The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to eligible rural households for the construction of a new pucca house.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹1,20,000/- is provided for the construction of a new pucca house. 1. The house must have a minimum carpet area of 25 square metres, including a hygienic cooking space and excluding the toilet area. Instalment-wise Disbursement: First Instalment: ₹10,000/-, released along with the issuance of the work order.- Second Instalment: ₹65,000/-, released upon reaching roof level.- Third Instalment: ₹15,000/-, released upon completion of the house. Timeline: The house is ordinarily required to be completed within 12 months from the credit of the first instalment. Mode of Disbursement: The construction assistance is credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer from the State Nodal Account. Convergence: The beneficiaries constructing new houses are entitled upto 90/95 person days of unskilled labour during house construction out of MGNREGS in addition to the unit assistance. The beneficiaries can also avail support under relevant schemes of rural sanitation, drinking water, rural electrification, etc., if found eligible and not availed earlier. BDO should endeavour to construct houses on a cluster basis wherever feasible. The required common infrastructure, like CC road, street light, drainage, community sanitation complex, community compost pit, etc., shall also be provided in convergence mode from the relevant schemes of Central & State Government.

The scheme aims to provide time-bound completion incentives for rural housing construction. Through this scheme, incentives are provided to eligible beneficiaries who complete house construction within 4 and 6 months, respectively.

Benefit: ₹20,000/- to beneficiaries who complete house construction within 4 months from the date of receipt of the first instalment. 1. ₹10,000/- to beneficiaries who complete house construction within 6 months from the date of receipt of the first instalment. Disbursement of Funds Incentive amounts are credited to the beneficiary’s account from the State Nodal Account through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode. The incentive payment is tied to the timeline of house construction completion to the beneficiary (within 4 or 6 months from the first instalment).

The Scheme "Anya Pichhda Varg Kalyan Chhatravaas" under the BC & EBC Welfare Department, Bihar. under this scheme, provied ₹1,000/- per month hostel grant is provided for each student and 15 kg of free food grains per month (9 kg rice + 6 kg wheat).

Benefit: ₹1,000/- per month hostel grant for each student. 15 kg of free food grains per month (9 kg rice + 6 kg wheat). Free facilities like cot, mattress, bedsheet, and cooking utensils. Food arrangements under superintendent's supervision; students bear actual meal costs. Hostel facilities may include CCTV, water purifier, TV, Wi-Fi, computer lab, and sports equipment (based on fund availability). Support for competitive exam preparation and access to library.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to minority students pursuing Polytechnic Diploma courses. Through this scheme, scholarships are provided to eligible minority students. The scheme is implemented by the Directorate of Minority Welfare.

Benefit: Financial support of ₹6,000/- per annum for selected scholars. The scholarship is intended for students pursuing three-year diploma courses in government, aided, or government-approved self-financing polytechnic institutions. Frequency of Disbursement: The scholarship is a one-time benefit.

"Aponar Apon Ghar" is a Home Loan Subsidy Scheme by the Finance Department, Govt. of Assam. The objective is to realize the vision of “Housing For All” by 2022 so that each poor person may have their own house. All the applicants will get home loans at subsidized interest rates.

The scheme facilitates the annual appointment of contract-based sports coaches to conduct various local training camps across Uttarakhand, thereby promoting employment opportunities and strengthening the state’s grassroots sports infrastructure.

Benefit: Every year, around 250 coaches benefit from these training camps and gain employment.

"ARAVANAIPPU", a scheme by the Dept of Women and Child Development, Govt of Puducherry aims to improve the status of the girl child and provide nutritious food; financial assistance of ₹1200 is offered to lactating mothers. The girl child of the applicant should be born after 1-4-2005.

Benefit: ₹1200 financial assistance to lactating mothers. The selection is periodical and depends on the availability of funds.

The "Arivu Education Loan Scheme," launched by the Minorities Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka, and implemented by the Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation, offers loans to students pursuing professional courses like MBBS, B.E., B.Tech., MBA, MCA, LLB, and others in various fields

Benefit: Loan Amount: The loan amount is granted from ₹50,000/- to ₹5,00,000/- every year until the course duration. Loan Renewal Process: Renewal and pay 12% of the loan amount issued by the corporation during the previous year at their respective District Office. Loan Repayment: Repay the loan with service charges of 2% after 6 months of completion of the course.

"Arka Vertical Garden" aims to promote vertical gardening in urban and peri-urban areas to increase self-sufficiency and produce pesticide-free vegetables. The scheme provides subsidized vertical garden structures to help families grow their choice of vegetables using vertical space.

Benefit: Total Cost of One Unit of Arka Vertical Garden: ₹22,100/-. Subsidy Amount per Unit: ₹15,525/-. Beneficiary Contribution: ₹6,575/- per unit. The beneficiaries are also provided with the following - One unit of Arka Vertical Garden structure of one square meter area that can be installed. The structure includes 4 tiers with 16 pots, and 80 kilograms of enriched planting medium (coir pith). Seeds of various crops like spinach, chilli, palak, amaranthus, brinjal, cluster beans, etc.. Plant nutrition and protection materials. Water storage facility with 25-litre capacity. Drip irrigation system. The structure has wheels attached, allowing it to be moved according to sunlight availability.

The scheme aims to encourage farmers to grow aromatic plants by providing them with free seeds, planting materials, and technical support, helping them increase their income and promote aromatic farming in Uttarakhand.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the following support is provided: - Free seeds and planting materials are provided to farmers. - Seeds and planting materials for up to 5 Nali (0.1 hectare) per farmer are delivered to the farmer’s nearest motorable road or CAP office. - Free technical assistance, consultation, and continuous support are offered to the farmers.

The scheme "Art Exhibition Assistance in the State" by the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat aims to promote visual arts by supporting local artists through financial assistance.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Up to ₹25,000/- or actual expenses incurred (whichever is less) for organizing an art exhibition.

The scheme aims to promote awareness, understanding, and practical learning of Artificial Intelligence among school students from classes 9 to 12 and provide them with opportunities to participate in AI coding camps and hands-on experiments.

Benefit: UCOST, Regional Science Center, Dehradun, in collaboration with Intel, has established an AI Skills Lab under the AI for Youth program. Students from classes 9 to 12 across the state can participate in AI coding camps and perform hands-on experiments.

The objective of the scheme is to increase the mobility of persons with disabilities by reducing impact of their disabilities. The scheme provides artificial limbs/assistive devices worth up to ₹6,900/- to persons with disabilities of 40% or more, provided they meet the other eligibility criteria.

Benefit: Under this scheme, various assistive devices such as tricycles, baishakhi, hearing aids, Braille kits, wheelchairs, tape recorders, calipers, white canes, and other artificial limbs are provided to persons with disabilities. Note 1: Artificial limbs/assistive devices are provided free of cost to individuals with disabilities if their or their parent's or guardian's monthly income is ₹5,000/- or less. Note 2: Artificial limbs/assistive devices are provided to individuals with disabilities if their or their parent's or guardian's monthly income is between ₹5,001/- and ₹8,000/-, after depositing 50% of the total cost. Note 3: The maximum value of artificial limbs/assistive devices provided under this scheme is ₹6,900/-.

"Artificial Limbs/Assistive Equipments Scheme" was started by the Uttar Pradesh State government for persons with disabilities.

Benefit: The maximum amount of financial grant will be Rs.8,000/- for the purchase of artificial limbs and auxiliary equipment for person with disabilities. - In case of multi-disability or persons with disabilities who need more than one assistance/aid equipment, they will be provided with a maximum of Rs.10,000/- financial grant in one go.

The scheme "Artisan Promotion" by the DSFDC provides artisans with opportunities to participate in national fairs and exhibitions. It offers financial support for participation fees, lodging, boarding, and stipends, benefiting artisans from Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities.

Stipend for Beneficiaries from Safai Karamcharis Category To and Fro 2nd Class train ticket fare/bus for the shortest route & reasonable coolie charges. DA: ₹150/- per day per member. Lodging facility will be provided by the NSKFDC or ₹250/- per day, per member. Local conveyance: ₹100/- per day per member or transport provided by NSKFDC. Benefit: Award Details: Cash prize of ₹51,000/- per artist. Copper plate, citation, and shawl presented during the award ceremony. Exhibition of artworks held for 5–7 days at Ravishankar Raval Kala Bhavan, Ahmedabad. Catalogue publication of Gaurav Award-winning artists and their art. Number of Awards: Total of 9 artists are honored every year. 3 in painting, 3 in sculpture, and 3 in graphic arts.

The scheme “Arun Pig Development Scheme” was launched by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development, Government of Arunachal Pradesh in the financial year 2019-20 with a focus on pig rearing.

Benefit: 4750 farmers will be given piggery subsidy (25% beneficiary contribution and 75% government contribution). Piglets will be procured by the District Administration and handed over to the farmers after ensuring that a suitable sty was constructed by the selected farmer. The sty should accommodate 5 piglets with a scope to accommodate a further 15 nos. 5 pig entrepreneurs will be selected per district and each will be given an assistance of 15 piglets per unit @₹1.5 Lakh (govt. share)
