The "Maternity Benefit'' scheme by the BOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department,West Bengal, is a welfare scheme that provides maternity benefits up to two times in a lifetime to the eligible female beneficiaries or the wives of male beneficiaries.

The “Maternity Benefit” scheme by the BOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department, Odisha, is a welfare scheme that provides maternity benefits to the female beneficiaries subject to a maximum of two children who are registered beneficiaries for a period of more than one year under the board.

Benefit: Quantum of Assistance: ₹8,000/- to ₹10,000/- per Child. - For eligible beneficiaries under “Mamata” being implemented by W&CD Department: ₹15,000/- (₹10,000/- under OB&OCWW Board and ₹5,000/- under “Mamata”). Note: Assistance shall be given for a maximum of two children.

The "Maternity Benefit for Women Beneficiaries" scheme under the Nagaland Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board provides financial assistance to pregnant women registered as beneficiaries and wives of registered beneficiaries. The assistance can be availed up to two times.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹6,000/- per pregnancy (up to two times).

The "Maternity Benefit Scheme" was launched by the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, LET&F (Labour) Department, Telangana. The scheme provides financial assistance to registered women workers, as well as the wives & daughters of registered workers to support them.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: A total amount of ₹30,000/- per delivery is provided, limited to two deliveries. Payment Breakdown: ₹10,000/- is paid during the 7th month of pregnancy to compensate for wage loss during the later stages of pregnancy.- ₹20,000/- is paid after the delivery.

The Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh has proposed and implemented the scheme “Maternity Benefit Scheme” for Registered Workers of Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (APB&OCWWB).

Benefit: Cash assistance of ₹1,000/- during the period of maternity Payable for up to two adult daughters of registered workers.

The Andhra Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers have introduced the "Maternity Benefit Scheme" to registered construction workers. The scheme aims to support registered women workers, wives of registered male workers, & their daughters during maternity, reducing the financial strain.

Benefit: Financial assistance for maternity: ₹20,000/-

The scheme “Maternity Benefit Scheme (HBOCWWB)” was launched by the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department Haryana.

Benefit: Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹36,000/- (i.e. ₹30,000/- for motherhood and ₹6000/- for nutritious food) will be given to registered women construction workers after the birth of the child.

The "Maternity Benefit Scheme'' by the BOCW Welfare Board, Department of Labour, Punjab, is a welfare scheme that provides financial assistance to the female construction workers and spouse of the male workers to support childbirth-related expenses maximum for two living children.

Benefit: Female Construction Workers: ₹21,000/- per child, maximum of two children. Male Construction Workers: ₹5,000/- per child, maximum of two children (for children of their spouse).

The Manipur Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board (MBOCWWB) provide "Maternity Benefit" to female workers registered under the Act. Financial assistance is provided in cases of miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, up to two times.

Benefit: Financial assistance of ₹6,000/- for miscarriage or medical termination.

The "Maternity Benefit/Delivery Assistance'' by the BOCW Welfare Board, Department of Labour, Karnataka, is a welfare scheme that provides financial assistance to registered women construction workers for the birth of upto two (2) children.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹50,000/- for each of the first two (2) deliveries.

"Maternity Benefits Scheme" provides an amount equivalent to 90 days of the minimum wages set by the State Govt. for unskilled workers at the time of childbirth. The applicant should be a female construction worker who has completed one year of membership with the Board.

Benefit: Financial assistance equivalent to 90 days of the minimum wages set by the State Government for unskilled workers.

The scheme aims to provide financial support to registered women construction workers during the maternity period. This assistance is admissible only for the birth of up to two children.

Benefit: ₹6,000/- per child (limited to a maximum of two children).

The "Maternity Support Scheme" by the MPBOCW Welfare Board, Labour Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh provides an amount of ₹16,000/- as maternity allowance, payable in two installments.

Benefit: First Installment: ₹4,000 for registration of pregnancy in the first trimester.1. Second Installment: ₹12,000 for: Delivery in government or authorized non-government hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat "Niramayam" program for pregnancy and delivery-related high-risk packages. Registration of newborns after institutional birth. Early breastfeeding of babies. BCG, OPV, and Hep B vaccination for the infant. Total Amount: ₹16,000

"Maatrtv, Shishu Evan Baalika Madad Yojana" is a initiative of Uttar Pradesh state Government to provide the financial assistance to the mother and her girl child.

Benefit: Matritva Hitlabh (Maternity benefits) Registered male workers: ₹6,000/- lump sum. Female workers for institutional delivery: 3 months' minimum wage equivalent + ₹1,000/- medical bonus. Female workers for miscarriage: 6 weeks' minimum wage equivalent. Female workers for sterilization: 2 weeks' minimum wage equivalent. Shishu Hitlabh (Child benefits) For son: ₹20,000/- lump sum. For daughter: ₹25,000/- lump sum. For first or second daughter, or legally adopted daughter: ₹25,000/- fixed deposit (matures if unmarried at 18). For handicapped daughter: ₹50,000/- fixed deposit (matures if unmarried at 18).
