The "Post-Metric Scholarship" scheme, implemented by the Department of Denotified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh, provides financial assistance to students from class 11 to college level, including medical, engineering, science other courses.

Benefit: Fee Reimbursement for Class 11th: Upto ₹210/-. Fee Reimbursement for Class 12th: Upto ₹1,110/-. _The sanctioning authority: determines the full/half fee reimbursement faculty-wise, based on eligibility within the maximum limit._

This scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Other Backward Classes students studying at the post-matriculation stage to enable students to complete their education.

Benefit: The benefit of the scholarship depends on the annual family income of the students, institution, course, course subscriber, fee capping, etc. All students whose annual family income is up to Rs 3,00,000, those students will be eligible for a 100% scholarship.

The objective of the Post Office Savings Account (SB) scheme is to encourage people to save money safely with the government. It offers easy access, a low minimum balance of ₹500, and steady interest, helping individuals build regular saving habits.

Benefit: Safe place to keep money with 4% interest. Easy to open with just ₹500 minimum balance. Interest on deposits Interest will be calculated based on minimum balance between 10th of the month and end of the month and allowed in whole rupees only. No interest will be allowed in a month if balance at any time between 10th and last day of the month falls below ₹ 500/-. Interest shall be credited in account at the end of each Financial Year at the interest rate prescribed by Ministry of Finance from time to time. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to students from Socially & Educationally Backward Classes and Nomadic & De-notified Tribes pursuing education after SSC. Under this scheme, eligible students receive yearly scholarships ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹5,000, depending on their academic group.

Benefit: Yearly scholarship of ₹1,500/- to ₹5,000/- depending on the academic group (Group A to D).

The scheme has been initiated to provide opportunity to deprived sections of the society, viz. SC/ST for undertaking postgraduate level studies in Professional subjects like Engineering & Technology, Management, Pharmacy etc. in recognised Indian Universities/Institutions/Colleges.

Benefit: The tenure of the award is for two/three years depending upon the tenure of the postgraduate course and not for an extended period of study, if any. Candidates selected for the award of PG scholarships (under ME/M.Tech.) shall be provided a Scholarship @ ₹7800/-per month for the duration of the PG Scholarship. For other courses, the amount of scholarship will be paid @₹4500/- per month. No contingency is payable to the students selected under the scheme with effect from the selection year 2017-18. The scholarship shall be payable to the awardee from the date of joining the Post Graduate 1 year course during the selection year.

The scheme aims to promote the development of modern post-harvest infrastructure by supporting farmers & entrepreneurs in setting up facilities such as pack houses, pre-cooling units, cold rooms, cold storage units, etc., thereby reducing post-harvest losses & marketability of horticultural produce.

Benefit: For setting up units such as Pack Houses (9 m / 6 m), Pre-Cooling Units (6 MT capacity), Mobile Pre-Cooling Units (5 MT capacity), Cold Rooms (30 MT capacity), Cold Storage Units, Refer Vans/Containers (6 MT capacity), and Ripening Chambers (300 MT capacity), a subsidy of 35% to 50% is provided through a bank-linked, loan-based subsidy mechanism.

Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC, EBC & DNT students of UT domicile with parental income below ₹2.5 lakh p.a. Academic allowance ₹5,000–₹20,000 p.a. for eligible courses. Online/correspondence students get tuition fees only. Institutes must have AISHE/UDISE code and NAAC/NBA accreditation.

The objective of the scheme is to increase the Gross Enrolment Ratio of SC students in higher education by providing financial assistance to students from economically weaker families at the post-matriculation or post-secondary level, enabling them to continue and complete their education.

The “Post-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) Students-Bihar” aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students from Schedule Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) for their post-secondary education.

Benefit: Scholarship and maintenance allowance will be payable on the basis of the criteria prescribed in the resolution issued by the Government of India from time to time.

The scheme aims to enable eligible Scheduled Tribe students to undertake quality education from the post-matriculation to the post-graduate level. It provides financial assistance covering compulsory course fees and monthly stipends for intended beneficiaries, including hostellers and day scholars.

Benefit: Fee Component The scheme covers the payment of compulsory non-refundable fees for the recognized post-matriculation or post-secondary course pursued by the student. There is a fee ceiling of ₹2,50,000/- per annum per student for Engineering courses in private sector institutes. There is a fee ceiling of ₹6,00,000/- per annum per student for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Master of Surgery, and Doctor of Medicine courses in private sector institutes. There is a fee ceiling of ₹1,00,000/- per annum per student for all other courses in private sector institutes. Monthly Stipend (Payable For A Maximum Of 10 Months Annually) For Group I (Degree and Post Graduate professional courses): Hostellers receive ₹1,200/- per month (₹12,000/- annually), and day scholars receive ₹550/- per month (₹5,500/- annually). For Group II (Non-professional Degree and Post Graduate courses): Hostellers receive ₹820/- per month (₹8,200/- annually), and day scholars receive ₹530/- per month (₹5,300/- annually). Benefit Disbursal Details The scholarship amounts are disbursed exclusively through the Direct Benefit Transfer mode directly into the Aadhaar-linked bank accounts of the beneficiaries. The stipend is payable monthly, calculated from 1st April or from the month of admission, whichever is later, until the month in which the annual examinations are completed. Conditions for Availment and Continuation The continuous disbursement of the scholarship is strictly dependent on the satisfactory academic progress, good conduct, and regularity in attendance of the enrolled scholars. The scholarship will be immediately cancelled or withheld if the student resorts to strikes or maintains irregular attendance without formal permission from the institution authorities. The scholarship will not be renewed if the student fails in a particular academic year, and the benefits will be paused until the student clears that class and gets promoted to the next class.

The UP scholarship program was started by the state of Uttar Pradesh to increase literacy rates and generate a skilled youth force to boost social and economic growth.

The “Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme-Bihar” aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students from Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) for their post-secondary education.

The Government of Maharashtra has introduced a scheme namely “Post-Matric Scholarship to VJNT students” to encourage the students of the Vimukta Jatis & Nomadic Tribes (VJNT) to undergo Post-Matric Courses.

The objective of the scheme is to appreciably increase the Gross Enrolment Ratio of SC students in higher education with a focus on those from the poorest households, by providing financial assistance at post-matriculation or postsecondary stage to enable them to complete their education.

The scheme offers financial assistance to Backward Classes (BC), Most Backward Classes (MBC) students studying in 11th and 12th standard in English Medium schools. It covers tuition fees and examination fees to promote education among students from economically weaker backgrounds.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Tuition fee assistance of ₹500/- (₹50/- per month for 10 months). Full examination fee coverage for 12th-standard students.

The objective of this scheme is to increase the mobility of all eligible PwDs of the state by providing them artificial limbs/assistive devices. The scheme provides artificial limbs/assistive devices worth up to ₹6,900/- to PwDs of 40% or more, provided they meet the other eligibility criteria.

Benefit: Under this scheme, artificial limbs/assistive devices worth up to ₹6,900/- are provided to persons with disabilities.

Under this scheme, the Corporation provides loans/benefits to individuals from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, whose annual family income does not exceed ₹1,80,000/-, in both rural and urban areas for self-employment income generating activities such as poultry farming.

Launched in 2018, the objective and the scope of the "Power Subsidy Scheme" of the Dept of IT, Govt of Goa, is to provide Power Subsidy to the eligible Information Technology Units in the State of Goa. All the New and Existing Units having their operations in Goa are eligible for this scheme.

Benefit: 20% subsidy on power bills (on the power charges, excluding any duty and taxes, but not on the total bill), subject to a maximum of ₹ 5,00,000 per annum per Unit whichever is lower. The subsidy will be provided for a period of 3 years from the date of commencement of operations or from the date of notification of this policy whichever is later. NOTE 1: The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the allocation is exceeded. NOTE 2: Only expenditure incurred during the operation of the Policy will be eligible for the rebate.

The PRABHUDDHA OVERSEAS SCHOLARSHIP scheme selects around 250 undergraduate and 150 postgraduate and PhD students from the SC/ST communities, providing them with financial assistance. The initiative aims to support deserving students in pursuing their academic aspirations.

Benefit: Financial assistance: The scheme provides financial assistance to students from SC/ST communities to pursue their undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various fields of study. Field of study: The scholarship covers a wide range of fields of study, including Engineering and Management, Pure Sciences and applied sciences, Agriculture sciences and medicine, International Commerce, Economics, Accounting Finance, Humanities, Social science, fine arts, and law. Merit-based: The scholarship is granted based on merit, and the selection process is highly competitive. Income-based: The scholarship is available to students from families with an annual income of up to Rs 15 lakh. Reservation: The scheme provides reservation for women and physically handicapped candidates, ensuring equal opportunities. Eligibility criteria: The scheme has specific eligibility criteria, such as age limit, residency, qualifying marks, and scores in standardized tests. Overseas education: The scholarship allows students to pursue full-time degree programs at overseas universities/colleges, providing exposure to diverse cultures and learning environments. Support for academic aspirations: The PRABHUDDHA OVERSEAS SCHOLARSHIP scheme aims to support deserving students from SC/ST communities in pursuing their academic aspirations and reaching their potential.

With a view to enabling an area-based development approach, a new scheme Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana (PMAGY) was launched during 2009-10. The Scheme aims at the integrated development of Scheduled Castes majority villages.

Benefit: Holistic Village Development - Focuses on Scheduled Caste (SC)-majority villages. - Aims to transform them into model villages with access to all basic services.
