The scheme "Provide Assistance to Farmers Bringing Goods to Market Committees for Cost of Goods Transportation (Tribal)" aims to encourage tribal farmers to bring their produce to market committees by providing financial assistance towards transportation costs.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹500/- per tonne of agricultural produce transported. Assistance is available for up to 10 tonnes per farmer, which amounts to a maximum of ₹5,000/-.

The "PVTGs Dakia Yojana (Chief Minister's Food Security Scheme)" by the Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand. The scheme aims to ensure food security for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs). It provides subsidized food grains to enhance their living conditions.

Benefit: Food Security for PTG Families: - Free provision of 35 kg of wheat and rice per family per month at ₹1 per kg. Direct Village-Level Distribution: - Food grains are distributed at the village level by Block Welfare Officers. Support for National Food Security: Complements the "Antyodaya Yojana" by including all PVTG families in Jharkhand.

The Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF) Scheme for Scheduled Caste is formulated and funded by the Ministry of Social Justice &Empowerment. The scheme is open to candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste and are pursuing higher studies such as regular and full-time M.Phil.and Ph.D.degrees.

HRA As per Govt. of India norms (All Subjects) HOUSE RENT ALLOWANCE Suitable single-seated hostel accommodation may be provided to the candidates in the institutions. In such cases, the fellow is eligible to draw only hostel fees excluding mess, electricity, water charges, etc. A certificate to this effect is to be furnished through the Registrar/Director/Principal. HRA is not permissible for those candidates who are staying in Hostel accommodation. In case of non-availability of hostel accommodation, the fellow may be provided with single accommodation by the host institution. In such cases, the rent paid by the fellow on actual basis may be reimbursed subject to the ceiling of HRA as per Govt. of India norms. If the fellow makes her own arrangements of accommodation, he/she may be entitled to draw HRA as per the categorization of cities by the Govt. of India. Note: In all the above cases, the fellow will submit a relevant certificate (Annexure-VI) through the concerned University/College/Institute to the identified Agency for settling the claim. MEDICAL No separate /fixed medical assistance is provided. However, the fellow may avail of the medical facilities available in the University/Institution/College. LEAVE i. Leave for a maximum period of 30 days in a year in addition to the public holidays that may be taken by the candidate. However, they are not entitled to any other vacation, such as summer, winter, and pooja vacations. ii. Candidates are eligible for maternity/ paternity to leave at full rates of the fellowship as per Govt. of India rules once during the tenure of the award. iii. Academic Leave: The Fellow may be allowed academic leave (without fellowship and other emoluments) for a period not exceeding one year during the tenure of award for academic/teaching assignment /foreign visit in connection with research work. iv. The expenditure on travel cannot be claimed from UGC. The period of leave without fellowship will be counted towards the tenure. v. If the awardee wishes to apply for any other fellowship/paid assignment/examination conducted by a public body during the tenure of the fellowship, he/ she is not required to obtain NOC from UGC. In case of selection, the candidate would be required to tender their resignation from the Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship. Note: All kinds of leave shall be approved by the University/Institute/College.

The scheme aims to promote dairy entrepreneurship among women, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and general category members of cooperative societies by providing financial assistance through subsidies and loans for the purchase of milch cows and buffaloes.

Benefit: The following benefits are provided to members of milk-producing cooperative societies for purchasing cows or buffaloes:: For members of the general category: A grant of 50% and a loan of 40% is approved through the District Cooperative Bank for the establishment of a unit of 2, 3, and 5 dairy animals (including animal purchase, insurance, transportation expenses, cattle shed, milk van, etc.), and the remaining 10% is borne by the beneficiary. The dairy department will provide a grant of ₹80,000 for 2 animals, ₹1,23,250 for 3 animals, and ₹2,03,625 for 5 animals. For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and women members (of any caste): For the establishment of units for 2, 3 and 5 dairy animals (covering animal purchase, insurance, transportation, cattle shed including calf, milk van, etc.), a 75% grant and a 25% loan are approved through the District Cooperative Bank. The dairy department will provide funds of ₹1,20,000/- for 2 animals, ₹1,84,875/- for 3 animals, and ₹3,05,438/- for 5 animals. A minimum of 2 animals must be purchased, and taking a loan is mandatory to receive the subsidy.

"Rani Durgavati and Shankarshah Puraskar Scheme (Reward Scheme for Meritorious Students)" provides awards ranging from ₹3,000/- to ₹51,000/- to the meritorious students from the Scheduled Tribe community based on their performance in the 10th and 12th board examinations.

The "Reimbursement of Fees for ST Students" scheme by the Tribal Welfare Department, Madhya Pradesh, offers free accommodation, school fees, and education for eligible students in Sainik Schools and private institutions.

Benefit: Free arrangement for accommodation, school fees and studies for the students.

Reimbursement of Membership fee of Government promoted e-commerce portals Scheme is a sub scheme under National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Hub (NSSH) scheme.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: 80% of the membership/subscription fee is reimbursed, up to ₹25,000/- per financial year (excluding applicable taxes), whichever is less.- Coverage: Applicable for both new memberships and renewals on eligible e-commerce portals.

The scheme aims to provide financial support by reimbursing tuition and compulsory fees for SC/ST/OBC students from low-income families (below ₹3,00,000/- per annum) studying in recognized schools in Delhi. Beneficiaries must meet academic and attendance criteria.

Benefit: Reimbursement Amount: Maximum reimbursement of ₹48,000/- or actual paid fees (whichever is less) covering tuition, lab, and library fees. Conditions for Disbursement Student must score 50% and above marks in the preceding year. Student must have at least 70% attendance in the preceding year. Mode of Disbursement: Direct transfer to the student’s bank account (joint account with parent/guardian allowed).

The scheme is implemented by the Higher Education Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, offers financial support for PhD research work to SC/ST students. Eligible students receive ₹16,000/- per month, totaling ₹1,92,000/- per year, which is directly transferred to their bank accounts.

Benefit: Under this scheme, SC/ST students registered for research (PhD) work at any university in India, following an interview with the Research Degree Committee, will receive a monthly scholarship of ₹16,000/-, totaling ₹1,92,000/- per year. - The scholarship is provided for a maximum period of 3 years, subject to meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria.

The scheme aims to support the Scheduled Tribe candidates from Scheduled Areas and the Saharia Area of Rajasthan to register themselves as research scholars with all recognized Central/State/Deemed/Private University located in any part of India for pursuing Ph.D. Programme.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: - The selected scholar shall be paid @ ₹15,000/- per month. - A contingency grant of ₹40,000/- shall be given to the candidate for meeting the recurring expenditure viz. books/ Journals/Traveling/Stationery etc. Tenure: The tenure of the scholarship shall be for a period of maximum five years from the date of sanction from the Tribal Research Institute or completion of Ph.D. whichever is earlier. Extension of Fellowship Term & Final Payments: The scholarship term shall not be extended under any circumstances. If, per chance, the candidate fails to complete his/her Ph.D work within the period of five years, the final installment of scholarship (equivalent to six month and last installment of contingency) shall be withheld until the Ph.D. is awarded to the candidate.

The scheme aims to promote physical fitness, adventure awareness, and confidence-building among children through a 6-day rock climbing adventure course for 100 children aged 9 to 12 years, organized at Mount Abu/ Junagadh Center.

Benefit: Training: A 6-day rock climbing adventure course for 100 children aged 9 to 12 years, conducted at Mount Abu or Junagadh Center.

The scheme aims to support BPL Scheduled Tribe farmers in tribal areas by providing financial assistance to purchase rotavators and thresher machines.

Benefit: Financial assistance to farmers to purchase a rotavator (6 feet) or a thresher machine.

The scheme aims to provide opportunities for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students to design, launch, and run their own business or startup after formal education is completed or during their final year of education. The scheme provides a limited one-time financial assistance of ₹20,00,000/-.

Benefit: Total funding provided is ₹20,00,000/-. Limited one-time financial assistance of ₹20,00,000/- is provided to the Institute. Seed money of ₹2,00,000/- per startup will be given, and this amount is non-refundable. Funding is allocated for nine startups of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students. ₹2,00,000/- will be given to the institute specifically for meeting the expenditure associated with the selection procedure. ₹1,00,000/- per year shall constitute a recurring grant portion of the total funding. Other Details The total duration of the Scheme shall be for a period of 2 years. 100% of non-recurring funds are released at the time of the award of the scheme. ₹1,00,000/- each is released as recurring funding for two consecutive years. The seed money is provided to passed out or present students for starting their own enterprise after completion of the formal education from the same institute. Conditions The Institute must set up a committee to select nine already registered startups of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students. It is essential that the center has dedicated faculty serving as the Principal Coordinator and dedicated support staff to ensure smooth functioning and effective meeting of its objectives. The Institute must devise a feedback mechanism to assess the importance of the program. Feedback shall be obtained after each program from each of the beneficiaries. If deemed necessary based on feedback, the Institute can update its curriculum for these programs. Exclusions from Benefit Startup beneficiaries who are already receiving benefits from other schemes of the All India Council for Technical Education or the Government of India will not be entitled to this scheme.

The aim of the scheme is to encourage and support high-quality research in Sanskrit by providing financial assistance to meritorious Ph.D. students across state universities.

Benefit: A research scholarship of ₹40,000/- per year is awarded to 20 students registered for a Ph.D. in Sanskrit at universities across Uttarakhand. - The scholarship is provided for a period of three years at ₹40,000/- per year and must be renewed by submitting an application each year/semester.

The "Sarna / Jahersthan / Hadgadi & Masna Protection and Development" scheme by the Department of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, & Backward Classes Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, aims to preserve & develop sacred tribal sites. The scheme facilitates fencing, infrastructure.......

Benefit: Fencing of sacred sites: Ensuring protection and prevention of encroachment.- Infrastructure Development: Construction of multipurpose halls, seating arrangements, and water supply facilities.- Beautification & Preservation: Landscaping, gardening, and tribal-themed wall paintings.- Solar-Powered Lighting: Installation of eco-friendly lighting solutions.- Driveway & Walkway Development: Enhanced accessibility within these sites.- Monetary Allocation: Up to INR 5.00 Crore per unit based on approved estimates.- Cultural Promotion: Establishment of storage facilities and designated areas for cultural performances.

The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department offers a Pre Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) students. This scholarship aims to financially assist students from these categories to pursue secondary education and complete their matriculation.

Benefit: Component-1 1. ₹3,500/- per annum (Day Students). 1. ₹7,000/- per annum (residential students). Component-2 1. ₹3,500/- per annum (Day Students). 1. ₹8,000/- per annum (residential students).

In the year 1984, Rajasthan Government started a scholarship to encourage the education of the Schedule Tribe.

Benefit: For Schedule Caste Boy Students Rs. 75/- per month. For Schedule Caste Girl Students Rs. 125/- per month.

The scheme aims to support Scheduled Tribe students of Uttarakhand from Class 11th onwards by providing financial assistance for their education, including tuition fees and other academic expenses.

Benefit: The total scholarship amount determined by the districts = Educational Allowance + Tuition Fee. Group 1: Bachelors, Master’s Degree, M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree, PG Diploma, Professional Courses in various streams- - Hostellers: ₹1,200/- per month; (₹12,000/- per annum) - Day Scholars: ₹550/- monthly; (₹5,500/- per annum) Group 2: For all non-professional recognized courses that lead to Graduate, M.Phil/Ph.D. degrees, and which do not fall under Arts, Science and Commerce group, such as: BA/BSc/B.Com or MA/MSc/M.Com: - Hostellers: ₹820/- monthly; (₹8,200/- per annum) - Day Scholar: ₹530/- monthly; (₹5,300/- per annum) Group 3: For professional streams, ITI courses, 3-year diploma courses in polytechnic, etc.: - Hostellers: ₹570/- monthly; (₹5,700/- per annum) - Day Scholars: ₹300/- monthly; (₹3,000/- per annum) Group 4: All post-matric level non-degree courses for which the entry qualification is high school (10th), for example, Senior Secondary Certificate (Class 11 and 12) - Hostellers: ₹380/- monthly; (₹3,800/- per annum) - Day Scholars: ₹230/- monthly; (₹2,300/- per annum)

The aim of this scheme is to help Scheduled Tribe students studying in Classes 1st to 8th by giving them financial support so they can continue their education without any financial difficulty.

Launched on 31st March 2017, the "Scheduled Tribe Relief Scheme" by the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, provides immediate support for destitute tribal brides and assistance to disabled, elderly, blind, and impoverished individuals.

Benefit: ₹15,000/- in the case of house burning. ₹5,000/- in the case of loss of livelihood-related movable property. ₹5,000/- as relief by the Sub-Divisional Officer. ₹5,000/-in the case of damages to wells, tube wells, motors, or economic resources.
