The "Maternity Assistance for the Construction Workers" by the Sikkim BOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department, is a welfare scheme of the board that provides maternity benefits in the form of financial assistance to the eligible registered women members of the board.

Benefit: ₹10,000/- is provided to the registered women members. Note: The benefit shall not be allowed more than twice.

The "Maternity Assistance for the Construction Workers" by the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Delhi, is a welfare scheme that provides maternity benefits of ₹ 30,000/- to the registered women members and wives of male members for upto 2 children.

Benefit: ₹30,000/- is provided to the registered women members and wives of male members for upto 2 children from the date of joining membership of the fund.

The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance during pregnancy to women construction workers and construction workers' wives registered with the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board and to provide social stability to construction workers.

Benefit: Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹6,000/- is provided to the wife of a registered construction worker for the first two deliveries. 1. Financial assistance of ₹37,500/- is provided to a registered female construction worker for the first two deliveries. Note 01: Financial assistance is disbursed directly from DBT to the beneficiary's account. Note 02: The scheme also provides benefits in case of miscarriage. Note 03: The application period is up to six months from the date of conception. Rules and Conditions: 1. ₹17,500/- before maternity assistance in case of registered women construction workers should be applied in 06 (six) months along with a Surgeon/Gynecologist/Gynecology PHC-approved doctor's certificate/copy of a Mamta card (in case of registered women worker)/Doctor's certificate. 1. The application should be inwarded in the office before the completion of 06 months (six) counting the period from the date of inwarding of the application in the office of the board in the copy of the card. 1. In the case of female construction workers registered in the post-delivery application, post-delivery financial assistance of ₹20,000/- and ₹6000/- in the case of the wife of a construction worker is provided.

The "Maternity Assistance" is a Welfare Scheme by the Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Union Territory of Puducherry. Through this scheme, the women employees who are beneficiary of the fund shall be given ₹5,000/- each as maternity benefit.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹5,000/- credited within 15 days through DBT. The spouse of male employee who is the beneficiary of the fund shall also be given this benefit. The benefits can only be availed twice.

The scheme provides financial assistance to female workers and the wives of workers to cover expenses incurred for health check-ups, medicine, nutritious diet, etc., during the maternity period.

Benefit: Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹10,000/- is provided to female workers and the wives of workers to cover expenses incurred during the maternity period.

The "Maternity Benefit'' scheme by the BOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department,West Bengal, is a welfare scheme that provides maternity benefits up to two times in a lifetime to the eligible female beneficiaries or the wives of male beneficiaries.

Benefit: Quantum of Assistance: ₹6,000/-. Note: The benefit shall be allowed for two times in beneficiarie's whole life time.

The scheme “Maternity Benefit” was started by the Assam Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (A.B.O.C.W.W.B), Labour Welfare Department, Government of Assam for providing financial assistance to the registered women beneficiaries as maternity benefits during the period of maternity.

Benefit: The registered woman beneficiary shall be given ₹20,000/- each as maternity benefit during the period of maternity.

The scheme offers maternity benefits to female employees registered as beneficiaries for one year during their maternity period. Additionally, male employees, registered for a year, with wives aged 19 or older and not beneficiaries, are also eligible for maternity benefits.

Benefit: The women employees, who are registered beneficiaries for a period of one year, shall be given a sum of ₹20,000/- as maternity benefit during the period of maternity. 1. Male employees, who are registered beneficiaries for a period of one year, and whose wives are 19 years or older and not registered beneficiaries, shall also receive a sum of ₹10,000/- as maternity benefit.

Under this scheme, financial assistance shall be given to the spouse of registered beneficiary woman employee after the delivery of child.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹5100/- shall be given to the spouse of the registered beneficiary woman employee after the delivery of the child.

The "Maternity Benefit" scheme by the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. The scheme provides financial assistance of ₹25,000/- to registered female beneficiaries at the time of delivery or upon the birth of a child.

Benefit: ₹25,000/- to registered female worker at the time of delivery or upon the birth of a child.

Under the scheme, financial assistance in the form of maternity benefits shall be provided to women construction workers registered under the Board during their maternity period.

Benefit: The registered women construction workers shall receive financial assistance of ₹1,000/- as maternity benefits during their maternity period.

The “Maternity Benefit” scheme by the BOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department, Odisha, is a welfare scheme that provides maternity benefits to the female beneficiaries subject to a maximum of two children who are registered beneficiaries for a period of more than one year under the board.

Benefit: Quantum of Assistance: ₹8,000/- to ₹10,000/- per Child. - For eligible beneficiaries under “Mamata” being implemented by W&CD Department: ₹15,000/- (₹10,000/- under OB&OCWW Board and ₹5,000/- under “Mamata”). Note: Assistance shall be given for a maximum of two children.

The "Maternity Benefit for Female Workers" scheme by the JKBOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department, Jammu & Kashmir, is a welfare program that provides maternity benefits to eligible registered female workers up to two times in their lifetime.

Benefit: Under the scheme, maternity benefits for female workers amount to ₹5,000 for up to two children. Note: The benefit is allowed only twice in the beneficiary's lifetime.

The "Maternity Benefit for Women Beneficiaries" scheme under the Nagaland Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board provides financial assistance to pregnant women registered as beneficiaries and wives of registered beneficiaries. The assistance can be availed up to two times.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹6,000/- per pregnancy (up to two times).

The "Maternity Benefit Scheme" was launched by the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, LET&F (Labour) Department, Telangana. The scheme provides financial assistance to registered women workers, as well as the wives & daughters of registered workers to support them.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: A total amount of ₹30,000/- per delivery is provided, limited to two deliveries. Payment Breakdown: ₹10,000/- is paid during the 7th month of pregnancy to compensate for wage loss during the later stages of pregnancy.- ₹20,000/- is paid after the delivery.

The Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh has proposed and implemented the scheme “Maternity Benefit Scheme” for Registered Workers of Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (APB&OCWWB).

Benefit: Cash assistance of ₹1,000/- during the period of maternity Payable for up to two adult daughters of registered workers.

The Andhra Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers have introduced the "Maternity Benefit Scheme" to registered construction workers. The scheme aims to support registered women workers, wives of registered male workers, & their daughters during maternity, reducing the financial strain.

Benefit: Financial assistance for maternity: ₹20,000/-

The scheme “Maternity Benefit Scheme (HBOCWWB)” was launched by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department Haryana.

Benefit: Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹36,000/- (i.e. ₹30,000/- for motherhood and ₹6000/- for nutritious food) will be given to registered women construction workers after the birth of the child.

The "Maternity Benefit Scheme'' by the BOCW Welfare Board, Department of Labour, Punjab, is a welfare scheme that provides financial assistance to the female construction workers and spouse of the male workers to support childbirth-related expenses maximum for two living children.

Benefit: Female Construction Workers: ₹21,000/- per child, maximum of two children. Male Construction Workers: ₹5,000/- per child, maximum of two children (for children of their spouse).

The Manipur Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board (MBOCWWB) provide "Maternity Benefit" to female workers registered under the Act. Financial assistance is provided in cases of miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, up to two times.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹6,000/- for miscarriage or medical termination.
