The "Out of School Children" scheme is designed to ensure that every child in the 6-14 age group receives a complete elementary education. The primary objective is to identify children who are out of school and to reintegrate them into the educational system through specialized training programs.

Benefit: Sanctions are granted to the NGOs for providing special training in the centre as per the norms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).

The scheme aims to provide job opportunities to medal-winning sportspersons of Uttarakhand, who have represented the state in international and national games, by offering them out-of-turn employment in various state services.

Benefit: Under this scheme, medal-winning players from Uttarakhand who have represented the state in International or National Games are provided out-of-turn employment on Gazetted and Non-Gazetted posts (from Level-3 to Level-10) across various government departments.

The "Overseas Educational Loan Scheme" objective is to provide financial/loan assistance to students belonging to minority communities who are pursuing graduate or postgraduate degree courses in recognized universities abroad.

Benefit: The loan amount will be provided up to ₹20,00,000/- at a zero interest rate.

The objective of the scheme is to build national capacity in frontier areas of Science and Engineering, which are of interest to India by providing research training to PhD students admitted in the Indian institutions in overseas universities / institutions of repute.

Benefit: The selected fellows will be paid a monthly fellowship amount equivalent to US $ 2000, one-time Contingency/Preparatory allowances of ₹60,000/- to cover visa fees, airport transfer charges, medical insurance, etc. 1. The selected fellows will also be provided the shortest route economy class airfare from their place of work in India to the place of the host institute and back. Students should make their own arrangements for accommodation etc. 1. One visit, each by the Indian supervisor to the Overseas Institution where the student is working and overseas faculty to the host Indian Institution of the student is also admissible under the Scheme. The following provisions are made for them to undertake research visits: - Travel: Both the Indian supervisor and overseas scientist will be provided the shortest route round-trip economy class airfare not exceeding ₹1.5 lakhs per round trip from their place of work to the city of the host institute and back. The scheme aims to provide permanent irrigation pump connections to farmers quickly by allowing them to install their own transformers.

The scheme aims to provide day care facilities for children aged 6 months to 6 years of working couples at a nominal monthly fee in Crèches.

Benefit: Under the scheme, a crèche is run for the children of working couples, providing day care facilities for children in the age group of 6 months to 6 years. The following fees are applicable under the scheme: - For BPL families: ₹20/- per child per month - For families with an income less than ₹12,000/-: ₹100/- per child per month - For families with an income above ₹12,000/-: ₹200/- per child per month

This scheme has been introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department, Gujarat. It aims to support sugar co-operatives by providing financial assistance for modernization, diversification, organic fertilizer production to enhance sugarcane farming and the sugar industry.

The scheme aims to ensure access to supplementary nutrition by all children, residing in hard-to-reach villages where there is no Anganwadi centers. This programme is functioning as an extension of respective Anganwadi Centers in the hard-to-reach villages.

Benefit: Entitlements for children under Pada Pusti Karyakram:__ The menu will be part of regular Supplementary Nutrition Programme (SNP) under ICDS for Anganwadi centers in Odisha and children of aged 3-6 years will be fed as per the government norm prescribed for spot feeding at Anganwadi Centre (AWC) for all six days in a week and minimum 300 days in a year. Growth monitoring of children of Pada Pusti Karyakram village at Anganwadi Centre: - Growth Monitoring of all children shall be done at the Anganwadi Centre every month as per the usual practice. - The age, weight and height/length will be measured and recorded through Poshan Tracker and in other registers maintained by the Anganwadi worker. - The Anganwadi Workers in consultation with ICDS supervisor shall fix a day in a month to visit the respective pada/village with all growth monitoring devises and take the measurements of all children. Incentive for Pushti Sakhi: Pushti Sakhi will be given a monthly lumpsum incentive of ₹1,000/-.

The "Paddy Procurement Scheme" 2012-13" by the Food, Public Distribution, and Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Jharkhand, ensures that farmers receive minimum support price for paddy procurement, preventing distress sales and supporting food security.

Benefit: MSP is set at ₹1250/- per quintal for the "Common" grade. MSP is set at ₹1280/- per quintal for "Grade A" paddy. NOTE: Direct procurement of paddy from farmers at MSP. Payment is made directly to farmers through designated agencies.

The scheme aims to promote mechanized paddy transplantation under the Agriculture Development and Farmer Welfare and Biotechnology Department, Chhattisgarh. It provides ₹3,000 per acre for land preparation, including ploughing and weeding, up to 2 hectares.

Padho Pardesh is a scheme of interest subsidy on educational loans for overseas studies for the students belonging to the minority communities. The scheme was launched by the Ministry of Minority Affairs in 2006 under the Prime Minister's New 15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities.

The "Paduke Kuteera Scheme" provides roadside cobblers engaged in repair work or footwear production with a steel-made kiosk (Paduke Kuteera) and a tool kit free of cost. The unit cost of each Kuteera is ₹1,25,000, and the scheme includes a signage board display arrangement.

Mode of Disbursement Physical conferment of certificate and medallion at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Announced annually on 26th January (Republic Day). Presentation ceremony is usually held in March or April.

PECFAR is a fellowship to facilitate a two-way exchange of young early-career Indian and German researchers through short visits for networking and exploring avenues for collaboration and innovation in applied research.

Benefit: The financial support shall be provided as a time grant and it will be limited to: Fellowship: € 2300 per month/fellow on a pro-rata basis. Single round trip economy class airfare including visa fees and medical/travel insurance approximately ₹1,00,000/- (for Indian fellow) and € 1500 (for German fellow). Note 1: IGSTC grant is only for covering monthly fellowship, round trip fare, visa, and travel/medical insurance. Note 2: A one-time grant will be provided to cover the travel, accommodation, and daily expenses.

The "Palak Mata-Pita Yojana" introduced on 29th August, 2009 by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Gujarat, provides a monthly assistance of ₹3000 to foster parents raising orphaned children or children whose mother has remarried after the father's death.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹3,000/- per month.

Palanhar Yojana has been started by the state government of Rajasthan to benefit the orphan and needy children of the state.

Benefit: Orphan Category : For the age group (0 to 6 years) : Rs. 1500/- per month. For the age group (6 to 18 years) : Rs. 2500/- per month. Other Category: For the age group (0 to 6 years) : Rs. 500/- per month. For the age group (6 to 18 years) : Rs. 1000/- per month. For Books/Stationaries/Dress/Sweater/shoes etc: Rs. 2000/- per year.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to the families or dependents of Gram Pradhans, Kshetra Panchayat Pramukhs, Zila Panchayat Presidents, and all members of the three-tier Panchayat elected as representatives of the people, in the event of their death while in office.

Benefit: In the event of the death of a Panchayat Representative while in office, the following amounts will be provided to their families or dependents: - Pradhan of Gram Panchayat, Pramukh of Kshetra Panchayat, and Zila Panchayat President: ₹10,00,000/- - Member of Zila Panchayat: ₹5,00,000/- - Member of Kshetra Panchayat: ₹3,00,000/- - Member of Gram Panchayat: ₹2,00,000/-

The "Panchayat Samiti Nandishala Jan Sahbhagita Yojana" was initiated to provide shelter for stray male cattle by constructing infrastructure in Panchayat Samitis.

Benefit: One-time assistance of 90% of the total construction cost.

The "Panchayat Secretariat Strengthening Scheme" by the Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jharkhand, aims to provide financial assistance of ₹15,000 per month to each Gram Panchayat for operational and maintenance purposes, ensuring efficient governance at the grassroots level.

Benefit: A monthly grant of ₹15,000 per Gram Panchayat for operational expenses. NOTE: Electronic fund transfer mechanism for timely disbursement every quarter.
