The scheme “Subsidy Scheme on Establishment of 40 R.I.R. Birds Unit for Divyang People” was launched by the Dept. of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Govt. of Gujarat to provide employment, nutritious diet and to raise the income of Divyang People of the society of Gujarat State.

Benefit: The beneficiary will be given 40 R.I.R birds unit along with poultry feed. The subsidy will be given 90% of the unit cost of the scheme (maximum ₹7200/- in the form of birds and poultry feed). Under the scheme, the birds will be given vaccination regularly.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to journalists in Goa for purchasing e-bikes at a subsidised rate. The benefits include making it more convenient for journalists to gather and disseminate news, with the intended beneficiaries being eligible Goa-based journalists.

Benefit: Subsidy up to 50% of the value on quotation or ₹ 50,000/-, whichever is less, and the remaining 50% value shall be borne by the beneficiaries. The payment shall be effected directly to the beneficiaries upon receipt of the purchase of the e-bike document. The subsidy shall be disbursed in a single instalment to the beneficiary, i.e., 100% on the purchase of the vehicle and production of purchase documents, i.e., the Registration Certificate book and insurance by the Beneficiary. Disbursement of subsidy for the purchase of e-bikes will be done on a first-come-first-served basis or a maximum of two for each organisation per meeting, also considering eligibility criteria.

"Subsistence Allowance" is a Welfare Scheme by the Dept of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Veterans of the Second World War, Non-pensioners ESM above 60 years under "Below the Poverty Line (BPL)", and their widows.

Benefit: ₹10,000 per month for Second World War (WWII) Veterans, irrespective of financial status. ₹9,000 per month for Non-pensioners ESM above 60 years under "Below Poverty Line (BPL)". ₹9,000 per month for widows of the above two categories. The amount is credited to the beneficiary’s Bank Account through RTGS/ NEFT.

The scheme was implemented by Higher Education Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, aims to provide incentives to disabled students. This scheme benefits students pursuing computer/management courses at government colleges, provided their annual parental/guardian income does not exceed ₹1.00 lakh.

Benefit: Eligible students under this scheme will receive the following assistance: - Reimbursement of fees for computer and management courses. - A monthly subsistence allowance of ₹1,500/-. - A transport allowance of ₹500/- per month for those in Municipal Corporation areas and ₹300/- per month for those in Municipal Council areas.

This scholarship provides financial assistance to all deserving students who want to pursue higher studies. Under this scholarship scheme, the students fulfilling the eligibility criteria will receive a maintenance allowance and other benefits.

Benefit: Reimbursement of Admission and Hostel Fee. 1. Maintenance Allowances will be given of ₹1,500/- per month for Hostellers and ₹500/- for Day Scholars. 1. Reimbursable cost of uniform ₹3,000/-. 1. Maintenance Allowances ₹1,000/- per month for Apprenticeship Training after ITI inside the state and ₹1,500/- per month for outside the state. 1. One Month Maintenance Allowances of ₹5,000/- after completion of 6 months on Jobs outside the State. Note 01: Benefits will be directly transferred to the bank account of the student. Note 02: Maintenance Allowances shall be released on a half-yearly basis. Note 03: ST, SC, OBC, Minority, Children of BOC Workers, PwD, MCP, Merit, and other stipend/scholarship holders will get differential amounts only.

Under this scheme, scholarships are provided to students studying in Class 9 and Class 10 in government schools, whose annual family income is less than ₹1,00,000/- and who belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the girl student will get a scholarship of ₹400/- and boy student will get a scholarship of ₹300/- per year.

Under this scheme, scholarships are provided to students studying in Class 11 and Class 12 in government schools who reside in a hostel, have an annual family income of less than ₹1,00,000/-, and belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the girl student will get a scholarship of ₹5250/- and boy student will get a scholarship of ₹5000/- per year.

The "Sugar Distribution Scheme" by the Department of Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs, Government of Jharkhand, aims to provide subsidized sugar to AAY households under NFSA, ensuring access to essential food commodities at affordable rates.

Benefit: Subsidized Sugar Distribution: Eligible households receive sugar at reduced prices to improve affordability and accessibility.- Targeted Beneficiaries: Focus on households under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) for effective support to vulnerable sections.- Disbursement: Monthly distribution ensures consistent support to beneficiaries.

The scheme aims to increase sugarcane productivity & improve sugar recovery by promoting cultivation of high-quality, high-yielding, & newly developed sugarcane varieties, while providing farmers with financial support, modern cultivation techniques, & access to advanced agricultural technology.

Benefit: Sugarcane Seed Modification and Varietal Balance: A plan has been prepared to replace sugarcane varieties that have been cultivated for a long time and are currently grown (such as Ko.Sha.-767, Ko.-1148, Ko.Sha.-97264, Ko.Sha.-94257, and Ko.Sha.-8436, etc.) with better quality, high-yielding, and certified varieties. Newly developed quality sugarcane varieties include Ko.Pant. 12221, Ko.Sha. 8272, Ko. 0118, Ko.P.K. 5191, Ko. 15023, Ko.P.B. 91, Ko.P.B. 92, Ko.P.B. 96, Ko.P.B. 98, Ko. 13035, Ko.LKH. 9709, Ko.LKH. 12207, Ko.LKH. 14201, Ko.Sha. 13235, Ko.LKH. 15201, and Ko.LKH. 16202, etc. For low-lying areas, these high-yielding varieties should be cultivated in sufficient quantities to increase the success rate of sugarcane cultivation and enhance sugar recovery in mills. Sugarcane seed from research centers attracts a 20% premium over the government-declared sugarcane price. Farmers will be given an incentive for sugarcane seed purchased above the mill gate price. It is also proposed to provide farmers with a 100% subsidy on harvesting, loading, and transportation costs when sourcing sugarcane seed from research centers at the mill gate rate per quintal. 1. Subsidy on Base/Primary Nursery: To encourage farmers, it is proposed to provide a subsidy of ₹50/- per quintal to base nursery holders and ₹25/- per quintal to primary nursery holders for the distribution of sugarcane seeds. 1. Latest Methods of Sugarcane Sowing: For sugarcane sowing, the latest trench method or row-spacing method should be adopted, under which the furrow-to-furrow distance should be 4 feet, the depth 1 foot, and the distance between two-eyed pieces should be 4–6 inches or 6–9 inches. To encourage farmers, it is proposed to provide a subsidy of ₹10,000/- for demonstration of 1 hectare of early variety, single-eye/two-eye planting, and mixed farming on farmers’ fields. 1. Weed Management System: A 50% subsidy is proposed on herbicides for effective weed control in sugarcane crops. 1. Protection of Crops from Insects and Diseases: A 50% subsidy is proposed on agricultural chemicals, including high-quality insecticides and pesticides, to protect sugarcane crops from insects and diseases. 1. Providing Information About Latest Technology to Farmers: From time to time, technical information related to higher yield and improved sugarcane varieties will be provided to farmers. The Sugarcane Development Department and the Sugarcane Farmers Institute & Training Center, Kashipur, provide training to farmers, employees, and officials, and organize district-level farmers’ seminars. 1. Providing Access to Modern Agricultural Equipment to Farmers: Farmers will be provided with modern agricultural equipment suitable for sugarcane cultivation, including battery-operated or petrol-powered sprayers, harrows, and cultivators. It is proposed to distribute drone sprayers and trench openers in the coming years.

Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹500/- per month are provided to the widows and deserted women who are living below poverty line (BPL) to support them in living a respectful life.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries will receive financial assistance of ₹500/- per month. Note: The amount of assistance will be directly transferred to the applicant's bank account.

The scheme aims to recognise excellence in statistical research and official statistics. Through this scheme, national recognition is provided to eligible Indian statisticians for lifetime or young achiever contributions.

Benefit: Citation signed by Hon’ble Minister of Statistics & Programme Implementation. Besides the above, a Shawl and a Memento shall be given to the awardee. No. of Awardees: One for the Sukhatme National Award in Statistics for Lifetime Contribution in the Field of Statistics. One for the C.R. The Physical Research Laboratory (PRL) Summer Internship Programme aims to provide a platform for highly motivated students & teachers to interact with PRL’s scientists, gaining exposure to the lab’s research areas and facilities. Participants will work on projects in fundamental science, technology

Benefit: Certification: On successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate endorsed by PRL.- Accommodation: Limited paid accommodation is available at ₹100/- per day for participants attending offline.- Mentorship: Participants are mentored by PRL faculty members, offering in-depth learning experiences.- Exposure to PRL's World-Class Facilities: Interns will work in PRL’s advanced laboratories and facilities across four campuses. Note: The interns shall not be eligible for any stipend/remuneration/financial assistance. PRL does not cover medical and transport expenses.

The Summer Internship Scheme by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade is for the interaction of the officers of the Directorate with young scholars and researchers with brilliant academic backgrounds from reputed academic institutions pursuing Studies/Research in Public Policy/Economics/Law etc.

Benefit: Remuneration Interns will be paid a consolidated token remuneration of ₹10,000/- per month. Logistics Support Necessary logistics support will be provided to the intern taking into account the functional requirements. Certificate Certificates will be issued to the interns on satisfactory completion of their internship.

In 2017, Madhya Pradesh State Government started a scheme "Super 5000" for student scholarships.

Benefit: Scholarship Amount: Rs. 25,000/- only at once.

The Super IAS 500 Scholarship is a state government initiative in Manipur to provide coaching and financial support to meritorious and brilliant IAS aspirants in the state, with the aim of making Civil Services training more accessible and affordable.

Benefit: The scholarship program provides offline coaching facilities by renowned IAS mentors from the Alternative Learning System (ALS), Delhi, at the State Academy of Training (SAT) in Takyelpat, Manipur. The top 200 students in the Scholarship Exam will receive a full scholarship from the Manipur government and will be provided offline classes at SAT. Students ranked 201 to 500 will be eligible for ALS Institute grants ranging from 40% to 75%, based on their ranking. The government plans to construct a permanent facility with hostel accommodations for holding UPSC examination coaching classes. The Chief Minister’s Award Scheme for Civil Services Aspirants has approved a Rs 2.8 crore scholarship for offline IAS coaching.

The scheme aims to identify and support the brightest Class 12 Science stream students by providing them with high-quality coaching and guidance for engineering and medical entrance examinations. The programme is a unique state-level initiative approved by the Government of India.

Benefit: Under this programme, 100 Science students were prepared for engineering and medical entrance examinations in 2023–24. Faculty members were selected from reputed coaching institutes based on their interviews and experience.

The programme aims to enhance the nutritional level of normal/malnourished/severely malnourished children aged 6 months to 6 years, as well as pregnant women and lactating mothers, through Anganwadi centers. This programme is centrally sponsored with a funding ratio of 50:50.

Benefit: Under this scheme, hot cooked meals and Take-Home Rations (THR) are provided to children aged 6 months to 3 years, as well as pregnant women and lactating mothers enrolled at Anganwadi centers. - Hot Cooked Meals: Children attending Anganwadi centers for pre-school education, aged 3 to 6 years, receive Khichdi three days a week, Pulao one day, Rasiyav one day, and Semolina pudding one day. Hot cooked food is provided uniformly across Anganwadi centers in all districts for a total of 25 days each month. On Wednesdays and Fridays, children who consume eggs receive a boiled egg for breakfast, while non-egg eaters are given sprouted gram and jaggery. - Take-Home Rations (THR): Dry rations are distributed once a month, covering 25 days, to pregnant women, lactating mothers, and normal, malnourished, and severely malnourished children aged 6 months to 3 years. Pregnant and lactating mothers who consume eggs are provided with a boiled egg every Wednesday and Friday (seven times a month) at the Anganwadi center, while non-egg eaters receive soybean. Children aged 6 months to 3 years who consume eggs are also given a boiled egg on Wednesdays and Fridays, with soybean provided for non-egg eaters. - Morning Snacks: If the district-level price fixation committee increases the price of any item, the additional cost is covered by the morning snack budget. Any savings from other items are used to provide sprouted gram-jaggery, jaggery-chura, or similar items for breakfast. Note: Every Wednesday, 18 grams of milk powder (mixed in 150 ml of warm water) is provided to each child aged 3 to 6 years at 25 Anganwadi centers in 5 districts (Gaya, Saran, Siwan, Gopalganj, and Vaishali) under a pilot project, which has since been expanded across the state.

The scheme aims to provide free laptops to visually impaired students pursuing courses. The scheme is provisioned for providing laptops to the visually impaired students to pursue professional courses after XII, under-graduate and post-graduate courses.

Benefit: The Director, SSEPD shall distribute the laptops to the students on proper identification in camps organized in different regions of the State in presences of public representatives and Government Officers. 1. The JAWS Software for visually impaired students will be installed in the laptops.

The objective of the scheme is to distribute and sale of agricultural machinery such as Power Tillers, etc. to farmers at subsidized rates.

Benefit: Pattern of Assistance: Subsidy on Power tillers, Reapers, Harvesters, etc. Type of Assistance and Entitlement (If Any): 50% subsidy sale.

The scheme “Supply of Dhotis and Sarees to Scheduled Caste (SC) People” by the Adi Dravidar Welfare and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department, Union Territory of Puducherry is introduced to provide clothing items (lungi, shirt, saree, blouse, etc) to the Scheduled Caste (SC) people of Puducherry.

Benefit: Each male member of the family is supplied with a lungi and shirt bit. Each female member of the family is supplied with a saree and a blouse. The benefits are provided annually.
