The Krishi Mahotsav Yojana is an agricultural development scheme launched by the Government of Gujarat in the year 2010. The scheme aims to boost agricultural productivity and increase the income of farmers in the state.

Benefit: Benefits Agriculture Scientists and officers are provided guidance to farmers about Scientific farming, Organic farming, Farm mechanization, Micro Irrigation, Crop Value addition and Agriculture related information as well as provided knowledge of Government Schemes. In addition, to provide free kit distribution to small farmers during Krushi Mahotsav.

The Karnataka Forest Department launched 'Krushi Aranya Protsaha Yojane (KAPY)' in 2011-12 to encourage farmers and the public to increase forest and tree cover by providing subsidized seedlings and monetary incentives for planting

Benefit: Increased forest and tree cover: The main benefit of the Krushi Aranya Protsaha Yojane (KAPY) scheme is the promotion of the cooperation of farmers and the general public in the task of increasing forest and tree cover. Subsidized seedlings: Under the scheme, farmers are provided seedlings at subsidized rates from the nearest nurseries of the Forest Department for planting in their lands. Monetary incentive: The farmers are paid an amount of Rs 35 as an incentive for every surviving seedling at the end of the first year, Rs 40 for the second year, and Rs 50 for the third year. Encourages nurturing: The incentive is given to encourage the farmer not only to plant the seedlings but also to nurture them at least for three years. Compensates cost: The total amount of money provided (Rs 125/- per seedling) more than compensates the cost incurred by the farmer in procuring and planting the seedling. Restriction on ineligible species: The scheme has restrictions on ineligible tree species, which helps promote the planting of appropriate tree species and prevents the proliferation of invasive species.

The scheme “KSCSTE Emeritus Scientist Scheme” helps to provide opportunity to superannuated outstanding scientists to pursue research in their respective field of specialization and to harness their knowledge and erudition for the development of State.

Benefit: Selected candidates are eligible for: Monthly fellowship of ₹31,000/- for a maximum period of 3 years. An annual Contingent grant of ₹1,00,000/- eligible for the entire project duration. Technical Assistance in the form of a Project Fellow can be appointed to support research activity. Fellowship will be given for a period not exceeding three years, (Maximum duration of the project - 3 Years).

KSCSTE Post-Doctoral Fellowships will be provided to those who possess Ph.D. in science and engineering with high quality research publications in SCI journals. The program aims to encourage Ph.D. holders to pursue further research and to develop career as scientist.

Benefit: The scheme offers a Post-Doctoral Fellowship of ₹45,000/- + 10 % HRA per month along with an annual contingency grant of ₹75,000/-. 1. The duration of the Fellowship is limited to a maximum of 2 years.

The scheme “KSCSTE Research Fellowship” is for encouraging enthusiastic and passionate post-graduate science/ engineering students by supporting them financially in their Ph.D. studies.

Benefit: The Fellowship carries a monthly stipend of ₹31,000/- for the first two years (JRF) and ₹35,000/- per month in the third year (SRF). 1. There is an annual contingency grant of ₹20,000/-. 1. All Research Fellows shall be allowed hostel accommodation wherever available and those residing in a hostel provided by the University/Institute shall not be eligible for HRA. Reimbursement of hostel fee shall not be permissible, where the hostel facility is not possible. House Rent Allowance shall be allowed a maximum of 10% of their fellowship. 1. The fellowship is for a period not exceeding three years.

This scheme aims to enhance the nutritional status of Pregnant Women. ₹500/- assistance is provided to eligible beneficiaries during their pregnancies. The scheme is a crucial step towards ensuring the well-being of both mother and child. The benefit will be provided for upto two pregnancies only.

The scheme aims to provide financial support to individuals belonging to SC category suffering from incurable & serious diseases. Under this scheme, Medical Assistance is provided to Scheduled Caste patients diagnosed with life-threatening conditions such as TB, Leukemia, & other critical illnesses.

Benefit: Medical Assistance is provided to Scheduled Caste patients for treatment of incurable and critical diseases like TB, Leukemia, and other serious conditions.

The scheme was initiated in 1991. Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided on the occasion of the marriage of two adult girls belonging to the Scheduled Caste category.

Benefit: Scheduled caste girls who marry after 01/04/2021 will receive financial assistance of ₹12,000/- under the scheme. 1. Scheduled caste girls who marry before 01/04/2021 will receive financial assistance of ₹10,000/- under the scheme.

The scheme aims to provide financial support to ST families during the marriage of girls, providing ₹12,000 per couple as financial assistance to eligible tribal women across the state.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹12,000/- per couple is provided during the marriage.

The scheme aims to provide marriage-related financial aid of ₹12,000 per daughter (up to two daughters per family) to socially and educationally backward classes and economically backward class families.

Benefit: Monetary Assistance: ₹12,000 is provided for the marriage of a daughter. NOTE: If the marriage occurred before April 1, 2021, assistance of ₹10,000 is provided.

Under the scheme, assistance shall be provided to registered construction workers and their children for career development. By advancing in skill education, the children of construction workers can also progress and avail employment opportunities.

Benefit: Under the scheme, the full course fee will be reimbursed. 1. If the course will be of less than 1 year duration, all fees of the course will be reimbursed. 1. If the course is for more than one year all fees will be reimbursed annually.

The scheme aims to provide free household electricity connections to Scheduled Tribe families in tribal areas.

Benefit: Free electricity household connection is provided to BPL/lower income group beneficiary.

Laadli Laxmi Scheme was launched with the intention to address the undesirable tendency of female foeticides and with an aim towards erasing the general perception that the birth of a girl in the family is a burden on her parents/guardian during her marriage.

Benefit: For Unmarried Beneficiaries (beneficiaries who attain the age of majority i.e. 18 years on or after 01-04-2012) Financial Assistance of ₹ 1,00,000, by means of a bank fixed deposit, jointly in the name of the Director (DoWCD) and the applicant. The fixed deposit shall be renewed annually automatically on maturity, along with the amount of interest accrued, till the date of claim by the applicant as per the scheme or until the age of 45 years whichever is earlier. For Married Beneficiaries ( beneficiaries who have already attained the age of 18 years before 01-04-2012 and are in the age group of 19 to 45 years prospectively from 1st April, 2016) Financial Assistance of ₹ 1,00,000., by means of cash payment.

The scheme aims to encourage the birth of girl children in poor families and promote their holistic development. Under this scheme, financial support ₹1,50,000/- is provided in seven installments to the parents or guardians of girls born in Government/authorized Medical Institutions.

Notes: - If the benefit of any installment is not availed at any stage after the first two installments of the scheme, the eligible girl child may still be granted the next installment, provided a valid and reasonable justification is given. - There is no limit on the number of girl children eligible to receive the third and subsequent installments under the scheme. All girls who have already received the first two installments will be entitled to continue receiving benefits under the scheme. - The Rajshree Yojana will be merged with the Laado Protsahan Yojana, and the remaining installments of the Rajshree Yojana will be provided under the Laado Protsahan Yojana as per eligibility.

This program has been launched to promote & popularize science education among school students and youth studying science subjects across all 13 districts of Uttarakhand.

Benefit: The Lab on Wheels program has been launched to popularize science in rural areas of Uttarakhand and promote science education in schools. It provides students from all districts, including remote areas, with the opportunity to explore and learn the practical applications of science.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Labor Tools Assistance Scheme has been started by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided to workers (Shramyogis) who become disabled during their duty period due to an accident or any other reason at the working premises of the establishment.

Benefit: Under the scheme, workers with disabilities ranging from 40% to 70% will receive financial assistance of ₹25,000/-. 1. Workers with disabilities exceeding 70% will receive financial assistance of ₹50,000/-. Note: The organization has to pay ₹12,500/- for disabilities ranging from 40% to 70%, and for disabilities exceeding 70%, the benefit amount is ₹25,000/-. Additionally, any amount to be paid as per law will be covered by the board.

Under this facilities, a labour card is issued to workers engaged in construction, repair, maintenance, and related activities, enabling them to avail the benefits of all welfare schemes provided by the Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare

Benefit: The labour card is mandatory to avail the benefits of all schemes offered by the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. - The labour card also be used as an identification document for building and construction workers.

Launched on 1st August 2018, the scheme "Labour Skill Training Scheme" is a skill development initiative by the Building and Other Construction Workers Board, Govt of MP. It offers free skill training to construction workers aged 18-45 years and their dependents aged 16-45

Benefit: The scheme provides free skill training to construction workers and their dependents.

The scheme aims to provide comprehensive health care and financial assistance for medical treatments. It offers hospital services, medical reimbursements, and subsistence allowances for beedi, cine, and non-coal mine workers and their dependants.

Benefit: General Healthcare Healthcare facilities are provided to workers and their dependants through a network of 10 hospitals and 285 dispensaries. Financial assistance of ₹300/- is provided for the purchase of spectacles. Heart Diseases Reimbursement of expenditure up to ₹1,30,000/- is provided for the treatment of heart diseases. Kidney Diseases Reimbursement of expenditure up to ₹2,00,000/- is provided for kidney transplantation. Cancer Reimbursement of actual expenses on treatment, medicines, and diet charges, up to ₹7,50,000/-, is provided for cancer. Travel allowance for a cancer patient and one attendant is payable at ₹50/- per day per person. Minor Surgeries Reimbursement of expenditure up to ₹30,000/- is provided for minor surgeries like hernia, appendectomy, ulcer, gynaecological diseases, and prostate diseases. Maternity and Family Welfare Grant of ₹1,000/- per delivery is provided to female workers as a maternity benefit. Monetary incentive of ₹500/- per head is provided for undergoing sterilization under the family welfare initiative. Tuberculosis Subsistence allowance of ₹750/- to ₹1,000/- per month is granted for tuberculosis patients. Maintenance allowance of ₹600/- to ₹750/- per month and medicine cost of ₹50/- per month are payable for domiciliary treatment of tuberculosis. Daily food allowance of ₹15/- or a yearly grant of ₹20,000/- is provided per tuberculosis patient. Leprosy Financial assistance of ₹30/- per patient per day for indoor treatment and ₹6/- to ₹60/- per patient per day for outdoor treatment is provided for leprosy. Subsistence allowance of ₹300/- per month with dependants and ₹200/- per month without dependants is provided for leprosy patients. Mental Diseases Maintenance allowance of ₹180/- per month for state beds and ₹900/- per month for independent beds for six months is provided for mental diseases. Maintenance allowance for dependants of mental disease patients is provided at ₹600/- to ₹750/- per month for nine months. Conditions for Availment _ Prior approval of the concerned Welfare Commissioner is necessary before beginning treatments for heart ailments, kidney treatment, and cancer._ _ The ophthalmic benefit for purchasing spectacles is given only to the worker and not to their dependants._ _ The maternity benefit is limited strictly to the first two deliveries._
