The scheme aims to provide financial support by reimbursing tuition and compulsory fees for SC/ST/OBC students from low-income families (below ₹3,00,000/- per annum) studying in recognized schools in Delhi. Beneficiaries must meet academic and attendance criteria.

Benefit: Reimbursement Amount: Maximum reimbursement of ₹48,000/- or actual paid fees (whichever is less) covering tuition, lab, and library fees. Conditions for Disbursement Student must score 50% and above marks in the preceding year. Student must have at least 70% attendance in the preceding year. Mode of Disbursement: Direct transfer to the student’s bank account (joint account with parent/guardian allowed).

The scheme is implemented by the Higher Education Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, offers financial support for PhD research work to SC/ST students. Eligible students receive ₹16,000/- per month, totaling ₹1,92,000/- per year, which is directly transferred to their bank accounts.

Benefit: Under this scheme, SC/ST students registered for research (PhD) work at any university in India, following an interview with the Research Degree Committee, will receive a monthly scholarship of ₹16,000/-, totaling ₹1,92,000/- per year. - The scholarship is provided for a maximum period of 3 years, subject to meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria.

The "Running of Scheduled Caste Hostels" scheme by the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste (SC) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, aims to provide housing and a conducive study environment for Scheduled Caste students. Separate junior, senior, and college hostels are operated for boys & girls.

Benefit: Scholarship, Free Food and Accommodation, Sports Equipment, Toiletry Kit, and Library Facilities. 90% of the scholarship amount is paid in the joint account of the hostel superintendent and mess secretary (student) for running the mess. 10% is paid in the student's account.

The scheme aims to provide opportunities for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students to design, launch, and run their own business or startup after formal education is completed or during their final year of education. The scheme provides a limited one-time financial assistance of ₹20,00,000/-.

Benefit: Total funding provided is ₹20,00,000/-. Limited one-time financial assistance of ₹20,00,000/- is provided to the Institute. Seed money of ₹2,00,000/- per startup will be given, and this amount is non-refundable. Funding is allocated for nine startups of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students. ₹2,00,000/- will be given to the institute specifically for meeting the expenditure associated with the selection procedure. ₹1,00,000/- per year shall constitute a recurring grant portion of the total funding. Other Details The total duration of the Scheme shall be for a period of 2 years. 100% of non-recurring funds are released at the time of the award of the scheme. ₹1,00,000/- each is released as recurring funding for two consecutive years. The seed money is provided to passed out or present students for starting their own enterprise after completion of the formal education from the same institute. Conditions The Institute must set up a committee to select nine already registered startups of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students. It is essential that the center has dedicated faculty serving as the Principal Coordinator and dedicated support staff to ensure smooth functioning and effective meeting of its objectives. The Institute must devise a feedback mechanism to assess the importance of the program. Feedback shall be obtained after each program from each of the beneficiaries. If deemed necessary based on feedback, the Institute can update its curriculum for these programs. Exclusions from Benefit Startup beneficiaries who are already receiving benefits from other schemes of the All India Council for Technical Education or the Government of India will not be entitled to this scheme.

The aim of the scheme is to encourage and support high-quality research in Sanskrit by providing financial assistance to meritorious Ph.D. students across state universities.

Benefit: A research scholarship of ₹40,000/- per year is awarded to 20 students registered for a Ph.D. in Sanskrit at universities across Uttarakhand. - The scholarship is provided for a period of three years at ₹40,000/- per year and must be renewed by submitting an application each year/semester.

The Sant Ravi Das Swarojgaar Yojana under the Tribal Welfare and SC Department, Madhya Pradesh, provides funding for manufacturing units (₹1 lakh to ₹50 lakh) and service/retail trade projects (₹1 lakh to ₹25 lakh) for Scheduled Caste applicants.

Benefit: Scheduled Caste beneficiaries can receive a 5% annual interest subsidy on Term and Working Capital Loans for up to 7 years, including the moratorium period. The subsidy is provided on the condition of regular loan repayment as per the prescribed schedule.

The scheme was launched in the year 2000 to provide financial assistance to scheduled caste families at the time of the death of a family member to cover funeral expenses, due to their poor economic conditions.

Benefit: Under the scheme, scheduled caste families receive financial assistance of ₹5,000/- at the time of a family member's death to cover funeral expenses.

The scheme provides financial support to unemployed women from the Scheduled Caste (SC) category in the state to help them start businesses in industry, service, or trade sectors.

Benefit: Margin Money Assistance: Provides financial support covering 50% of the project cost, up to a maximum of ₹15,000/-.

The scheme provides financial assistance to Scheduled Caste girl students of Madhya Pradesh enrolled in Class 11 to encourage them to continue their education and prevent dropouts.

Benefit: Eligible SC girl students of Class 11 receive an annual financial incentive of ₹3,000/-, credited directly to their bank account

The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department offers a Pre Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) students. This scholarship aims to financially assist students from these categories to pursue secondary education and complete their matriculation.

Benefit: Component-1 1. ₹3,500/- per annum (Day Students). 1. ₹7,000/- per annum (residential students). Component-2 1. ₹3,500/- per annum (Day Students). 1. ₹8,000/- per annum (residential students).

In the year 1998, Rajasthan Government started a scholarship to encourage the education of Schedule Cast.

Benefit: For Schedule Caste Boy Students Rs. 75/- per month. For Schedule Caste Girl Students Rs. 125/- per month.

The scheme "Scheduled Caste Boys/Girls Housing Assistance Scheme" by the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste (SC) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, provides financial support for residential facilities to Scheduled Caste students who are studying in colleges outside their native village/city.

Benefit: ₹2,000/- per month, if the student is residing in a Divisional headquarters (Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain). ₹1,250/- per month, if the student is residing in Other District Headquarters. ₹1,000/- per month, if the student is residing in a Tehsil/Development Block Headquarters.

The scheme aims to support Scheduled Caste students of Uttarakhand from Class 11th onwards by providing financial assistance for their education, including tuition fees and other academic expenses.

The scheme aims to uplift Scheduled Castes by providing managerial salary and computer–furniture assistance to eligible cooperative societies.

Benefit: Managerial Assistance: A maximum of ₹8,000/- per month is provided for an employee's salary, totaling Rs. 0.96 lakh per society on an annual basis.- Computer and Furniture Assistance: A maximum of Rs. 0.62 lakh per society is provided for the purchase of computers and furniture.

The scheme aims to promote fish farming as a sustainable livelihood opportunity among individuals and groups belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Benefit: Under this scheme: - Pond clusters, comprising a minimum of 10 ponds at one location, are created for individuals belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The scheme provides 60% of the total cost as a grant for pond construction and the first-year investment, including expenses on fish hatcheries and feed. A minimum of 10 ponds will be constructed in each village. - Individual beneficiaries are eligible to receive a grant for a maximum of 500 cubic meters, up to ₹3,00,000/-. For societies, groups, mahasanghs, federations, or mangal dals belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, a grant of ₹5,10,000/- is provided, which constitutes 60% of the total project cost of ₹8,50,000/- for the construction of a 1-hectare pond in the plains. - Ponds of sizes ranging from 0.05 to 0.50 hectares will be constructed in the plains under this scheme.

The scheme aims to give benefits under the Scheduled Caste Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe trainees enrolled under various Labour Welfare Centres in the State of Goa. Eligible trainees receive a monthly stipend of ₹1,000/- to support their training in crafts.

Benefit: A stipend of ₹1,000/- per month shall be provided to the eligible applicant/trainee. The scheme's main objective is to train the members of Industrial workers so that they become self-employed. Trainees can earn to some extent to help their family. The stipend shall be paid monthly. The stipend will be paid till the completion of the course of that particular academic year. The period of stipend will commence from July to April of a particular academic year. If the attendance of the applicant/trainee is less than 75% for a particular month, no stipend will be paid to that trainee.

The scheme aims to promote fertiliser use for higher productivity. Subsidy-cum-loan assistance is provided in kind to small and marginal farmers.

Benefit: Provision of Manure and Fertilizers - Manures and fertilizers will be provided to eligible cultivators. - Assistance is given in kind and not in cash. Subsidy and Loan Component - Assistance is provided on a 40% subsidy and 60% loan basis. Crop-wise Fertilizer Quantity (in Nutrients) - Paddy: Nitrogen 110, Phosphorus 60, Potash 60 - Maize: Nitrogen 100, Phosphorus 50 - Groundnut: Nitrogen 25, Phosphorus 50 - Castor: Nitrogen 20, Phosphorus 20 - Wheat: Nitrogen 100, Phosphorus 50, Potash 50 - Sugarcane: Nitrogen 250, Phosphorus 125, Potash 125 Green Manuring Support - 40 kg of seeds per hectare will be supplied for green manuring. Loan Recovery Provision - The loan amount shall be recovered in one instalment after completion of the season. Season-wise Recovery Period - Kharif (June to July): Recovery from December to February - Rabi (October to November): Recovery from March to May - Hot Weather (January to February): Recovery from June to July Interest and Penalty Condition - Interest rate will be as prescribed by the Government of India from time to time. - In case of default, penal interest at 2½% will be charged. - Recovery will be made as arrears of land revenue.

This is a credit-linked scheme with a primary objective of providing self-employment opportunities to Schedule castes, the unemployed persons will be assisted by way of establishing Dairy units, Piggery units, and Sheep/Goat units.

Benefit: Financial Assistance under the Scheme: Establishment of Dairy units of 2/3 milch animals: - 50% subsidy on the cost of milch animals which has been availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 2/3 milch animals; - Establishment of 10+1 Piggery units: - 50% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for the establishment of a 10+1 Piggery unit. - A maximum amount of ₹50,000/- will be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat units: - 90% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat unit. - A maximum amount of ₹88,200/- will be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Note 01: The subsidy will be provided three months after the purchase of livestock or disbursement of the Loan by the bank, whichever is later, and subject to verification of unit by the concerned veterinary surgeon. Note 02: The unit should be financed through a loan from the bank/financial institution. Note 03: The subsidy would be provided in the loan account of the beneficiary. Financial Assistance for Insurance of Livestock Unit: - If any Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational by the Department or Haryana Livestock Development Board then the insurance of animals purchased for the establishment of unit is to be covered under that Scheme, wherever permissible. - However, if no Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational then the Beneficiary/Bank would have to arrange for the insurance of the animals at their own.

Under the scheme, an unemployed resident of Haryana belonging to the Scheduled Caste category can avail a subsidy for purchasing livestock. This subsidy will be provided after the establishment of the livestock units and can be availed as a loan by the beneficiary.

Establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat units: - 90% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat unit. - A maximum amount of ₹88,200/- will be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. Financial Assistance for Insurance under the Scheme: - Insurance assistance will be provided as per the available departmental scheme if operational during the year, otherwise the beneficiaries will have to arrange for insurance of animals and shall pay the insurance premium.
