The scheme aims to assist the people who want to visit the places connected with Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s life in India. It provides comprehensive financial assistance, with all expenses for the tour programme fully borne by the Department, targeting SC/ST applicants of Puducherry.

Benefit: Organizing a tour for a group of about 50 participants every year to four memorial places: Janam Bhoomi (Mhow, Madhya Pradesh), Deeksha Bhoomi (Nagpur, Maharashtra), Mahaparinivaran Bhoomi (Delhi), and Chaitya Bhoomi (Mumbai). The total amount of expenses are fully borne by the Adi Dravidar Welfare and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department. The participants are entitled to free boarding and lodging, including all meals. No charges shall be levied from the participants in connection with the conduct of the tour. All expenses like entrance fee, admission fee, etc., could be borne by the Department. Conditions The Department should not bear the personal expenses incurred by the participants. The participant must abide by the rules/instructions laid down during the tour. The participant must repay the expenses, with interest in case of any misrepresentation or suppression of facts furnished. The participant must be well aware that they shall be stepped down anywhere during the tour in case of any discrepancy.

Under this scheme, a loan of ₹15 lakhs is provided at an interest rate of 4% to offer financial assistance to bright career students of the Scheduled Castes who cannot go abroad for higher studies due to the their poor economic condition.

The "Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram Living cum work shed Construction Scheme" provides financial assistance to houseless leather artisans for constructing Living cum Work Sheds through the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation.

The scheme aims to encourage and motivate students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities who are studying in Sanskrit schools from Class 6 to Class 12 in Uttarakhand by providing financial scholarships to support their education.

Benefit: Scholarship Amount: - Students from Class 6 to Class 12 will be provided ₹3,012/- per year, at the rate of ₹251/- per month.

The 'Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Ninaivu Inter-caste Marriage Assistance Scheme' was launched by the Social Welfare & Women Empowerment Dept. Tamil Nadu. The aim is to abolish caste & community discrimination by encouraging inter-caste marriage by giving financial assistance to newly married couples.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹25,000/-. 1 Sovereign (8gm) 22-carat gold coin for making Thirumangalyam. Mode of disbursal: ₹15,000 through Electronic Clearing Service and ₹10,000 in the form of National Savings Certificate.

The scheme was launched in year 1973. Under this scheme, law graduates belonging to the Scheduled Caste who intend to start independent legal practice will receive financial assistance for the purchase of business premises/shops.

Benefit: Under the scheme, A Law graduates belonging to Scheduled Caste intending to start legal practice will be given ₹12,000/-; out of which ₹7,000/- will be @4% interest loan, and ₹5,000/- will be a subsidy. 1. The loan is provided to purchase business premises/shops.

The scheme was launched in the year 1976 with the objective to provide loans/assistance to the Scheduled Caste category doctors to start their independent profession.

Under the scheme, a monthly stipend is provided for three years to law graduates belonging to the scheduled caste category, as well as to the senior lawyer who trains such individuals. This support is extended due to their poor financial condition, aiming to prevent mid-practice dropout.

Benefit: The stipend is given to law graduates for training in practice through senior lawyers as under: ₹1,000/- per month for First Year Training ₹800/- per month for Second Year Training ₹600/- per month for Third Year Training ₹500/- per month as given to Senior Lawyer for giving training

The "Dr. Savita Ben Ambedkar Antarjatiya Vivah Prothsahan Yojana" aims to eliminate caste discrimination and promote social harmony. Under this scheme, eligible inter-caste married couples receive a financial incentive.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Financial assistance of ₹5,00,000/- is provided per couple. Disbursement Process: ₹2,50,000/- is deposited as a fixed deposit in a nationalized bank for eight years (not withdrawable before maturity). ₹2,50,000/- is directly transferred to the couple’s joint bank account for household and essential needs.

The scheme has been implemented as part of social empowerment by addressing inequality through marriages between individuals from Scheduled Castes of Hinduism and those from castes other than Scheduled Castes of Hinduism.

Benefit: The scale of assistance provided to the couple in the case of inter-caste marriage under the scheme is as follows: 1. An assistance of ₹1,00,000/- is provided to the couple for domestic expenses, for purchasing household appliances. 1. An assistance of ₹1,50,000/- is provided in the form of National Savings Certificates in the joint name of the married couple. 1. A total financial assistance of ₹2,50,000/- will be provided to the couple under the scheme.
