Intensive Fisheries Development Programme - Subsidy on Solar System for fish/shrimp culture
Under this scheme, subsidies on solar systems for fish/shrimp culture are provided to eligible fish and shrimp farmers. The subsidy is given at 60% of the total project cost, or ₹30,000 per kW, whichever is lower. The maximum subsidy is limited to 30 kW for shrimp farmers and 10 kW for fish farmers.

Other Startups shall be eligible for an interest repayment grant of 10% of the interest amount of a loan availed, up to ₹ 2,00,000 per year, for a period of two years. This benefit can be availed by 40 start-ups each year which the SPC shall select as per its guidelines. This amount will be in addition to any other interest subsidy or loan provided under Chief Minister Rojgar Yojana (CMRY). NOTE: Under no circumstance shall the benefits under this scheme be considered an entitlement. The SPC shall reserve the sole right to accept or reject applications.

Interest Subsidy Scheme, 2017
The scheme aims to incentivize units for making their enterprises financially viable. It provides interest subsidy on term loan and/or working capital loan (up to ₹25,00,000/- per year, or ₹27,50,000/- for women/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe applicants) to eligible industries.
Benefit: For claims of interest paid on term loan, subsidy will be calculated to the extent of 30% of the interest paid, subject to the scheme ceiling. For claims of interest paid on working capital loan, subsidy will be calculated to the extent of 1½% of the total turnover or 30% of the interest paid by the units/enterprise, whichever is less. The subsidy payable shall not exceed the ceiling of ₹25,00,000/- per annum, calculated on pro-rata basis for part of the year as claimed. The subsidy payable shall not exceed the ceiling of ₹27,50,000/- per annum for all women and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe applicants, calculated on pro-rata basis for part of the year as claimed. Disbursal Conditions/Criteria _The period of grant of subsidy shall not exceed seven years, that is 27 continuous quarters subsequent to the quarter in which the subsidy is first claimed._ _The benefits under this scheme shall be disbursed to eligible applicants beyond the validity of this scheme, provided, application for at least one claim is submitted to the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce (DITC) during the validity of this scheme._ _In case the unit fails to file the yearly claim after the first claim within the stipulated time frame, the unit shall be eligible to file the delayed claim in the subsequent year within the time frame as specified in the Umbrella Scheme._ _The facility of filing delayed claims shall not be available for the last claim._ _The lapsed claim shall not be revived by any authority._ _In case the unit fails to include any portion of interest that cannot be claimed due to non-payment before filing of application, the unit shall be eligible to claim such interest subject to payment of the same in the subsequent year._ _In case of default in payment of term loan (i.e. not paid as per schedule of repayment) reimbursement of interest shall be reduced to the extent of default._ _Only the limit of original loan granted and not rescheduled loan shall be considered for interest reimbursement._

Interest Subvention Scheme
The scheme aims to provide institutional credit for capital investments at reasonable interest rates and is implemented through the Karnataka State Financial Corporation (KSFC) in the state.
Benefit: Amount of Loan: - The minimum loan size is ₹5.00 lakhs. - The maximum loan size is ₹500.00 lakhs for Micro and Small Manufacturing Enterprises. - ₹200.00 lakhs for manufacturing and allied services enterprises towards building, gross block of plant and machinery directly involved in production. The loan/s over and above these limits will carry contract rate of interest. Rate of Interest: - KSFC shall sanction loans with prevailing contract rate of interest and the promoters shall pay the interest accordingly. To avail the interest subvention under the scheme, the beneficiary / borrower shall be regular in repayment of installments of all the loans availed by the Enterprises from KSFC. The effective interest rate to be paid by beneficiary /borrower is the difference of contract rate and interest subvention of 5.5% p.a. reimbursed by Government of Karnataka. Interest Subsidy [Subvention] Period: - The unit is eligible for interest subsidy [subvention] for a period of 5 years from the date of first disbursement of the loan, even though if the repayment period extends beyond 5 years.
Interest Subvention Scheme For Housing Loan For Regular State Government Employee Under APUN GHAR
Apun Ghar is a new home loan scheme for Assam Government employees as per announcement made in the Budget Speech,2016-2017 under which home loans will be provided to the State Government employees at subsidized interest rates.
Benefit: 1) The State Government has decided to provide a subvention of interest @3.5 % and after applying this interest subvention, the employees would get housing loans upto ₹ 15.00 lakh@ 5.0% (for women) and @ 5.05 %(for men) 2) On the basis of the SBI Proposal, the state government has decided to provide a loan repayment schedule to the State Government employees with pensionable service beyond the age of retirement up to 70 yrs of age. 3) The SBI will take responsibility to deduct the housing loan beyond the age of retirement up to 70 years as such the pension accounts are with SBI. For the convenience and interest of employees, the deduction of EMIs will be adjusted in such a way to be on the higher side during the service period and it will be on the lower side after their retirement period. 4) There will be no need for a mortgage of property for a loan amount up to ₹ 10.00 lakh. However, the SBI has referred this matter to their corporate center to increase the margin up to ₹ 15.00 lakhs. 5) The SBI team will ensure that the employees get hassle-free service and that concerned departments get a single dedicated window at the bank level for all dealings related to the scheme. 6) The house/flat purchased /constructed with the Bank’s finance would be insured comprehensively for risk of fire/riots/earthquake/lightning/floods. etc by the employees. 7) Check-off facility will be given by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer of the concerned employees for recovery of interest and principal from the salary of the employee. 8) The reduced rate of Interest on Housing loans with State government subvention will be applicable up to 240 EMI i.e up to 20 years of EMI deduction
