The Government of Maharashtra has introduced a scheme "Opening And Maintenance Of Public School (Vidya Niketan) For Vimukta Jatis And Nomadic Tribes" to voluntary organizations to run the Public School (Vidya Niketan) on a grant-in-aid basis.

Benefit: Financial Assistance is given to the institution for maintenance assistance is given on building rent. 100 percent salary grants for approved teaching and non-teaching staff. Students are provided with facilities like books, notebooks, uniforms, education stationary free lodging, and boarding facilities. ₹1450/- p.m. per residential student is admissible.

The Govt. of Maharashtra vide G.R. dated 26/6/2008 launched the scheme “Opening and Running Junior Colleges for VJNT Students Run by Voluntary Agencies” for the educational and social development of Vimukta Jatis and Nomadic Tribes (VJNT) students.

Benefit: The facilities like academic education, free lodging, and boarding along with necessary educational goods & stationery are provided to the students of the VJNT category in Junior Colleges. The facilities like medical, bedding & clothing, and uniforms are provided to the residential students.

Under this scheme, free accommodation, nutritious meals, educational materials, uniforms, personal hygiene items, and other facilities are provided to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students residing in ashram hostels operated by the Tribal Area Development Department.

Benefit: Students are provided with the following annually and monthly benefits: Annually (per student): School uniform with stitching Shoes, socks, towel, and warm sweater Monthly (per student): Nutritious breakfast and meals Hair oil Bathing and washing soap Hair cutting service Laundry for bed linen (sheet, pillow cover, blanket) Electricity and water facilities Newspapers and magazines

The scheme aims to promote safe, regulated, and professional paragliding activities in Uttarakhand by permitting certified paragliding companies and licensed tandem pilots to operate within the state.

Benefit: Paragliding companies are permitted to operate, and tandem pilot licenses have been issued, allowing license holders to earn a livelihood through paragliding activities in the state.

The scheme aims to promote safe & regulated adventure tourism in the state by allowing licensed rafting companies to operate & issuing certifications to qualified river guides. Under this scheme, rafting companies are granted permission to operate, and licenses are issued to qualified river guides.

Benefit: Rafting companies are permitted to operate, and licenses are issued to river guides, providing revenue benefits to the state and economic benefits to tourism businesses.

The scheme "Operation of SC Senior Hostel" provides accommodations and a conducive learning environment for Scheduled Caste students. Through this scheme, separate junior, senior, and college hostels with free boarding and lodging facilities are provided to both boys and girls.

The scheme aims to encourage tribal students to participate in sports and prepare them for national & international competitions. Tribal students from Classes 6 to 12 are provided with free accommodation, specialized training, nutritious meals & other necessary facilities in the sports hostels.

Benefit: The following facilities are provided in the sports hostel: Free residential accommodation in sports hostels. Nutritious meals, snacks, and special dietary arrangements as per approved pattern. Sports training with modern equipment by expert coaches (especially in archery and athletics). Free school uniforms and educational materials.

The scheme aims to preserve the oral history of tiatr for future generations through documentation of veteran artistes' experiences. It provides video recording and remuneration to eligible veteran tiatr artistes.

Benefit: Financial Benefits Onetime remuneration as fixed by the Tiatr Academy of Goa to the artiste to be documented. Additional amount as decided by the Tiatr Academy of Goa for artistes living outside Goa. Remuneration to the interviewer as fixed by the Tiatr Academy of Goa. Non-Financial Benefits Video recording of artiste's experiences on High Definition or higher format camera. Preservation of documentation on Digital Versatile Disc at Tiatr Academy of Goa's Library. One copy of the Digital Versatile Disc provided to the artiste concerned. Potential upload of recording on Tiatr Academy of Goa's website, other internet sites, or other media channels.

The objective of the scheme is to provide hands on training at the village level on production of organic compost inputs such as compost for plant health management for sustainable agriculture.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to cultural groups and artists registered with the Department for performing in cultural programs organized during traditional fairs, festivals, regional celebrations within and outside the state, as well as on the occasion of national festivals.

Benefit: After the presentation of cultural programmes by groups/folk singers enlisted with the Culture Department on the occasion of traditional fairs, festivals, celebrations, and national festivals organized within or outside the state, the following honorarium and allowances are payable: 1. Group Leader: Honorarium of ₹1,000/- and travelling allowance of ₹500/-. 1. Other Artists: Honorarium of ₹800/- each and travelling allowance of ₹400/- each. 1. Folk Singers: Category A: ₹7,500/- as honorarium. Category B: ₹4,250/- as honorarium. Travelling allowance: ₹300/- along with ordinary bus fare or second-class rail fare for the journey.

Training is conducted through local camps in all districts for various sports, including football, athletics, boxing, volleyball, etc. with minimal fees.

Benefit: The department conducts local training camps in all districts for various sports, including football, athletics, boxing, volleyball, hockey, badminton, cricket, wrestling, kho-kho, karate, kabaddi, wushu, taekwondo, basketball, handball, ju-jitsu, table tennis, lawn tennis, baseball, and sepaktakraw, with training provided at minimal fees. - The department operates Sports Colleges and Sports Hostels for sports such as football, athletics, boxing, volleyball, hockey, badminton, judo, and cricket, with admission provided at minimal fees. - A prize of ₹ 500/- is awarded for securing first position and ₹ 300/- for securing third position in state-level sports competitions.

The scheme aims to organize camps & awareness programs across urban & rural areas to inform and empower vulnerable groups such as women, children, senior citizens, workers in the unorganized sector, persons with disabilities, acid attack survivors & victims of trafficking about their legal rights.

Benefit: For the effective implementation of public welfare schemes of the Hon’ble National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi, the District Legal Services Authorities, Tehsil Legal Services Committees, and the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority also organize multi-purpose camps, awareness programs, debate competitions, painting competitions, and essay competitions across urban areas and remote rural regions.

The scheme aims to promote sports & identify grassroots-level talent among youth through structured competitions & training. Players are provided with cash prizes and free training, & participation is encouraged at multiple levels, including Gram Panchayat, Development Block, District, and State.

The “Organizing Block Demonstration” scheme provides a 50% subsidy or ₹2,000/- (whichever is less) on input costs for demonstrating the cultivation of Pulses crops over 5 hectares.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: A subsidy of 50% on the cost of inputs required to layout the demonstration of 5 hectare each or ₹2,000/- whichever is less.

The scheme provides financial assistance to farmers for adopting polythene mulch technology in groundnut cultivation to improve productivity.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: An assistance of ₹4,000/- towards the cost of inputs to organize the demonstration and ₹4,000/- to cover the land with Polythene sheet per hectare will be provided.

The scheme "Organizing Block Demonstration Through Department And Also Through TNAU" offers grants to farmers for maize cultivation. Farmers can avail a subsidy for demonstrating cultivation practices on a 1-hectare plot.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹4,000/- per demonstration of 1 Hectare plot each.

The "Orientation Courses in Dramatics" scheme by the Tiatr Academy of Goa aims to improve the quality of tiatr performances. It offers preliminary training and workshops in various aspects of dramatics, such as script writing and acting, to individuals and existing tiatr artistes.

Benefit: • Training and Skill Enhancement: The scheme provides orientation courses and workshops in various aspects of dramatics, including script writing, lyrics composition, direction, acting, stage setting, stage craft, background music, light effects, costumes, make-up, and the history of tiatr. These courses and workshops are intended to help tiatr artistes improve the standard and quality of tiatr performances. • Expert Instruction: Workshops are conducted by graduates of the National School of Drama or Kala Academy School of Drama, with tiatr-specific aspects handled by personnel involved in the field of tiatr, to ensure high-quality and relevant training for participants.

Benefit: 1) The Assam govt. runs this scheme for those women who belong to the low-income groups of society to support them financially. 2) Each beneficiary will get 1250 rupees per month on the very first date of every month. The Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme covers the expenses for medicines for taking care of health needs, which is 400 rupees per family; Rs. 200 per family is given to provide a 50% subsidy for the 4 kg of pulses of a family; 80 rupees are given as the 50% subsidy for 4 kg of sugar; 150 rupees are given for the fruits & vegetables; Rs. 150 are given for the essential needs; Rs. 170 for covid-19 expenses; and Rs. 250 for a subsidy for 50 units of electricity. And this amount is consolidated to Rs. 1250 per month for a family. 3) Orunodoi Scheme 3.0 will provide financial assistance of Rs. 1250 per month through Direct Benefit Transfer.

The scheme aims to support Other Backward Class (OBC) students of Uttarakhand from Class 11th onwards by providing financial assistance for their education, including tuition fees and other academic expenses.
