The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to children whose parents/guardians belong to one of the following categories, to pursue Pre-Matric education: Tanners, Flayers, Waste Pickers and Persons who are either presently engaged in Manual Scavenging.

Benefit: Rate of Scholarship Day Scholars: Class 1st to 10th: ₹ 110/- per month for ten months. Hostellers: Class 3rd to 10th: ₹ 700/- per month for ten months. Ad-Hoc Grant ₹ 750/- per student per annum to all-day scholars. ₹ 1000/- per student per annum to hostellers. Additional Provisions for Students with Disabilities Reader Allowance of ₹ 100 per month for blind students in classes III and X. Transport Allowance of ₹ 50 per month for disabled students not residing in the hostel located within the premises of the educational institution. Special Pay of ₹ 100 per month would be admissible to any employee of the hostel willing to extend help to a severely orthopedically handicapped student residing in a hostel managed by the educational institution or by the State Government/Union Territory Administration who may need the assistance of a helper. Escort Allowance of ₹ 50 per month for severely handicapped day scholar students with lower extremity disability. Extra Coaching Allowance of ₹ 100 per month to mentally retarded and mentally ill students in classes III and X. NOTE 1: The students amongst target groups with disabilities covered under this scheme can, however, also get such additional benefits from other schemes, which are not covered in the above provision. Duration and Course of Studies The scholarships may be given to students enrolled in class 1st or any subsequent class or pre-matric stage in the case of day scholars. The scholarships may be given to students enrolled in class 3rd or any subsequent class of the pre-matric stage in the case of hostellers. The scholarship will terminate at the end of class 10th. The duration of the scholarship in an academic year is ten months. Mode of Disbursal The scholarship amount will be payable from the date of joining to the date of leaving the school, excluding the period of vacation, which will be about 10 months in a year except in the cases where the student enters or leaves early in the midst of academic year. In order to ensure timely and correct payment of the scholarship amount to the beneficiaries, State Governments/UT administrations will ensure payment of scholarship through their accounts in banks through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) as prescribed by the Govt. of India. All State government/UT Administrations will implement a computerized management system of scholarships, including 'e-payment' system.

Under this scheme, scholarships are provided to Scheduled Caste students who are studying in Class 1 to 10 in Government/Grant-in-Aid Schools/Private Schools.

"Preferential Purchase Incentives for Micro and Small Enterprises Scheme" aims to encourage and boost the Micro and Small Scale Enterprise Sector. Benefits such as price matching, reduced tender document costs, and priority in payments are provided to Micro and Small Enterprises.

Benefit: Micro and Small Enterprises shall be allowed to match the lowest tender price floated by non-Small Scale Units provided its quoted price is within 15% of the lowest quoted price floated by Non-Micro and Small Enterprises. In case of more than one Micro or Small Enterprises falling within the range, the lowest one shall be preferred. In case of contractual tenders for installation, commissioning of machinery/items, etc., the preference of quoted price, the pro-rata percentage over and above the lowest quotation shall be granted to the concerned Micro or Small Enterprises for being qualified to match the lowest one. For the purpose of availing benefits under this Scheme, the Micro and Small Enterprises shall be required to match the standard of quality as required by the State Government Department. The Scheme shall be applicable even for the purchase of computer hardware and other electronic items except in cases of purchases of the Education Department. The tender documents shall be supplied to Micro and Small Enterprises at the rate of a maximum of ₹200. Earnest money shall be required to be deposited and the same shall be a maximum of ₹500. No other security deposit is required. Priority in payment shall be ensured to Micro and Small Enterprises, and the payment shall be effected by the concerned Department within 60 days from the delivery of goods or completion of tendered work, failing which the Department shall be liable to pay an interest at the rate of 0.75% per month.

The scheme aims to encourage research work in the field of Tiatr and facilitate writers to take up research work in different aspects of Tiatr, its Song & Music. Research work will be published in book form with remuneration provided to researchers.

Benefit: Printing Services Tiatr Academy of Goa will print scripts of tiatrs/khell tiatrs/khells, one-act plays, lyrics of kantaram with or without music in book form in Konkani in Roman Script. Minimum of 500 copies of each book will be printed. Category-wise Benefits Category I (Deceased or Inactive Tiatr Artistes) One-time honorarium as fixed by Tiatr Academy of Goa for each tiatr script/anthology of songs. 25 copies of books will be given to the writer or legal heir. Books will be published by Tiatr Academy of Goa from its funds allotted to the scheme. Category II (Active Tiatr Artistes) 200 books will be given to the artiste. Category III (Individual Artiste/Publisher Self-Publishing) 100% of the cost of printing will be paid by Tiatr Academy of Goa on proper verification of rates. Conditions _The manuscript must adhere to traditional formats as approved by Tiatr Academy of Goa._ _There should not be any adverse remark made in any form either written or verbal against any Governments/Individuals/Institutions or anything against caste, creed and religion in the scripts/lyrics of songs which may hurt the sentiments of anybody._ _If proved to contain adverse remarks, Tiatr Academy of Goa reserves the right not to print the book and refrain from making payment or recall the payment made to the concerned._

The Government's price policy for agricultural commodities seeks to ensure remunerative prices to the growers for their produce with a view to encourage higher investment and production and to safeguard the interest of consumers by making available supplies at reasonable prices.

Benefit: 1) When prices of commodities fall below the MSP, State and central notified procurement nodal agencies purchase commodities directly from the farmers at MSP, Under specified FAQ ( fair Average Quality). 2) In this way prices of the main commodities are procured and protect the farmers against the economic loss in farming. 3) Price supports cause larger production and smaller consumption (since consumers will buy less of any good as its price rises), resulting in overproduction at the support price.

The "Primary Education Scholarship" scheme provides ₹150/- annually to students from De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic communities who are studying in classes 1st to 5th. The scholarship distribution is managed through the Directorate of Public Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Benefit: Scholarship of ₹150/- for 10 months at the rate of ₹15/- per month.

This programme is initiated by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) to assist researchers to initiate their research career in a new institution with a flexible budget and progressive initiatives for ease of doing research.

Benefit: Nature & duration of support: - Research rant up to ₹60 lakh plus overheads for a period of three years. - The measures for ease of doing research include flexibility to utilize resources under recurring head; flexibility in manpower recruitment; enhanced travel, contingency and overhead charges; and support for expenses related to open access publications and patent filing charges. - International travel for project related activities is also permitted. - Maximum of 700 grants would be awarded per year across all subject areas.
