The scheme aims to empower the youth of Uttarakhand by providing free adventure training programs that develop their skills and capabilities through various adventure activities.

Benefit: Under this scheme, free training is provided to the youth of the state in various adventure-based activities such as White Water River Rafting Guide Training, Disaster Management and Disaster Rescue Operations, First Aid, Burma Bridge, Trekking, etc.

Under this scheme, junior lawyers receive stipends up to ₹10,000 per month and their senior advocates receive an allowance of ₹5,000 per month.

Benefit: Stipend to junior tribal advocates: ₹10,000 per month for the first year. ₹8,000 per month for the second year. ₹6,000 per month for the third year. Allowance to senior advocate (mentor): ₹5,000 per month for three years.

The Scheme “Advocate Grant” was launched by the Backward Classes Development Department, Government of Kerala during the year 2012-13. Under the scheme, the grant will be provided to law graduates belonging to backward classes facing financial difficulties for starting practice as advocates.

Benefit: The grant of ₹12000/- per year will be provided to law graduates who enrolled before the Bar Council. The grant will be provided for 3 consecutive years.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to non-pensioner Ex-Servicemen of all ranks and widows for meeting medical expenses incurred on the treatment of approved serious diseases, including cancer, renal failure, knee replacement, and heart surgery.

Benefit: For Non-Pensioner Officers/Widows: Medical Treatment Assistance: Financial assistance of 75% of the total expenditure incurred on medical treatment, hospitalization, medicines, and related expenses.- Maximum Assistance Limit: Maximum financial assistance of ₹1,50,000/- (one-time) for approved serious diseases.- Cancer Treatment and Dialysis Assistance: Financial assistance of up to ₹75,000/- per annum for cancer treatment and dialysis. For Non-Pensioner Other Ranks/Widows: Medical Treatment Assistance: Financial assistance of 90% of the total expenditure incurred on medical treatment, hospitalization, medicines, and related expenses.- Maximum Assistance Limit: Maximum financial assistance of ₹1,50,000/- (one-time) for approved serious diseases.- Cancer Treatment and Dialysis Assistance: Financial assistance of up to ₹75,000/- per annum for cancer treatment and dialysis. (l) Dialysis Open heart surgery Valve replacement Pacemaker Implant Cerebral stroke Prostrate surgery Joint replacement Renal failure Cancer Treatment of other Diseases: In case the treatment of a serious disease which is not listed in this scheme-document, such application will be referred to DGAFMS for comment/recommendation to consider it for financial assistance for treatment of that disease, to ESM under this scheme. Note: Expenditure must be incurred at an approved govt hospital at the rates applicable under CGHS / ECHS.

The scheme aims to provide affordable pucca housing with basic amenities to lower-income groups individuals in Uttarakhand through a partnership model under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).

Benefit: Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, assistance is provided for constructing housing in four ways: 1. In-situ Slum Redevelopment 1. Credit-Linked Subsidy 1. Affordable Housing in Partnership 1. Beneficiary-led Individual House Construction or Enhancement The benefits, eligibility, and process for the above-mentioned point (3) “Affordable Housing Component in Partnership” are as follows: Under this scheme, individuals belonging to the lower-income group residing in the state are provided with a pucca house with a carpet area of up to 30 sq. m. along with basic amenities such as electricity, drinking water, etc. Currently, the Housing Department has proposed the construction of 15,960 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) houses under approximately 20 projects across various cities in the state. For the ongoing projects, the sale price per housing unit has been fixed at ₹6.00 lakh, of which ₹1.50 lakh will be provided by the Central Government, ₹1.50 lakh by the State Government, and the remaining ₹3.00 lakh per unit will be borne by the beneficiary. In addition, to ensure timely completion of the projects, the State Government has also provided VGF (Viability Gap Funding) of ₹50,000 per unit.

This scheme offers grants to unemployed tribals for afforestation work, providing them with incentives and employment opportunities in forest operations.

A welfare scheme by the Department of Military Affairs, MoD under which rigorous military training will be imparted to the youth aged between 17.5 to 23 years and meeting other educational, physical, and medical criteria, who are aspirational to be a part of the armed forces.

Benefit: Agniveers will be given an attractive customized monthly package along with Risk and Hardship allowances as applicable in the three services. The scheme “AGR 2 (Farm Mechanization) Scheme of Farmers Other Than SC/ST” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: The beneficiary will get financial assistance for the purchase of agricultural equipment/components such as Power Tillers, Rice Transplanter, Self-Propelled Machinery, Tractor/ Power Tiller operated Implements /tools, Electric Motor operated, etc. Under the scheme, more financial assistance will be given to the Small/Marginal/Women Farmers compared to other farmers.

The scheme “AGR 3 (Farm Mechanization) Scheme for ST Farmers” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: The beneficiary will get financial assistance for the purchase of agricultural equipment/components such as Plant protection equipment, Tarpaulin, Field Demonstration, Micronutrients, Water carrying pipeline, Agriculture fair, Organic Fertilizer, Pump set, the premium for Farmers 100% Water Soluble Fertilizers, Pesticides, accidental insurance scheme, etc. Under the scheme, seeds of more production varieties/Hybrids varieties and fertilizer, etc. will be distributed at a subsidized rate to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Areas (TASP).

The scheme “AGR 4 (Farm Mechanization) Scheme for SC Farmers” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: The beneficiary will get financial assistance for the purchase of agricultural equipment/components such as Power Tillers, Rice Transplanter, Self-Propelled Machinery, Tractor/Power Tiller operated Implements /tools, Electric Motor operated, etc.

The scheme aims to provide subsidised seeds, fertilizers, and organic inputs to Scheduled Caste farmers to improve agricultural productivity.

Benefit: Subsidized Rates: SC farmers receive essential agricultural inputs like seeds and fertilizers at significantly reduced costs. - Access to Quality Inputs: The scheme ensures farmers have access to high-quality minor and micro-elements, castor cake, neem cake, liquid fermented organic manure, or green manure seeds. - Reduced Cultivation Costs: By providing subsidized inputs, the scheme lowers the overall cost of cultivation, helping to improve the economic viability of farming for SC cultivators.

The scheme “AGR-50 Scheme-Assistance to Purchase Tractors” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat in the year 2011-12. The scheme was implemented for the farmers to help in buying the tractor in the state.

Benefit: The financial assistance is given to farmers for the purchase of tractors as below: a) Upto 40 PTO HP Model Tractors: 25% of expense or ₹45,000/-, whichever is less. b) Above 40 PTO HP and up to 60 PTO HP Model Tractors: 25% of expense or ₹60,000/-, whichever is less.

This scheme has been introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Dept., Gujarat. It aims to support farmers in Gujarat by facilitating access to farm implements and mechanization.

A welfare scheme by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare was launched in 2002. AC&ABC aims at agricultural development, supplementing the efforts of public extension by providing extension and other services to farmers either on a payment basis or free of cost as per the business model.

Benefit: 44% of the project cost will be as a composite subsidy for women, SC/ST & all categories of candidates from NE and Hill states and 36% of the project cost for all others. Graduates from agriculture studies background will be given free of cost training if they wish to set-up centers. National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) will be responsible for providing training to eligible candidates, through Nodal Training Institutes (NTIs) and motivating them for setting up of Agri-Clinics and Agri-Business Centers. Ceiling of project cost for subsidy is ₹20,00,000/- for an individual project (₹25,00,000/- in case of extremely successful individual projects) and up to ₹100 lakhs for a group project (established by a group comprising at least 5 trained persons under the scheme). The scheme tends to promote better farmina methods and to suprment and entrepreneurship, as well as use trained professionals to develop the agriculture sector Agri-Clinics: Agri-Clinics provide expert advice and services to farmers for soil health, cropping practices, plant protection, crop insurance, post-harvest technologies, as well as offers clinical services for animals,feed and fodder management, prices of various crops in the market, etc. Agri-Business Centers: Agri-Business Centers are units of Agri-ventures established by unemployed trained agriculture professionals, including maintenance and custom hiring of farm equipment, sale of inputs and other services in agriculture and allied areas. Project activities: Extension consultancy services Soil and water quality cum inputs testing laboratories (with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers) Pest surveillance, diagnostic and control services Maintenance, repairs, and custom hiring of agricultural implements and machinery including micro-irrigation systems (sprinkler and drip) Agri Service Centres include the three activities mentioned above (Group Activity). Seed Processing Units Micro-propagation through Plant Tissue Culture Labs and Hardening Units Setting up of Vermiculture units, production of bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and bio-control agents. This scheme provides loans up to ₹10,00,000/- to the persons with disabilities for agricultural production, irrigation, horticulture, sericulture, the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment for agricultural services, and the marketing of agricultural products etc.

Extension Division endeavours towards successful implementation of Agricultural Extension activities. Through its various programmes, schemes and activities, Extension Division helps farmers to get information regarding scientific research and new knowledge in agricultural practices.

Benefit: To supplement efforts of public extension by necessarily providing extension and other services to the farmers on a payment basis or free of cost as per the business model of agri-preneur, local needs and affordability of the target group of farmers. To support agricultural development To create gainful self-employment opportunities for unemployed agricultural graduates, agricultural diploma holders, intermediate in agriculture and biological science graduates, with PG in agri-related courses

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to farmers who suffer crop losses of 33% or more due to natural calamities such as floods, heavy rainfall, drought, hailstorms, or other notified disasters.

Benefit: Under this scheme: - ₹8,500/- per hectare is provided for Agriculture, Horticulture, and Annual Crops in unirrigated areas. A minimum of ₹1,000/- is payable. - ₹17,000/- per hectare is provided for Areas with Assured Irrigation. The minimum amount of assistance payable to any farmer will be ₹2,000/-. - For Evergreen Crops - ₹22,500/- per hectare is admissible for all types of evergreen crops. The minimum amount payable is ₹2,500/-. - ₹6,000/- per hectare is payable to Sericulture Farmers. - ₹7,000/- per hectare is payable for eri, mulberry and tussar crops. - A minimum assistance of ₹1,000/- is payable for Munga crops.

The revitalized and farmers’ income enhancing centric sub-scheme Agricultural Marketing Infrastructure (AMI) of Integrated Scheme for Agricultural Marketing (ISAM) is meant for holistic development of agricultural value chain critically focusing each linkage of post-harvest value chain.

Benefit: The scheme envisages the following benefits: 1) Ensure remunerative prices to the farmers for their produce 2) Alternative &competitive marketing channels 3) Promotion of small size processing units 4) Reduce post-harvest & handling losses 5) Promote pledge financing and market access 6) Farmer-consumer market linkages and also to assist in integration GrAMs with e-NAM portal

The scheme “Agricultural Skill Development Training Programme for Women Farmers and Farmers” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: Selected women farmers, male farmers, and youth have been trained-n-guided in agricultural and allied aspects of the scientific method. The latest information on agricultural aspects will be provided to the selected applicant under this scheme. The selected applicants have informed the developing scheme of the state and central levels.

The objective of the Scheme is to sponsor students for undergoing 4 years of Graduate/degree courses in Agriculture/Horticulture against State quota seats in different Agriculture Universities in the country.

Benefit: Pattern of Assistance: Sponsorship of seats, book grants, and scholarships. Type of Assistance and Entitlement (If any): Monthly stipend @ ₹1,200/-. Book grant @₹1,200/- per academic year.
