The scheme aims to encourage crop diversification by providing necessary inputs to farmers who shift from growing wheat and paddy. Benefits are provided primarily to the implementing Company, Firm, or Institution to cover costs related to Human Resources and Marketing, benefiting farmers.

Benefit: The scheme permits the costs incurred for necessary inputs provided to farmers to inspire them towards diversification. The scheme primarily sanctions costs related to Human Resources (Manav Sansadhan) deployed for area overlap and Marketing (Vipanan). The scheme generally does not sanction Capital (Poonji) expenditure. Capital expenditure may be sanctioned only in special circumstances for Critical Equipment. Assistance from the State Government is provided for a minimum period of 3 years. The period of assistance may be extended based on specific needs. The applicant organization, if eligible for other Central Government or State Government schemes for capital investment, will be facilitated to receive such assistance. Conditions _The implementation and monitoring of the scheme must ensure that work is carried out according to the determined directions and guidelines of the State Level Project Screening Committee (SLPSC)._ _The proposal submitted by the applicant must detail the viability (Vyavsayata) and provide justification (Aparikshan) for the Proposed Expenditures (Prastavit Vyay)._ _If the applicant Company, Firm, or Institution violates the conditions of the sanction, especially the terms of the Detailed Project Report (DPR), provision will be made for regulatory action or recovery of funds._

Under this scheme, cash incentives are provided to pregnant women and their motivators for delivery in government or accredited private hospitals.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹1,400 to rural pregnant women delivering in government or accredited private hospitals. ₹1,000 to urban pregnant women for institutional delivery. ₹350 incentive to the motivator (ASHA or escort) assisting a rural woman for delivery. ₹200 incentive to the motivator (ASHA or escort) assisting an urban woman for delivery. ₹250 as transport allowance, if the motivator or family arranges transportation to the hospital. Free hospital stay and maternal health services in government or accredited private hospitals.

The scheme aims to provide one-time financial assistance to the dependents of deceased artists and litterateurs.

Benefit: One-time ex-gratia financial assistance of up to ₹1,00,000 paid to the legal heir of the deceased artist or litterateur. NOTE: Preference is given to the spouse of the deceased. Assistance may continue to other dependents until marriage, employment, or attainment of 21 years of age, whichever is earlier.

The scheme aims to provide one-time financial assistance to physically disabled artists and litterateurs for disability-related medical treatment and rehabilitation.

Benefit: One-time financial assistance of up to ₹1,00,000/-. Assistance is provided exclusively for the treatment of physical disability. NOTE: Direct transfer to the beneficiary’s bank account.

The scheme aims to provide one-time financial assistance for serious illness, accident, or calamity-related medical treatment to artists and litterateurs.

Benefit: Financial Assistance One-time financial assistance of up to ₹50,000. Provided for serious or long-term illness, accident, or calamity-related treatment. Mode of Disbursement Direct bank transfer to the beneficiary account.

The scheme aims to provide for the management of tree covered areas located on private land and revenue land under the MP Public Forestry Act, 2001. The scheme benefits landowners, Gram Panchayats, or Gram Sabhas by allowing them to undertake the scientific management of their tree covered areas.

Benefit: Authorization for scientific management of tree-covered areas. Conditions _The designated Landowner, Gram Panchayat, or Gram Sabha must implement the Technical Management Plan according to the activities and conditions specified within the plan._ _For "Lok Van" (Public Forest) management plans, the Gram Sabha must authorize the implementation of the specified activities through a resolution of the Social Audit Committee._ _If the management plan involves harvesting timber, the concerned Landowner, Gram Panchayat, or Gram Sabha must provide advance notification regarding the proposed date of harvesting to the Range Officer (Van Kshetra Adhikari) or Tehsildar, at least seven days prior to the proposed date._ _The Landowner, Gram Panchayat, or Gram Sabha must maintain a register regarding the trees harvested, using the prescribed format within the Technical Management Plan._ _All subsequent operations and transactions mentioned in the Technical Management Plan must be completed within the stipulated time._ _The implementation of the approved Technical Management Plan will be monitored by the Competent Authority (Samyak Pradhikari) through a committee or other authorized official under the supervision of the Divisional Officer (Van Mandal Adhikari)._ _The approval of the Technical Management Plan may be revoked if there is a violation of the defined conditions or rules._

"M.P. Professional Talent Examination Award Scheme" aims to recognize and reward backward-class students who excel in professional entrance examinations. Monetary awards are provided to backward-class students who secure the top three positions in entrance examinations like PET, PPT, and MCA.

The scheme aims to provide intensive coaching to Madhyamik dropout students and prepare them for the Madhyamik Examination. Through this scheme, coaching, honorarium for teaching staff, and stipends for candidates are provided to Madhyamik failed Scheduled Tribe (ST) students.

Benefit: Coaching Classes: Intensive coaching for Madhyamik failed Scheduled Tribe (ST) students to prepare them for the Madhyamik Examination. Duration: Coaching commences from August 1st to February 28th (7 months) in an academic year.- Class Duration: Each class for a particular subject is 45 minutes daily.- Daily Classes: A minimum of 5 classes are conducted every day.- Monthly Classes: A minimum of 20 coaching classes should be conducted for each subject per month. Honorarium for Teaching Staff: Teaching Staff: Each teaching staff is paid ₹3,000/- per month for 7 months.- Centre In-Charge: The In-Charge of the centre is entitled to an honorarium of ₹2,500 per month for organising coaching classes and looking after students, including food, boarding, and lodging arrangements.- Class 4 Staff: Honorarium is paid to Class 4 staff at ₹1,000/- per month.- Cook: The cook of the centre is paid ₹1,000/- per month. Stipend to Candidates: Hostellers: Stipend is provided to each dropout candidate staying in the hostel at ₹31/- per day per hosteller during the coaching period.- Day Scholars: Day scholars of a coaching centre are paid a stipend as admissible for students staying in the hostel.

The Department launched the "Magnifiers by Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department" scheme for differently-abled persons. Under this scheme, magnifiers are distributed to needy students with low vision to enable them to read books.

The Mahadevi Verma Shramik Pustak Kraya Dhan Yojana (MVSPKDPY) is a scheme launched by the Uttar Pradesh government in 2022 to provide financial assistance to the daughters of construction workers for purchasing books.

Benefit: Financial Assistance : ₹7,500/- lump sum per candidate for postgraduate candidates.

The scheme “Maharishi Balmiki Chatravriti Yojana” by the Dept. of Education, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh is a Scholarship Scheme for female students belonging to the Balmiki family. The beneficiary receives ₹ 18,000 per annum for college-level studies and professional courses.

Benefit: Scholarship of ₹ 18,000 per annum.

The Scheme “Mahatama Gandhi Bunkar Bima Yojana” was launched during 2005-06 by Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Dept. of Govt. of Odisha to provide enhanced insurance cover to the handloom weavers in the case of natural as well as accidental death and in cases of total or partial disability.

Benefit: This scheme provide insurance coverage to handloom weavers as under: 1. In the event of the natural death of the weaver, a Sum Assured of ₹ 60,000 will become payable to the nominee. 1. In the cause of Accidental Death or Total Permanent Disability, a Sum Assured of ₹ 1,50,000/- will become payable to the nominee. 1. In case of Partial Disability, a Sum Assured of ₹ 75,000/- will become payable. 1. The scheme also provides scholarship to the children of parents who are covered under it under “Shiksha Sahyog Yojana”. 1. A scholarship of ₹ 600/- per six month per child is to be paid to students studying is standard IX to XII for a maximum period of four years or till they complete XII standard, whichever event occurs earlier.

An employment scheme by the MoRD, providing provide at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled work. Any Indian citizen above the age of 18 years and residing in a rural area can apply to this scheme.

Benefit: The applicant receives guaranteed employment within 15 days from the date of application. Work is to be provided within a radius of 5 kilometers of the applicant’s residence if possible, and in any case within the Block. If the applicant lives more than 5 km away from the worksite, he/she will be entitled to a travel and subsistence allowance (10% of the minimum wage). Wages are paid within a week, or fifteen days at most. Men and Women are paid equally. Shade, drinking water, and first-aid are provided at every worksite. Exclusive measures for the promotion of the participation of the disabled persons: Identification of suitable works Mobilization of disabled persons by focussing on awareness and special provisions Specifically identified works for disabled persons in the case of large GPs Preference to appoint as mates and as workers for providing drinking water, to manage crèches, etc., at the worksites Adoption of tools and equipment/facilities at workplaces Treating persons with disabilities with respect Special drive to ensure 100 days of employment to such households Provide a special job card of a distinct color Specific attention and provisions for Senior Citizens: Exclusive senior citizen groups may be formed and special works which require lesser physical effort are identified and allotted to these groups. Specific attention and provisions for Internally Displaced Persons: A special job card to be provided will be valid till these families are displaced and will lose its validity as soon as they return to their original place of residence.

The scheme “Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Overseas Vidya Nidhi” was launched by the Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Telangana for meritorious students belonging to Backward Classes & Economically Backward Classes to pursue Higher Studies in foreign universities.

Benefit: Fees: Fees shall be payable in two installments as follows: Instalment-I: An amount of ₹10.00 Lakhs shall be payable to the Institution/students upon production of the landing permit /I-94 card (Immigration Card)/VISA Stamping/Boarding pass. Instalment-II: An amount of ₹10.00 Lakhs shall be payable to the Institution/students upon production of the 1st Semester results. Sanction Proceedings specifying the amount of ₹20.00 Lakhs will be issued to the individual towards fees and living expenses by way of a grant subject to his/her joining into the Course to the Candidates selected by the Selection Committee. The sanction proceedings can be used by the Candidates to obtain a Visa from the respective Embassy. The Student shall be eligible for an educational loan of ₹10.00 lakhs from any Nationalized bank at prevailing rates of interest. The awardees are permitted to supplement their prescribed allowances by undertaking Research/Teaching Assistance ship. One-way cheap ticket (Lower fare) by economy class through the shortest route shall be payable upon production of valid visa and admission particulars. The total visa fees shall be reimbursed to the student upon production of a valid visa and production of receipts.

The Agriculture Department of Rajasthan runs the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Mandi Shramik Kalyan Yojana, a program that offers a range of assistance programs to improve the well-being of mandi laborers.

Benefit: Obstetric Support: For a maximum of two deliveries, the female license holder Hammal and Palledar are entitled to be paid assistance equivalent to 45 days' wages as per the prevailing wage rate determined by the state government as an unskilled labourer. As paternity leave, an amount equivalent to 15 days wages is payable to the Hammal/Tulara/Palledar father of the child as per the prevailing wage rate determined by the State Government as an unskilled laborer. Help for marriage: To the extent of the marriage of a licensed woman and two daughters of a licensed woman, ₹ 50,000/-per marriage assistance is payable. Application has to be submitted in the format prescribed by the concerned licensee 90 days before the marriage. The Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana, launched by the Government of Maharashtra, offers cashless treatment for identified diseases through a network of government and private healthcare providers.

In the unfortunate event of a patient's death, the cost of transporting the deceased's body from the network hospital to their village or township. The package covers all costs from the date of reporting to discharge, including treatment complications, ensuring a truly cashless experience for patients. Scheme on Assurance Mode The Integrated Scheme is being implemented on an Assurance Basis. This means that the claims of the network hospitals for the expenses of the patients undergoing treatment under the scheme are being paid directly by the State Health Assurance Societies to the respective network hospitals. Accordingly, the State Health Assurance Society is paying claims up to ₹5 lakh per family per year of groups A, B, C and E and ₹1 lakh per person per year for road accident victims of group D.

"Mahila Adhikarita Yojana" introduced by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Gujarat, is a centrally sponsored financial support scheme offering loans of ₹20,000/- at a subsidized interest rate to women sweepers and their dependents to promote self-reliance and upliftment.

Benefit: Loan Assistance: An amount of ₹20,000/- at 5% interest rate, with a repayment period of 5 years.
