The scheme aims to encourage consumption through local purchases and support the economies of ancillary units, local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and traders. It provides a reimbursement of 2% (up to ₹5,00,000/- annually) on eligible local purchases to eligible manufacturing units in Goa.

Benefit: Reimbursement to the extent of 2% of the cost of local purchases consumed by the eligible unit. The maximum reimbursement is limited to ₹5,00,000/- per year. Intended Use/Definition of Purchase The local purchases mean every industrial input, including consumables, purchased from Goa (whether manufactured in Goa or not) except service. The value excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be considered for the calculation. Frequency and Validity The unit may avail benefit under this scheme for five consecutive years from the date of the first application. Benefit Disbursement The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case allocation is exceeded. Conditions _The applicant shall allow and/or grant free access to any official authorized by the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce for conducting inspection/supervision of the unit or the registers or holding discussions with the employed employees for ensuring proper utilisation of the financial incentives/subsidies granted by the State Government._ _The applicant shall time to time or as and when required submit to the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce all the necessary reports, information and documents specified under the scheme or as required or directed by the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce (DITC)._ _If it is found that the information and documents submitted are incorrect, or the financial incentive was obtained by misrepresenting facts or submitting furnishing false information, the Government of Goa/Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce shall revoke the subsidy._ _The applicant shall pay back to the government the financial incentives received, or the same shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue under the provisions of the Land Revenue Code 1968 and/or the Goa, Daman, Diu Public (Recovery & Dues) Act 1986._ _In the event of breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Declaration, the Government shall be entitled to recover the said financial incentives as arrears of land revenue under the provisions of the Land Revenue Code 1968 and/or the Goa, Daman, Diu Public (Recovery & Dues) Act 1986._

The scheme aims to incentivize investments by existing and new units in environmentally friendly initiatives. It provides financial support through reimbursement for Water and Energy Audits and Capital Reimbursement for Energy Conservation Equipment to eligible manufacturing units.

Benefit: Water and Energy Audit Reimbursement Reimbursement of 25% of the cost of water and energy audits. Subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,000/- per unit during the validity of this scheme. Energy Conservation Equipment Capital Reimbursement Reimbursement of 40% of the capital cost incurred on the purchase of the equipment. Subject to ₹10,00,000/- per unit. A unit can avail this benefit multiple times, subject to the maximum ceiling mentioned above. This benefit shall be in addition to benefits availed under State and Central Subsidy Schemes. Maximum Benefit Cap Conditions The total subsidy received by the applicant towards the purchase of the said equipment must not exceed 100% of the purchase value of the respective equipment. For the purpose of calculation, total subsidy includes: Subsidy under this scheme + Any other Subsidy received from Government of Goa/Government of India + Interest subsidy received/receivable under any soft loan or low interest loan availed for purchasing the said equipment under any State/Central Government scheme. Benchmark interest for calculating interest subsidy as received due to a subsidized rate of interest will be 10%. The scheme aims to address the skill gap in Goa by supporting industrial units to provide demand-driven Short Term Training Courses through recognized institutions, thereby creating manpower suitable for the industry. It offers reimbursement for 60% of training costs up to ₹60,000/- per trainee.

Benefit: Reimbursement of 60% of training costs for prospective employees. Maximum reimbursement of ₹60,000/- per employee. Maximum reimbursement of ₹7,20,000/- per unit per year. The benefit is for demand-driven Short Term Training Courses. _The benefits under this scheme are subject to recommendation by the Task Force Committee (TFC)._ _The benefits are subject to budgetary allocation._ Conditions _The payment made to the trainees by the employer, such as stipend, wages, or allowances, shall not be considered as cost of training under this scheme._ _No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the budgetary allocation is exceeded._ _The applicant shall allow and/or grant free access to any official authorized by the Directorate of Industries, Trade & Commerce for conducting inspection or supervision of the unit or the registers, or for holding discussions with employed employees, to ensure proper utilization of the financial incentives/subsidies granted by the State Government._

The "Incentives to Students Who Passed the Civil Service Examination" scheme provides incentives to Scheduled Tribe candidates who clear the Civil Services exams (Preliminary, Main, and Interview) conducted by M.P. PSC and UPSC.

Benefit: Preliminary Exam Success (All India Civil Services): ₹40,000/-. Main Exam Success (All India Civil Services): ₹60,000/-. Successful After Interview (All India Civil Services): ₹50,000/-. Preliminary Exam Success (Madhya Pradesh Civil Services): ₹20,000/-. Main Exam Success (Madhya Pradesh Civil Services): ₹30,000/-. Successful After Interview (Madhya Pradesh Civil Services): ₹25,000/-. Second-Time Success: Candidates receive 50% of the incentive amount as mentioned above; no benefits are provided for third-time success.

"Incentives to Women Entrepreneurs Scheme, 2008" aimed to encourage women entrepreneurship and promote self-employment by providing additional incentives such as interest subsidies and preferential treatment under capital contribution schemes. The scheme benefited women-owned industrial units.

Benefit: Interest Subsidy The interest subsidy was applicable from the interest of the quarter preceding the quarter of the first commercial production date. The benefit under this scheme was for a period of 5 years (20 quarters) from the quarter of applicability. The subsidy was limited to 1% of the total net turnover or 30% of the interest paid by the units, whichever was less, subject to a ceiling of ₹5,00,000/- per annum. In case of the Interest Subsidy Scheme, the prescribed limit of 1% of turnover was increased to 2%, and 30% of interest paid was increased to 35%, subject to an overall ceiling of ₹8,00,000/-. Additional Benefits 5% additional benefit was provided under the Local Employment Subsidy Scheme, over and above what was eligible under the original scheme. Preference was given in Capital Contribution and under Special Capital Contribution Schemes. _The Task Force Committee disbursed the amount payable within 6 months from the date of receipt of the application._

Incubation Scheme aims to promote and support untapped creativity and to promote adoption of latest technologies in MSMEs that seek the validation of their ideas at the proof-of-concept level.

Benefit: Up to maximum of ₹ 15,000,00 /-per idea shall be provided to HI for developing and nurturing the ideas. Up to ₹ 1,00,000,00 /- (max) shall be provided to HI for procurement and installation of relevant plant and machines including hardware and software etc. in BI for R&D activities and common facilities for incubatees of BI.

The scheme aims to create employment opportunities and promote investment in the IT/ITeS sector by establishing BPO/ITeS units in smaller cities. Through this scheme, financial support in the form of Viability Gap Funding is provided to eligible companies.

The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) Junior and Senior Scholarship shall be awarded to M.Sc. and Ph.D. students admitted under General Open Competition Scheme.

Benefit: Benefits The value of the M.Sc. and Ph.D. scholarship will be ₹ 7,560/- and ₹ 10,500/- per month, respectively. The scholarship shall be drawn in the extension period also where such extension beyond two/three years, respectively, has been granted. The scholarship will be inclusive of all fees and other charges of the teaching institution. In addition to the monthly amount of junior/senior scholarship a contingent grant of ₹ 6,000/- per academic year for M.Sc. students, and ₹ 10,000/- per academic year for Ph.D. students will be paid towards the cost of experimental material, books, the thesis and the study tours required for the study as recommended by the Chairperson/Professor concerned. Scholarship to the In-service Candidates/ Departmental Students As per ICAR norms, the In-service candidates joining M.Sc./Ph.D. course on study leave/ deputation who are in receipt of study allowance/ halting allowance/deputation allowance, etc. in addition to full leave salary, the scholarship amount will be adjusted so that they will get a maximum benefit of ₹ 3,000/- p.m. only in addition to full leave salary. This is in addition to the payment of the contingent grant. Those in-service candidates who are not in receipt of JRF/SRF and receiving a partial salary (half or leave without pay) will also be eligible to get an Institute Scholarship of ₹ 3,000/- p.m. provided they are employed by ICAR/SAU system, either nominated by ICAR or selected for admission by any university and who opt to join at a place other than the one where working and provided further that the third degree is not from the same institute.

ICWF has also been a critical support in emergency evacuation of Indian nationals from conflict zones, countries affected by natural disasters and other challenging situations.

Benefit: Assisting Overseas Indian nationals in distress situations: Transportation of Mortal Remains and expenditure on incidentals of deceased Indian national to India or local cremation/burial of deceased in such cases where the employer, sponsor or insurance company is unable or unwilling to do so as per the contract and the family is unable to meet the cost. Boarding and lodging for deserving distressed Indian nationals abroad on a means tested basis in budget category or shelters run by Mission/Post or NGOs empanelled with Mission. Air passage to India to stranded Overseas Indian nationals Legal Assistance on a means tested basis to deserving overseas Indian nationals who have committed minor crimes, offences or have been falsely implicated by their employer and put in jails; fishermen/seamen/sailors/Indian students in distress; Payment for small fines and penalties in respect of Indian nationals for minor offences/crimes; for illegal stay in the host country where prima facie the worker is not at fault, and to enable release of Indian nationals from jail/detention center Emergency Medical Care on means tested basis to overseas Indians who are involved in an accident (with serious life threatening injuries) have life-threatening medical conditions or suffer a serious disability. Support for Community Welfare activities: To promote Indian Culture by organizing cultural programmes by recognized Indian Diaspora organizations at major Indian Festivals, National Days of India; Indian culture Programs by recognized local artists or Indian artists based in India etc. Payment of honorarium for teachers/faculty teaching Indian languages, art forms. Welfare activities for Indian students towards organizing Annual Day for Indian students at Universities/educational institutions to discuss problems, issues faced by Indian students, including their visa, residence status, work permit, financial, welfare and other issues with participation of students. Improvement in Consular services: Hiring of limited additional staff for rendering various consular services Hiring vehicles on a need basis for visits to jails, police stations; detention centres; labour camps; welfare camps; shelters for distressed Indians; prisons; hospitals; morgues and to airports for deportation/repatriation of distressed Indian nationals. Hiring of local interpreters on a case-to-case basis for consular visits. Design, publication, translation costs of pamphlets by Mission/Post about local labour laws, regulations, norms, dos & don’ts, welfare measures pertaining to overseas employment in the host country. Organizing labour camps / consular camps for interacting with Indian migrant workers and informing them about issues related to overseas employment; labour laws; welfare and protection measures of the government. Setting up 24 x 7 toll-free helplines, walk-in resource centres for providing information, advise, guidance on problems faced by distressed Indian nationals; and helping them register their grievance with the Mission/Post. Development of e-Governance solutions, applications to address Consular/ welfare matters.

The primary objective of the scheme is to provide nutritious and affordable food to the poor and needy sections of society and to economically strengthen rural women's self-help groups (SHGs) by providing continuous income-generating employment through the operation of these canteens.

Benefit: Nutritious and affordable food at subsidized rates. Subsidized Rates: The consumer pays ₹25/- per plate in hilly areas. The consumer pays ₹20/- per plate in Dehradun, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar, and Nainital districts. A subsidy of ₹10/- per plate is borne by the State Government. The Urban Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, or Municipality provides free space, furniture, and other essential resources required for the operation of the canteen. Uttarakhand Power Corporation and Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan provide electricity and water, respectively, free of cost. The arrangement of fuel/LPG gas for running the canteen is made through the District Supply Officer. Provides continuous income-generating employment, leading to economic strengthening for women's Self-Help Groups (SHGs). Conditions: Maximum 1,200 plates of food are to be provided per day in high-population districts like Dehradun, Haridwar, and Udham Singh Nagar. A maximum of 800 plates of food are to be provided per day in other districts. Canteens opened solely for employees within office premises are not eligible for subsidy. The State Government reserves the right to determine future subsidies based on the canteen's annual income or profit. Canteens aiming to become self-sustainable will continue to receive facilitator support from the State Government.

Under the scheme, women who conceive their second child and fulfill the prescribed conditions will receive cash assistance of ₹6,000/-, paid in five installments.

The scheme aims to provide social security pensions to divyangjans aged 18 and above who belong to a poor family (BPL) in society.

Benefit: A pension of ₹300/- per month is provided to Divyangjan between 18-79 years. A pension of ₹500/- per month will be provided to Divyangjan aged 80 years and above.

Under this scheme, a monthly pension is provided to severely disabled and multi-disabled individuals aged 18 and above who are living below the poverty line (BPL) to support them in living a respectful life.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries will receive a monthly pension of ₹1000/- (Central contribution- ₹300/-, State Contribution- ₹700/-).

The scheme “Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS)” was started by the Department of Women & Child Welfare, Govt. of Sikkim in 2014. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to differently-abled persons with severe or multiple disabilities of more than 80%.

Benefit: The beneficiary will receive a monthly pension of ₹ 2000/-.

Under this scheme, a monthly pension of ₹400/- is provided to persons with disabilities in the age group of 18 to 79 years who belong to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families to support them financially. This scheme is centrally sponsored.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries will receive a monthly pension of ₹400/-. Note: The pension amount is being paid to the beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) process. In this process, the pension amount is transferred directly into the beneficiaries' accounts via the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) at the state level, based on the account numbers provided by the beneficiaries.
