The scheme aims to provide access to high quality education to students from Scheduled Caste communities in best private residential schools. It provides scholarships and bridge courses to meritorious Scheduled Caste students selected through national entrance test.

Benefit: Scholarship Coverage School fee including tuition fee and hostel fee including mess charges as per following limits: Class 9th: ₹1,00,000/- per student per annum. Class 10th: ₹1,10,000/- per student per annum. Class 11th: ₹1,25,000/- per student per annum. Class 12th: ₹1,35,000/- per student per annum. Bridge Course Support Up to 10% of annual fee provided separately for bridge course extending up to 3 months. Mode of Disbursement Direct transfer to school accounts through e-Anudaan portal. Within 30 days from date of confirmation of admission on Information Technology portal. Additional Benefits _Automatic Progression__:_ Students admitted in Class 9 or 11 shall automatically be funded for next classes till they complete 12th class.- _Bridge Course_: Conducted outside school hours covering academic topics and personality development.- _Counsellor Support_: Schools designate one teacher as counsellor to resolve difficulties faced by students.- _Future Connectivity_: Students may be connected to Post Matric Scholarship Scheme or Top-Class Education Scheme for further studies. _The applicant must pass the exams of the previous class to continue receiving funding for subsequent years._ _The applicant must maintain enrollment in the assigned SHRESHTA school._ _If student leaves after admission and payment of fee, it must be brought to notice of Central Government immediately and fees paid should be refunded to Consolidated Fund of India._

The sub-scheme aims to provide quality education and opportunities to students from SC communities through grant-in-aid institutions run by Non-Governmental Organizations and residential high schools, addressing the gap in service deficient Scheduled Caste dominant areas in the education sector.

Benefit: Financial Assistance _(Electronic transfer through e-Anudaan portal and Public Financial Management System)_ Primary Level Students Residential: ₹44,000/- per Scheduled Caste student per year. Non-residential: ₹27,000/- per Scheduled Caste student per year. Hostel only: ₹30,000/- per Scheduled Caste student per year. Secondary Level Students Residential: ₹55,000/- per Scheduled Caste student per year. Non-residential: ₹35,000/- per Scheduled Caste student per year. Hostel only: ₹30,000/- per Scheduled Caste student per year. Non-Recurring Grants (Every 5 Years) Secondary Residential School (100 students): ₹3,85,000/- for fixed items plus ₹900/- per student. Secondary Non-residential School (100 students): ₹3,07,500/- fixed. Secondary Hostel (100 students): ₹2,30,000/- for fixed items plus ₹900/- per student. Primary Residential School (100 students): ₹2,72,500/- for fixed items plus ₹900/- per student. Primary Non-residential School (100 students): ₹1,95,000/- fixed. Hostel for destitute Children (100 students): ₹2,30,000/- for fixed items plus ₹900/- per student. Attendance-Based Grant Disbursement 75% or more attendance: Full grant. 50% to less than 75% attendance: 75% of grant. 25% to less than 50% attendance: 50% of grant. Less than 25% attendance: No grant (without valid grounds).

Under the scheme, financial assistance in the form of loans and subsidies is provided by banks to individuals belonging to the Scheduled Castes category. This assistance is aimed at enabling them to purchase business premises or shops in urban areas for business development.

Benefit: Under the scheme, a maximum loan of ₹10 lakhs will be available to the beneficiary belonging to the scheduled caste category to buy a business premises/shop in the urban area. The beneficiary will bear interest up to 4%, while any bank interest payable above 4% will be covered by the government as an interest subsidy for three years. 1. ₹15000/- is also given as subsidy assistance under the scheme.

The scheme “Scheme for Subsidy on Interest for Establishment of 1 to 20 Milch Animal Farm for Scheduled Caste” was started by the Dept. of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: The beneficiary can purchase 1 to 20 Milch animals (Any dairy animal cow & buffalo) at a subsidized rate as per their need and capacity to maintain. 1. The beneficiary can get an interest subsidy up to a maximum of 12% on the unit cost of the animal or the unit loan advanced by the bank for the purchase of the animal, whichever is lower, will be available for a period of five years. Note 01: The amount of interest subvention will be deposited in the beneficiary's loan account in the form of a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) in installments. There will be no cash assistance for any of the beneficiaries. Note 02: The interest calculated on the actual interest, subject to a maximum of 12% interest, whichever is less, shall be payable under the said scheme at the rate fixed by the State Government on the price of the animal or on the interest paid by the bank on the animal, whichever is less.

The objective of the scheme is to provide full-time employment to individuals from Scheduled Caste families in the fisheries sector and to uplift these families by promoting fish farming through financial assistance for leasing Panchayati ponds or watershed areas.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: 50% of the actual lease amount OR ₹50,000/- per hectare, whichever is less. The subsidy is applicable for a maximum of 4 hectares per beneficiary.

The objective of the scheme is to provide full-time employment to individuals from Scheduled Caste families in the fisheries sector and uplift their economic status by promoting fish farming through financial assistance for leasing Panchayati ponds or watershed areas.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: 40% of the actual lease amount OR ₹40,000/- per hectare, whichever is less. The subsidy is applicable for a maximum of 4 hectares per beneficiary. Note: Subsidy will be provided on lease money from 2nd to 5th year of lease.

The objective of the scheme is to provide full-time employment to individuals from Scheduled Caste families in the fisheries sector and uplift their socio-economic status by promoting fish farming through subsidization of fishing contract costs in designated water bodies.

Benefit: 50% subsidy of the actual auctioned amount with maximum limit of ₹5,00,000/- per auction, whichever is less.

The scheme aims to extend financial assistance to SC/ST Entrepreneurs for setting up new Micro Enterprises or for expansion of existing units. The applications for this scheme are accepted online through the PIPDIC portal.

Benefit: Loan of upto ₹2,00,000/-.

The scheme aims to provide economic development assistance to Scheduled Castes living below the poverty line through financial support and credit facilitation. It provides share capital, margin money loans, and subsidies to Scheduled Castes families for employment-oriented schemes.

Benefit: Financial assistance in the form of margin money loans at low rate of interest. Subsidy provision to reduce repayment liability of beneficiaries. The quantum and ceiling of subsidy is the same as for schemes under Integrated Rural Development Programme. Credit support facilitation through tie-ups with financial institutions, banks, National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, and National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation.

Scheme Of Coaching & Allied For Scheduled Castes aims to provide support for the betterment of Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates for coaching and pre examination training in quality coaching institutions to enable them to appear in competitive examinations.

Benefit: The students will be given stipend of Rs.1000/- fixed per month for the entire period of coaching as mentioned above. The financial assistance shall also be provided for boarding and lodging to the outstation students @ Rs.2000/- per month per student. The concerned coaching institute shall make arrangements for outstation students and shall certify that the candidate is an outstation student. The "Scheme aims to enhance the reach of development interventions of the Government and fill the gaps in service-deficient Scheduled Caste-dominant areas in sectors such as education, health, vocational training, etc., through the efforts of voluntary organizations and other organizations.

Benefit: Educational Initiatives: Opening of Hostels and Residential Schools, ITIs, Arts and Craft Centers, or Any Other Income Generating Scheme.1. Tuition Fee Support: Meeting the Cost of Tuition Fees for Training in Information Technology at Institutions of Repute Selected by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.1. Childcare Services: Organizing Balwadies and Bal Kendras, i.e., Creches, to Look After the Deprived Children of Scheduled Castes.1. Healthcare Facilities: Providing Medical Facilities to Scheduled Castes through the Establishment of Hospitals or Mobile Dispensaries. For a ten-bed hospital, a visiting specialist (paediatrician/gynaecologist) is recommended. The maximum expenditure per month for this purpose will be restricted to ₹10,000, subject to payment of ₹1,000 per visit/day.1. Awareness and Support: Creating Awareness Regarding Government Programs and Facilities, and Providing Assistance and Guidance in Accessing Various Government Facilities like Legal Aid, Scholarships, Loans, Various Grants, and Client Services.1. The scheme aims to provide the best education to meritorious Scheduled Caste students in high-quality residential schools to help them build their careers and improve their living standards.

Benefit: Financial assistance of up to ₹40,000/- per student is provided.

The scheme “Scholarship to Scheduled Castes Students Studying in Government ITI's” was launched by the Dept. of Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes, Government of Haryana in the year 2017-18. This scheme is implemented through Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana.

Benefit: The scholarship of ₹200/- per month will be given to the student of Scheduled Caste in each academic year. Under the scheme, ₹15/- per month as tuition fee will be reimbursed. Note 01: No scholarship will be given to failed students. Note 02: The scholarship will be given in two installments in each academic year. The first installment (50% amount) will be given after taking admission to Government ITI’s and the second installment (Remaining 50% of the amount) will be given subject to fulfillment of attendance criteria for appearing in the examination. Note 03: The payment of the scholarship will be made to students through their Aadhaar-linked bank account instead of cash payment.

The scheme provides monthly financial aid to SC/ST/OBC/Minority students pursuing higher education. Benefits include scholarships for hostellers and day scholars, with eligibility based on academic performance and income criteria.

Benefit: Course of Study Group-A Degree courses in medical/engineering/B.Sc. (Agri)/Veterinary Science/Forensic Science/Higher Technical and professional studies, and degree-level courses in Indian medicine (B.A.M.S. and comparable courses in Ayurvedic, Unani/Tibbia, and Homeopathy systems of Medicine): Hostellers: ₹1,620/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: ₹900/- per month for 12 months. For Postgraduate courses in the above fields and other technical/professional courses: Hostellers: ₹1,860/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: ₹960/- per month for 12 months. Course of Study Group-B Diploma-level courses in Indian medicine, engineering, technology, architecture, and other vocational courses, as well as postgraduate courses in science subjects: Hostellers: ₹1,110/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: ₹720/- per month for 12 months. Course of Study Group-C Certificate courses in engineering, technology, architecture, medicine, and other vocational courses (minimum duration of one year): Hostellers: ₹930/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: ₹630/- per month for 12 months. Course of Study Group-D General courses up to graduate level: Hostellers: ₹804/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: ₹420/- per month for 12 months. Postgraduate studies in Arts, Commerce, and other subjects: Hostellers: ₹930/- per month for 12 months; Day Scholars: ₹630/- per month for 12 months. Conditions for Disbursement The scholarship amount will be reduced to 50% if a student fails the annual examination but continues studies, except in cases of medical grounds or natural calamities.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to students from SC/ST/OBC/Minority communities studying in classes I to XII in government or recognised schools in Delhi. The scheme offers varying scholarship amounts based on class and academic performance, ensuring support for education.

Benefit: Class 1st to 8th SC/ST/Minority Students ₹1,000/- per Annum (No % of Marks Required). OBC Students (6th to 8th) ₹600/- per Annum (55% to 60% Marks in Previous Class). ₹720/- per Annum (Above 60% Marks in Previous Class). Class 9th to 10th SC/ST/OBC/Minority Students ₹1,620/- per Annum (55% to 60% Marks in Previous Class). ₹2,040/- per Annum (Above 60% Marks in Previous Class). Class 11th to 12th SC/ST/OBC/Minority Students ₹3,000/- per Annum (55% to 70% Marks in Previous Class). ₹4,500/- per Annum (Above 70% Marks in Previous Class). _The bank account should be in the name of the student (a joint account with a parent/guardian is permissible)._

Under the scheme, a monthly stipend/scholarship will be given to Scheduled Caste Category students who are studying professional courses in Government or Private Industrial Training Institute (ITI).

Benefit: • Under the scheme, a monthly stipend of ₹400/- is given to the eligible student.

The scheme aims to support scheduled castes and scheduled tribes families below the poverty line through concessional loans and subsidies for self-employment in various sectors.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Loan Amount: Project loans from ₹20,000/- to ₹7,00,000/- through nationalized banks.- Subsidy: 50% of the project cost or up to ₹10,000/- as government subsidy.- Margin Money: 25% of project cost provided at 4% annual interest.

The scheme "Shaheed Gram Vikas Yojana" by the Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand, aims to develop villages linked to tribal freedom fighters. It provides housing, infrastructure, and other facilities to eligible Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes.

Infrastructure improvements, including piped water supply and cultural heritage enhancement. Cooking gas connections for families under the "Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana".

Under this scheme, the Corporation provides loans/benefits to individuals from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, whose annual family income does not exceed ₹1,80,000/-, in both rural and urban areas for self-employment income generating activities such as sheep rearing.

Benefit: Project Cost Ceiling: - Up to ₹1,50,000 /-. Subsidy: - Subsidy @ 50% of the total project cost (Maximum amount of subsidy is ₹10,000/-) Bank Loan: - Besides subsidy, the composite loan i.e. subsidy, and the balance amount of the bank loan is provided by the banks to the seller of the assets on behalf of the beneficiaries.

The scheme "Shikshashree Scheme” was implemented by the Government of West Bengal during the year 2014-15 by merging the existing schemes of Book Grants & Maintenance Grants to provide financial assistance to Schedule Caste students studying in classes V to VIII.

Benefit: Under this scheme, eligible students shall be provided financial assistance through Bank Account only: ClassRate (Per Annum)V₹750/-VI₹750/-VII₹750/-VIII₹800/-2. To improve participation of students in Pre-matric stages and minimize the incidence of drop-out especially in the case of girl students.
