The scheme provides full interest subsidy during the moratorium period on loan availed under Model Education Loan Scheme of Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) to students belonging to economically weaker sections whose annual parental income is up to ₹4.5 Lakhs from all sources.

Benefit: Under the scheme, interest subsidy on education loans is provided for a maximum amount of ₹10 lakhs (Even sanctioned loan amount in excess of ₹10 lakhs would qualify for interest subsidy up to ₹10 lakhs only). 1. In the scheme, no collateral security or third-party guarantee is required for Education Loans sanctioned upto ₹7.5 lakhs. The lonee bank is to ensure that this part of the loan is covered for guarantee under Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for Education Loan (CGFSEL). 1. The interest subsidy is allowed for pursuing higher education in professional/technical courses only from NAAC accredited Institutions or professional/technical programmes accredited by NBA or Institutions of National Importance or Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) in India. Interest Rates: The interest rates charged on the educational loan shall be as per the Benchmark Prime Lending Rate (BPLR)/Base Rate of the individual banks and as per the provisions for interest rates under the IBA Model Educational Loan Scheme. Moratorium Period: - Under the Scheme, the moratorium period is defined as a Course Period plus one year. Interest for only the moratorium period, at a simple rate of interest, will be borne by the Government of India, subject to the condition that the student completes the course of study successfully. - After the period of moratorium, the interest on the outstanding loan amount shall be paid by the student, in accordance with the provisions of the existing Model Educational Loan Scheme of Banks and as may be amended from time to time. Interest Concession: Under the IBA Scheme, 2021, Banks at its discretion may provide a 1% interest concession if interest is serviced during the study period and subsequent moratorium period prior to commencement of repayment. However, the subvention provided by the Government should not be a cause for providing a 1% concession in the rate of interest.

A scheme by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for Providing free LPG connections to women belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) households.

Benefit: Rs. 1600 for a connection 14.2kg cylinder or Rs. 1150 for a 5 kg cylinder. The Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala Yojana (PMUY) is a scheme launched by the Government of India in 2016 to provide free LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) connections to women from below-poverty-line.

Benefit: Cash assistance for PMUY connections is provided by the Government of India - ₹1600 (for a connection 14.2kg cylinder/ ₹1150 for a 5 kg cylinder). The cash assistance covers: Security Deposit of Cylinder – ₹1250 for 14.2 kg cylinder/ ₹ 800 for 5 kg cylinder. Pressure Regulator – ₹150. LPG Hose – ₹100. Domestic Gas Consumer Card – ₹25. Inspection/ Installation/ Demonstration charges – ₹75. Additionally, All PMUY beneficiaries will be provided with first LPG refill and Stove (hotplate) both free of cost along with their deposit-free connection by the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).

The scheme provides comprehensive support through six key components, including integrated village development under Pradhan Mantri Adi Adarsh Gram Yojana, development of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups, support to Tribal Research Institutes, and Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarships.

Livelihood Support Procurement of Minor Forest Produces at Minimum Support Price and value addition training programs through Van Dhan Vikas Kendras under the Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission. Residential Education Access to quality education for students from Class VI to XII through Eklavya Model Residential Schools in blocks with more than 50% ST population and at least 20,000 tribal persons.

The "Pradhan Mantri Vidyalaxmi (Pm-vidyalaxmi) Scheme" aims to provide financial support for higher education through education loans. Under this scheme, financial assistance of up to ₹10,00,000/- is provided to meritorious students seeking admission to domestic institutions.

Benefit: A special loan product of collateral-free and guarantor-free education loans for students admitted to QHEIs. The loan amount depends on the course fee and other associated expenses (mess, hostel fee, refundable and non-refundable fees, laptop, living expenses) with no upper limit. 75% credit guarantee by the Government of India for loan amounts up to ₹7,50,000, irrespective of family income. 3% interest subvention on loans up to ₹10,00,000 for students with annual family income up to ₹8,00,000 during the moratorium period (course period plus one year). Full interest subvention is already offered to students with up to ₹4,50,000 annual family income under PM-USP CSIS for technical/professional courses. Interest rate capped at individual bank's Externally Benchmarked Lending Rate (EBLR) + 0.5%. Up to 1% additional interest concession if interest is serviced during the study period and the moratorium period. Repayment period up to 15 years, excluding moratorium period. The interest subvention amount will be credited to PM-VIDYALAXMI DIGITAL RUPEE APP (CBDC WALLET) of the beneficiary and on redemption on the app by the beneficiary, the amount will be transferred to the beneficiary loan account.

The scheme aims to stimulate employment creation, increase workforce formalization, and enhance employability. It provides financial incentives to first-time employees and offers wage subsidies to eligible employers for creating sustained jobs, especially in manufacturing.

Benefit: Part A: First-Timer Benefits The scheme provides a one-time incentive of up to ₹15,000/- to assist first-time employees. The first installment is up to a maximum of ₹7,500/-, calculated as half of the average Employees' Provident Fund wage for six continuous completed months. The second installment is equal to the average of the twelve completed months' Employees' Provident Fund wage reduced by the first installment, restricted to a total incentive of ₹15,000/-. The second installment will be kept in an appropriate saving instrument or deposit account for a specified period. The incentives to the employees shall be paid through Direct Benefit Transfer using the Aadhaar Bridge Payment System to their Aadhaar-seeded bank accounts. The incentive shall be disbursed within 45 days after fulfilling the eligibility condition and filing of the paid Electronic Challan-cum-Return. Part B: Support to Employers The scheme provides incentives to the employer for two years in respect of employment generated over and above the baseline. For the manufacturing sector, the incentive to the employer will continue for the third and the fourth year. For additional employees with an Employees' Provident Fund wage less than or equal to ₹10,000/-, the benefit to the employer is up to ₹1,000/- per additional employment per month. In respect of employees getting Employees' Provident Fund wages below ₹10,000/-, the incentive at the rate of 10 percent of the Employees' Provident Fund wage will be provided as an additional risk mitigation measure. For additional employees with an Employees' Provident Fund wage greater than ₹10,000/- and up to ₹20,000/-, the benefit is ₹2,000/- per additional employment per month. For additional employees with an Employees' Provident Fund wage greater than ₹20,000/- and up to ₹1,00,000/-, the benefit is ₹3,000/- per additional employment per month. The benefits will be provided to all eligible establishments on a six-monthly lump-sum basis after the filing of six completed months' Electronic Challan-cum-Returns. The incentive to the establishment shall be provided as a Direct Benefit Transfer to the Permanent Account Number-linked bank account of the establishment. Conditions _The employer must fulfill the threshold limit continuously, generating at least 2 additional employments with a baseline of less than 50, and at least 5 additional employments with a baseline of 50 or above._ _The first-time employee must successfully complete the mandatory Financial Literacy Course available through the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation Employee portal to receive the second installment._ _The benefits to the employer will not accrue for any month in which the employer is not eligible as per the threshold criteria laid out in the Scheme._

PM VIKAS is a Central sector scheme that focuses on socio-economic empowerment of six notified minorities in the country through skilling & training, women leadership & empowerment and education. The scheme integrates erstwhile skilling & education schemes of the Ministry of Minority Affairs.

The scheme aims to encourage higher education among girl students of the state by providing financial assistance in the form of scholarship. Under this scheme, scholarships are awarded to 81 girl students enrolled in Diploma courses and 50 girl students enrolled in Graduation courses in Uttarakhand.

A scholarship scheme by AICTE for Girl Students admitted in 1st or 2nd Year of the technical diploma course in an AICTE approved institution. The benefits are provided for a period of max. of 3 years for first-year students and a max. of 2 years for second-year admitted students (later entry).

Benefit: ₹ 50,000/- per annum for every year of study, i.e. maximum 3 years for first-year admitted students and maximum 2 years for second-year admitted students, through lateral entry as lump sum amount towards payment of college fee, purchase of computer, stationeries, books, equipment, software, etc. No other additional grant will be payable instead of hostel charges medical charges, etc.

Pratibha Yojana

This scheme provides financial assistance to Scheduled Tribe students who have passed national competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, AIIMS, and NDA, and have taken admission in IIT, NIT, NLU, MBBS (government colleges located in Madhya Pradesh), AIIMS or NDA.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible students are provided with the following incentives: - A financial assistance of ₹50,000/- is provided to students whose annual parental income is up to ₹3,00,000/-. - A financial assistance of ₹25,000/- is provided to students whose annual parental income exceeds ₹3,00,000/-. A mandatory insurance scheme by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for safeguarding the interests of Indian emigrant workers falling under Emigration Check Required (ECR) category going for overseas employment to ECR countries.

Benefit: The Insured person shall be covered for a sum of ₹10 Lakh in the event of accidental death or permanent disability leading to loss of employment while in employment abroad, irrespective of change of employer/location of insured person.
