Financial help on death of family head scheme was launched by Rajasthan state government under tribal area development on 20/08/2008. Under this scheme, ₹10,000/- to the wife of the deceased on the premature death of the head of the family of Saharia primitive tribe.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹10,000 to the wife of the deceased head of the family is provided.

The scheme aims to encourage inter-caste marriages in Assam. It provides a one-time financial assistance of ₹2,50,000/- in a joint fixed deposit for eligible couples where one spouse belongs to a Scheduled Caste and the other to a General Caste Hindu.

Benefit: A one-time financial assistance of ₹2,50,000/- is provided to the eligible inter-caste marriage couple. The financial assistance is granted directly in the form of a fixed deposit. The fixed deposit is opened jointly in the name of the couple in a Government or Nationalized bank. Conditions _The opening of joint accounts for the eligible inter-caste marriage couple will be initiated by the_ Office of the Director Welfare Of Scheduled Castes And Backward Classes, Assam_._ _The first name on the joint fixed deposit account must exclusively be that of the woman._ _The financial incentives provided are strictly subject to the availability of budget provision and the sanction of funds from the Government._ _The joint fixed deposit has a mandatory lock-in period of three years._ _There is absolutely no facility permitted for the premature encashment of the fixed deposit amount during the lock-in period._

The scheme provides a financial incentive of ₹5,000/- to the meritorious boys from Scheduled Castes who have secured 80% or above marks in the HSSLC examination. The objective is to motivate and encourage SC students to pursue higher studies and bring them at par with the rest.

The scheme aims to provide financial incentives to industrial units, hospitals, and educational institutions in the State of Goa to obtain quality certifications and register Intellectual Property Rights, thereby enhancing their competitive strength in global markets and promoting innovation.

Benefit: Reimbursement of charges to the extent of 100% of actual expenditure per certification. Subject to a combined ceiling of ₹8,00,000/- only for the entire period of the scheme. Reimbursement of 50% of the professional fees for registration and fees paid to the registry for registration of Intellectual Property Rights. Subject to a maximum ceiling of ₹15,00,000/- for the entire period of the scheme. Conditions for Disbursement _The reimbursement for certification will include eligible charges incurred to obtain the certificate._ _The reimbursement for certification will not include charges of lodging/boarding, refreshment, and travel._ _If the applicant has availed reimbursement under any other similar scheme of the Central Government for a particular certification, the reimbursement under this scheme is restricted only to the balance amount after deducting the Central Government assistance already availed._ _The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation._ Post-Disbursal Obligations The beneficiary shall allow and/or grant free access to any official authorized by the Directorate of Industries, Trade & Commerce for conducting inspection/supervision of the unit or the registers or holding discussions with the employed employees for ensuring proper utilisation of the financial incentives/subsidies granted by the State Government.

The objective of the Mamta Scheme is aimed at improving the Female Child Sex Ratio in the State. The scheme is open to all mothers who deliver a live Girl Child (max. 02 deliveries) in a registered medical institution. The scheme shall be implemented through the ICDS.

Benefit: ₹ 10,000/- as a one-time financial incentive (at the birth of the child). Those beneficiaries who had applied for the 1st Installment of ₹ 5,000/- (as on the date of this Amended Scheme published in the Official Gazette) shall be eligible for ₹ 10,000/- as per the amended scheme. The scheme aims to support students from Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) in obtaining Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training through financial assistance. "Financial Support Scheme for Farm Mechanization (FSSM)" by the Agriculture Department, Government of West Bengal aims to provide financial support as subsidy to the small and marginal farmers of the State for purchase of power operated farm equipment/ machinery.

Benefit: Pattern Of Assistance: - Subsidy ranging from 50-60% of the indicative price of machinery subject to maximum ceiling of ₹3,00,000/- will be provided to the beneficiary. However, No large machines like tractor, rice transplanter “above 4 rows”, combine harvester etc. will be provided under FSSM. Note: - No machine/equipment will be procured by the Government. The Government will only release subsidy as back ended subsidy against procurement by the beneficiaries as per their choice under FSSM with Bank Loan. The subsidy will be released through DBT mode to the beneficiaries for FSSM. - The subsidy will only be applicable for purchase of farm machinery/equipment from the approved Farm machinery Manufacturers and Dealers as enlisted in the Departmental portal. - A beneficiary or his/her spouse will not be eligible to apply afresh before completion of 4(four) years from release of the last subsidy for any type of machinery under any FSSM scheme from the State under this Guidelines.

The scholarship scheme aims to support students of the North Eastern States undergoing studies in different disciplines at different levels in Institutions inside as well as outside the North-East but within the country.

Notes The various courses of studies at different levels for which NEC's financial assistance is admissible would be those as decided by the NEC from time to time, keeping in view the requirements of specialised manpower of the North Eastern Region. NEC may increase or decrease the total number of scholarships, subject to the availability of funds/allocation of budget from time to time. However, the numbers would be fixed as per the normative allocation accepted for different NE states. Students selected for the grant ofthe NEC Scholarship will be entitled to receive the same from the date of admission/date of commencement (Date of registration in case of M.Phil / Ph.D.) whichever is later till completion of the course, subject to maximum period as prescribed in Para 3.3 above. The Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board implemented the "First Self Marriage Expenses" scheme. Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹30,000/- towards the first self marriage expenses to the registered worker.

The Fish Extension, Research, and Training Scheme by the Department of Fisheries, Government of India aims to promote sustainable fishing practices and improve fish production. Through this scheme, financial and technical assistance are provided to fish farmers and others in the fisheries sector.

Benefit: Training and Workshops: Fish Seed Producers: 3-day training with a subsidy of ₹225.50 per participant (excluding travel/accommodation). Fish Farmers/Stakeholders: Workshops with a subsidy of ₹1500.50 per participant (covering expenses and travel up to ₹600). Fish Production and Research: ₹2,00,000/- for producing 5 tons of Pangasius fish. Support for research on new fish species and maintenance of labs/museums. Fish Seed Distribution: Subsidies for seed procurement of various fish species (e.g., Amur Carp, Tilapia). Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 for exemplary farmers, with awards in the form of equipment (e.g., aerators, oxygen cylinders). Identity Cards: Issuance of identity cards for 1,050 fishermen. Public Awareness: ₹100 per day for Birsa Fish Farmers during workshops. Cage Fish Culture Support: Financial assistance for information collection and technical support.

The scheme aims to promote economic empowerment and livelihood diversification among Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities through fisheries-based activities.

Benefit: Under this scheme: - Fishermen who already own ponds are provided a 60% subsidy for repairing or improving their ponds, or for undertaking duck/poultry farming and other integrated activities. - To connect landless individuals with fish processing and marketing businesses, a 60% subsidy of ₹1,50,000/- is provided against the cost of a mobile fish stall amounting to ₹2,50,000/-. - A 60% subsidy of ₹42,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹70,000/- for the improvement of a 100-square-meter pond. - A 60% subsidy of ₹3,00,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹5,00,000/- for the improvement of a 10-hectare pond in plain areas. - A 60% subsidy of ₹83,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹1,39,000/- for establishing one integrated unit (chicken/duck/banana/papaya) in mountainous areas. - In plain areas, a grant of 60%, i.e. ₹3,96,000/-, is provided against the cost of construction of one integrated unit valued at ₹6,60,000/-.

The scheme "Fish Marketing Scheme" by the Fisheries Division, Government of Jharkhand, provides financial support for fish marketing and transportation. Beneficiaries receive subsidies for four-wheeler transport vans and equipment for aquarium shops.

The scheme "Fitter Training to Hearing Impaired Persons" was launched by the Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Government of Tamil Nadu. The scheme aims to give fitter training to the hearing-impaired candidates at the ITI, Guindy for two years and a stipend of ₹300 per month.

Benefit: Fitter training is given to the hearing-impaired candidates at the ITI, Guindy for 2 years. A stipend of ₹300/- per month is given to the trainees.

The scheme is designed to cater to the needs of both industry as well as trainees. The scheme allows industries to train candidates as per their skill set requirements and provides trainees with an industry environment aligned with the market demand and latest technology to undergo training.

Conditions / Aspects: The Industrial Training Partner (ITP) must train a minimum of 100 trainees per annum. ITP must ensure the placement of at least 50% of successful trainees. ITP can set a fee structure independently. ITP may provide a stipend during training. Validity: MoU valid for 10 years, extendable in 5-year slots.

The objective of the scheme is to motivate the farmers to take up floriculture (traditional and non-traditional flowers) as a commercial venture through the distribution of planting materials and other inputs.

Benefit: Pattern of Assistance: - By providing good quality flower planting material at 50% subsidy and low cost polyhouse free of cost with a minimum of 100sqm/unit area. Type of Assistance: - To motivate farmers by cultivating low volume high-value crops to increase economic income. Under this aspect, poly house and good quality flower planting materials including organic fertilizers, micronutrients, and organic-based and P.P chemicals and drip irrigation are provided.

The scheme aims to promote and expand flower cultivation by providing cultivators in Uttarakhand access to quality flower planting material at a subsidized cost, thereby increasing flower production and enhancing farmers’ income.

Benefit: To encourage flower production, flower planting material (bulbs, plants, and seeds) is provided to cultivators at a 50% subsidy on the total cost, applicable for a maximum area of 4 hectares, as follows: - For open flowers, planting material worth up to ₹20,000/- per hectare is provided. - For stalked flowers, planting material worth up to ₹50,000/- per hectare is provided. - For bulbous flowers, planting material worth up to ₹75,000/- per hectare is provided. (For example, if 1 kg of marigold seeds costs ₹200/-, the cultivator pays ₹100/- at the Horticulture Mobile team Center, while the government provides a subsidy of ₹100/-, allowing the cultivator to obtain the seeds for ₹100/-.)

The scheme aims to promote flower cultivation through demonstrations of major flowers like rose, tuberose, and marigold by providing financial assistance to farmers.

Benefit: Exhibition: Demonstrations of major flowers such as rose, tuberose, aster, marigold, chrysanthemum, and gladiolus are conducted in farmers’ fields over an area of 0.04 hectares (400 square meters). - Financial Assistance: A subsidy is provided at the rate of 75% or a maximum of ₹3,000/- per demonstration, whichever is less, based on ₹4,000/- per demonstration for seeds, plants, bulbs, or suckers.
