The scheme “AGR 3 (Farm Mechanization) Scheme for ST Farmers” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: The beneficiary will get financial assistance for the purchase of agricultural equipment/components such as Plant protection equipment, Tarpaulin, Field Demonstration, Micronutrients, Water carrying pipeline, Agriculture fair, Organic Fertilizer, Pump set, the premium for Farmers 100% Water Soluble Fertilizers, Pesticides, accidental insurance scheme, etc. Under the scheme, seeds of more production varieties/Hybrids varieties and fertilizer, etc. will be distributed at a subsidized rate to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Areas (TASP).

According to the plan of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Tribal Affairs Department, the target is to provide coaching to the scheduled tribe students of the state for the preparation of national entrance examination (JEE, NEET / AIIMS, CLET) from reputed coaching institutes in division headquarter

Benefit: Coaching to the scheduled tribe students of the state for the preparation of national entrance examination (JEE, NEET / AIIMS, CLET) from reputed coaching institutes in division headquarters Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior while studying in class 11th and 12th. 100 students will be coached for engineering, 50 for medical and 50 for class at each coaching center. In the coming year, continuous coaching facility will be available to the said sales in class 200th. Along with coaching, accommodation facility and teaching facility in class 11th and 12th

The scheme aims to support students from SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories by providing financial aid for accommodation. The students receive ₹2,000/- per month for up to 10 months per academic year.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹2,000/- per month for a maximum of 10 months per academic year. Note: Students will be paid on monthly/monthly basis. Duration of Benefit: Maximum 5 years per student. Total Number of Beneficiaries: 5,000 students annually.

This scheme provides subsidies on the distribution of sheep units, milch animals, and calves, as well as health coverage and artificial insemination for the animals. It is targeted at Tribal communities to improve their livelihood through animal husbandry.

Benefit: Subsidy: Subsidy of 50% to 75% on sheep units, milch animals, and calves. - Health Care Facility for Animals: Provision of health care and veterinary services. - Others: Artificial insemination for animals to improve breeding.

The scheme “Annal Ambedkar Business Champions Scheme (AABCS)” was launched by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of Tamil Nadu.

Benefit: Under the scheme, the State Government will provide a 35% capital subsidy on the Eligible Project Cost, not exceeding ₹1.5 Crore. 1. A 6% interest subvention will be given for loans sanctioned under this scheme. Note 01: Interest subvention will be given to loans sanctioned by scheduled Commercial Banks, Co-Operatives Banks, Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) during the tenure of the loan not exceeding 10 years. Note 02: The capital subsidy sanctioned will be provided frontend to the extent necessary to constitute margin money requirement for credit linkage. Note 03: The working capital sanctioned for the project shall be eligible for interest subvention for a period not exceeding 2 years.

The scheme provides financial assistance to one boy and one girl from the SC/ST community (Hindu Adi Dravidar) in each district who secure the first rank in plus 2 Public Examinations.

Benefit: In first year: ₹2,000/-. - For the succeeding five years: ₹1,500/- per annum.

The scheme aims to increase agricultural productivity and production for SC/ST farmers who cannot afford improved seeds. It provides high-yielding improved seed varieties, up to one hectare, in exchange for existing crop or seed, backed by a 75% subsidy with a maximum limit of ₹1,500/-.

Benefit: Provision of improved seeds of high-yielding varieties of foodgrain crops. 75% subsidy on the actual price of the seed provided in exchange. The maximum limit of the subsidy is ₹1,500/-. Seeds of suitable varieties for the land and area will be provided in equal quantity compared to the seed provided by the farmer. The provision is limited to a maximum area of one hectare. Certified seed will be provided. Conditions _The seeds supplied must be of the improved variety, prioritizing those that are suitable for or prevalent in the area._ _If certified seed is scarce, or depending on the specific crop condition, true form seed may be distributed only with the permission of the Director of Agriculture._ _If the farmer provides seed of a different crop for exchange, the seed given by the farmer must be worth 25% of the actual price of the certified seed of the requested crop._ _The improved seed provided to the farmer will not exceed the requirement for one hectare._ _The seed received from the beneficiary farmer must be sold through auction (Ghosh Vikray) at the local Agricultural Produce Market Committee by a designated committee._ _Cash received as the farmer's share or resulting from the auction of the grain provided by the farmer must be deposited into the Government Treasury by challan under Head 0401 Agriculture Work, Other Deposit - 800 Other Deposit._ _If a farmer who previously received seed is given seed again, it must not be for the same crop or variety provided in prior years._

The scheme aims to enhance the economic status and productivity of SC/ST farmers by providing high-quality Breeder or Certified I grade seeds for seed production. Beneficiaries receive a 75% subsidy on the cost of the seed for up to 1 hectare of land.

Benefit: Provision of Breeder or Certified I Grade Seeds for seed production. A 75% subsidy is provided on the Breeder or Certified Seed. The subsidy is applicable for a maximum area of 1 hectare. The payment of registration fees required by the Seed Certification Agency, including the application fee, registration fee, inspection fee, and sample fee, is covered from the scheme funds. Conditions _The produced seeds must be made available to other Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers under the scheme at a fair price in the subsequent year._ _An agreement (Anubandh) must be executed between the department and the beneficiary through the Seed Production Committee or Farm Superintendent to ensure seed production, marketing (muktjan), and payment according to policy._ _The entire agricultural methodology (Sampuurna Krishi Kaaryamaala) must be adopted for higher production._ _Undesirable plants (Avaanchhaniy Paudhon) must be separated to maintain seed purity._ _The raw seed produced under the program will undergo grading, processing, stacking, and packing at the Government Agricultural Farm or at the processing center of the Seed Corporation or other institutions if facilities are unavailable at the farm._ _The expenditure incurred on grading, processing, stacking, and packing of raw seeds produced at Government Agricultural Farms may be met by the Deputy Director of Agriculture from the scheme funds, provided the prepared seed is used only under the scheme._ _The remaining amount, after deducting the processing expenditure from the prescribed price of the supplied seed, must be deposited in the Government Treasury by challan towards payment to the Government Agricultural Farm._

The scheme aims to enhance the production and economic status of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe small and marginal farmers. It provides Foundation or Certified Grade I seeds for high-yielding food grain crops with a 75% subsidy to registered farmers operating near Government agricultural farms.

Benefit: Provision of Foundation or Certified Grade I seeds of improved varieties of high-yielding food grain crops for seed production. Eligibility for a 75% subsidy on the actual cost of the Foundation or Certified seed up to a maximum area of 1 hectare. Payment for registration (application fee, registration fee, inspection fee, and sample fee) with the Seed Certification Agency will be covered from the scheme budget. Technical training and necessary information will be provided by the Rural Agricultural Extension Officer, Senior Agricultural Development Officer, and Subject Matter Specialist (Sub-Divisional level). Guaranteed procurement of the produced seed by the Seed Production Committee or Farm Superintendent at government-fixed rates. Expenditure related to the grading, processing, stocking, and packing of raw seeds produced on Government agricultural farms can be carried out by the Deputy Director of Agriculture from the scheme budget. Conditions _The farmer must utilize the seed provided for a maximum area of 1 hectare and a minimum area of 0.2 hectares (1/2 acre)._ _The farmer must adopt the complete package of agricultural practices for higher production._ _The farmer must ensure the removal of undesirable plants to maintain seed purity._ _The farmer must sign an agreement with the department through the Seed Production Committee or Farm Superintendent regarding seed production, procurement, and payment according to the policy._ _The farmer must pay the remaining 25% of the seed cost in cash or by providing their own seed._ _If the farmer provides their own seed, the price of that seed will be determined based on the support price._ _The produced Certified Seed must be made available to other Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers under the scheme in the subsequent year._ _The expenditure incurred on processing, grading, stocking, and packing will be deducted from the fixed price of the supplied seed, and the remaining amount must be deposited into the government treasury._

"Antya Sanskar Sahay Yojana" by the Department of Tribal Welfare, Government of Goa provides grants of financial assistance for the performance of funeral and religious ceremonies of Scheduled Tribe (ST) families.

Benefit: The financial assistance under the scheme is up to ₹ 20,000/- or the actual cost whichever is less.

Under this scheme, provide financial support to scheduled tribe (ST) students pursuing higher and technical education through stipends and book grants.

Benefit: Tangible Benefits: Monthly Stipend for the duration of the course (except vacation periods). Initial Book Grant for the first year. Subsequent Book Grant for the following years. Mode of Disbursement: For students within Arunachal Pradesh: Disbursed by the Head of Institution. For students outside Arunachal Pradesh: Disbursed via Demand Draft by the Sanctioning Authority to Heads of Institutions. Frequency of Disbursement: Monthly, except for vacation periods. Begins from the month of admission (if before the 20th of the month), otherwise from the following month. Conditions for Benefit: Continued only on satisfactory academic progress and good conduct. Stipend will be withheld or canceled for misconduct, poor attendance (<75%), or unsatisfactory progress. Not valid for dual/subsidiary courses (e.g., LLB with MA), correspondence, or distance education.

The scheme was introduced by the Government of Karnataka in the 2017-18 budget to encourage private sector industries and companies to provide employment opportunities to persons belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories, ensuring social justice.

Benefit: Reimbursement of ESI and EPF contribution to the employers: The private sector employer, who newly employs SC and ST candidates, will be reimbursed the ESI and EPF contribution paid by them for a period of 2 years, subject to the maximum limit of ₹3,000/- per month per candidate. 1. Reimbursement of Stipend paid to the apprentice trainees: The stipend amount under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 paid to the Apprentice Trainees belonging to SC and ST categories, who are undergoing training for a period of One year Normal and Two years Comprehensive Training, will be reimbursed to the employer for a maximum limit of ₹5,000/- per month per candidate and subject to 2/3rd of the total amount paid by them. 1. Reimbursement of salary for appointment after completion of Apprentice Training: If the employer who has given apprentice training to the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories, employs the same candidates in permanent posts, 50% of the salary subject to a maximum limit of ₹7,000/- per month per candidate will be reimbursed to the employer for a period of two year. 1. Reimbursement of salary paid by the employers: The private sector employer, who newly employs SC and ST candidates after 12th June 2024, will be reimbursed the salary paid by them for a period of 2 years, subject to the maximum limit of ₹6,000/- per month per candidate. 1. Skill Development: To organize skill trainings for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes through the Department of Skill Development and encourage them to become self-reliant.

The scheme "Ashram Schools" was launched on 1st January 1966 by the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste (SC) Department of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme provides free accommodation, mess, and education facilities to Scheduled Tribe students.

Benefit: Providing free accommodation, mess, and education facilities.

The scheme aims to provide schooling, boarding and lodging to Scheduled Tribe students at a single location, enabling better employment opportunities and competitive equality with other sections of society. The scheme offers residential education with complete support including free education.

Benefit: Financial Grant to Ashramshalas A grant of ₹1,500/- per month is provided to the Ashramshala for every enrolled child to cover all expenses related to education, boarding, and lodging. _The grant is provided on a monthly basis to the Ashramshalas for continuous support of enrolled students._ Benefits Provided to Students Free education without any tuition fees. Free hostel facilities and accommodation. Free books and educational materials. Free food and meals. Items of daily necessity free of cost. _All benefits (education, boarding, lodging, food, books, and daily necessities) are provided continuously throughout the academic year._ Conditions The Ashramshala must maintain the minimum enrollment requirements as specified in the eligibility criteria. The Ashramshala must continue to provide all stipulated facilities (education, boarding, lodging, food, books, and daily necessities) to the enrolled students. The Ashramshala must comply with all regulations and guidelines set by the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat.

"Ashraya Adhar Scheme" is introduced to provide financial assistance in the form of loans to the members of Scheduled Tribes for the purpose of repair, renovation/reconstruction of houses. The Goa State Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation has introduced this scheme.

Benefit: ₹ 5,00,000/- advanced as financial assistance in the form of a loan @ 2% per annum. Mode of Advance The loan amount shall be advanced in two instalments after the submission of the required documents is complete in all respect. ₹ 3,75,000/- immediately after sanctioning the loan. ₹ 1,25,000/- on utilization of the first instalment. The 2nd instalment is to be released on submission of utilization bills and on the basis of physical verification/inspection carried out by the officer of the Corporation. NOTE: Loanee shall commence the actual work within 03 months from the date of the sanctioned amount released. Insurance The beneficiary shall be insured for life and property with the Insurance Agency identified by the Corporation and the premium of such policies shall be borne by the loanee (unless and otherwise decided by the Corporation).

The "Assistance for Power Driven Chaff Cutter Scheme" introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department, Gujarat, is designed to help farmers reduce fodder wastage and improve their dairy farming efficiency.

Assistance up to 75% of the purchase cost or ₹18,000/- whichever is less is given to beneficiary.5 Year

The scheme provides financial assistance to dairy farmers belonging to ST category on purchase of electric powered chaff cutters. By using power driven chaff cutter, dairy farmers can reduce wastage of green & dry fodder which is economically important for their profitable dairy farming.

Benefit: Under the scheme, financial assistance up to 75% of the purchase cost of powered chaff cutter or ₹18,000/-, whichever is less, is given to beneficiaries of Scheduled Tribes category. Note: The amount of assistance will be deposited in bank account of the beneficiary.

The scheme aims to provide annual financial assistance of ₹15,000, ₹10,000, and ₹5,000 for ST students in medical, engineering, and diploma courses, respectively.

Benefit: Financial Assistance Amounts: Medical Students: ₹15,000 annually. Engineering Students: ₹10,000 annually. Diploma Students: ₹5,000 annually.

The scheme aims to support scheduled caste and scheduled tribe individuals whose livelihood depends on traditional arts by providing them with essential musical instruments and costumes.

Benefit: Persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, whose source of income is through their traditional art, and who do not possess musical instruments or costumes, are provided with traditional musical instruments (such as Dhol, Damaun, Masakbeen, Ransingha, Trumpet, Nagada, Shield, Sword, etc.) and costumes free of cost to help them sustain their livelihood. - The instruments are provided only once in a lifetime.

Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided to farmers belonging to the Scheduled Tribes category as well as to farmer groups and cooperative societies for purchasing various tools, equipment, sorting/grading equipment, and Post-Harvest Management (PHM) equipment.

Benefit: The Scheduled Tribes farmers will be eligible for assistance up to 75% of the cost of the Tools/Equipment or ₹3,750/-, whichever is less. 1. Farmer groups/cooperative societies will be eligible for assistance of 90% of the cost of equipment or up to ₹7,50,000/-, whichever is less, for the installation of Post-Harvest Management (PHM) Equipment.
