New Swarnim Yojana (for women only) GNTDNT
The scheme aims to achieve economic upliftment by providing self-employment with dignity. Through this scheme, loans for self-employment at an annual interest rate are provided to women beneficiaries of nomadic and denotified castes living below the poverty line.
Benefit: The maximum loan limit is up to ₹2,00,000/-. The interest rate will be 5% per annum. Under this scheme, 100% loan of the business/occupation amount is provided. The loan amount will consist of 95% National Corporation contribution, 5% State Government contribution and zero beneficiary contribution. Repayment: The loan amount, including interest, will have to be repaid in 60 equal monthly instalments.

Benefit: Loan Amount: The maximum loan limit under this scheme is up to ₹200,000/- per beneficiary.1. Interest Rate: The interest rate in these schemes will be 5% per annum.1. Loan Coverage: 95% of unit cost financed by the national corporation (NBCFDC), 5% by the state government. Repayment Terms: Repayable in 60 equal monthly installments, including interest. Mode of Disbursement: The loan amount is disbursed, with 95 percent of the unit cost from the national corporation and 5 percent from the state government.

The Internship Programme by NIELIT is an opportunity for a student to secure first-hand and practical work experience under the guidance of qualified and experienced Supervisors/Mentors. It also aims at active participation in the learning process through experimentation.
Benefit: Stipend For S&T section/wing interns: ₹ 5,000/- per month For non-S&T section/wing interns: ₹ 3,000/- per month The stipend shall be paid after the completion of the Internship on submission of a report duly accepted by NIELIT Haridwar. The stipend shall be paid in non-cash mode only via Cheque/NEFT/RTGS etc. Certificate Certificates will be issued by NIELIT Haridwar to the interns on completion of the Internship and submission of the Report duly countersigned by the supervisor/mentor and accepted by the Wing/Section Head.

Benefit: In the case of a disabled youth marrying a normal girl and in the case of a disabled girl marrying a normal youth, the incentive amount is Rs. 2,00,000/- In case of disability of both the young man and the woman, jointly Rs. 1,00,000/- incentive amount is provided.
NIJASHAREE HOUSING SCHEME
The scheme “NIJASHAREE HOUSING SCHEME” is an initiative by the Govt. of West Bengal which envisages the construction of multi-storied Lower Income Group (LIG)/Middle Income Group (MIG) flats on the public lands belonging to the State Government, local bodies and parastatals.
Benefit: Under this scheme, a `Basha’ (house) will be allotted to all the people belonging to the Lower Income Group (LIG) and the Middle Income Group (MIG) by lottery on ownership basis. Credit-linked subsidies to the eligible beneficiaries will be facilitated by the Housing Department, as per the existing scheme.

Section II: Outpatient Department (OPD) : The overall OPD treatment limit is ₹19,000/-, broken down as: - OPD treatment, including medicines, pathology, diagnostic tests, etc., is covered up to ₹15,000/-. - Dental preventive dentistry is covered up to ₹4,000/-. Section III: Ongoing Therapies - A total of ₹20,000/- is allocated for ongoing therapies aimed at reducing the impact of disability. Section IV: Alternative Medicine (AYUSH) - Treatment under AYUSH systems of medicine is reimbursable up to ₹4,000/-. Section V: Transportation - Transportation costs related to medical treatment are covered up to ₹2,000/-.
