Benefit: The unit cost of a motorcycle with an ice box is ₹75,000/-. General category beneficiaries receive 40% assistance, i.e., up to ₹30,000/-. Women and Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Scheduled Caste (SC) beneficiaries receive 60% assistance, i.e., up to ₹45,000/-. Assistance is provided once in a lifetime. The benefit is available as per the target (category) allocated by the Government of India. Mode of Disbursement: Contribution is shared as 60% by the Government of India and 40% by the respective State Governments. Frequency of Disbursement: The benefit is provided once in a lifetime. Validity: Applicable only for one-time support per beneficiary.

The scheme aims to provide central assistance for the cost of polythene lining for new ponds in saline/alkaline areas. Through this scheme, polythene lining costs are provided to beneficiaries constructing new water bodies for fish/shrimp culture.

Benefit: The project cost is ₹8,00,000/- per hectare. The subsidy provided will be limited to 25% of the project cost for all categories.

Benefit: The unit cost of a refrigerated vehicle is ₹25,00,000/-. 40% assistance (up to ₹10,00,000/-) is provided for general category beneficiaries. 60% assistance (up to ₹15,00,000/-) is provided for women and SC/ST category beneficiaries. Conditions: The benefit will be available as per the target (category) allocated by the Government of India. The benefit is available once in a lifetime. The scheme aims to familiarize meritorious students with police functioning and promote research in law enforcement by providing selected students a six-week internship in district police stations under official supervision.

Benefit: Professional Exposure: Interns gain firsthand experience of police administration, law enforcement, investigation procedures, and public dealing. Research Opportunity: Each intern submits an analytical research paper of 3,000 words on an approved topic related to policing. Certification: A Police Internship Certificate is awarded upon successful completion by the respective unit head (Superintendent of Police). Supervised Training: Each intern is placed under the supervision of at least a Sub-Inspector or higher-ranking officer, who mentors and evaluates daily work. Practical Learning: Interns maintain a daily duty record, authenticated by their supervising officer the following day. Placement Structure: Large police stations (in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior): 2–3 interns Medium police stations: 1 intern Mode and Duration: Internship duration: 6 weeks (June 1–July 12) Mode: Full-time, in-person at designated police stations. Honorarium: The scheme is unpaid. No salary or stipend is provided. Lodging and food arrangements must be made by the interns themselves. Disciplinary Provisions: No leave is permitted during the internship period. Lack of interest or misconduct may result in termination by the Superintendent of Police.

The scheme aims to promote and facilitate the development of private industrial estates and areas in Uttarakhand by providing financial incentives, infrastructure support, and a streamlined regulatory framework.

Benefit: Capital Subsidy on Infrastructure: ₹10 lakh per acre. - Subsidy for Setting Up CETP: 40% of the cost, up to a maximum of ₹1 crore. - Assistance for External Infrastructure Development: 2% of the total fixed capital investment made by the private promoter on the fixed assets created for the industrial establishment, per park/area, will be payable.

Benefit: Fellowship: Monthly stipend based on the academic status of the fellow: ₹58,000/- for candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis but await the degree. ₹61,000/- for candidates holding a Ph.D. degree. ₹67,000/- for external applicants with a Ph.D. and at least two years of research experience. Academic Allowance: One-time academic allowance of ₹ 10,000/- during the fellowship.- Accommodation: Fellows may receive PRL accommodation or HRA in lieu of accommodation as per PRL norms.

The UGC has initiated a scheme of “Post Doctoral Fellowship for Women” to those candidates, who are unemployed holding Ph.D. degree in their respective subject areas with an aim to accelerate the talented instincts of the women candidates to carry out the advanced studies and research.

Benefit: The financial assistance available under the scheme is as follows: 1. The fellowship under the scheme is @ ₹38,800/- per month for fresh candidates. 1. The fellowship under the scheme is @ ₹46,500/- per month after two years. 1. An annual contingency of ₹50,000/- will be given to the eligible student for five years. 1.
