the first instalment. The 2nd instalment is to be released on submission of utilization bills and on the basis of physical verification/inspection carried out by the officer of the Corporation. NOTE: Loanee shall commence the actual work within 03 months from the date of the sanctioned amount released. Insurance The beneficiary shall be insured for life and property with the Insurance Agency identified by the Corporation and the premium of such policies shall be borne by the loanee (unless and otherwise decided by the Corporation).

The scheme aims to provide financial support to meritorious students pursuing an M.Sc. in Agriculture across all disciplines by awarding a monthly fellowship of ₹1,200/- for one year.

"Assam Abhinandan Education Loan Subsidy Scheme" was launched on 26 December 2019 by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam. The scheme is managed by the Finance Department, Govt. of Assam. The govt. will provide a loan subsidy of up to ₹ 50,000 on education loans to students pursuing higher education.

The scheme “Assam Arogya Nidhi Scheme” is a yearly Financial Assistance Scheme provided as reimbursement to members of families whose yearly income is less than ₹5.00 lakhs for treatment of serious diseases including accident cases.

Benefit: Under this scheme, financial assistance up to a maximum benefit of ₹3.00 Lakh will be provided. Under this scheme, any serious disease is to be covered which requires surgery/implants/procedures like Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or any other critical disease including serious accident cases. All financial assistance will be admissible for treatment in all Government hospitals including Medical Colleges/ Tertiary Health Care facilities, all reputed private hospitals registered under the Clinical Establishment Act and empanelled hospitals of Government of Assam, AAA (Atal Amrit Abhiyan) and PMJAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana).

The scheme aims to provide financial security to Assam tea plantation workers through a contributory provident fund. It benefits eligible employees earning up to ₹6,500/- per month by accumulating 12% contributions from both the worker and employer, earning interest to be paid upon retirement.

Benefit: Provident Fund Accumulation: Members receive credit for their own contribution of 12% of wages and an equal 12% contribution from the employer. Interest: The accumulated deposits earn interest at a rate declared by the Board every year. Final Settlement: The total credit balance with interest is paid to the member or nominee upon retirement, resignation, death, or invalidity. Refundable Advances: Members can avail advances up to 25% of the balance or nine months' pay (whichever is less) for marriage, death ceremonies, medical treatment, or children's higher education. Housing Advance: A non-refundable advance is available for constructing or purchasing a dwelling house, equal to 24 months' wage, total contribution, or housing cost, whichever is less. Hardship Relief: A non-refundable advance is granted in cases of hardship due to natural calamities or the closure of a plantation.

The scheme "Assistance for Area Expansion in Fruit Crops" aims to promote fruit crop cultivation through financial assistance for high density and ultra-high density plantations, tissue culture bananas, and papayas to farmers across the state.

Benefit: High-Density and Ultra High-Density Plantations: Farmers can receive assistance ranging from ₹30,000/- to ₹40,000/- per hectare for crops like mango, guava, lemon, and pomegranate, with a maximum limit of 4 hectares per beneficiary. - Tissue-Culture Banana Cultivation: The assistance covers 40% of the expenditure incurred or ₹50,000/-, whichever is less, per beneficiary, with a limit of 4 hectares. - Papaya Cultivation: Farmers can receive assistance of 50% of the cost or a maximum of ₹30,000/- per hectare.
