The scheme aims to provide financial assistance not exceeding ₹50,000/- or the actual cost, whichever is less, to needy Goan artists or their families for setting up self-employment ventures, helping them establish sustainable income sources. The applications for this scheme are accepted Offline.

Benefit: Financial Assistance ₹50,000/- or the actual cost, whichever is less, shall be provided for setting up self employment venture. The financial assistance amount shall be disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing System mode. The assistance is provided as a one-time grant. Conditions The details of the expenditure incurred along with the vouchers must be furnished to the department after utilizing the grant. The unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount, if any, shall be refunded to the Government within the stipulated timeframe.

The scheme aims to provide a lumpsum grant (maximum ₹20,000/-) to the dependent family in case of death of the artist. The one-time financial assistance amount is disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) mode. The applications are accepted offline.

Benefit: Financial Assistance in the form of a lumpsum grant, maximum of ₹20,000/- shall be provided. The one-time financial assistance amount is disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) mode. Conditions The wife/husband of the late artist shall be considered first for the grant. In the event of the wife/husband predeceasing the late artist, the benefit shall be passed on to the unmarried/unemployed sons/daughters of the deceased artist as the case may be in equal ratio.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to aged and needy Goan artists. It offers marriage assistance of up to ₹20,000/- for the first daughter and ₹15,000/- for the second daughter of eligible artists.

Benefit: Financial Assistance Financial assistance of ₹20,000/- shall be sanctioned for the first wholly dependent daughter's marriage. Financial assistance of ₹15,000/- shall be sanctioned for the second wholly dependent daughter's marriage. Maximum two wholly dependent unmarried daughters shall be eligible for this benefit. Disbursement The financial assistance shall be disbursed through Electronic Clearing System mode. The assistance is a one-time grant per eligible daughter's marriage. Conditions The details of the expenditure incurred along with the vouchers shall be furnished to the department. The unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount if any shall be refunded to the Government within 2 months from the date of marriage.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to aged and needy Goan artists and their dependent family members for medical treatment expenses. It covers major or minor surgical treatment costs in local or outstation hospitals, including travelling and accommodation expenses.

Benefit: Financial Assistance Financial assistance shall be sanctioned to meet the expenses towards major or minor surgical treatment in local or outstation hospitals. Financial assistance shall be provided to meet the expenses towards travelling and accommodation outside the state for treatment for self and or wholly dependent family members. The maximum financial assistance under this category shall not exceed ₹50,000/-. The Government may relax the ceiling in case of major chronic ailments. Disbursement The financial assistance amount shall be disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing System mode. The disbursement shall be one-time financial assistance. Conditions The beneficiary shall not avail the benefit of medical reimbursement from any other Government department or under any schemes or policies for the medical treatment for which the financial assistance is granted under this scheme. The details of the expenditure incurred along with the vouchers shall be furnished to the department after availing the treatment. The unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount if any shall be refunded to the government within 3 months from completion of the treatment.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to aged and needy Goan artists who have lost the source of income due to the pandemic. The scheme provides relief in the form of financial assistance amounting to a min. of ₹5,000/- (lumpsum) up to a max. of ₹10,000/- (lumpsum) to eligible artists.

Benefit: One-time financial assistance in the range of ₹5,000/- to ₹10,000/- (lumpsum) per eligible artist, as decided by the committee. Released in the Bank Account (Nationalized Bank) of the artist. The disbursement is done in the form of Electronic Clearing Service mode.

The scheme aims to provide financial support to the wards of recognized Goan artists who are pursuing higher education, thereby addressing the economic challenges faced by artist families in supporting their children's educational aspirations and ensuring continuity of educational opportunities.

Benefit: A monthly scholarship of ₹750/- is sanctioned to eligible wards during the currency of the academic year. The vacation period is excluded from the scholarship disbursement period. The scholarship is disbursed on a half-yearly basis.

In 2015-16, Rajasthan State started the "Kali Bai Bheel Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Scheme" for Girls students.

Benefit: Scooty distribution to girl students.

The objective of the scheme is to extend financial assistance to the children of the beneficiaries under KALIA for pursuing Professional/Technical courses in the State of Odisha.

Benefit: The tuition fees, annual fees, one-time fees, hostel charges, and any other fees deposited by the student in the colleges/universities/institutions except the caution money/any other refundable money as admissible shall be released to the concerned student Account directly through DBT. 1. The mess /hostel charges of ₹1200/- per month & ₹1000/- per month for ten months shall be provided to the Degree & Diploma/Polytechnic/ITI students respectively as per the guideline of ST & SC Development, Minorities and BCW Department. Note 01: For the refund and penalties in different situations, the institution shall follow the guidelines/modalities of the concerned Department/Institution. Any refundable security deposit shall not be part of the scholarship and needs to be paid by the student. Note 02: The scholarship sanctioned in favour of a student shall be liable for cancellation if he/she is found to have obtained the scholarship by false statements, discontinue his/her studies, or is in receipt of any other scholarship.

Launched in 2012-13 by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, the "Kalpana Chawla Chatravriti Yojana" is a scholarship scheme that provides financial assistance to girls from economically weaker sections to pursue higher education without any financial burden, and achieve their career goals.

Benefit: The scholarship provides ₹18,000 per annum, which will be directly credited to the beneficiary’s bank account.

The scheme is designed to support economically disadvantaged families belonging to the SC/ST and minority communities by providing one-time financial assistance for the marriage of their daughters.

Benefit: One-time financial assistance of ₹1,00,116/- for unmarried SC/ST and minority girls at the time of marriage. 1. One-time financial assistance of ₹1,25,145/- for disabled girls, irrespective of caste, under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 1. The amount is directly credited to the bride’s bank account. 1. Only one-time assistance is allowed in a lifetime.

The "Kalyanamastu Pathakam Scheme - Andhra Pradesh" aims to encourage girls to marry the boys living in Andhra Pradesh who are getting their livelihood through Vaidikam, a one-time financial assistance of ₹75,000/- will be granted. In order to encourage Vedic culture as well.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹75,000/-.

Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹6,000/- every six months (totaling ₹12,000/- per year) will be provided to the wife of a deceased worker employed in an industrial unit or establishment in Madhya Pradesh.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible widows of deceased workers receive financial assistance of ₹6,000/- every six months, in June and December. This amounts to a total of ₹12,000/- per year. Time limit: The assistance amount will be paid to the concerned within 30 days of receipt of the application in the designated office for one year from the date of death of worker.

Under the Kam Lagat Pyaaj Bhandaran Sanrachna yojana Construction of warehouses should be done at a high level to prevent moisture and dampness which occur due to direct contact of onions with soil.

Benefit: Onion storage structure (25 Metric Ton capacity): 50% unit cost subsidy, max grant ₹ 87,500/-.

The scheme "Kamban Pugazh Literary Prize" was launched by the Arts and Culture Department, Puducherry. The scheme aims to provide prizes of ₹10,000/- and 10 awards to the author in the field of novels, short stories, drama, poems & prose in Tamil.

A initiative of Rajasthan State for the farmer to protect crops from damage caused by Nilgai and stray animals. Financial assistance will be provided to the farmers by the Rajasthan government for fencing their fields.

Benefit: Subsidy amount: - Small and marginal farmers: 60% of the total cost, capped at ₹48,000/-. - Other farmers: 50% of the total cost, capped at ₹40,000/-. - Community application (group of 10+ farmers with min. 5 hectares collectively): 70% of the total cost, capped at ₹56,000/- per farmer . Land covered: - Up to 400 meters of fencing per farmer.

The scheme "Kanya Dhan Scheme for SC Students" by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa. Through this scheme, an amount of ₹ 25,000/- is provided to the girl students of the Scheduled Caste Communities once they pass the 12th standard board examination (or equivalent).

Benefit: An amount of ₹ 25,000/- is provided as a fixed deposit in the name of the girl child and the officer nominated by the government. NOTE: The amount is disbursed to the beneficiaries after they pass the 12th standard board (or equivalent) examination.

The scheme was launched by the Tribal Welfare Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. The objective of the scheme is to motivate girls towards education. Under this scheme, girls in Class 11th who have passed their 10th class examination will receive ₹3,000/- per year as a monetary incentive.

Benefit: Under this scheme, all girls belonging to Scheduled Tribes who have passed Class 10th and are entering Class 11th will receive an incentive amount of ₹3,000/- per year. Note: The incentive amount will be paid into the bank accounts of the girl students.

Under this scheme, Scheduled Caste girls who pass the Class 10th and enroll in the Class 11th at a government or recognized institution and study regularly are given an incentive of ₹3,000/- per year.

Benefit: Under this scheme, all Scheduled Caste girl students who have passed Class 10 and are entering Class 11 will receive an incentive of ₹3,000/- per year. Note: The incentive amount will be paid into the bank accounts of the girl students.

Various schemes are run by the government for the purpose of providing social security to women, Kanya Sumangala Yojana is one such scheme.

The primary objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance for marriageable daughters of beneficiary registered labourers and registered women construction labourers working in the building and other construction processes and to encourage legal arrangements.

Benefit: Benefits In case of fulfilment of all the qualifications to the registered construction worker, an amount of Rs.55,000/- (Rupees fifty five thousand only) will be provided by the board as financial assistance for the marriage of his own daughter or registered female construction worker and for inter-caste marriage Rs. An amount of 61,000 / – (Rupees sixty one thousand only) will be provided as financial assistance. In the case of group marriage, in the event of a marriage of a minimum of 11 couples being organized simultaneously at one place, an amount of Rs. 65,000 (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) will be provided by the Board as financial assistance for the daughter's marriage and the group marriage will be held in the form of financial assistance. Expenses at the rate of Rs.7,000/- per pair will be paid by the Board to the organiser. In addition to the above, the amount for the purchase of the bride and groom's dress at the rate of Rs. 5000/- each will be transferred to the account of the registered worker 1 week before the proposed date of mass marriage and if one of the two parties is not present In such a case, the amount paid as advance for a dress will be adjusted against the amount payable in normal / inter-caste marriage (as the case may be). In the case of self-marriage of registered women workers also, the amount of benefit as mentioned above will be payable with the condition that the amount has not been received under this head by her/his father/mother. In the case of remarriage of a registered female construction worker, this benefit will be payable only in the event that her marriage is legally divorced or she is being remarried after the death of her husband. In cases of divorce, an attested copy of the decision of the court of competent jurisdiction and in case of remarriage after the death of the husband, a copy of the death certificate of the husband issued from the competent level will be required as necessary records. The amount of benefit payable in cases of remarriage will be equal to the amount payable in cases of group marriages.
