The scheme aims to support and reward existing industrial units and transport loanees who have maintained a satisfactory repayment track record. It provides term loans ranging from ₹5,00,000/- to ₹150,00,000/- for expansion, modernization, or acquisition of fixed assets.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: A loan limit of a minimum of ₹5,00,000/- and a maximum of ₹150,00,000/-.- Interest Concession: The borrower receives an interest concession of 1/2% less than the normal rate. Conditions _The collateral security offered in the form of immovable property must be valued by engaging a Chartered Engineer or valuer from the approved panel of the Corporation._ _The applicant must acquire fixed assets, such as purchasing balancing equipment, replacement of machinery/equipment, or acquiring assets for setting up new units or expanding/modernizing existing units._ _The loan repayment period is 3 to 5 years, excluding the moratorium period._ _The applicant must offer collateral security in the form of immovable property._ _The value of the immovable property offered as collateral security must not be less than the term loan sanctioned, if the property is situated in the Union Territory of Puducherry._ _If the immovable property is situated outside the Union Territory of Puducherry, the value offered must not be less than 150% of the loan amount if it is land with building._ _If the immovable property situated outside the Union Territory of Puducherry is only land, the value offered must not be less than 200% of the loan amount._

"Scheme of Assistance to Persons with Disabilities for Purchase/Fitting of Aids and Appliances" is a scheme by the Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Manipur. In this scheme, the PwD is provided with Financial Assistance for the Purchase/Fitting of Hearing Aids, Artificial Limbs, etc.

Benefit: Financial Assistance for the Purchase/Fitting of Hearing Aids, Artificial Limbs, and Other Appliances.

The scheme aims to extend financial assistance to SC/ST Entrepreneurs for setting up new Micro Enterprises or for expansion of existing units. The applications for this scheme are accepted online through the PIPDIC portal.

The scheme aims to provide economic development assistance to Scheduled Castes living below the poverty line through financial support and credit facilitation. It provides share capital, margin money loans, and subsidies to Scheduled Castes families for employment-oriented schemes.

Benefit: Financial assistance in the form of margin money loans at low rate of interest. Subsidy provision to reduce repayment liability of beneficiaries. The quantum and ceiling of subsidy is the same as for schemes under Integrated Rural Development Programme. Credit support facilitation through tie-ups with financial institutions, banks, National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, and National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation.

The scheme aims to extend financial assistance to new or existing Micro Enterprises and Small Scale Industry units exclusively promoted by women or having a majority of women entrepreneurs. It provides term loans and working capital assistance up to 75% of the project cost.

Benefit: Financial assistance shall be considered up to a maximum of 75% of the project cost. The loan is provided for acquiring fixed assets. The loan is provided to meet the working capital requirement. A concessional rate of interest of 0.5% less than the normal rate is charged for units promoted by Women. A 50% concession is provided on the investigation fee. The maximum term loan repayment period is 10 years. Conditions _The project cost shall not exceed ₹20,00,000/-._ _The Promoter’s contribution must be 25% of the project cost._ _The Debt Equity Ratio (DER) shall be 3:1._ _Repayment period is a maximum of 10 years, which includes a moratorium period of a maximum of 2 years, depending upon the period of implementation._ _Collateral security in the form of immovable property shall be offered as per the lending policy of the Corporation._ _Apart from collateral security, proposed fixed assets must be covered by mortgage and/or hypothecation._ _For units promoted by women entrepreneurs, the value of the immovable property to be offered as collateral security is reduced and fixed at 50% of the loan amount._

The scheme "Scheme of awarding Eklavya Award, Sardar Patel Award and Jaidipsinhji Award" aims to encourage sporting excellence by providing financial awards to sportspersons for their achievements at the state, national, and international levels.

Benefit: Eklavya Senior Award: ₹1,00,000/-. 1. Eklavya Junior Award: ₹50,000/-. 1. Sardar Patel Senior Award: ₹50,000/-. 1. Sardar Patel Junior Award: ₹25,000/-. 1. Jaidipsinhji Senior Award: ₹20,000/-. 1. Jaidipsinhji Junior Award: ₹10,000/-.

"Scheme of Awarding Porkizhi to the Indigent Kalaimamani Awardee Artists" was launched by the Art and Culture Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. The artists who have already received the Kalaimamani Award and who are presently in indigent circumstances are awarded ₹15,000/-.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹15,000/-.

The objective of the scheme is to reward outstanding sportspersons for their achievements at the global level. It aims to simplify eligibility, improve the award process, motivate athletes to achieve higher, and inspire young people to take up sports.

Benefit: For all international events except the Olympics, Paralympics, Asian Games, Para-Asian Games, and Commonwealth Games, cash incentives will be paid based on the number of participating countries. The "Scheme of Conferring ‘Kalaimamani’ Award - Tamil Nadu" was launched by the Art & Culture Dept. Tamil Nadu. The awards felicitate the famous artists who are serving in a commendable manner in the fields of Eyal, Isai, Natakam, Natyam, Cinema, Isai Natakam, Folk arts, Television & related arts.

Benefit: The artist is provided with an Investiture Gold Pendant of three Sovereign Ponnadai and a Citation. _If the artist expires after the announcement of the award to him/her but before the investiture function, the award will be given to his/her dependent._

"Scheme of Death Benefit for Weavers & Artisans of West Bengal" is a social welfare scheme implemented by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles, Government of West Bengal aims to provide financial assistance to the family of the deceased weaver /artisan.

Benefit: ₹2,00,000/- only per deceased Weaver/ Artisan.

The scheme aims to provide development assistance to Colleges to help in the consolidation and expansion of infrastructure. Financial assistance is provided to eligible Colleges for the construction and renovation of essential buildings like classrooms, laboratories, and hostels.

Benefit: Financial Assistance The scheme provides financial assistance for the construction and renovation/extension (of existing buildings) of various types of buildings (e.g., classrooms, library, laboratories, administrative block, staff quarters, hostels). The University Grants Commission provides financial assistance on a 100% basis within the approved ceiling. Colleges may seek assistance up to 60% of the total grants allocated under General Development Assistance in a Plan period for the construction of buildings. Disbursement The release of the approved grant is staggered based on progress and documentation: 50% of the approved grant will be released while conveying the University Grants Commission’s approval to the Plan and Estimates. 40% of the approved grant will be released upon receipt of the audited Utilisation Certificate, audited Statement of Expenditure, and progress report of the first installment indicating the stage of construction (Annexure-IV & V). Remaining 10% of the grant will be released on receipt of the Completion documents (Annexure-IV, VI, VII, revised estimates, and photographs). Conditions The College must ensure that the expenditure exceeding the UGC grant, if any, will be met by the College from its own resources. The construction must not be delayed for want of funds. The Project should be completed in a time-bound manner (in months). The construction must be executed in accordance with the plan accepted by the Commission.

"Scheme of Encouragement to Young Artists" was launched by the Art and Culture Department, Tamil Nadu aims to give a chance to talented young artists to perform in four programs through the successfully running Voluntary Cultural Organization & grant given to the artiste for performing the programs.

Benefit: Remuneration in the range of ₹5,000/- to ₹10,000/-.

"Scheme of Extending Family Maintenance Grant to the Families of the Deceased Famous Artists" was launched by the Art and Culture Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. The objective of the scheme is to provide a one-time maintenance grant of ₹25,000/- to the families of deceased famous artists.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹25,000/-.

"Scheme of Extending Financial Assistance to Folk Artists, Troupes for the Purchase of Musical Instruments, Costumes" was launched by the Art and Culture Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. The scheme provides a sum of ₹2,000/- to individual folk artists & ₹6,000/- for cultural troupes.

Benefit: For Folk Artists, financial Assistance of ₹2,000/-. For Troupes, financial Assistance of ₹6,000/-.

"Scheme of Extending Financial Assistance to New Drama Productions" aims to encourage the dance-drama art forms and the artists involved in such arts. The scheme provides grants of ₹20,000/- for the production and staging of new Tamil dance dramas based on Tamil arts, literature and culture.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of upto ₹20,000/-, based on the quality and sceneries of the social, historical, mythological, dramas selected by the expert committee, Number of Instalments The financial assistance is provided in four instalments: 30% as the first instalment, given after the selection of the drama by the expert committee. 40% as the second instalment, provided three days before the conduct of the drama. 20% as the third instalment, released on the day when the drama is staged. 10% as the fourth instalment, disbursed after receiving the utilization certificate and certification from the Chartered Accountant. The Mandram will bear the expenses towards the rent for the auditorium, sound and light, advertisement and invitation. The expenses relating to the rehearsal of drama, remuneration to the actors, scenes and settings, etc., have to be borne by the drama institution receiving financial assistance.

Under the "Scheme for Giving Awards to Traditional Artists", a grant is sanctioned to the writer for the publication of books that are considered rare for the development of arts. 60% of the total cost of the printing charges of 1000 copies or ₹15,000/- whichever is less is sanctioned as a grant.

Number of Installments The grant amount is disbursed in two instalments: First Installment: 50% upon selection of the book by the Expert Committee. - Second Installment: 50% after the author submits 100 printed copies of the book along with an expenditure statement for verification. The Arts and Culture Department launched the "Scheme of Financial Assistance for Cultural Organization for Holding Conference, Seminar, Symposium, Exhibition, Festival, Competition etc." The scheme aims to provide annual grant to the institution/organization organizing a seminar, symposium.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of 10,000/- annually.
