All payments made before or after seven days of delivery are considered illegitimate._ Assistance for Caesarean Section or Management of Obstetric Complications Up to ₹1,500/- per delivery (case), utilized by the health institution to hire services of specialists from the private sector or to pay an honorarium or transport cost to bring specialists from other government setups if they are not available in the government health institution. _This assistance is provided to the government health institution, not directly to the beneficiary. A panel of such doctors must be prepared in advance by the health institutions providing this facility, and pregnant women should be informed during micro-birth planning._ Comprehensive Maternal and Newborn Care (aligned with Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram - JSSK objectives) Free and Cashless Delivery: Includes normal deliveries and Caesarean sections. Free Drugs: Provision of necessary medicines. Free Diagnostics: Essential diagnostic tests. Free Provision of Blood: Availability of blood transfusions if needed. Free Diet: Hot cooked meals in Government Hospitals and Tertiary Care Centers; two dry packs of biscuits and a milk packet in Primary Health Centres/Community Health Centres. Compensation for Sterilization If the mother or her husband voluntarily undergoes sterilization immediately after delivery, the compensation money available under the existing Family Welfare scheme should be disbursed to the mother at the hospital itself. Antenatal Care (ANC) Services Includes identification and registration of pregnant women, provision of at least three ANC check-ups, Tetanus Toxoid (TT) injections, and Iron Folic Acid (IFA) tablets. Kanya Vivah Sahayta Yojana
The primary objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance for marriageable daughters of beneficiary registered labourers and registered women construction labourers working in the building and other construction processes and to encourage legal arrangements.
Benefit: Benefits In case of fulfilment of all the qualifications to the registered construction worker, an amount of Rs.55,000/- (Rupees fifty five thousand only) will be provided by the board as financial assistance for the marriage of his own daughter or registered female construction worker and for inter-caste marriage Rs. An amount of 61,000 / – (Rupees sixty one thousand only) will be provided as financial assistance. In the case of group marriage, in the event of a marriage of a minimum of 11 couples being organized simultaneously at one place, an amount of Rs. 65,000 (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) will be provided by the Board as financial assistance for the daughter's marriage and the group marriage will be held in the form of financial assistance. Expenses at the rate of Rs.7,000/- per pair will be paid by the Board to the organiser. In addition to the above, the amount for the purchase of the bride and groom's dress at the rate of Rs. 5000/- each will be transferred to the account of the registered worker 1 week before the proposed date of mass marriage and if one of the two parties is not present In such a case, the amount paid as advance for a dress will be adjusted against the amount payable in normal / inter-caste marriage (as the case may be). In the case of self-marriage of registered women workers also, the amount of benefit as mentioned above will be payable with the condition that the amount has not been received under this head by her/his father/mother. In the case of remarriage of a registered female construction worker, this benefit will be payable only in the event that her marriage is legally divorced or she is being remarried after the death of her husband. In cases of divorce, an attested copy of the decision of the court of competent jurisdiction and in case of remarriage after the death of the husband, a copy of the death certificate of the husband issued from the competent level will be required as necessary records. The amount of benefit payable in cases of remarriage will be equal to the amount payable in cases of group marriages.
