The scheme aims to provide financial assistance for the construction of ice plants/storage units of at least 10 tonne capacity, supporting fishermen and sellers to maintain fish in fresh and hygienic condition.

Benefit: Construction of Ice Plant/Storage (minimum 10 tonne capacity): Unit cost is ₹40,00,000/- lakhs. The amount of assistance will be available at the rate of 40% of the unit cost for the beneficiary of the general category and 60% of the unit cost for the beneficiary of the women and ST/SC category. The benefit will be available as per the target (category) allocated by the Government of India. Remarks: 60% contribution from Government of India and 40% contribution from State Governments is paid. Minimum Time Limit (in Years) for Reclaiming Benefits: Once in a lifetime.

The scheme aims to expand fisheries in various urban and semi-urban areas through the construction of new grow-out ponds. Through this scheme, subsidies are provided for the construction of new grow-out ponds to beneficiaries who are engaged in fisheries.

Benefit: The scheme provides financial assistance for the Construction of the New Grow-out Ponds. The project cost is ₹7,00,000/- per Hectare. The subsidy will be limited to 40% of the project cost for beneficiaries falling under the General Category. The subsidy will be limited to 60% of the project cost for beneficiaries who are Scheduled Caste (SC) or Women.

The scheme aims to expand fisheries in various urban and semi-urban areas. Through this scheme, subsidies for the construction of new ponds and central financial assistance for the initial fish crop on newly constructed ponds are provided to beneficiaries.

Benefit: The project cost is ₹8,00,000/- per hectare. The subsidy is limited to 40% of the project cost for the General Category and 60% of the project cost for Scheduled Caste (SC) and women beneficiaries.

The scheme aims to expand fisheries in various urban/semi-urban areas. Through this scheme, financial assistance and subsidies are provided for the construction of new rearing ponds.

Benefit: Provides financial assistance for the construction of New Rearing Ponds (nursery/seed rearing ponds). The project cost of ₹ 7,00,000/- per Hectare is provided. The subsidy will be limited to 40% of the project cost for the General Category and 60% of the project cost for SC/Women beneficiaries.

The scheme aims to provide central assistance for the cost of cycles with ice boxes for fisheries activities. Through this scheme, central assistance is provided for newly purchased cycles with ice boxes for the initial crop.

Benefit: The scheme provides a subsidy for the cycle with ice boxes for fisheries activities. The project cost is ₹0.10/- lakh per unit. The subsidy will be limited to 40% of the project cost for beneficiaries falling under the General Category. The subsidy will be limited to 60% of the project cost for beneficiaries who are Scheduled Caste (SC) or Women. Note: The Government of India and the Government of Haryana shall not be responsible for any losses incurred on procurement, operation, maintenance, and management of the fish transport facilities.

The scheme provides capital assistance for setting up large-scale Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS) and Biofloc culture systems to promote high-yield, sustainable fish farming.

Benefit: The project cost is ₹50,00,000/- RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) Subsidy: A 20% subsidy is available for the General Category. A 25% subsidy is offered for SC (Scheduled Caste) and Women beneficiaries. Biofloc Subsidy: A 40% subsidy is available for the General Category. A 60% subsidy is offered for SC (Scheduled Caste) and Women beneficiaries.

The scheme provides capital assistance to fish farmers and entrepreneurs for establishing medium-scale Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS) and Biofloc systems.

Benefit: The project cost is ₹25,00,000/- Subsidy Distribution: 40% subsidy for General Category beneficiaries. 60% subsidy for SC and Women category beneficiaries.

The scheme aims to support the establishment of new freshwater finfish hatcheries. Through this scheme, financial assistance in the form of subsidies is provided to beneficiaries for setting up these hatcheries.

Benefit: The project cost for one unit is ₹25,00,000/-. - The subsidy will be limited to 40% of the project cost for beneficiaries belonging to the General Category. - The subsidy will be limited to 60% of the project cost for beneficiaries belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category or women beneficiaries.

The scheme aims to support the installation of open sea cages of 100–120 cubic meter capacity for fish farming in marine waters. This helps fishermen and entrepreneurs to undertake cage-based aquaculture, thereby increasing fish production, ensuring sustainable marine resource utilization.

Benefit: Establishment of Open Sea Cages (100-120 m³ volume): The estimated unit cost is ₹5,00,000/- for the general category against ₹(Rs.) 40% assistance, i.e., ₹2,00,000/- or 40% of the purchase (whichever is less). 60% contribution of the central government and 40% of the state government will be in the assistance received. 1 Sea-Cage unit under this scheme against the estimated unit cost of ₹ 5,00,00,000/- for women/SC/ST. 60% assistance for the category, i.e. assistance of ₹ 3,00,000/- or 60 % of the actual purchase, whichever is less, is available to the beneficiary. 60% contribution of the central government and 40% of the state government will be in the assistance received. The benefit will be available as per the target (category) allocated by the Government of India. The subsidy for 30-ton capacity ice plants/cold storage units under Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) supports the establishment of ice plants or cold storage facilities with a minimum capacity of 30 tons to improve fish preservation and cold chain infrastructure in Haryana.

Benefit: The project cost is ₹120,00,000/- Subsidy Distribution : A 40% subsidy is available for the General Category. A 60% subsidy is offered for SC (Scheduled Caste) and Women beneficiaries.

The scheme under Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) provides input cost subsidy for freshwater aquaculture in newly constructed ponds to expand fisheries production in Haryana.

Benefit: The project cost is: 4,00,000/- per hectare Subsidy Distribution: 40% of the project cost for General Category beneficiaries 60% of the project cost for SC/Women beneficiaries

The subsidy for Inputs for Saline /Alkaline Water Aquaculture under Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) provides input cost subsidy for saline/alkaline water aquaculture in newly created water bodies to expand fisheries production in Haryana.

Benefit: The project cost is ₹6,00,000/- per hectare. Subsidy Distribution: 40% of the project cost for General Category beneficiaries 60% of the project cost for SC/Women beneficiaries

The scheme aims to promote cage fish farming. It provides grants per unit to the individuals and groups for sustainable aquaculture practices.

Benefit: Grant Amount: ₹3,00,000/- per unit (per cage). Grant Proportion: 40% of unit cost for General Category beneficiaries. 60% of unit cost for Scheduled Caste/Women beneficiaries. Cage Limit for Assistance: Up to 5 cages for individual farmers. Up to 20 cages for registered cooperative societies/self-help groups/joint liability groups (with at least 10 members).

The scheme aims to strengthen fish storage infrastructure for hygienic preservation. Through this scheme, beneficiaries receive financial assistance for Insulated vehicles.

Benefit: The unit cost is ₹20,00,000/-. 40% assistance, i.e. ₹ 8,00,000/- for the general category and 60% i.e. assistance up to ₹12,00,000/- for women and ST/SC category beneficiaries. The benefit will be available as per the target (category) allocated by the Government of India. Remarks: 60% contribution from Government of India and 40% contribution from State Governments is paid. Minimum Time Limit (in Years) for Reclaiming Benefits: Once in a lifetime.

The scheme aims to provide a subsidy per unit for purchasing insulated vehicles for the beneficiaries to promote cold-chain logistics in fish transportation.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Financial grant of up to ₹20,00,000/- per unit for the purchase of an insulated (reefer) vehicle. Grant Limits: 40% of the unit cost for general category beneficiaries. 60% of the unit cost for Scheduled Caste (SC) and women beneficiaries. Note Subsidy is applicable for one vehicle per beneficiary only. Central assistance is released only after initiating fishery activity. The applicant should agree that any losses in procurement, operation, or maintenance are their own responsibility, and not that of the Government of India or Haryana.
