The Mini Sprinkler Sanyantr scheme provided a subsidy to the farmers can irrigate more land by getting sprinkler subsidy. The subsidy given by the state government to the farmers will be sent directly to their bank account through DBT.

The Labor Department of Chhattisgarh started this scheme on March 4, 2010, under the "Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board" for female construction workers. Under the scheme registered female construction workers will receive benefits during pregnancy.

Benefit: A lump sum amount of ₹20,000/- will be provided to the registered female construction worker after the birth of the child.

The scheme aims to provide registered farmers engaged in aromatic cultivation with a fair price and a guaranteed market for their produce.

Benefit: Farmers can sell 25 varieties of aromatic oils/products at the prescribed price to the Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP). - Farmers are ensured a fair price and a guaranteed market for the aromatic oils they produce.

The Scheme seeks to engage students, with Graduation/Postgraduation Degrees, as well as Research Scholars, enrolled in recognized Universities / Institutions within India, or abroad, as “Interns”. These "Interns" shall be inducted all over the country in various Divisions/Units of the Ministry.

Benefit: Stipend: The quantum of stipend to be paid to the Interns shall be ₹ 10,000/- per month. NOTE 1: No stipend shall be paid if the student leaves the internship before the completion of one month. NOTE 2: The amount of the stipend shall be paid proportionately depending upon the period of internship for the subsequent period of internship. NOTE 3: Absence of the Interns from attending the assigned task in the Ministry for more than 3 days in a month shall cause a deduction of stipend amount equivalent to the number of days in excess of 3 days. Experience Certificate: A Certificate regarding the successful completion of the Internship shall be issued by the Divisional Head of the concerned Division in the format as available in ‘Annexure-Il". NOTE 1: The Interns not completing the requisite period will not be issued any Certificate. Logistics & Support: The Interns will be required to have their own laptops: Ministry & its other formations will provide them with working space, Internet facility and other necessities as deemed fit by the concerned Head of the Division. Seminars/Presentations: Seminars/Presentations can be conducted by the concerned Heads of particular Divisions/Units for their interns. NOTE 1: Students/Trainees have to be made their own arrangements for boarding/lodging, transportation and stationery, etc.

The scheme aims to provide scholarships to students belonging to minority communities who are studying in Classes 1 to 10 in any recognized government/non-government educational institution in Uttarakhand.

Benefit: At present, the State Government provides the following monthly scholarships for students from Class 1 to 10: Class 1 to 5: ₹50/-- Class 6 to 8: ₹80/-- Class 9 to 10: ₹120/-

The "Miscarriage Benefit'' scheme by the BOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department,West Bengal, is a welfare scheme that provides financial benefits for miscarriage up to two times in a lifetime to the eligible female beneficiaries or the wives of male beneficiaries.

Benefit: Quantum of Assistance: ₹6,000/-. Note: The benefit shall be allowed for two times in beneficiarie's whole life time.

The scheme is implemented by the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of Meghalaya to promote holistic growth of Horticulture sector thorough promotion, extension, post-harvest management, processing and marketing.

The scheme "Mission for Integrated Horticulture Development (MIDH)" is a centrally sponsored scheme that aims to promote growth in the horticulture sector through financial and technical support to farmers for cultivation, post-harvest management, and market linkage development.

Benefit: Crop Development and Production: Support programs are provided for planting and increasing the production of diverse horticultural crops, including fruits, vegetables, pepper, spices, and flower crops, tailored to different regions and agro-climates within the state. - Technological Promotion: The scheme promotes and extends the use of modern technology in horticulture. - Propagation Support: Support programs are available for grafting and stem raising, contributing to better crop propagation. - Post-Harvest Management and Value Addition: Assistance is provided for post-harvest management processes and value addition initiatives, ensuring better returns for produce. - Market System Development: Financial assistance is extended to individuals and the private sector for the development of collection and market systems, aiming for comprehensive growth in horticulture. - Specific Component Inclusion: The scheme primarily includes components such as- Cluster planting of new fruit, flower, vegetable, aromatic, and spice crops; Renovation of old gardens; Horticultural mechanization; Integrated fertilizer pest control management; Protected cultivation for horticultural crops; Mulching and the use of bird nets, etc.

Support for marketing of horticulture produce. Processing and Value Addition: Assistance for primary processing units and food processing units. Product Promotion and Market Development: Support for promotion and market development of horticultural products.

The Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has successfully launched the "Mission Saksham Anganwadi & Poshan 2.0" scheme to provide nutritional support for children below 6 years of age, Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers (PW&LM), and Adolescent Girls (14-18 years).

Benefit: Under the scheme, Pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children in the age group of 0 to 3 years receive Take Home Ration (THR) in the form of ready-to-eat nutritious ladoos on a monthly basis. Additionally, children aged 3 to 6 years are provided with hot cooked meals at the Anganwadi Centres.

The scheme “Mission Solar Charkha” a pilot project was implemented by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India. The scheme envisages setting up of Solar Charkha Clusters which would mean a focal village and other surrounding villages in a radius of 8 to 10 Kilometres.

Benefit: Maximum Subsidy per Cluster: Financial assistance up to ₹9.599 crore for setting up one Solar Charkha Cluster. Capital subsidy for individual and for Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV): - 2000 Solar Charkhas at the maximum price of ₹45,000/- per charkha and a subsidy of ₹15,750/- per charkha works out to a cumulative subsidy of ₹3.15 crore for 1000 spinners. - One unit of two Solar Charkhas would produce 2.0 kg of yarn on average per day, resulting in a production of 2.0 tons per 2000 charkhas. Thus, 500 Solar Looms would be required to convert the yarn into fabric at the maximum price of ₹1,10,000/- per loom and subsidy @35% at Rs.38,500/- per loom and the cumulative subsidy works out to ₹1.93 crore for 500 weavers. - Capital cost of construction of workshed with a minimum space of 20,000 sq.ft with 100% subsidy at the maximum rate upto ₹1.20 crore per cluster for the SPV. - Capital cost of Solar Grid of 50 KW capacity with 100% subsidy at the maximum rate upto ₹0.40 crore per cluster for the SPV. - One-time Capital Cost Subsidy for the SPV @35% works out to maximum of ₹0.75 crore per Cluster for the purchase of twisting machines, dying machines and stitching machines (500 in number) for making the unit self-sustainable and for value addition. Interest subvention for Working Capital: - It is proposed to have a ceiling of 8% of interest subvention on working capital irrespective of the interest rates being charged by the Banks/Financial Institutions for a period of six months. Recurring Working Capital cost for a period of six months at the rate of interest subvention of 8% works out to ₹1.584 crore for one cluster including cost of roving, wages of spinners and weavers . Capacity building: - The scheme envisages courses for the spinners/weavers and others involved in the garmenting unit at a total cost of ₹0.595 cr per cluster for a period of two years.

This scheme aims to ensure, sustain, and strengthen child protection at the family and community levels, promote family-based non-institutional care, and provide financial support to children in need.

Benefit: Financial Support for Vulnerable Children: - Children living with biological parents or extended families receive financial assistance to meet their education, nutrition, and healthcare needs, helping prevent separation from families. Family-Based Foster Care Support: - Children without parental care are placed with biologically unrelated foster families, ensuring a nurturing home environment. Foster parents receive financial assistance to support the child’s care, protection, and rehabilitation. Legal and Safe Adoption Opportunities: - Children declared legally free for adoption are placed in permanent family settings through Specialised Adoption Agencies (SAAs), ensuring their long-term emotional and social well-being. After-Care Support for Independent Living: - Children exiting Child Care Institutions at the age of 18 are provided financial assistance up to 21 years, extendable to 23 years, to support education, skill development, employment, and smooth reintegration into society. Monthly Financial Assistance: - A monthly grant of ₹4,000 per child is provided to State Governments under Sponsorship, Foster Care, or After-Care to ensure sustained support. Strengthened Child Protection Systems: - State Governments are encouraged to provide additional grants and proactively identify children in need of care and protection with the support of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and Urban Local Bodies. Transparent Approval and Monitoring Mechanism: - Every district establishes a Sponsorship and Foster Care Approval Committee (SFCAC) to review, approve, and sanction assistance, ensuring accountability and timely support. Compliance with Legal Framework: - All non-institutional care interventions are implemented in accordance with the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act and Rules, ensuring legality, safety, and child-centric care.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to voluntary organizations and individuals to support welfare activities for disadvantaged and marginalized groups such as women, children, disabled persons, elderly, and socially vulnerable individuals.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Up to 75% of project cost supported by Government. Maximum recurring grant up to ₹5,00,000/- per year. Support for Welfare Services: Funding for women, children, disabled, elderly, and vulnerable groups. Support for rehabilitation, shelter, healthcare, and skill training. Infrastructure & Equipment: Grants for purchase of equipment, furniture, and infrastructure. Up to ₹3,00,000/- for non-recurring assets (over 3 years). Individual Assistance: Financial aid for destitute individuals. Support for small self-employment ventures (up to ₹75,000/-). Special Benefits: - Disability pension, stipend, and unemployment allowance. - Maintenance support for homes and institutions.

The "Mizoram Research Fellowship" aims to provide financial assistance to research workers and teachers, preferably below the age of 45 years, who have established their reputation for research OR have obtained a doctorate degree OR have published research work to their credit.

Benefit: Financial Assistance to Research Workers and Teachers.

The scheme aims to provide lump sum cash awards and recognition to outstanding sports persons winning medals in national and international competitions.

Benefit: Incentive Cash Award: Lump sum cash award to Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal winners in recognised sports disciplines. Applicable for National and International Championships, and Invitation Competitions/Tournaments Organized by the Recognised Federation. The amount of the incentive cash award will be as per the Annexure in the [Official Guidelines](https://sys.mizoram.gov.in/uploads/attachments/2022/09/4e39860f74233bd0ccfccab9d698a156/incentive-cash-award-scheme-2022.pdf) (Refer page no 3, 4, and 5).- Only one award per sports discipline in a championship or tournament. Support to Sports Officials: Officials, Managers, Coaches, Masseurs, Physiotherapists, and Doctors are entitled to 25% of the award amount applicable to the sportsperson. Sports Kit Allowance: ₹20,000/- provided to sports persons of Mizoram representing the country in international competitions. Additional Service Benefits: Award of increment, recruitment, or promotion for sports persons under or not under State Government, as per applicable rules.

The scheme aims to generate self-employment opportunities in the food and beverage sector by providing credit to unemployed scheduled caste individuals belonging to Antyodaya families. Under this scheme, loans are provided to the eligible beneficiaries at a concessional interest rate.

The "Mobile Lab Scheme'' by the BOCW Welfare Board, Department of Labour, Punjab, is a welfare scheme that provides reimbursement of expenditure incurred by the beneficiaries and their dependents for the treatment of silicosis.

Benefit: Financial Coverage: Up to ₹1,50,000/-. Note: Any beneficiary who intends to avail the benefit under this scheme will have to first exhaust the benefit of ₹50,000/- for all his health ailments with the health card facility under the Bhagat “Puran Singh Sehat Beema Yojna” Scheme. Only then he/ she can get the remaining benefit under this scheme.

The scheme aims to provide education to the children of registered construction workers at construction sites through Mobile Learning Centre buses, ensuring their better and brighter future.

Benefit: Under this scheme, mobile learning schools are operated to provide education to the children of construction workers.
