"Transport Loan Scheme" aims to promote self-employment among target groups by providing term loans for Light Motor Vehicles. The scheme benefits Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities, and Safai Karamcharis with financial assistance up to ₹5,00,000/-.

Benefit: The scheme provides term loans up to ₹5,00,000/- for the purchase of Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs). _The loan is recovered in 60 monthly installments over a period of five years, with six months as a moratorium period._ _Loans are disbursed subject to the completion of pre and post-sanction formalities._

The scheme aims to provide loans for the purchase of auto rickshaws and loading vehicles. Through this scheme, financial assistance for vehicle purchase is provided to the Rabari and Bharwad castes from the socially and educationally backwards classes.

Benefit: Loans are provided on an individual basis to purchase auto rickshaws and loading vehicles. Maximum Loan Limit: ₹2,00,000/- Interest Rate: 6% per annum Loan Amount: 95% of the vehicle cost Beneficiary Contribution: 5% of the vehicle cost

The Government of Tamil Nadu introduced Differently Abled Persons In Stated Owned Tranportat Corporation buses.

Benefit: i) All visually impaired persons are given travel concession to travel up to 100 Km. to and fro without any condition and free of cost. ii) Free-of-cost travel concession is allowed to intellectually disabled persons to travel with one escort. iii) The speech and hearing impaired and locomotor differently-abled persons are given travel concession free of cost up to 100 Kms to go to schools/colleges/hospitals/training centers/work spots from their residence and return. iv) Free travel concession is provided to children with disabilities to attend early intervention centers and pre-schools along with one escort/parent. There is no income ceiling to avail concessions in (i) to (iv).

This scheme is for providing financial assistance to permanent teachers of colleges & vice-chancellors of state universities, deemed to be universities & central universities, recognised under section 2(f) and 12 (B) of the UGC Act, to present research papers at international conferences abroad.

Benefit: The financial assistance for permanent teachers of colleges enlisted in [2(f) and 12 B of the UGC Act](https://www.ugc.gov.in/colleges) will be limited to 50% of the total admissible expenditure such as travel, registration fee, per diem allowance and visa fee, once in three years. - For Commission members and Vice-Chancellors of Universities enlisted in [2(f) and 12 B of the UGC Act](https://www.ugc.gov.in/colleges), the assistance will be 100% on admissible expenditure once in three years.

The objective of the scheme is to enable the Goan writers to come in close contact with the senior writers of a language-region other than their own within India to acquaint them with the writers and the people of that region, and to widen their awareness and sensibility about the country.

Benefit: The grant amount will be decided by Kala Academy with provision for an advance upto 75% of the total grant for a maximum of two Goan authors.

The scheme "Trekking in Coastal Area for Scheduled Caste" by the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Dept., aims to promote cultural awareness and coastal resource understanding by organizing guided trekking tours for Scheduled Caste youths aged 15 to 35 across the coastal region of Sagarkantha.

Benefit: Cultural and Industrial Exposure: The program provides 100 Scheduled Caste youth annually with a 10-day trekking tour to explore the culture of Sagarkantha, learn about coastal wealth, and understand local industries.

Benefit: Nature Immersion Experience: The selected beneficiaries will have the opportunity to participate in a guided forest trekking program designed to foster a love for nature and environmental awareness. - Exposure to Biodiversity: Participants will get firsthand experience of pristine natural sites including forests, wildlife, birds, trees, springs, mountains, and ravines.

The scheme "Trekking in Forest Area (Scheduled Tribes)" by the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to promote love and awareness for nature among youth by organizing trekking programs in forest areas for selected Scheduled Tribes young men and women.

Benefit: Nature Immersion Experience: The selected beneficiaries will have the opportunity to participate in a guided forest trekking program designed to foster a love for nature and environmental awareness. - Exposure to Biodiversity: Participants will get firsthand experience of pristine natural sites, including forests, wildlife, birds, trees, springs, mountains, and ravines.

The scheme aims to promote tourism and improve local livelihoods in rural areas near trekking routes. The scheme provides financial assistance to villagers for constructing or renovating home-stays in traditional hill-style architecture, ensuring quality accommodation for tourists.

Benefit: Under this scheme, villages located within a 2-kilometer radius of the identified tracking traction center are eligible for benefits. For the construction of buildings with toilets along the identified routes, a grant of ₹60,000/- per room is provided. In cases where building repairs are required, a grant of ₹25,000/- per room is provided, for up to a maximum of six rooms.

The scheme aims to provide full financial coverage for motor driving training, including courses for Light Motor Vehicles and Heavy Motor Vehicles, specifically recognizing Goa’s future in the transport sector. It benefits eligible Tribal families in Goa whose annual income is below ₹1,20,000/-.

Benefit: The Government will provide the cost of the training entirely, covering 100% of the training fee. For Light Motor Vehicle training, the proposed financial outlay per beneficiary is ₹3,000/- (Indian Rupees three thousand). For Heavy Motor Vehicle training, the proposed financial outlay per beneficiary is ₹4,000/- (Indian Rupees four thousand). The assistance is provided for training in both Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) and Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV). It is targeted that 400 persons (200 for LMV and 200 for HMV) will be provided this assistance in a financial year.

This sub-scheme aims to empower Scheduled Tribe (ST) families by providing financial assistance to purchase tourist taxis for self-employment in Goa’s growing tourism industry. It supports tribal households in transitioning from traditional occupations to sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Benefit: For BPL families: A total subsidy of ₹25,000/-, comprising ₹10,000/- from the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) under the Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY) and ₹15,000/- from the Directorate of Social Welfare (DSW).- For non-BPL tribal families (with annual income < ₹1,20,000/-): A subsidy of ₹15,000/- from DSW.- The subsidy is a one-time financial assistance towards the cost of purchasing a tourist taxi for livelihood use. Target Beneficiaries per Year: 50 tribal households. _The vehicle must be registered and operated as a tourist taxi under applicable transport regulations._ _The vehicle must be used solely for livelihood/self-employment by the beneficiary._ _The subsidy is non-recurring and can be availed only once per household._ _Misuse or transfer of vehicle ownership within the benefit period may lead to withdrawal or recall of the assistance._

The scheme aims to assist tribal families in Goa to purchase motorcycles for self-employment by offering a government subsidy, thereby promoting economic self-reliance among low-income households.

Benefit: Eligible BPL families receive a total subsidy of ₹25,000/-, comprising ₹10,000/- from DRDA under the Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY) and an additional ₹15,000/- from the Directorate of Social Welfare. Non-BPL tribal families (with income < ₹1,20,000/- per annum) receive a subsidy of ₹15,000/- from the Directorate of Social Welfare only. The subsidy is a one-time financial assistance for purchasing a motorcycle (used for livelihood activities such as transport or pilot service). Approximately 200 beneficiaries are targeted each financial year under this component. _The beneficiary must utilise the motorcycle exclusively for livelihood purposes._ _Assistance is extended only once per eligible household._ _In case of misutilisation or non-compliance, the Government may withdraw or recall the benefit._

The scheme aims to attract tourists with better quality mechanized Tea and Coffee shops and tender coconut water parlors, as Goa is a tourist destination, ensuring better hygiene than other restaurants. The scheme provides entire project financing for establishing a parlor.

Benefit: Provision of the entire project financing for establishing a Tea/Coffee and Coconut Parlor, with a project cost of about ₹25,000/- to ₹30,000/-. The beneficiary will be rewarded with the entire amount deposited if they successfully deposit the aforesaid amount. Conditions _The beneficiary has to deposit 50% of the total project cost to the Department._ _The deposit must be paid in 36 installments._ _The required deposit must be completed within a period of three years._ _If the beneficiary fails to deposit the amount or installments in time for three consecutive months or defaults for more than 3 times, their right to ownership will be suspended until the entire amount is paid._ _If the beneficiary fails to repay the amount for six months, the same will be forfeited in favor of the Government._

The Department launched the 'Tricycles by Welfare of Differently Abled Persons' scheme for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Govt. of Tamil Nadu. The scheme aims to distribute tricycles to deserving orthopedically differently abled persons affected by both lower limbs for their easy mobility

Benefit: Free distribution of tricycles.

A Health Insurance Scheme by the Directorate of Information & Culture Affairs, for Journalists who are permanent residents of the state of Tripura. The applicant must be an accredited journalist by the state government or PIB. The age must be in between 21-65 years.

Benefit: The beneficiary will receive medical care facilities for all the diseases as listed by the State government after recommendation by the committee. The maximum coverage of benefits from all sources will be ₹3,00,000.

The “Tripura Lynching/Mob Violence Victim Compensation Scheme” was launched by the Home Department, Govt. of Tripura on 14th August 2018 for providing funds for the purpose of compensation to the victim or his dependents who have suffered loss or injury as a result of lynching/mob violence.

Compensation received by the victim or dependent from the State in relation to the crime in question, namely, insurance, ex-gratia, and/or payment received under any other Act or State-run scheme, shall be considered as part of the compensation amount under this scheme and if the eligible compensation amount exceeds the payments received by the victim from collateral sources mentioned above, the balance amount shall be paid out of Fund. 1. To alleviate the suffering of the victim, first aid facility or medical treatment is to be made available free of cost provided a maximum limit of ₹1.00 lakh on the certificate of the Police officer not below the rank of the Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station or Magistrate of the area concerned, or any other interim relief as deem fit.

The scheme aims to provide an incentive to girl children. Through this scheme, an incentive is offered to the mother of the girl child or her legal guardian on a monthly basis.

Benefit: Rate of Incentive At the rate of ₹300/- per head per month up to the month the girl child attains the age of 15 years. The incentive amount will be paid to the mother of the girl child, preferably to the bank/post office account.

The objective of the scheme is to boost up production and productivity of potato per unit area by providing quality HYV seeds, and equipment at a 50% subsidy.

The scheme aims to enhance irrigation facilities for farmers in Uttarakhand by providing financial assistance for the construction of tubewells and ponds, thereby improving water availability, supporting horticultural development, and increasing agricultural productivity.

Benefit: Under this scheme, to promote the development of irrigation facilities, farmers are provided a 50% subsidy on the total cost for the construction of new tubewells or ponds, up to a maximum of ₹90,000/- per unit (limited to one unit per farmer).
