The scheme aims to provide Information Technology related trainings free of cost to the Schedule Tribe (ST) and Schedule Caste (SC) communities. Benefits include basic computer skills and job-oriented Information Technology training courses, intended for citizens, students, local youth, etc.

Benefit: Free Information Technology Related Trainings: The scheme provides Information Technology related trainings to the Schedule Tribe and Schedule Caste beneficiaries free of cost.- Training Content: The trainings cover basic computer skills, various job oriented Information Technology training courses, and structural training programmes depending on the needs of the community.- Implementing Agency Funding: M/s Info Tech Corporation of Goa Limited (ITG) is nominated as the implementing agency and receives a Grant-in-Aid under the Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) and the Schedule Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) on a yearly basis for providing these free trainings.

This scheme provides scholarships to Scheduled Tribe students who have passed Class 10 and enrolled in Class 11 Science stream, and to those who have passed Class 12 and enrolled in a B.Sc. course in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.

Benefit: Under this scheme, scholarships will be provided to Scheduled Tribe students at the following rates: Students who passed Class 10th and are enrolled in Class 11th in the Science stream: ₹2,000/-- Students who passed Class 12th and are enrolled in a B.Sc. course in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology: ₹3,000/-

ED/SC-ST- WISTEM)” is aimed for exploring the potential of entrepreneurship along with improvement in the livelihood options for unemployed SC & ST women in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) areas using tools of Science, Technology & Innovation.

Benefit: Financial support will be for an amount of ₹20 Lakhs including institutional overheads for a period of one year. 1. The grant will cover Fellowship @ ₹35,000/- per month + 10% HRA (for M.Sc & M.Tech); ₹45,000/- per month + HRA (for Ph.D.); Capital Cost ≤ 25% of project cost (which includes minor equipment, infrastructure, rent ); Operational Cost ≤ 30% of project cost (consumables & outsource Services cost); contingency ≤ apart from institutional overhead (≤10%- subject to a maximum of ₹1.00 Lakh only). 1. In the first phase, Full Capital Cost, six months of the fellowship, 50% Operational Cost and 50% of Institutional overhead will be released to the host institution at the time of implementation of programme as soon as the start of programme is intimated to KSCSTE by the host institution. 1. In the second phase, 30% of the grant will be released (without institutional overhead), after 6 months of evaluation of the programme. 1. In the third phase, the remaining 20% of the grant and 50% of institutional overhead will be released after the successful completion of programme and submission of relevant documents to KSCSTE including onsite evaluation. 1. The institutional overhead (10% of project cost) is subject to a maximum of ₹1.00 Lakh only. 1. Maximum number of grants awarded per year would be 3 - 5 across all subject areas. Note: After a period of one year, the extension of programme period is not encouraged. Only in rare and exceptional cases, depending on the necessity and progress of programme, no-cost extension will be considered. Such a period of extension will be limited to a maximum of six months.

The project is being implemented by UCOST in collaboration with Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India to empower Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe communities across Uttarakhand by addressing their fundamental challenges through scientific & technological interventions.

Benefit: The project “Establishment of Cell for SC/ST” is being implemented by UCOST in collaboration with the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. Benefits- - To address the basic problems of all Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities living in the 13 districts of Uttarakhand through scientific applications. - To promote sustainable development among Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes through various scientific applications, guiding them towards proper development. - To enhance the traditional knowledge system through innovation by providing skill development and entrepreneurship training. - To establish a database of technologies and map the basic resources of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

The "Establishment of Goat Unit (10+1)" scheme by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department, Gujarat, aims to promote the social and economic upliftment of goat breeders by encouraging goat breeding and genetic improvement through pure breeding.

The scheme aims at the economic upliftment of the SC/ST, SMF, and BPL Families. Through this scheme, financial assistance in the form of a subsidy is provided to SC/ST, SMF, and BPL families.

Benefit: Financial Assistance In The Form Of Subsidy 1. Financial assistance in the form of a subsidy shall be provided to the individual beneficiary on the following items: - Construction of poultry shed. - Purchase cost of reared pullets up to the age of 18-21 weeks old. - Poultry equipments. - Purchase cost of feed for the period of 4 months (till the beneficiary starts earning from the sale price of egg produce). 1. Each beneficiary will be provided 50% subsidy to the total cost of the unit (i.e., total cost of purchase of Pullets, poultry feed, poultry equipments and construction of poultry shed, etc.), limited to ₹30,000/- per unit. 1. The beneficiary will be entitled to get the benefit of the scheme for a period of two years or till he becomes self-sufficient. 1. The financial assistance should be used only for the purpose for which it may be granted. Disbursement of Funds 1. Subsidy will be paid directly to the individual or to the suppliers or to the body supplying goods or to an approved agency or institution. 1. The Veterinary Officer, Daman & Diu, would disburse the assistance in the form of a subsidy after completion of the poultry unit in respect of the construction of a poultry shed, which should be of low-input technology. 1. Purchase of Pullets, feed, or equipment directly to the individual supplier, body, or an approved agency or institution. 1. The Extension Officer (Dairy) or Veterinary Officer (DP) will make a fortnightly payment to the beneficiary for the supply of eggs regularly. 1. Subsidy shall be disbursed after completion of the poultry unit. 1. The beneficiary will be entitled to get the benefit of the scheme for a period of two years or till he becomes self-sufficient.

Export Promotion Council Membership Reimbursement Scheme provides reimbursement to an SC/ST Micro & small enterprises(MSEs), on annual membership subscription fee / one-time subscription charges/entry fee charged by various Export Promotion Councils (EPC).

Benefit: Reimbursement of Membership Fee: Reimbursement of 80% or up to ₹20,000 (excluding GST and other applicable taxes), whichever is less, per financial year for SC/ST MSEs towards annual membership, one-time subscription, or entry fee charged by Export Promotion Councils (EPCs).

The objective of this scheme is to expand the area under fruit plantation in the district and increase the fruit production. This scheme is implemented in all the 52 districts of the state.

Benefit: 40% to 50% of grant-in-aid is payable in the ratio of 60:20:20 in three years. "Fee Waiver Scheme for SC/ST Students Pursuing Higher Education" provides free access to every SC/ST student, to the institutions of higher learning so that that no eligible SC/ST students are deprived of higher education for want of resources.

Benefit: A full waiver of the fees supposed to have been paid by them in the institutions where they have sought admissions. The amount fee waiver shall consist of Tuition fees, Library fees, Laboratory fees and Development fees, if any. NOTE: All other charges and fees would be borne by the concerned student.

Welfare scheme of Department For The Welfare Of SC/ST/OBC’s/Minorities to provide help for purchase of stationery to SC/ST/OBC/Minorities Students of 1st to 12th class studying Govt. of India/GNCT of Delhi/Aided Recognized schools.

Benefit: The amount of financial assistance is as followed: I to VIII class – Rs. 1000/- P.A. IX to XII class – Rs. 2000/- P.A.

The scheme provides financial assistance to ST and OBC/MOBC students of Assam who have cleared the APSC/UPSC preliminary exam and are appearing for the mains exam in the current year.

Benefit: Financial Assistance is provided, subject to eligibility verification and fund availability.

The scheme aims to provide assistance to the Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Caste communities for the purchase of basic dairy equipments needed to run a small scale dairy farming, and to encourage the tribal population to adopt Animal Husbandry activities, especially Dairy Development Schemes.

Benefit: Maximum Financial Assistance 100% subsidy shall be provided for dairy items of general use. The subsidy is subject to a maximum amount of ₹30,000/- or the actual cost of the items, whichever is lower. The subsidy is a one-time assistance per family. Benefit Disbursal Subsidy shall be directly credited to the beneficiary’s bank account. In case of limited purchase of dairy items, proportionate subsidy shall be released. The Department will release the subsidy within 60 days of receiving the documents completed in all respects. Conditions The beneficiary must use the dairy equipments purchased for the development of their dairy unit. The beneficiary shall abide by the provision of the said scheme, and undertake to comply with the Pattern of Assistance of the scheme as contained in the scheme. The beneficiary must use the dairy equipments for a minimum period of 3 (three) years from the date of purchase, subject to normal wear and tear. The beneficiary solemnly undertakes to refund the cost of the items if the items are found misutilised or missing. In case of breach of any clause, the Government is free to recover the subsidy released through any due benefits under other eligible schemes of the Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services and/or under the land revenue code.

The objective of the scheme is to motivate meritorious Scheduled Tribe students of Rajasthan by providing one-time financial assistance of ₹3,500/- to those pursuing regular college courses and achieving first division.

Benefit: A one-time financial incentive of up to ₹3,500/- will be provided to students, at the rate of ₹350/- per month for a maximum of ten months. Note: The incentive amount will be directly transferred to the student's bank account linked with their Jan Aadhaar through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to ST (P) students for coaching to qualify for Medical, Engineering, and IIT entrance exams. It benefits eligible students by reimbursing coaching expenses, with selection based on merit from matriculation exam scores.

Benefit: Financial reimbursement for coaching expenses related to Medical/Engineering/IIT entrance exams.

Under the scheme "Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana", financial assistance of upto ₹ 15,000/- is provided to the Scheduled Tribe Students as the maintenance allowance given under the Post Matric Scholarship is inadequate to meet the expenses on food & travel.

Benefit: An Additional Maintenance Allowance of ₹ 7,500/- to Day Scholars for 10 Months. An Additional Maintenance Allowance of ₹ 15,000/- to Hostellers for 10 Months.

The scheme “Financial Grants in Aid to SC/ST patients suffering from cancer and other malignant diseases” was launched by the Government of Assam in 2017 to provide financial assistance in the form of grants in Aid to SC/ST patients who are suffering from cancer and other malignant diseases.

Benefit: The scheme shall help SC/ST patients suffering from cancer and other malignant diseases to carry forward the treatment of their diseases by making available some financial assistance in the form of grants in Aid. Under the scheme, SC/ST patients will be given a one-time, fixed financial assistance of ₹ 50,000/-only.

Financial help on death of family head scheme was launched by Rajasthan state government under tribal area development on 20/08/2008. Under this scheme, ₹10,000/- to the wife of the deceased on the premature death of the head of the family of Saharia primitive tribe.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹10,000 to the wife of the deceased head of the family is provided.

The scheme aims to promote economic empowerment and livelihood diversification among Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities through fisheries-based activities.

Benefit: Under this scheme: - Fishermen who already own ponds are provided a 60% subsidy for repairing or improving their ponds, or for undertaking duck/poultry farming and other integrated activities. - To connect landless individuals with fish processing and marketing businesses, a 60% subsidy of ₹1,50,000/- is provided against the cost of a mobile fish stall amounting to ₹2,50,000/-. - A 60% subsidy of ₹42,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹70,000/- for the improvement of a 100-square-meter pond. - A 60% subsidy of ₹3,00,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹5,00,000/- for the improvement of a 10-hectare pond in plain areas. - A 60% subsidy of ₹83,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹1,39,000/- for establishing one integrated unit (chicken/duck/banana/papaya) in mountainous areas. - In plain areas, a grant of 60%, i.e. ₹3,96,000/-, is provided against the cost of construction of one integrated unit valued at ₹6,60,000/-.

The scheme “Fodder Minikits under Tribal Area Sub Plan (TASP) Scheme” is implemented by the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Government of Gujarat to provide an improved variety of fodder seeds to Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries for widespread publicity, demonstration, and adaptation by farmers.

Benefit: Under this scheme, the fodder seed minikit of 3 Kg, 7 Kg or 10 Kg is given to the eligible beneficiary.

The scheme aims to provide free electricity supply to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) farmers of Madhya Pradesh who have agricultural pumps up to 5 horsepower and landholding up to 1 hectare.

Benefit: Free Electricity Supply: Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers having agricultural pumps up to 5 horsepower and landholding up to 1 hectare receive free electricity.
